I recently had a small issue at this location which resolved immediately by the new franchise owner (6 months) Anil graciously resolved. Anil is someone who is passionate about his business and the food industry. I applaud him for taking the risk as it s a difficult industry to be in. Please support this business if you can and do say Hello to Anil when you stop in. Thank you for the amazing subs and great service.

First time at this place and I took my Dad for lunch....and I was very impressed, huge, great, fresh sandwich. We will be back for sure!!

Ok hubby and I went today ordered a engineer sub large one share it we got there around I think about 11:30am ordered waited almost half hour for our sub wait was long thou while we sat down ok yes long wait but it was good I must admit better than subway . So be prepared if you go in prepare to wait a while for your order. Over all nice place bit pricy thou.

Yesturday i got 2 subs, everthing was very good, i love my food. I noticed that they were out of some meats and because of that some of the customers were not happy but the staff handled the situation very professionally. I loved that they didnt let the customer leave upset. Overall it was very nice experience.

I am so happy with this branch! I called them and told them i was pregnant and cold cuts are not the best to eat but cravings are cravings.. they told me theyd steam the meat for longer and add on and extra pickle! I am so touched with them going the extra mile! Thank you

Great food I previously gave a five star review about four years ago. I have frequent in this location many of time since. Today was my worst experience. I don t really enjoy the welcome to firehouse greeting, but noted. I didn t hear it until I was already at the till. I m not exaggerating when I say I have ordered over 100 times. I know my order by heart so that the taker doesn t have to ask questions. I tried to do so today, but was interrupted several times. The request for an extra pickle and dressing on the sub never manifested. The order taker charged me the wrong price and when I called him out on, it had nothing to say. It took me reviewing my receipt to show him where he had charged me for two drinks, not one. Only then was the difference refunded albeit 14 cents short but I couldn t fathom having to tell this gentleman how to do his job again. I did inquire as to whether there was a management change as I didn t recognize anybody at this point and was advised that yes that was the case. I m gonna Have to think long and hard about returning to this location in Future. For being the first one in Canada, it s certainly not the best anymore.

I placed an order for. Manager left me standing there for half an hour well my food was ready and just sitting there getting cold and soggy. At no point did they tell me that that was my order sitting there for me and just stared at me while I waited. By the time I got home my food was cold and soggy and inedible. Extremely disappointed waster money trying to get a nicer quality sandwich would prefer Subway or Mr Sub after that experience.

CORRECTION!!!! WRONG LOCATION. I apologize for the inconvenience. I have contacted the correct firehouse subs. Our order was made at the King street location. I am changing my rating to a 5 star for your restaurant now as I truly appreciated how quickly you reached out to fix the issue!!! We ordered 7 subs off uber eats. All 7 of them were missing the chopped pickles. 1 was missing jalapenos, 2 were missing green peppers, 1 was missing mustard. By far the worst service I have ever experienced. Took 45 mins longer than the expected time suggested. That is alot of money to pay to not get even 1 sub correct. I will not be ordering from here again.

Order from this location regularly for takeout as well as delivery but my last time was a huge disappointment. The other day I ordered turkey bacon peppercorn ranch through door dash and I checked off no tomatoes,lettuce or onions received the sub open it up to find only vegetables no meat,sauce or cheese. I contacted the store and the guy who answered did not take my name nothing just told me that was what the order said only vegetables and that it was not his issue contact door dash nothing he can do. The customer service was horrible no apology or anything just rude, disrespectful and dismissive. I contacted door dash and they told me that yes all that was checked off to remove was veggies everything else was still there so the restaurant was wrong yet blamed me and I ended up with a garbage sub for $15 and stuck waiting days for a refund from door dash will not ever order from here again all it takes is one time to ruin the experience

