Absolutely discusted. Ordered a burger and 2 poutines. Soggy poutine, fries arent even cooked gravy tastes burnt and old. Burger bun is literally wet and soggy. Condiments smeared across bun, everything tossed on. More in wrapper then is on burger. Waited 15 minutes in drive thru to get soggy food. Not impressed.

Wanted a refund on my chicken burger that was dry and tasted burnt, took one bite and said no way. Asked to see the manager and he said he s not getting me a different burger and refused to give me a refund. NEVER AGAIN.

Real burgers. No micro patties. Probably the last burger place that doesnt microwave your burger and cooks it from fresh.

Consistently incompetent rude. Everytime I order they rip me off and Im scammed. Today i ordered a small kids meal with regular fries and chicken nuggets and yet again the nuggets are completely missing and I even got a kids small fry instead of the regular I ordered. I want compensation for my distress and money wasted. ADDITIONALLY as a health and safety concern the drink they send is ALWAYS out in the open with nothing sealing or protecting it unlike any other restaurant. I always feel extremely unsafe drinking it and there was spit in one from a driver once.

The girl that worked drive thru tonight around 11pm was amazing! So friendly and nice I had to come here to praise her. I wish I had gotten her name, but she made my night

The staff members were extremely arrogant and disrespectful. Both the girl and boy were bullying us in their language, which I happen to understand.

Last saturday, I saw the manager stick his DIRTY HANDS into the buffalo sauce bowl to dip his chicken nugget and then proceed to put it in his mouth. I feel sorry for whoever that order was for AND for anyone behind them because that container was not changed. Also, why is it that whenever I order poutine, there is more gravy in the fries? But whenever I get buffalo nuggets, there is no buffalo sauce? I might as well just get regular nuggets. Never coming to this location again. Wheelchair accessibility: Half the time, the button doesn t work.

Buzzed through the drive thru and was in a rush. I was shocked at how quickly my food was ready. Great job!

Food is always great, the location is great. BUT employees could use some work on being more friendly and not socializing as much with coworkers. But number one thing WEAR GLOVES WHEN MAKING FOOD PLEASE.

I rated 5 stars 5y ago. And i have been here 100s of times. Service is still good, but the taste has deteriorated a lot. The toppings dont seem to be fresh anymore..

Hello owner, It is so sad with the staff you currently have. They really do not have etiquette nor basic customer service. There is no way one should be joking around using vulgar language whilst there is a car in the drive thru. This review is solely to bring to your attention the chaos that was there on March 21 around11:05 pm. I hope you are able to coach the staff and take disciplinary action against them.

This is what you get when you place an online order from this Harveys store. The driver stopped in the plaza, opened the bag, took my food, then delivered this bag to me, and ran . I texted him why it was taking so long to deliver cause he took an extra 10 minutes of delivery time idiot doesntknow that on the app, you can see where he is parked . Called the store right away and left the voicemail, but managers are too busy to reply back . I was horrified when I saw the bag, and I had to throw everything in the trash cause fries were almost all gone, and God knows how he handled the burgers cause they were mushy . If you guys dont have good drivers or dont want people to order online, then REMOVE it . BTW, this was the order on Jan 10 ..

Clean store is what you notice 1st. Lady at cash was very helpful with our order. Order was done quickly, exactly what we ordered. Cooked properly the burger was. Just an enjoyable meal

i love harveys and this is my go to location as its near my house. but after my todays experience I am never coming back. I placed order at drive thru the guy was extremely rude, i told him 3 times i want to scan my scene card he was busy laughing with the lady on window turned his back on me and started laughing and while i was asking him something about the order he shut window looking at me and started laughing with his co worker while looking at me. WORST SERVICE.

Went to this Harveys tonight. Ordered an original cheeseburger combo with the poutine upgrade. Poutine was cold. Burger was disgusting. I paid for cheese which I did not receive. I threw half the hamburger out which is not like me at all. 2 hours later I was throwing up and have since figured out I have food poisoning. Called the store about the matter and got an answering machine and 3 hours later still have not received a call back. Theres a reason harveys doesnt have a huge clientele. I will not be returning. Their prices are not competitive and obviously do not reflect the quality of their food.

