Ordered delivery for between 12pm and 1215pm. Food arrived at 1250pm. There was communication that it was going to be delayed however they did not explain why. Driver explained it was because they misread the order and expected us to pick up and then didn't request a driver until 1215pm. No discount offered, food sat for 30 minutes under the heat lamp. Fries were not remade and are gross. Disappointed because multiple people recommended that the food when visiting the restaurant is great.
Christina was awesome from start to finish . Very likeable with a sunny disposition. Upsold the whole time and made great conversation. We will come again to see her . Food as always was great . Btw you should sell hot fudge sundaes
If you are looking for a crisp beer on tap while sitting at the bar, with a neighbourhood feel… this may be your place. However, for me and my family the food did NOT make me sick, but the burgers are very dry, chicken fingers are slightly better than average and the pork wrap at the mall has more flavour than the one here. Fries very good and draft lines seemed clean. In fact, very clean overall. No background music which I thought was strange. But the kicker for me was when the server took our order and over 20 minutes later, still no drinks (and no food), I see her clean her tables and bring other tables their drinks … then finally she comes back to clarify our order. I would call that bad service.
Restaurant is clean. Staff is friendly. Prices are decent. Service isn’t good. They forgot our drinks, the food took a long time. They didn’t bring us condiments. The food was okay. My burger (Swiss mushroom) was on the dryer side. My wife had the pork souvlaki wrap. She said the meat was tender. They did give us some free soup because the food was taking so long. They also didn’t bring the free ice cream for the kids meal (we had our son with us). We were there for so long we didn’t ask for it. We had to wait for another 10 minutes for the waitress to bring the debit machine. We’ll probably not go back. At this price point there’s better options. I think with a more experienced wait staff and more efficient kitchen I’d give them 3 stars, and we’d be more willing to go back.
Went for dinner with my family. Got the wrap I always do came with no buffalo sauce. I told waitress at beginning of meal she said chef said he put on, I told her it’s usually so hot I have to order Caesar dressing she went back talked to manager and said I was wrong. And they did nothing about the issue after asking to speak to the manager. Also last visit when my family visited without me steak was so overcooked had that burnt smell and manager again didn’t think they should do anything. For the price you pay here service should be good and the manager should be standing behind his restaurant and trying to keep guests happy, not make them feel Like the will never return. Cost 78 dollars for a wrap and my daughter’s meal, I rather go to the keg or anywhere that has good management. Will not return
Had dinner with my close friends here and we had a good time. The cheddar soup was on the saltier side but everything else was delicious
I'm going with the Philly melt everytime... enough for me and my daughter to share...I can barely finish half.. it's the only thing I have ordered for 2 years 😄.. this meal is $25 pick up with enough fries and salad for 2 ( i upgrade the fries and add a salad).. I'd avoid the calamari not worth the price.. no additional veggies.. no sauce etc... and the Buffalo bites are awful mechanically processed nuggets soggy in sauce and should be removed from the menu
Went for breakfast before my grocery shopping . waitress Cindy ,was very Polite friendly and welcoming ! my son and I had a big breakfast. He could not even finish his pancakes as he were so full. Everything was cooked fresh, arrive piping hot . It’s not my first time here ,lol and it sure won't be my last👍🏾

Everything and everyone is consistent, comfortable and welcoming. The bathroom sensors need to be fixed so it s not dark in the middle of use though. Vegetarian options: Nachos are great. Nice portion and great toppings

Greeted as soon as we walked in, very Friendly and knowledgeable staff about the drinks and food items offered there and what is good to try etc even when getting takeout the food is still steaming hot when we get home and just as good as if we ate in the restaurant. Food

Had a fabulous meal for my hubbies birthday! Service was excellent! Food was excellent and portions were beyond expectations! Reservation was made for 10 same day and we had plenty of room. Couldnt have asked for a better meal! Everyone wad beyond satisfied! This will be our go to restaurant from now on! Cant recommend it enough! Thank you Quick Flame!

Good food, service and prices. Kids eat free on Sunday. Lots of TV screens plus a bar.
Food took an hour and a half and when appetizers arrived we had to eat over the table with no napkins or plates. Also food was meh

I just got an incredible order of nachos and the wings were excellent. My son and I ordered online and wanted the food for the all star game tonight at home. When we went in the place is lively. Clean and friendly. Our food was ready in a minute and we left with a good feeling. Right when I walked in the door my phone rang and it was the owner/manager and he was apologizing he forgot the jalapeños for the nachos, he said he was going to bring them to me himself. I was almost in shock, within minutes he was at my front door with a big smile and an even bigger container of peppers. This was hands down the best customer service experience I ve had in a very long time. We will be giving them our consistent business going forward. The price was excellent as well. Highly suggest this business

Me and my mom went here for dinner I had a chicken ceser wrap. And my mom had poutine. For drinks I had a chocolate milkshake and my mom had a strawberry daiquiri. My chicken ceser wrap was really good a lot better than last time. I just didnt like that fact that they had poker on cause Im not a fan of poker. And it was on every tv in there. It was really Quite.

