I tried their Black Friday special 11-piece chicken combo. It was worth the price, as the quantity was great. The chicken was juicy, but it had too much oil, which was a bit off-putting. The taste was okay, nothing exceptional. Overall, decent for the deal.

We ve been ordering UberEats from here for a couple of months now and are in love with their fried chicken. Their quality is consistent - not too greasy or soggy. Fried perfectly and with the perfect amount of crisp and flavor. Love the sauce dip that they include on the side. Definitely comparable to the larger fried chicken franchises in town. Hope to see this business grow and expand in the GTA!

The taste was good. Better than many places. Their Burger and Chicken are pretty good. However, their prices has been on little higher side and customer service (new staff) needs to be improved!

Very tasty and delicious chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, and fries! Other foods are great as well! Also, the sauces were very nice too! Would definitely recommend Krispy Fry Chicken to all as their food is way better in comparison to other fast food chains! Overall great experience and hope to be there again soon!

I was excited to try Krispy Chicken after being disappointed with other chains like KFC and Popeyes, but I was let down. The chicken was fresh, but overall, it didn t offer anything difference or special. The service was particularly poor the cashier seemed disinterested and rude, making the experience even worse. I was told it would take 10-15 minutes, but the way it was communicated was off-putting. Unfortunately, I won t be returning.

We went for dine in 1 time and also got delivered 1 time to this place. On the First day went to here for a dine in and the burgers were delicious even though my brother said there was too much mayo and it was it was sticking on his hands, I liked that it had lots of mayo, but the only problem was that it took 15-25 minutes and there were only four seats so as a single table. So yeah, the waiting times are kind of long & the lack of space but everything else was great! The second time, we got a delivery from Uber, it was even better! We got deluxe chicken on fries and it was so good! We ate it in our car and my favourite part was the mayonnaise (Mayo for short.) and that s why it made it so good! I highly recommend it and my mom says that she wants to try it again! (Extra thing I kind of liked the logo) So this was better than I thought but the only thing that was wrong (on the first day) was that the waiting times were long (and there were only 1 person) But I still recommend it (and there were enough staff at the second day so as being quicker). The fried chicken had barely any meat on it. Hit bone as soon as I cut into it. I paid extra to have 4 thighs instead of the drumsticks. The mashed potatoes tasted weird like instant mashed potatoes. I would never order fried chicken from there again. I dont care what the excuse is, you lost me as a customer. Everyone!, go to Mary browns for fried chicken, at least youll have an acceptable amount of chicken on the bone. Krispy fry is a total waste of your hard earned money.

The food quality at this place is dropping at a very fast pace. It used to be really good but lately, it took a complete 360. Had 2 waffle sandwiches yesterday, chicken was paper thin and waffles were dipped in mayo (way too much). Might as well call it a Mayo-sandwich. Save your money or go check out another place.

Delicious, delicious food. I got the chicken & waffle sandwich w/ Cajun fries on the side, hubby got fried chicken on fries. Both were 10/10 !!! Although, I wish the waffle chicken sandwich was cut when received. Also a big plus is that it s so affordable for the type of food it is & the portions. Literally only spent $30 & got loads of food (coleslaw, biscuit, 2 drinks)

An absolute gem, this is my go to place for fried chicken. All fresh and juicy, very high quality food overall. But my favourite thing about them is the sauces, they make their own from scratch and they are amazing. Absolutely must try if you are in the area

I ve been coming to this place for the last 5 years, it s always good and priced well. I believe the original owners sold this place to someone else I got my usual chicken sandwich, the chicken was oddly rubbery and super hard at some parts. After eating, I had this weird pain in my stomach that continued all evening. I told myself it can t get worse than this and I wouldn t be returning again. It did get worse however, as i ve been throwing up for the past hour. i m usually one that never writes reviews, but for your safety DO NOT COME HERE, i don t know if it s the changed owners or if they started using raccoon ankles to make their sandwiches, but it s genuinely a health hazard.