3 stars because theres always room for Improvement.... What was supposed to be an enjoyable Father s Day dinner. Unfortunately, it turned out to be ridiculously complicated when we walked in. We were not greeted at all until we got to the cash register a new employee who was learning how to do the register and take orders was struggling. I was ready to be very patient and kind. It s not easy learning new things at a new job. He asked for assistance from a young girl on the food line who helped once and then became too busy and walked away. The restaurant was full of gentlemen in the back and front, all dressed in Firehouse Subs uniforms, talking on their cell phones or standing in a cluster in the mid doorway right by the register. Our order was the following 1 half-and-half small Hook and Ladder. When I placed the order, I asked the gentleman to make sure all the stuff that normally comes on the Hook and Ladder was included. I asked three times, and he repeated that tomato and onion already come on the sandwich. I also added green bell peppers, black olives, mayo, and a pickle spear on the side. He never asked me what kind of bread I wanted, just put white bread in and asked, White bread, right? I was never given a choice because then he started asking me other questions. So, I said, Yep, thats fine. I could tell he was a bit frustrated. He added corned beef for an extra dollar by mistake and a bowl of broccoli and cheese. Then we added a large Smokehouse Brisket on white bread without barbecue sauce, another half-and-half small Smokehouse Brisket on white bread with a pickle spear on the side, regular bbq brisket, a bowl of broccoli and cheese, and two fountain drinks. The total came out to $51.87, at first. We sat down and waited for our meal, along with two other ladies. After 8 minutes, the girl came to our table and asked me to come to the till and bring my tap card to refund me for the corned beef charge. The gentleman who served us was apologetic, and another gentleman not in a Firehouse Shirt showed that I was charged an extra $1. They refunded me $12.42 and asked me to pay $11.29 for my meal, which I made sure was correct. There were seven employees huddled close to the register not even apart of the discussion, speaking in a different lauguage, the gentleman helping me had to raise his voice and ask them to stop. The soup was hot and edible. However, as someone with previous restaurant and fast-food experience as a manager, the soup was clumpy and pasty. It felt like the bottom of the pot had been sitting for a while. No pickle spears were given, so I had to go up to the counter where a young fellow apologized and gave us a box full, which we were grateful for. When I got back to my table, my family told me the brisket was fatty and needed sauce as no sauce was given for either. I went back up and asked for barbecue sauce, then sat back down to my half-and-half sandwich to find it was a small edge piece with next to nothing mozzarella cheese. There were no sauces or the usual sandwich toppings, but my black olives and green peppers were there, and I was beyond tired and frustrated, so I ate it. I have photos... I even told the girl on the line that even though the order was completely wrong and there may have been a communication mix-up, she should have double-checked the order since he was learning. I also quietly let him know at the counter, as new customers were coming in, that the sandwich was wrong. He was very apologetic. I said, Youre learning, but for next time, just so you know. The employees that stood out were the Asian gentleman who corrected the corned beef error, the young gentleman with the pickle spears, and the new employee, the young girl, who has potential. The rest of them need proper training and should not hang out at the cash register. Do better, Firehouse Subs. You used to be a favorite. Also, the Contact support feature on website is not working. Excellent service

Wasnt really happy with my last visit as I asked for no onions and no mayo on my sub. Go to start eating it and noticed onions on it. Go up to the counter and say, Excuse me not to be a pain, but I asked for no onions. Was told ok, sorry, I can pick them off.... as what i would have assumed the manager was just standing and watching. then go sit back down and start eating and noticed that they added mayo but did deside and say anything about that as I was hungry and didnt what to wait for a new sub or watch them scrap it off.

The food is good, but upon returning home we discovered all our tomato was (all) green and the sub was soaked in liquid. Im really disappointed because after finally being able to eat due to health conditions, this sounded really good to me. Upon opening it at home i could not stomach any food and still have not eaten dinner. Really upsetting.

Had a serious issue with this location. Sent my concerns into head office and keep getting told 3-5 business days to hear back after waiting week after week. Very disappointing

No option to order a NY steamer on Uber Eats so I called in to ask if they can up charge me or if I can buy a different sandwich for the same price and have them make a NY steamer instead and was told it s impossible to do because of inventory check lol.

If you do some reading on these reviews it s not hard to notice a trend of a bad atmosphere, no greeting when you walk in, confusion on where to pick up an order (signage for phone orders, nothing for online orders). Please pick a side to hand over the food. Please greet people and ask have you already ordered? Placed an online order, waited at the end closest to the door for pick up as I always usually get asked and handed an order at that end. Turns out I stood there for 15 min while my order was ready in a bag phone order pick up spot. This seems to happen more and more. Better signage, more care for the customers, and a god damn hello could potentially go a long way. I don t think I ll be back after that one. Not for an overpriced sandwich.