One of the best places to go for fast food, the staff is amazing and the grill person(tall guy with turban) and others too, in the kitchen pay special attention to the orders the way you want it. Its my only store to go for fast food and poutines, never had any issues with my order. Thanx

I got a cheeseburger and I asked for everything on it. Extra pickles, but they said no comes with wendy sauce or some other sauce, no mayo ketchup mustard... I found it ridiculous that they make their own rules now...

I never liked Harvey s food

This location is our go-to. My husband and father-in-law are Harveys first choice men, so thats how I was even introduced. Now its a family thing. Staff is always great, location is clean, food is fresh made to order.

This was my first time trying Harveys. Went to this location for the first time yesterday last night around 10pm. The female employee that was serving, me at the drive through was very abrupt, short tempered and rude. It did take me some time to decide what to order. However at no time during my interaction with this employee was a I rude. When I said hello to the work she didnt say anything back just handed me my order. When I said thank you she didnt say anything back. She didnt ask how I would be paying for my order just handed the debit machine to me. She just quickly shoved the order in my face and closed the window. Very unpleasant experience wont be going to this location again.

Its usually very good and I would give five stars except Ive gone a few times when they werent busy and they have the burger sitting under the heat lamp which is not very good. I suggest only going when they are busy.

I ordered and angus, selected my toppings, and somehow ended up walking out with a chicken sandwish in my bag...I also called multiple times and no answer, not the greatest customer service

The manager is rude and was wipeing his face with his hands then was tuching the food right after and was rude to the workers

I really like Harveys burgers. Today was the first time I picked up a mobile App order from the drive through and one burger was missing. I had to go back and get the burger which they gave me without asking too many questions. But had to convince two toddlers to share a burger, spent an extra 40 minutes to get the missing burger and by the time I got home my burger and fries were cold. Therefore took one star off for the restaurant.

A Harveys burger is the best. All else are poor imitations. Our order lived up to that standard and then some. The staff were the usual friendly and efficient. Talking from behind masks and plastic barriers does not make things easy, however, they were patient and confirmed back to me what I had ordered. Would definitely recommend this location to others.

A good harveys. As with all harveys, i hope they change their burger recipe. The beef is far too mushy and soft. Theres no chew to it at all, even well done. I think this is due to the fat content/extrusion and patry forming methods. The angus is the closest to an ok burger they have. This is all unfortunate, since their subway style make your own sandwhich design is nearly the perfect fast food experience.

The service and the food are fantastic. We make sure that when we crave a burger and onion rings this is the location we always go to. Friendly staff who thank you. Food is always hot. Thanks so much

Got to drive-through almost 10 pm on Mar 9th night, and requested staff for a fresh grill chicken sandwich patty...got poutine also. Staff was very respectful for request, courteous in offering to wait while they make a fresh patty and didnt make me feel guilty for requesting it. Shout out to the drive-thru attendant (young girl) and a young lad who ran the food to car parked...the fast food industry these days doesnt have good reputation but instances like these raises the standard so thanks for that...keep up the good work and thanks for being kind....:) *** Update: manager got back to respond this and provided a ref number for further resolve....no further resolve required. Just wanted to sing the praise...service (more importantly) than food was very respectful and accommodating . thanks

Only gave this place a 2 star rating only because the onion rings and drinks were proper!! Went tonight with my family after getting off a stressful day of work in healthcare. Ordered an angus burger, well done onion rings combo, Buffalo chicken combo with well done onion rings, two junior bacon cheese burgers and a kids combo. Fries, onion rings and drinks were good! However, there was no ketchup on any of the burgers!!!! We asked for mustard as one of the condiments on all burgers and all burgers were SOAKED in it!!!! Couldn t taste anything else on the burger; wiping the mustard away with their napkins it was so bad!!!!! Not enjoyable at all!