Me and my friend got the waffle sandwich and super sandwich. the waffle sandwich was amazing i never had anything like it before. the waffle was soft and sweet but the chicken was crisp and spicy. price was also really good, $9 for just the sandwich and it was so filling!

ordered the fried chicken on fries, the garlic sauce is good and apparently it and all the other sauces on it are fully home made. i got the medium spice but next time im going to get the spicy option because medium didnt feel much spicy Must try Food

Quality of food is getting worse. You guys changed the size of the bun, now it s smaller, looks like the chicken Pattie is smaller too than before. Worse customer service, takes 50 mins to make sandwiches when I called ahead of time, happened more than once! Hire some people please or get better at customer service. Reduction of seating arrangement is not ideal either. Overall, need improvements in all areas!

Delicious food! Super yummy and flavourful! We devoured (as seen in the photos) the Anniversary special and got a poutine add on for the Friday special. Both specials came out to under $30 including tax! Can u believe it in this economy?! Affordable doesn t break the bank and enough food for 3 people.

Food was not nice

We ordered 9 deluxe burgers and 20 pieces of chicken. Service was excellent. Timing was quick. Just enough spice to make you want more and extremely krispy outside chicken. Just like we wanted. The burgers were also really well dressed. Im not sure what type of orange mayonnaise they use, but it definitely transforms the burger. I want to thank the owner at the front who was very facilitating and gave us extra. This will be our stop every time we are in Oshawa. HMA cert. would definitely be a bonus.

I tried it today for the first time and I would say the experience was just amazing. The food has great flavour and spice. I ordered a deluxe Sandwich and fries. The chicken in the sandwich was tender with perfect crisp. The Bread was very soft, the spice was just amazing. Better than KFC for sure. Recommended if you like crispy Chicken. I have added the Specials Menu in the Picture. Great option if you are stopping for Lunch.

Food is really good but they get your order wrong every time

I just wanted fried chicken, but this is not the place for that. Being the first time Ive ordered from here, I didnt realize there would be a comical amount of batter and so much trapped grease. I kind of felt gross after. On top of that, whoever packaged our order placed pop cans directly on fries which were in an open container. This was not for me.

Went to this placed based on some of the reviews and wanted to try a different fried chicken place instead of the Popeyes. I ordered the 11pcs for 19.99 and added a bunch other items. The fried chicken was good, I felt like it had just the right amount of batter and was not overly seasoned (not salty) as you would come across with some Popeyes locations. Unfortunately everything else I wasn t a big fan of, the coleslaw was tasteless, the biscuits were ok, the fries were ok, the added sauces I got was like a chipotle mayo wasn t good, and the fries with chicken on top would be a hard pass for me going forward. With that being said they had solid chicken the time they went and value for money was good but not sure if they keep that promo if not think rating might slide however good 3.5/5

Been hearing a lot about this place online and now I know why. The chicken is super crispy and tasty and HUGE! Very very generous portions, friendly staff and great food. Both times Ive been here, its been really busy, its around 20 to 25min wait time, which is reasonable because the chicken is freshly made. Got their chicken leg and thighs and French fries. The spicy chicken is tasty and not too spicy. And the fries are nice and crispy and tasty. Price and the size of the chicken are a great deal. Forget KFC, Krispy fry all the way! 2nd visit: consistent to 1st visit, tasty and large portions of chicken. Called ahead and food was ready when I arrived

The chicken size was shockingly big. The taste reminded me of Chef Art Smiths Homecomin at Disney Springs, Florida. A southern taste which is not what is commonly found at Popeyes or KFC. The waffles were very nice with the syrup. The fries and gravy were very nice as well. They were out of biscuits, I didnt get a chance to try them but they threw in a Cadbury dessert. Initially I had left a 5 star review as this is our usual go-to restaurant in Oshawa, with great food/great service. HOWEVER, my family and I travelled from Downtown, Toronto to have their food, and we were denied seating ONE WHOLE HOUR before closing. It s fast-food, it takes 20 mins max to eat. We had 5 small kids with us and were forced to sit ON THE GROUND outside on the side of the curb to have our meal. For a family spending that much $, the least we expect is to be allowed to eat our meal inside before closing. Previous review: This is our go-to in the Oshawa area. Delicious hand slaughtered fast food. Our favourites are the deluxe sandwich and supreme poutine! They always have seasonal specials in store so ask if you are ordering on the phone.

