The food here is actually not bad. However, I unfortunately had to make the decision to stop eating here after I had gotten sick quickly after eating their food, twice. In addition, I have witnessed staff going to the bathroom with their aprons on that they wear working with your food. I had even witness a staff member not washing their hands after going to the bathroom and then wiping their hands on their apron. Again, the same apron they wear while working with the food you eat. I hope this improves for everyone's health and safety
Honestly much better than expected. My rolls were fresh and the quantity for the price was pretty reasonable.
Great place to get some sushi to go! Food is good and their prices are fair. I enjoy the inari crunch.
They have a good selection for pass by takeout in the mall sushi. I had the salmon lovers and it was all tasty and fresh, I had been craving some salmon sushi and it hit the spot. Was lucky also to get it 20% off at the end of the day before they would be closing, so if you want to give it a try and save money then pass by at the end of the day. Don't mind my half eaten photo I couldn't wait 😋
Good quality sushi and very convenient location right at the mall entrance (so truly grab and go if you didn't want to peruse the mall). It's not the best sushi I've ever had but it's fresh, good value and casual environment. Checkout is fast and easy. Be mindful of your health safety- some people insist on touching every container before making a choice, unfortunately. You can score a discount if you buy at closing!
I am not sushi fan, but liked their food. We got friend shrimp, it was awesome. On Sunday if you are close to 5, wait till 5, they have 20% off. I took food at 4.55, to see they are placing 20% off board while I pay 🙁. Anyway great experience, good food.
Decent food & convenient pick up. Good customer service. Bought their Spicy Crab & Cali Rolls. Tasted yum 🤤 😋
Ate here Nov 19 and ordered the Special Roll with Shrimp in the middle and avacado on top for $ 13.99. Was expecting a tempura shrimp in the middle and it was breaded and soggy. Seriously breaded shrimp in a sushi roll. Secondly the shrimp was so small evidenced by the picture. The rice was hard as well. Even if it was fresh it would have been a 1 out of 5. Their claim to be a leading pioneer of Sushi Grab and Go was not convincing on this visit. They are lagging, not leading. I wouldn't give it a second chance.
This is a really budget friendly option and have good food as well. They also will have 20% off on the items nearing to closure time
Not very good sushi overall, found hair in it...
Picked up a pack of sushi for dinner, and one of the pieces had a small chunk of plastic which i almost ate and choked on. Very grossed out now and unsafe for you!
The food is always great but keep asking for my order more then once
Food is decently good but could be better but what do you expect from mall food
Vegetarian options: They dont have any vegetarian options available to get. I went there at 5 pm and they said they dont make any more veggie sushi and the store closes at 8
Went to get sushi and was already closed at 8:15
Rude service!
Overpriced for below average sushi.
Suffered from severe food poisoning!!!
Great fast food
Quick service and friendly staff.
The food is good but the customer service is terrible. These are some mean ppl
Cant guarantee everything is good, but my one and only favorite is the vegan sushi with spice sauce on top. It tastes phenomenal.
I bought the salmon lovers yesterday around 2:30pm. It included 2 pieces of nigiri and 6 pieces of salmon roll. It was $14.99 I believe. Anyway last night I had all the symptoms of food poisoning. So if you are ordering, pay attention to the fish. I disregarded the initial funny taste and since all subsequent bites were with wasabi, I didn t think anything of it.
Amazing Sushi, quality is awesome - honestly people crying about soggy shrimp people breaded shrimp gets soggy from moist from the rice - I ordered 64 pc and it was so fresh and price was awesome!! Would just do take out from this place than going to restaurants
Welcome to sushi q where everyone can touch your food before you buy it. Today I decided to give the food court a chance since covid-19 happened and to my surprise they keep all of their food in the open for any customer to grab, they dont wear gloves, they were not keeping to any sanitation standards and beautifully they just wave it off. 4 people touched all of the cases of sushi before I got to grab mine. All I know is that I will not be eating here ever again since there are more sanitary places then them.
I had a very poor experience at Sushi Q. The staff on 9 September 2020 refused to tell me when the end of day sale starts, claiming it changes and then entirely brushed me off and ignored me when I asked if they had any idea when it would be today. It was 3:55 pm and the mall closes at 7. Poor customer service and rude management.
Good sushi and super convenient to grab, also well priced. Everyone else complaining is a whiny plug, Im a very frequent customer and have had zero issues.
Horribly disappointing sushi. Soggy breaded shrimp - actually soggy everything - clumpy rice, definitely not freshly made. I should have known better when the staff smelled like smoke. You cant smell like smoke and serve food. Never again. Blech.
Not the best sushi place but it s decent. The staff are really friendly and the prices are really reasonable for the packaged sushi.
Watched one of the guys making it eat something as he was rolling sushi rolls, and never washed his hands. This was after I had already finished my crab rolls... I was so sick from this sushi, I was literally laying on one of the tables in the food court wondering how I was going to get myself home.