I dont know how on earth these guys are so quick. But the food is fresh and the service is excellent

I love love loooove Harveys always my first pick for a good burger Im just puzzled why would this location have the fish sandwich but never any tartar sauce they got to open a little packet that barely has any tartar sauce to begin with I need like 5 of those packets just to make my burger the way I like it (extra sauce) but to wait and watch the server fight with the plastic gloves then fight to open the packets with the plastic gloves to only grab a plastic knife to dig out this little bit of sauce out of the slippery packet it took about 15 just to get tartar sauce I now go to a different location on ritson to get squeezed tartar sauce as much as I like and very quick I come to ur location if I want a regular burger come on Taunton Harveys I knoooo u can do better please

Although I LOVE HARVEYS, its By Far My Favorite Burger Place Ever, Dont Use This Drive Thru If You Can Avoid It. The Food Here Is Always Good If You Go In, But The Drive Tbrough Your ALWAYS Going To Get Luke Warm If Not Cold Burgers, And 90% OF THE Time Theyre Overcooked And Dry Like They Cooked Them Hours Ago And Just Threw Them Back On The Gril For A Quick Second. Also AT Teh Drive Thru The Fries Are NEVER FRESH. I Never Ate Unside Because Its Not A Clean Location, Tables Were ALWAYS Dirty, For Some Reason Customers Leave There Garbage And Uneaten Food On Teh Tables And It Doesnt Get Picked Up Till HOURS Later Or When Theyre Gona Close, I DO Go Here Often Cause Its The ONLY Close Location And The One AT Park And King Tastes Completely Different, No Like Harveys So The Closest Other One Is Ajax. That One Is ALWAYS GREAT ALWAYS FRESH Even Drive Thru.

I don t usually post negative review but, the lady taking order was extremely rude. I went there on Tuesday 22 November she is white - looks in her 40s and blonde hairs (red lipstick).Making faces to customers for no reason and extremely rude. I was pretty audible still she was almost yelling. If you are not in a mood to work please stay home. I understand if it s busy but the restaurant was not even busy I was the only customer. I hope this message gets conveyed to her.

I ordered via Drive Thru just before midnight after placing a Mobile order on the app. The staff could not have been more friendly and efficient. I know it was near closing time but you wouldn t know it. And when I picked my order up at the drive thru window I was met with a friendly smile. I m a happy customer. What more can you ask?

Healthy fast food. Visit there on Tuesday night to drive thru. Their staff are all great, so helpful. I had a lot of orders and they are willing to put on a separate bag and label to make sure wont mixed up, even in busy time. Manager was so nice Jodvir, treat me really well personally.

I love Harveys, and when this location delivers, properly - its great. However, things happen, and this location has made many errors over the years as well. Better listening/communicating from staff, and consistency in food/burger preparation is needed here. Staff is usually very friendly though, and it is a clean environment.

Food is okay for being fast food. However I have never left with a correct order the first time. Always have to go back because they miss something.

Mostly this location is good. Except the other night when we were ordering poutine, and my mom wanted a combo, so as Im still saying what she wants in the combo, 6 times the woman interrupted me saying Pepsi and fries, Pepsi and fries over and over for both orders. I finally said please stop asking, Im trying to speak. She got so mad she ignored me when I finally said what drink my mother wanted. So I had to repeat myself 3 times. Just ridiculous, fries and pepsi, Im not going to say yes 5 times. So why ask that many...?? Other than the other night. The people are normally good.

I belive instructions are clear for food delivery companies and personal online orders from ur app. However why this location is reconfriming on the drive through that ohh its not for uber or skip the dishes.... even after giving the order my name as instructed in the app. On the other hand is it asumed that by ur staff if this person looks like ..... he/she must be from food delivery company?this is the second experience...

Customer service wasnt great. Messed up my order. Also didnt include items that they charged me for. When I tried to phone and alert them of the error, I was sent directly to voicemail and told it would be up to 2 business days until they got back to me. Edit: they never did.

Very terible experience here. We got 2 crispy chicken sandwiches with onion rings.. all of them was not fresh they were cold. Onion rings was cold. Chicken patty was terrible very thin layer of chicken with full of dough. Thick dough layer arround the chicken. After eating sandwich. I felt my stomach was soo much bloated.

My wife likes the grilled chicken, apparently low WW points. For me, one of the best O-rings in the biz.

The food is prepared way before you get there and left under a heat lamp until you order it. The forks are not in plastic bags and the staff seems very confrontational

Not a good experience. Slushy given to us then told to wait for food. 10 mins later food came. Slushy melted in the car while waiting. No nerds in the Slushy. No pickles on the side. No fork for the poutine. For 35$ Id expect better.
