Waited an hour to not even get the appetizers only drinks, asked about them 3 times then started asking for the bill, waited 15 more minutes after that and left... never even got the bill

I don t even know where to start .service from Jovani is always 5 star I am NEVER disappointed when he s my server. Always makes my drinks to order and food is always brought out with a smile. He is every easy to talk to and always makes you feel welcome and cared for. Amy I have no words for except for hard working. She is always on the go and always serves everyone with a smile. She is every easy to talk to if something is wrong and she always makes You feel like family. Fantastic choices for employees. I am always happy to come back whether it s lunch or dinner I always know I m getting good food and good service.

Went in with my daughter for supper. The waitress was super nice n always making sure we were good!. Then the food came chicken parm was crunchy which I like but it was so bland. The spaghetti was like a clump of starch wit a dab of sauce on top. The noodles werent even covered in sauce. 1st time tryin this place since it moved over from the OC N i see nothings changed in terms of quality bc when it was at OC it was shit too. Staff were super helpful n nice they get A+, food F!. Unfortunately Ill never go back n pity bc i love Italian but not there.

We always have a great time coming to this location. My kids love the little robot! We had Wesley as our server tonight. He was amazing! Very attentive to us and very friendly. He engaged in natural conversation with us and our kids and it didnt feel forced or akward. Our orders were perfect and we didnt have to ask for a single thing. They didnt have kids fruit snacks so he got our kids ice cream instead. He is an asset to this location and we will definitely be back! Awesome job Wesley, thank you !!!

My family and I went there last night, about 14 of us total to celebrate a birthday and the staff were amazing! The food was good and everything came very quickly!! Our server Amy was the best. She was on top of things and so unbelievably kind! We loved our experience and are looking forward to the next visit.

Absolutely disgusting garbage was sent to me tonight. Nasty sauce. Nasty bland plain noodles. And worst of all nasty tasting chicken. What a joke. Spent 40 plus for this through skip the dishes. You all should be ashamed charging people for this trash. Avoid at all costs.

This place is amazing! Jovani R was an amazing waiter, he gave us more bread, it s like he read our minds! I would 100% recommend this place to eat.

Planned a lunch out with family for 1pm. A few people arrived 5 minutes early and were seated with menus. The rest of the party arrived and we waited. 15 minutes later we still had not seen our waiter and one of our members went to locate help to get our drink orders taken. Drinks took about another 15 minutes to receive and one drink ordered was Coors light draft but was given a bottle- No big deal. We ordered our meals and were told bread and salad were on the way. This was not prompt either and kids were complaining they were starving. Bread came first and again another wait for salad. We were asked if we wanted cheese but then we re told he didn t have any and had to go get more-another wait. When the food finally arrived, the kids received the wrong noodles- again not a big deal but when you let them choose and they get something else, 2 year olds aren t always forgiving. We refused to wait for the correction as we had already been there for over an hour. The restaurant was not busy at all, yet there were several tables of dirty dishes and it seems to be understaffed. When we go out to lunch, we want what we order but we re told coors light and bud on draft were out of stock, bow tie noodles were out of stock and the seasonal soup was out of stock and each time substitutions were made without our consent (ie bottles for draft, penne for bow ties ) We spent 2+ hours here and much of the time was waiting. It was a very disappointing experience and I can t say I will return to this location nor recommend it.

Just by chance, we decided to stop in and have dinner here (across from OC). It was busy but we were seated right away by Brandon. We watched him zoom around the restaurant. We could tell he is a hard worker and he is excellent at his job. Our waitress was Amy. Amy is the absolute best. She was very attentive and thorough. She has a great personality and her enthusiasm rubs off. The two hustled and got the job done, and well. Thanks to them and the food, we had a great dining experience and will return. We hope they are both working when we do.

We had the worst experience at this restaurant tonight. 3 adults, 2 kids and 2 babies. -The high chairs were filthy with caked on food. -The menu pages were stuck together with food -2 of the bundles of utensils were dirty -4 of the tables plates were dirty, and not just smudges. Crumbs of food and grease. We asked to speak to a manager who was nice enough and offered a free appetizer, but we were so grossed out by the lack of cleanliness that we actually left the restaurant. It was so disgusting that we will never go back.

The service was slow and the food wasnt very good. I dont blame the servers though. I feel the lack of staffing was an issue. My sons pasta also had no Alfredo sauce and we had to wait for someone to bring some out. Not sure what happened with that.