Its good place for subs and salad

I LOVE firehouse subs Meatball Sub BUTTTTT not at this location. Imagine spending almost $14 on a large sub and you bit into it and the Meatballs are ROCK HARD and burnt so you take it back upto the counter and they remake your sub and it happened 3 times in total (3 large subs back to back burnt and rock hard and they know why because you explained it to them) Then when I tossed the 3rd one in the garbage and said I want my money back they gave me a card with a FREE MEDIUM SUB ( $4 LESS THEN WHAT I PAYED FOR.) I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION EVER

The last few times weve been there have had little things that bothered us. There must be a pickle shortage because we only get pickles every other visits. Looking forward to our next visit because we didnt get pickles on this visit. My husbands brownie was labeled a raisin oatmeal cookie. It sure tasted like s brownie. I asked for caramelized onion on my medium sub and got two clumps; not spread out over the sandwich. Im concerned about this place because it does have amazing subs when the submakers pay attention.

This place used to be the best. However, I dont know whats changed but this latest visit (Feb 22 @ 2:15pm) was the worst experience in the restaurant. My wife and I walked in, not a single greeting from the two employees in there. We walked up to the counter to order and the employee taking our order was not enthused to have customers. We ordered our food and werent asked to round up for charity or if we wanted combos. We also found that while the two employees were making our order, they were trash talking their boss and fellow employees aloud. It was impossible for us not to hear them. They also discussed how they didnt want to complete the orders they get because how they want it done is stupid. We got our food and werent given any drop of professional appreciation of a patronage. So we left. I cant say we will ever go back to this location we once loved. Weve been going here for years and never have seen this place so dull with an atmosphere of discomfort and disgruntled employees. Sucks to see such a good establishment go down hill and have employees that dont value the fact that they have employment.

Great food, but my last 2 visits Ive been discouraged from purchasing by the cashier, due to it being 8:30, and 8:40. The hours say open until 9, but clearly the staff is trying to leave asap, making for an uncomfortable last 30min for any customer.

This location was one of durhams first. And as I suspected it would start to fall apart. The welcome to fire house as you entered when it first open was amazing and now if you dont get completely get Ignored maybe one employee will mumble the greeting super low. The pop machine is almost always out of multiple products or ice isnt working. Tables seem to be dirty all the time with 6-8 employees on duty how is it possible...that said food it 8 out 10 for subs Parking: Lots of parking available Kid-friendliness: Lacking on kid stuff Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair acess in at each end of the strip plaza building. Small narrow walk way with vehicle bumpers over hanging walkway make it difficult at times

This place can t seem to get it right make subs incorrect and don t fix mistakes even though receipt shows what you ordered and they made something else.., tell you it will be ready in 10 minutes yet it takes 30-40, employees are ALWAYS talking and laughing while people wait for them to finish personal convos to start making their food, managers have no clue what they are doing. Used to be a great location but they have completely dropped the ball on all fronts you know it s bad when subways service blows these guys out of the water. Still waiting for. Manager to call me as promised that was December 10th..

They used to be really good. The last 2 times it has gone downhill. There is more fooling around tonight than working. When I got home after spending 30.00 on 2 subs the one sub was made completely wrong. Things I asked to have on it weren t and things I never asked for were on it. Spending this much for 2 subs you expect it to be right!!!!

Well I drove far to get this sub and I asked for hot peppers and pickles. I get home and theres tomatoes and onions on it. How do you get tomatoes and onions out of me saying pickles and hot peppers ? Completely ruined my sub and they are not cheap. What if I was allergic to those things???? Not impressed

Three strikes and you re out. Last night s meal was the third time I didn t get what I ordered. I ordered the spicy cajun chicken with no lettuce and jalapeños and wanted black olives added. I received what looked and tasted like tuna salad. No spicy chicken, no Monterey jack cheese or black olives. The chicken was bland, lettuce, mayo and onions. I will not waste my money here again. At least at Subway and Mr Sub you get what you asked for and for half the price.

Firehouse Subs Oshawa is the best always making my welcome blessed. Destiny and her team are awesome as always and they never fail make the best subs each time I visit, definitely will be coming back to try Destiny s Italian with jalapeños!

Take out because we could not eat inside. We were told a little bit before 8pm that we were not allowed to dine in, no explanation given but staff were seen cleaning, the table was wet. They must not have wanted to clean again.

My sub was soggy and gross. It was so horrible I almost throwed up on myself. The sub I got included: ham, cheese, extra cheese, more cheese, tomato, bacon, cheese, and around 16 different sauces. The only good thing about this experience is that the sub only cost $12.32 Food

The careless kids working at Oshawa Firehouse Subs should be ashamed; they will never see our business again. Theyve lost our confidence. I simply cannot imagine putting THIS much fat on a $24 sandwich and serving it to someone with a clear conscience. You have been warned. Check your Firehouse Subs food before you bite into it.

