I ordered the 2 large pizza family meal and was called back 4 times to retake the order then when it should have arrived they called and said they had no wings I was charged $20 more at the door than I should have for late food

They always mess our order. They dont even concern with the customers if they ran out of things. Not worth it

Disappointing Experience on My Birthday I placed an order with this pizza place to celebrate my 35th birthday, excited to enjoy our favorite pizza with friends and family. We ordered two XL pizzas and 24 wings. After confirming our address, we were told it would be delivered in 30-40 minutes. However, 30 minutes later, we received a call saying they don t deliver to our area something we were not informed of earlier. The employee claimed they didn t know this policy as they were new. Since everyone was hungry and waiting, we agreed to pay an extra $30 for Uber delivery just to get our food. Another 30 minutes passed, and when we called to check, we were told the driver had just left. After at least 10 calls and an hour of waiting, the Uber driver finally arrived with COLD PIZZA, COLD WINGS, and no dipping sauce. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, especially for a special occasion. The lack of communication, delays, and cold food left us extremely disappointed. I expected much better service, and unfortunately, this completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable celebration.

Awesome pizza. Great specials and fast service. I used to goto Swan Pizza until I happen to walk by Pizza Fiamma. Took a shot and ordered their small walkin special. Now its my goto Pizza place.

Overpriced and poor quality of food and service. Went there to pick up a halal tandoori chicken pizza. The place wasn t very clean, the staff were not wearing any gloves. The guy literally put cilantro on top of my pizza with his bare hands right in front of me - I almost threw up. They l also didn t have most of the toppings I wanted and they never mentioned it while I was ordering on the phone. They told me only after I asked them about it during the pick up. They also charged $2 for dipping sauce that they literally poured into a tiny container from a bottle. Horrible experience - not coming back ever again!

I order pizza and I got one garlic dipping that was expired in March 24. I eat pizza and dipping and I realised something different in dipping, then I check expiry date it s already expired.

The pizza was amazing. I ordered for my daughter s birthday party. We ordered cheese pizzas, paneer and tandoori chicken pizza. All the guest loved it! It was delivered before the guest came but the pizza stayed fresh even after 1 hour and a half later. Thank you so much for helping us making this party amazing. After searching for a new pizza place for half an hour, I settled on this place based on the reviews and the pictures posted by the restaurant. I placed my order and was told the wait would be about 45 minutes. Finally, I received my pizza and I was surprised to see how different my pizza looked than what was advertised. The pizza had barely any toppings, missing toppings, and was undercooked!!! I called the store back just to be told that no refund could be offered, but a $10 credit would be applied to my account if I order from the restaurant again. After paying nearly $30 for one pizza and waiting 45 minutes, this was the response from the restaurant. I absolutely love pizza. It s my favourite food. This was by far the worst pizza I ve had. If you love pizza, AVOID this place.

Best word to describe this pizza place is cheap. Not in terms of price, but in terms of flavour, quality, and toppings. They are very stingy with the toppings. Check out my picture in this review. Look at how many sundried tomatoes they put on. I know the economy is tough but this is a new low. The pizza that we ordered was not cooked all the way through, the center of the pizza was doughy and mushy. It also lacked flavour. We took a gamble at trying a new pizza place and we regret that we tried this place. There are many other pizza places to order from, personally I will avoid this one and never visit them again. 1 star.

The crust is perfectly thin and crispy, the toppings are fresh and flavorful, and the sauce has just the right amount of tanginess. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. Ive tried many pizza places in the area, but none come close to the quality and taste. Highly recommend trying it! You wont be disappointed. Sure Wroth Trying :-)

Worst chicken wings and onion rings. Even though the order was for Spicy chicken wings it was tossed with lot of mayonnaise which tasted very bad. Stay away from this place. Response 2: well finally the owner decided to respond after 10 months of buying date. First of all it was not at all 1 hour delay to pick up the food. It was picked up as per scheduled time. Secondly the person behind the desk whose name obviously I can t remember after 10 months was too rude ( which is quite understandable) Anyway my response will be to stay away from this place.

We had a big order last weekend for our local Scouting group going for winter camping in Oshawa. Pizza Fiamma offered halal options and had excellent rating. I spoke to Kaushik who was very helpful and informative. He gave me an awesome discount and assured that the pizza will be devoured. We got two pepperoni and one cheese party pizzas and one extra large Chef Halal meat Lovers (this was for 20 children and 7 adults). The pizzas tasted great but I do have to say the Chef special was very tasty. I believe they used butter chicken sauce as the base and meat toppings were reasonable. We took a shahi paneer pizza it was great and with good quantity of toppings. We loved it and will be there next time to try the different one.