These guys are the gem in Oshawa and a great competitor in this market with lots of option in their menu. I m a regular customer of this location and I haven t seen any change in their service and in the quality of their food. Parking: Lots of parking even Tim Horton is also in this plaza but you will always able to find the spot. Kid-friendliness: Safe environment and staff is very accommodating

Worst ever place to vist. The front desk guy was horrible. He charged us service fees just because we sat and ate there. Who would charge us service charge in fast food industry??? The way he talked to us was nuisance. And also they were also mad when we asked for plastic bag for our left over food. Never ever visit at this place they never gave us any plates and were lying that they provided spoons and forks. If you cant supply this condiments and charge for such things than why did you open the store? I think you opened the store in canada for the 1st time. Jut FYI , condiments should be provided to the customer even they buy food for just 5 dollars. This way you are spoiling your own business and that was just a suggestion you could work on. Than rest is yours. And how dare you say that we were asking for discount. This is not your country that you try to behave like this. You are in CANADA NOW. Worst place to go.

Worst customer service in fast food industry. You should train your employees to behave well and provide best customer service to customers. Secondly, not every customer who gave you 1 star review is wrong. In every 1 star review you are replying and arguing with irrelevant details without even knowing what was actually happened. That means you are trying to prove that you are right every time and customer is always wrong. You are trying to defend yourself instead of improving better customer service. It will be better if you work on your customer service instead of blaming customers.

My visited was the worst; their system was down, and I had to wait for more than 30 minutes. To make matters worse, they asked me to pay via etransfer, which was quite frustrating. When I finally sent the money to the provided email address, the guy realized he had given me the wrong one. It was disappointing to see that they didnt even know their own email address, and their customer service was very poor.

Quite possibly the best fried chicken I have ever tasted. Drumsticks and thighs are huge. Crispy coating, juicy meat, hot and fresh. Perfect! The biscuits are light and fluffy. Counter staff very friendly. Since the chicken is made fresh to order it does take about 20 minutes, so know that going in. It is definitely worth the wait. My wife is from Quebec, and she had the poutine. She was disappointed that they use shredded cheese and not cheese curds, which is the traditional cheese for poutine. I have been back since, and will visit again. I highly recommend Krispy Fry if you want great fried chicken.

Excellent pre-pandemic prices. Very good fried chicken, with crispy, well seasoned batter. Great crispy coated fries as well. Cannot beat this place for value and quality. Have to exercise some self control and watch the quantity consumed as the grease can make you feel awful afterwards. It s fried chicken though, it s supposed to be greasy.

Krispy fry is okay. I ordered the 12pc chicken only and gravy. It wasn t the best fried chicken I have had taste-wise. I even specifically ordered an extra spicy based on the reviews I saw and it was not spicy at all. Felt more like an original. But they definitely give you crispy chicken. The large gravy was very bland as well.

Ordered online #392071DC and picked it up personally. I had ordered 8 Dark pcs spicy, they handed me on time but when we ate at home it was absolutely bland atrocious tasteless. Called them to inform them that they made a mistake but the guy over the phone insisted they gave me the spicy. Finally he ended saying sorry Unfortunately they lost me as a client. Also the restaurant is not exhausting well so the place stinks of fried chicken. So please reconfirm before taking your delivery

I recently ordered Deluxe sandwiches and Chicken . While the Chicken was commendable, with large and delicious pieces, I must express my disappointment with the sandwich. The bun was excessively dry, and the chicken patty inside was disappointingly small. Regrettably, it was the poorest sandwich experience I have encountered at this location. I hope you can address this concern for a more satisfying experience in the future.

Been going here for over a year and is our go to for fried chicken. The super sandwich, tenders, and fries are top notch. TWO large chicken breasts on the sandwiches and the seasoning is great. They got a secret formula there between price and quality and I couldnt be happier.