Great sandwiches

It may not seem like a big deal but it is in a Buisness sense for Firehouse Subs, and to a Customer like myself. Many customers go to a place to eat because an establishment offers food or items that others dont. Example: I only go to Wild Wing for wings because of their gar-par sauce. I cant find it anywhere else. This is what gets them my Buisness and has me coming back. Firehouse subs at this location, used to have an amazing selection of hot sauces that you could fill mini-dips cups with. I just went to the store today to order two subs, but yet again all hot sauces are gone. I was told during covid they were removed, which is understandable. Were no longer in covid time or restrictions. Its time to bring them back guys.. very disappointing. The selection of sauces to dip my sub in IS what brought me into your store more then an average person. Unfortunately without the sauces return, I dont see myself coming in as much anymore, those sauces, especially the blueberry hot sauce is what attracted me to your establishment. Just like the gar-par at wild-wing. The meal just isnt the same without my delicious hot sauce-dips and Unfortunately will result in less money for the store for eliminating a feature like this, this is what brought me into the store. Overall though, the foods great, stores always clean and the Employees are always nice.

Love the Firehouse sub idea and subs since I first tried one in the USA. Its great to see them north of the border with the same fresh, prepared in front of you, made to order subs. Definitely worth the visit and stop. This franchise is no different; friendly staff and great subs!

Food is extremely amazing and well done but whoever was on shift the 4 young kids last night Thursday November 9th around 7pm CANNOT WORK TOGETHER all they did was worry about their age talking and getting to know each other when they should just be working.

This place has gone significantly down in quality in the last little while. I put in an online order, the website said it would be ready 15 minutes later. When I arrived they d not started making it. I left after waiting in store for 15 minutes.

I ordered a peperoni meatball sub and most of my meatballs were overcooked if not burnt. Its not hard to see that you messed up and redo it.

Great food, and great staff. I have been to this location a few times now. I have always been greeted nicely on entry, and the service and food have been spot on. Looking forward to dine-in returning so I dont have to wait till I get home to enjoy it. Highly recommend the steak and cheese!

You guys removed the chicken gyro i was gonna eat here again because of that sub not anymore... to bad... edit: Ive since tried the steak and cheese and holy hell its damn good well i am sad they got rid of the gyro they certainly deserve a better rating than what i gave them initially.

We ordered 4 large subs Just finished my sub it was Turkey bacon ranch it was ok asked for no onion and onions were on it Ordered a steak and cheese asked to put cheddar not provolone. Got no cheese and no steak sauce very dry Ordered a smokehouses beef and cheddar brisket and was looking for the meat (very little meat ) it would have not even covered a small The only one that was correct was the engineer sub When you pay the extra for good food you would expect to get what you ordered We spent $70.00 almost for something I could get at subway for less money Not going back there It was North Ritson rd in oshawa

First time having subs from here. I ordered the Engineer. Love the way the turkey was sliced thin but piled on. Good flavour and fresh topings. Mushrooms were tasty. Served hot. Service was very friendly and happy to help. Subs came up fast. Waited maybe 2-3 minutes. Also had the Firehouse Hero. 3 kinds of meat piled nice. Fresh veggies and also great flavour. Definitely a meal and a half. Great post-workout meal.

Used to go all the time pre pandemic. Have not in years. With the wife and kids gone this weekend flying solo, time to treat myself. Had a steamer as always a quality sub. May have been the end of the cut, was a bit stringier than normal. Regardless it tasted great and the customer service is and always was awesome. Price, some people complain... but if you havent noticed that is the norm. Was fine with the price. Very clean as always as well. Nice to come back. Also good to see the staff jiving on the music. Pleasant change from all the toxic places to get food these days and the lack of customer service and general positivity. Only down, but it is a sign of the time was the lack of the sauces you can grab.

This fire house is by far the worst fire house I have been to. I travel a little with my job, so I go to a whole bunch of different locations. Also I live near this location unfortunately. This location consistently messes up the orders, forgets things, sloppy sandwiches, gives you pickles with no bags on top of your meatball sub. It seems like a bunch of little kids working here with no supervision. I tried to give this location a chance but still no change. I will not be going back to this location ever. Don t waste your time on this place,

I was not impressed with the place I have seen it going down hill since change of ownership. They have all new staff and they dont yell welcome to firehouse any more lol. The place was a mess very dirty , ladies washroom out of order and pop machine not working properly, so disappointed in the place not sure I will be back again .