Pretty Good pizza. The wings were a nice surprise and I really liked the Indian spices on them. I thought they tasted great. The only reason its a 4 star is that Ive had pizza in Chicago, Boston and New York City where pizza is unbeatable.

I just got a large tandoori chicken pizza and Indian style wings, the pizza was honestly the best pizza Ive ever had! not only was it absolutely delicious, it had large slices and was a thick pizza! the wings were also delicious! even the creamy garlic sauce was really good! I would 100% reccomend this place, I will definitely be a reoccurring customer! they are open till 1am which is a plus! very nice staff! I cannot wait to go back!

Well admittedly I am not a pizza person, never have been. That is until now. Pizza Fiamma has changed my view on pizza! On the recommendation of a close friend I gave Pizza Fiamma a try a couple months ago and will never get pizza anywhere else! The flavors of the toppings are exceptional and the crust...it amazing, you will even be eating the edges! It is apparent that the owner takes great pride in the making of each Pizza!

Party size was great value. First time ordering from Pizza Fiamma but not the last! Crust was crispy outside and amazing inside, toppings were quite generous on the Deluxe specialty pizza. Staff was lovely as I picked up my order at store. Parking: Parking was fine on Simcoe street.

Tried a new pizza place downtown, Pizza Fiamma. We are very picky when it comes to pizza. Ordered the Xl Deluxe which had pepperoni, onions, mushrooms, bacon and green peppers. The only downfall was that we asked for a thin crust but it was a regular crust. All in all It was quite tasty and we will definitely order from them again.

I shouldve have taken a picture, however, the poutine was awful very little cheese, and a Big blob of super thick salty gravy on top in the middle of the fries. One positive thing I can say is the chicken wings were good, and the pizza was good. Strongly suggest not to order ever the poutine from this restaurant. Not to mention we were missing drinks with her order as well.

Pizza was really good, they missed the green chillies I requested but I would def go back for the pizza again. I also ordered chilli fries and I just want to say there is just a cream based sauce on them, there is no chilli... No flakes or spice at all. So the name is misleading and should be changed.

Not sure what it is but I loved everything from dough, sauce, meat and you dont even need dipping sauce with it Plus its halal(bonus). Just moved to the area and once in awhile try different pizza joints. This is highly rated and I think they are fake reviews. This pizza is not it. The cheese doesn t melt, all toppings are frozen. The honey garlic wings seemed to be fried in old oil and the barely sauced. 2 pizzas wings and wedges gone to waste. Try another place

Food was ok. We ordered the XL Family Deal (2 XL pizzas, wings, wedges, 2L pop and 2 dips). I was told 25 minutes. When I showed up 25 minutes after we ordered, the pizzas were done and sitting on a counter not being heated. He told us 10 minutes as he yacked on the phone with a friend. Then he put our wings in the deep fryer after turning on the deep fryer. Then he put the wedges into the fryer. Once everything was finally done. He proceeded to try and charge me extra for the 2L bottle and 2 Dips even though they were included. We added a garlic bread to the order and we got a weird stuffed garlic bread filled with cheese and corn? The wings were good, the pizza was not great but not bad, the wedges were great and the rest was blah. For the price, I feel like more effort could be put into the quality of service and food. But its a tiny rugged shop downtown Oshawa, so what do you expect. Overall, not the worst thing we have ever had, but far from being the best.

Best Desi style Pizza!! The best ingredient is the tandoori sauce! The pizza maker was so good and I didn t have to wait too long!! He exactly knew what I needed!! Had many options on the sides as well!! Will come back again and again!! This is my pizza spot until I find a new one!!

I went in with no expectations and was blown away by the quality of the pizza. Fiamma is the best pizza spot in Oshawa, and youd be a fool not to try the Tandoori Chicken Pizza. Service is also excellent, super friendly. 11/10. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed

We ordered paneer pizza, corn cheese bread and the chicken wings which were so delicious and fresh. It was made right in front of us with fresh ingredients and they were so generous with that cheese. Takes you back home with each bite. A must try place for any occasion

Finally an indian desi style pizza store which serves delicious pizza in Oshawa. They have variety of options as well. Shahi paneer and veggie lovers were just amazing and are their best sellers as well. Great customer service by the owners. Prices are also reasonable when compared to other stores. Must try.

Have been here a couple of times already . The owner is super nice. The pizza is out of this world! The best I have tried in Oshawa . The wings are massive also and very fresh and delicious. I also tried the garlic bread stuffed with cheese and corn ! Never had anything like it ! It was also unbelievable ! I am so happy to support a small local gem like this in Oshawa. The prices are great too ! Top notch quality .
