Daisy, Heidi, and April were excellent and timely. They were welcoming and warm! Would come again!

Came for a family lunch and the staff Carolyn, Sean, Yen and Lili were amazing and we all enjoyed full bellies and great memories!

December 2023: Fiona and Heidi are fantastic. They took great care of our table. Coming to the Mandarin Oshawa is an annual Christmas tradition and we are so happy to have great food and service! December 2024: Came back for another Christmas tradition. Food was amazing and so were Kristy, Amy, Yen and Cynthica. I highly recommend!!

The food and atmosphere were excellent (as anticipated). The difference maker in this visit was the wait staff. Cynthia and Yen were attentive, welcoming and helped us out by sharing valuable information about the buffet itself. They are an asset to this business and should be treated as such.

Friendly and prompt. Parking: Had to troll the lot looking for a spot. Sharon was especially attentive. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp and accessible parking spots were far from main entrance.

I loved my visit at Mandarin it was such a fun experience! I enjoyed the atmosphere and it brought up the joy when I was with my family. The service is amazing and the waiters are really nice and really good at their jobs, I had the servers Ariel, Heidi, and Maple and they were really kind and welcoming it was amazing. It s a lovely place to have lunch or dinner and I definitely recommend it!

And a couple of the dishes were not that great, but for the most part the food was good Parking: The lot was busy at dinner time .you have to park with a bit of a walk, but there is parking in the lot

first time visiting and my expectations were higher, food was lovely don t get me wrong but the staff were so rude, pushing us and getting sassy when we assigned to the wrong seats. even the workers restocking the food barged us with their trolleys multiple times, shocking behaviour