We ordered because firehouse subs was predictable. I ordered the feature club sub, however, I got 2 bottom buns and the bacon was not peppercorn bacon. We alo ordered side orders of hot sauce that did not come. I did speak with someone at the restraunt and she was willing to remake the sub and send the sauce if we ordered a cookie. This would mean paying a delivery pay again and paying for a cookie and waiting another 30 min. I did like the Pickle...best part.

came in just before 8pm on a Saturday night. i found the staff very rude and it almost felt like they were judging me, every single person in that place seemed like they absolutely hated their job. i also got a cheddar broccoli soup worst idea ever don t get the cheddar broccoli soup :(

Firehouse subs is a great spot for bite to eat. The interior is designed to a firehouse theme. Great selection of subs, with tasty meat and fresh produce. Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian- minus no tofu

The amount of wet soggy lettuce topped with abundantly wet tomatoes and sickly sweet sub sauce was way too much for this Firehouse Sub. You could throw the gross soggy bun at a fire, and put it out. What a waste of 20 bucks. See pictures of the sub I could no longer swallow without my gag reflex going off and puking.

Terrible customer service, compared to other locations. Owner should clean house of everyone working Saturday July.2nd at around 8pm. They were rude, ans acted like I was a hinderance by ordering. Definitely not what I would want for my business.

Whats happened to the service, attitude and joy that used to set the tone for the Oshawa location. None of the staff seem happy to be here and its reflective in their interaction with each other and their customers. I have been waiting now for 20 minutes for one sub and many others have been waiting longer. Alex, not sure if you still own this place but you may want to look into why the atmosphere and service has changed so drastically. I tell everyone to come here, but may need to rethink this. So sad.

I just had the half and half, the sandwich is as great as expected, the chili was not too bad. The issue is the sandwich was not a half, more like a little more than a quarter. I wished I read that it was a medium size sub that would be halfed, I assumed it would be a large sub.... still hungry

I only recently started going here after hearing good things about it. Love it so far. I have tried several subs and liked them all. Friendly staff too.

First time I tried this place after hearing good things about Firehouse compared to Subway. I had high expectations. Large sub was about $16 with taxes so a bit pricey and I was expecting the best sub I had in my life. Well indeed I did have the best sub in my life. It was very fresh and tasty. The cashier was very friendly too. Only thing I could mention is I got no napkins with my order and they should be offered.

Juda and Malike were very helpful and the food was good! Best brownies ever!

Awesome place for subs. The sandwiches are always fresh and filling. Best part is that I can get as many pickle wedges as I want. Service is always top notch; the employees are happy and enthusiastic.

Just stopped by this location to try out their new sub. I always receive excellent service and food from here. Today I was helped out by Juda and Xander. They were extremely friendly and encouraged me to donate to the great cause this chain supports. I really appreciated their service. Thanks a lot, I will definitely be returning! :)

Food is great but Im getting annoyed with no limes being available for their signature drink. I get the covid changes but they say ask for them... nope none available.

Person working the cash seemed quite lost. It was no less than a 20 minute wait to get my sub after ordering. There was alot of pre-orders so I would suggest calling ahead to avoid the wait. After arriving to my destination to eat it turns out I didnt quite get the sub I ordered which is unfortunate as Firehouse is rather pricey. Will give them another shot but not any time soon at this location.

Horrid service. Dirty and the person at the counter shouldnt be in the service industry. Or hold any job that requires human interaction. I will never come here again. Used to be decent, but they have gone downhill, fast. My family and I walked out in disgust. Yuck! Avoid at all costs.

When Firehouse Subs first opened I would definitely have given it 5 Stars, but not anymore. In the beginning it was a Great Atmosphere and Great Staff. Now not so much. Tonight I came here and the two people that ordered after me, received their Subs first, and after I inquired about my Sub I received it and it was a mess, that ended in my lap. I Seriously doubt that Ill ever come back to this location again.

Denied washroom access to skip driver

Ordered spicy Cajun chicken didnt have it so I ordered steak and cheese didnt like it at all.

For the price i expect the toppings and meat to cover the entire bun. My buns were empty at each side. Wont be coming back. Edited just to add the staff looked miserable.. No welcome to fire house or anything like they used too. Seems like this location has gone way down.