Its absolutely one of my favorite South Oshawa restaurants. Amazing food. The surf and turf is tremendous. Ive tried almost everything on the menu, and not one has disappointed me. If youre looking for amazing hot food, and youre in the Simcoe and Wentworth area, it is definitely a must try. enjoy
My son loves their chicken wings he cant seem to get enough. I ordered the cheese burger, and it was dry. I legit dumped a lot of ketchup to give it some moisture

Went for Mothers Day with my Family (table of 8) and it was a great experience. Our waitress was great. Food was excellent and the food portions where fantastic.
Theres are always specials, including an elaborate pasta special every night that Ive dropped by. The waitresses are always attentive, and because I choose a table across from the bar, the bartender will also check on my food order, etc. Parking: It is Lake Vista plaza. The closest spots may be taken by Freshco customers, but you can always find a spot and do the 45-second walk.

Food is great! And we always go here it WAS a family favorite. However today I seen the worst In This restaurant, my daughter has a service dog and this dog has been at this restaurant every time we go. But today we were there to celebrate my other daughter. And the owner started yelling at my daughter with the service dog to get out and to leave. Knowing her rights she refused and the owner called the police in which the police told the owner she Is within her legal rights to be there and he can NOT refuse her service. The sad part is this man yelled at my daughter and my 75 year old father to get out before I was able to get there. That is just absolutely ridiculous and disgusting of this owner and waitress Rose to try and kick my daughter and her service dog out. He was clearly labeled she has a medical note.
The manager of this establishment is incredibly rude and belligerent. I went into the restaurant with my Medical Alert Service Dog to be greeted by a manger yelling at me to GET OUT and telling me that he will not allow dogs in the restaurant. I told him i was within my legal rights, my dog was visibly marked and had my dr note. And the owner continued to yell at me to leave. I told him to call the police and they could escort me out. Long story short police sided with me. We proceeded to leave and will never go back. This place discriminates against persons with disabilities and needs to be shut down

I and my family had a wonderful time at the Quick Flame Restaurant and Bar for our moms birthday weekend. Tee and Taylor and all the servers were so kind, we met the owner restaurant who was also very kind. Even the customers are so friendly. It was one of the best nights for our family. I am writing this review, as we got home Quick Flame from our dinner tonight. Thank you for a wonderful evening and dinner the cooks are incredible as well.
New to the area and thought to come with a party of 7. We had veggie burger, fish and chips, chicken strips and fries, banquet burger, all day breakfast, nachos, and Caesar salad with chicken. We all thought it was yummy! Cindy assisted us and gave us great service and was super nice too! We will be back! Edited to say just had the shrimp dinner sooo yummy! Vegetarian options: Veggie Burger Fries Salad Breakfast options Dietary restrictions: 2 people were vegetarian and had options. Parking: Big parking lot. Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly Wheelchair accessibility: I would say this establishment is wheelchair accessible.

Were new to the city and were always looking for a good spot to eat and WE FOUND one! The decor/atmosphere in the restaurant is modern and welcoming and ofcourse very clean. Our server on a Saturday brunch was awesome! (Forgot her name) Her customer service skills are on point, made us great coffee and brought our food up on time. Food is top-notch! I had eggs benny and my husband got steak and eggs. We were both very satisfied and happy with the taste. Perfectly seasoned, portion is good (nothing more, nothing less) potatoes are one of the best Ive had. Washroom is clean however kinda small but its clean thats the most important part. Overall, we highly recommend this place. We enjoyed our food so much!

Good beef barley soup but small for 6.95. Ceasar salad with chicken 15.95. Good but expensive. Apple juice not in a bottle 4.95, overall EXPENSIVE total bill was 30 and change.

New restaurant, everything is in the learning process right now, considering this, they are doing a great job. I wish you all the best,and I plan on coming more often, we have been 3 times since opening. Be patient, they are getting there, if something isnt right, tell the manager nicely, dont get mad and put them down. Keep up the good work!
Weve been eating here since they opened. Excellent service and great food! Taylor, Jesse and Cindy are always waiting with a smile. We go for breakfast every Sunday with friends. My coworkers are now hooked on it as well.

Went by for lunch. The food was very delicious. Ordered pasta, felt very fresh and authentic italian food not ready made nor frozen. Large portions at low prices. The place was very clean and decor was great. Service was top notch. The food was so good that I ordered takeout for dinner.
I ordered the Wings N Ribs from this place. There was no option but french fries as a side. I usually pick anything BUT fries coz they are always cold and soggy when they get delivered here. Their fries were reasonably hot, yet really crispy! I actually wolfed them down, rubbing them against the ribs (sauce). The wings and ribs were dynamite! I seldom write reviews, but I have to give credit where credit is due...wow...that was a great meal!