I just took my wife there for her birthday dinner. We had a horrible service our waiter came to take our order and I noticed he did not write anything down so when he went to punch our order into the computer, he forgot what I orderedd and had to ask me again. We did not get our drinks until after we got all of our food when the drink should be the first thing we should ve gotten, when I told the waiter about the drinks, he looked around like he was lost and didn t know what was going on. we ordered Mozzarella sticks and my wife wanted a side of gravy and we never got either of them. Another server came to check on us. I asked for the bill, but I told him that we had not gotten our mozzarella sticks and the gravy we ordered so I would like for them to take it off the bill and when he rang up The bill he said that our server never entered in the gravy or the mozzarella sticks This is why your Servers should be writing things down instead of trying to memorize them. Also, our server did not come to check on us. The only time we seen him was when I called him over because He forgot our drinks We did enjoy the food, but the service was horrible. Next time we will be going to a different location. I was not happy as this was my wife s birthday and I was trying to take her out for a nice dinner and we got horrible service

Just visited this location for the last time. Upon entry was pretty empty. Gentleman at the door took 5 minutes holding our menus while debating where to sit us, they stuff us in a corner by the door. Finally once getting seated it was 10-15 minutes before we had anyone come to our table asking if weve been helped? No drinks nothing. Finally once placing food and drink order my partner gets her salad and bread, I waited another 10 minutes for my soup. Once I received my soup I no sooner got my entree moments later so I felt forced to not eat my soup and bread. The girlfriends was ok my lotsa sauce cheese cappelletti was dry with little sauce and noodles tasting like pasta water. This location needs a major staffing overhaul. Zero cares given there.

The pasta was cooked perfectly, with rich flavors and a generous portion. The wings were crispy and well-seasoned, a great addition to the meal. Hmmm... Ok, so our experience was not great at all!! I hadnt really wanted to go to this location to begin with, because of the poor service from last time; but my daughter insisted because it was the closest venue to our location. Little did she know the waitress would attempt to scam her!! (#4) *COMPLAINTS* #1: My meal was wrong. I had to send it back and because of this I received a dirty look.(Thats what bothered me) So, while waiting for the meal replacement... #2: I had to physically get up to ask the waitress for more bread, because I got tired of waiting for her to approach the table. (Did I mention I have a broken foot?) #3: When it came time to pay, we were right ready to walk out without paying. We had waited 15 mins and were still being ignored. We had to begin walking towards the exist to get her attention... (A table of four young men actually got up and walked out of the restaurant because they were tired of waiting for service!!!) #4: WORST of all, the waitress tried to scam my 12 year old daughter!!! I have been letting my daughter pay for our purchases using my debit card since she was 8 years old, because she has proved she is capable; and she even has a card of her own. There is no tap and she must manually enter the numbers in order to make purchases. I currently have a broken foot, so I proceeded to the car to sit while my daughter stayed back to pay. MY DAUGHTER tells me when she gets back to the car that the waitress tried to OVERCHARGE us!!! Our bill was 41$. So when my daughter saw the owing amount was 60$, she confronted the waitress and asked her to change the price. Apparently the lady fumbled her words guiltily as though it was an accident and then obliged my daughters request to readjust the bill to the correct price. I just wonder if she would have tried that had I been there? Needless to say, the waitress did not receive a tip and we will not be going back to that location again!! Thats all.

Thanks to East Side Mario s for taking care of dinner last night! The food was delicious and served quickly and our Server was amazing - can t remember her name but very sweet and accommodating. We ll be back again soon!

Went in the evening to celebrate a birthday first of all we had to get our plates from another table second of all the waitress forgot to give us basic utensils so we had to ask her third of all my mom ordered a ginger-ale with her meal and they forgot so we had to tell her again and again. We told them we were celebrating a birthday several times and they did absolutely nothing. The thing is we heard three other birthday celebrations and then after we asked them for the dessert they chose the dessert not us dropped it and walked away. We saw our waitress talking to another family instead of helping us and the robot that was serving the robot was dirty. The waitress didnt care and overall we didnt feel welcome. After That My dad went and told them and they gave us a little dessert very dissatisfied and not coming back again.

Amy is a amazing server she was kind and took her time with us the food was fast and amazing.

Probably the slowest service I ve seen. All due respect, it shouldn t take an hour and a half to get in and out when you order right away

Terrible service. Waited over 10 minutes to be asked our drink order. During that time everyone in the restaurant was either waiting for a server to come to their table or got their food. They asked what we wanted to drink and after another 15 minutes we decided to leave. Absolutely unacceptable service. Would not go back, unless you were planning on going in the last 10 minutes and taking extremely long and wasting their time like they do to others.