The young man at the counter who took my order did not care about my name being spelt correctly. He had no smile or expression when taking my order. He seemed bored and disinterested. The food was average. The other staff snickered and giggled rudely when I tried to correct them on the pronouncing of my name when they called out my order. Terrible customer service attitudes. I understand employing young people but have the ones that are interacting with customers at least pretend to care. Rude. Not a good experience. Unlikely to return and would recommend an alternative location or sub franchise

Friday September 16th 16 minute wait for one sub that was obviously rushed so the employees could go home. I placed my order for ONE sub at 8:40 pm. Sub was handed to me at 8:56. At 8:40 5 of 6 staff were working on making subs. 5 minutes later...15 minutes before closing and only 1 employee is making subs while the other 5 did whatever cleaning and closing up tasks they felt necessary because they wanted to go home while I sat with another 3 customers and waited. And waited. I understand everyone wants to go home at the end of the day but the lack of care for waiting customers was unacceptable. The customer ahead of me ordered 4 subs! And one employee to make them all! Plus the customer ahead of him and mine. Does management not instruct their staff to make getting happy customers out of the door a priority REGARDLESS of the time of day? Do staff only get paid until 9 on the dot? If thats the case maybe Firehouse should stop taking orders 30 minutes early. I have paid for over priced subs there many times because they are good. But NOT worth more than 15 minutes of my life. This was the worst sub I have had there because clearly the one employee who got stuck actually serving paying clients clearly wanted to go home too. It was a joke. Never going to step foot in this place again. Now Dec 11 2022 Half the sub is off the bun from the half-baked staff making it. He only cut the top of the sub, so I had to tear and ripped the bun. AND STILL NO PICKLE....NO PICKLE!! I think the kids in there are pocketing them. What else can I think when the PICKLE is rarely there? Unreal. Uber is their main focus and not the customer who takes the time to go and pick up their food. All not really a big deal except that they charge almost 20$ for their full size subs. Unreal. They need to get their S together there as Im close to no longer spending my money at this location cuz they cant build subs or put things as basic as a pickle in with the order. That is a staple....pickle in every sub. Basic stuff one would think...

Very good subs. My new go to. Prices are higher but considering the size and meat portions it is fair. The large sub was bigger than I expected. Most other sub places, I would feel hungry again after 3 to 4 hours.

This review is in regards to my first visit to Firehouse Subs on September 19th. Went to pick up a quick lunch and was curious to try Firehouse Subs as I had noticed we were having one open up soon in Bowmanville. The menu was legible and I was able to quickly make a decision, the engineer, and my girlfriend ordered a create your own sub. I took mine however it came and overall it was just a great sandwich. Everything was fresh and had flavour which I find is what lacks at other sandwich chains. Very pleased and would come back for it again. My girlfriends sandwich on the other hand was missing about half of the toppings she had asked them to put on it. She was disappointed but still enjoyed what she had. Overall solid experience. I will try again once they open up in Bowmanville. Maybe staff could be a little more attentive to what the customer requests on their sandwich. My girlfriend and I are very reasonable but I know other patrons are not so best be careful.

Did an online order, arrived 5 minutes before my pick up time & the cashier took my payment. Waited another 20 minutes, went up to ask if my order was ready & I was told to wait in line again, when I could see my order sitting on the back counter this whole time. I waited a total of 30 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready and everyone ordering after us got theirs and left and was still waiting. Asked for a new fresh sub, and all I got was my sub sitting there re-heated.

I cam only give this a 3. The food is GREAT but even if you are the only customer, you are still a good 15mins waiting. A bit excessive.

Ordered online. It says the order will ready by 4:11. I arrived in at 4:11 and order was not ready. Staff took 15 extra mins to prepare one medium sub. Not very pleased with the service.

First visit to Firehouse Subs. This is a class act sub. From the buns to the ingredients everything is fresh and tasty. Heavy with meat and toppings, it is excellent. As a sub and sandwich connoisseur I can honestly say this is an excellent sub. To top it off the staff are really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Best sandwich Ive ever had all the way from NS to BC Expensive but its like heaven nestled into the biggest, most delicious, yummy sub and a half, ive enjoyed in years. Big thumbs up on the broccoli soup too.

Just simply because of the time it takes ordering from this store. Do you have over 30 minutes to wait for a sub? Is that worth it to you? Then this place is for you. If you think you can order and walk out with food within 5 or 10 minutes you are going to be out of luck. I cant fathom what takes so long but I cannot ever sacrifice that much time for fast food I swear I have literally gotten meals faster at a sit down restaurant.