My husband and I have ordered a few times from Quick flame and we have never been disappointed. Im always hesitant to order chicken souvlaki bc its always dry, but QF chicken souvlaki is tender and juicy and full of flavor. Their roast potatoes remind me of my grandmothers, I order them every time. The portions are great, the food is fresh and every time I order the soup of the day, I never know what Im going to get (skip doesnt list it, just soup of the day) but Ive always enjoyed every random bowl I get. I definitely recommend QF, with their great variety of menu items its sure to please everyone!
I never ever leave a bad review about a restaurant but today we spent 70 dollars on wings, a chicken sandwich and chicken fingers. The wings were supposed to come with veg but didnt make it (okay, I can deal with something like that getting missed). The chicken sandwich was an actual frozen patty a la 1994 high school cafeteria. Absolute garbage for 15 bucks. Even Wendys serves actual chicken in their chicken sandwiches. Chicken fingers were woody and dry...Presidents choice sells an entire box of buttermilk chicken tenders that are far superior for less money. We will not be ordering from here ever again. There are so many other places in Oshawa with better food for the same or less money.
The wings was awful. No taste at all. I got the hot wings.i had a side of rice the worst tasting rice in history! No taste at all. Im soo disappointed.
Foods good. Wait staff Excellent and Very very clean. My go to spot with my Alumni School group. They take good care of us. Highly recommended.

Went for breakfast based of reviews. I wish I could put 6 or 7 stars. First off the server (Jody) was well above and beyond. Polite, always a step ahead with service. Second we enjoyed the big breakfast. We could not even attempt the pancakes as we were so full. Everything was cooked fresh, arrive piping hot and well presented. I cant wait to be back for breakfast, and will definitely try lunch and dinner in the future. Thank you so much!!! Picture of our leftovers as we ate so fast we didnt get a before picture.. lol

I only give this a 2 as the waitress was awesome, now for the food i wouldnt give it a one star. Food is not special to say the least. I ordered the danforth burger with fries. Im guessing its a fusion with greek. The burger as i described it to the waitress was so overcooked id be better off chewing the leather of my boot. The tzatziki sauce would have helped mask how dry and overcooked it was if the cook even put a decent amount on it. Due to shrinkflation the little amount of fries was also very depressing as they were dehydrated frozen fries. Takes away from going out for a bite if i can just go to the grocery store stock up on frozen fries and cook them at home in less time then sitting at a restaurant waiting for a cook to just heat up food!! If you want good fresh burgers and awesome fries i suggest BRGRS at mill and simcoe !!
Tried the Philly cheesteak and it just tasted burnt all the way through. I couldnt identify why that was but Im thinking old green peppers that they used on it. My wife had some kind of meat poutine, nasty. Well try again for the breakfast but this visit was not a good experience as far as food goes. Great service and a surprisingly nice environment but the food...nah
You have to eat here. Food is fantastic and reasonably priced. Had a amazing strip lone steak with fresh veggies cooked to profection for only 21.00 and my plate was full large portions very satisfied. This place is a gem in South Oshawa. If your going out for lunch or dinner this place is a great choice. Vegetarian options: Great cooks and staff. Will get you what you want. Very flexible. Parking: Lots of parking in this plaza Kid-friendliness: Great for kids and birthday parties! Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level so no worries

I ordered breaded chicken wings, those were some of the best wings I had. Staff is friendly and the price is fine. I payed for 3 people and that costed me $60 plus tip. I have nothing but good to say.
Food and staff were great! From outside, it is not so inviting! I would highly recommend removing the privacy films from the windows.

I have been many times and it was excellent whether it was grilled cheese or the steak and lobster tail. I love that I do not have to wait to get a table and the staff are really nice. The managers always come to see if we are happy.
Chicken wings were hard as a rock and so was the chicken parm.The veggies must just touch the water because they are always hard. And the cooks in the kitchen dont wear masks and the people preparing the food on plates or containers dont wear gloves.
I went here for lunch today had the roast beef probably the best roast beef I have ever had in my life amazing I went into the kitchen and complemented the Kooks who made it it blew me away
Stopped in for a quick bite and was blown away! The service was excellent, inviting environment, very friendly server and clean. Our food came out fresh, hot and perfect! I ordered the French dip and it was spectacular, the bread was toasted but tender, the beef was juicy and soft..Ugh BLOWN AWAY. Brought me back to family diner days. Looking forward to going back and exploring the menu further

The food is always great, reasonable prices and generous portions. What really makes this place great is the service. Most of the time we have Jessica as our server and she is amazing. Kiara also does a great job. We always feel at home when eating at Quick Flame.

I love this restaurant and cant recommend it enough. Ive eaten here many times. The wings on 1/2 price Mondays are big and delicious. The menu is large and diverse. I had a chicken parm sandwich for which staff accommodated my request for grilled chicken instead of crispy chicken. It was absolutely delicious. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Expect the manager to stop by personally to check on your meal.

My friend and I brought our boys here for dinner. We seated ourselves and then I guess we just blended in with all the tables that already had their food because the waitresses just kept walking right past us. We moved to another table right beside the kitchen and FINALLY had a waitress acknowledge us and bring us a menu. After waiting what seemed like forever for a chicken wrap and salad, our food was brought to us but our kids meals were not ready yet. ( A burger, fries and grilled cheese ). Thats ridiculous! Im giving a low rating for poor service, however, the food was good so, all stars go to the chef.
