This place is fantastic. As a deaf person myself it takes a lot to just order something to eat. They made it a lot easier for me by communicating effectively. Plus the food here is good, its what you expect from Thai express

This is the place I go every weekends. The staffs attitude is great and the food tastes great! Worth trying the fried rice!

By mistake I ordered the wrong dish & noticed, so I asked it be corrected, I also paid $2.10 more however, they just added the noodles, didnt correct the chicken in meal. Thanks for charging me over $20 dollars for a meal that taste like CRAP. I live a hour away.

On 16th March, we ordered vegetables pad Thai and General Taos chicken. Lady with glasses happily served us. she s very careful to take our order, ask me veggie sauce or fish sauce, nobody has asked me before about different sauce, and i very happy with that. Overall Great service .

The Tom yum soup very very good.

This is my favourite place to eat whenever I go to the mall to do my shopping! The food tastes great every single time. The general tao chicken and the chicken pad Thai are my favourite! Service from the chefs and the cashiers are always great. The one cashier with the glasses is my favourite, she s so sweet. Vegetarian options: I love the veggie pad Thai with tofu

I ordered without checking reviews - the pad see ew was absolutely awful. Dry chewy noodles, weird after taste, bitter. Literally nothing like I ve ever had before. I m still confused why I took this risk lol

Just got red curry on rice during my lunch. They blanched uncooked veggies for literally 30 seconds. The bamboo shoots, the onions, green peppers and carrots crunchy and raw. The rice super undercooked with a hard centre. The curry is like water. Tastes like chilli and nothing. So disappointing for $15. They wont even put it on a plate so the curry cools a little. Its so strange eating raw things scalding hot. Burned my mouth, now Im headed back to work hungry.

I love the service here and always a good option to grab a bite while shopping. Yummy food option

WORST COMPANY EVER BEWARE! They spilled soup on my bag and laptop and ignored my until I spammed them all they offered was a 40 dollar gift card as if i will ever come back. To get everything fixed was 2000 dollars. The lady was at fault because she was not paying attention. Head office Anna Young ignored my complaints.

Ordered fish fried rice and got vegetable one, the lady who takes order not able to hear properly and take the right order. The vegetable fried rice was beyond horrible and not worth $16.

Chicken Pad Thai is amazing! I come here at least twice a week

One of my friends ate at Thai express. She found a roach in her food. Not acceptable. I had given this location 5 stars prior but I won t be eating here anymore either. This is disgusting. Your customers health matters and this isn t the service we expect from Thai Express.

Thank you for asking the reason. Sharing honest review in a hope someone would try to do things better. We ordered Veg Thai Green curry and Veg Fried Rice. Both blend, no taste, no salt. Green curry was dilute/watery mixed with boiled veggies. I was looking forward to Thai Express as it was my go-to favourite for office lunch in Toronto, but yesterday it was so bad that I will never come back. Gave three stars for service, fresh ingredients and people working hard in pandemic. Reduced two stars as the food is waste of appetite and money. I am extremely disappointed.

It was my first time ordering at Thai express. The service was pretty good but I basically paid $13 for a big bowl of noodles with five shrimps and almost no beef or vegetables. My daughters food only had four shrimp and again very little veggies. The noodles themselves were good but I just wish there was more vegetables and shrimp for the amount of money we paid.

Terrible experience this morning...the employee at the counter didnt even have the patience or knowledge to listen to what I was asking and immediately moved on to the next customer... Very bad response...

The food here is terrible. There is so much lacking I don t even know where to start.

I ordered padsew and asked for less beef and more sauce. But it was nothing like it. It was super dry and the noodles were pale. It barely has sauce. Worst store.

Do not order from this location. They are crook. Big sign there Sunday special. They charge full price when you pay. When ask what happen to the special price. They said it does not apply to this location. I tell you . You just lost a long time customer. And I work close to this location and will tell everyone not to go there.

Had never tried this place before, but let me tell you i was not disappointed, we took some time picking what we wanted as we had no idea what to get and our server was very patient and sweet with us, we had the Mango General Thai and it was incredibly delicious, not to mention our order was ready within the blink of an eye, would 100% recommend and revisit!!

I love Thai express but the workers here.. I just hate having to go to this location. The workers always make me feel awful and I can never figure out why. I m always respectful and say thank you and I ve never complained about anything. Every single time I go I feel like I ve done something to personally offend the workers. They are so rude and stuck up for whatever reason.

We gave this place a couple of tries before writing this review. We ordered Chicken Pad Thai, Thairacha Pad Thai and Chicken Basil Fried Rice. The noodles were under cooked. The chicken was very chewy. Fried rice was very dry. The Thairacha Pad Thai was a totally different dish from what we have had in other Thai Express restaurants. Overall I would skip the place completely in future. I do not recommend this Thai Express.

I gave two stars because I have had good vegetable pad thai here in the past. However, today my husband brought me home a vegetable pad thai which was aweful. It was a big ball of mush, with zero flavour. I couldnt even eat it the texture turned me right off, very expensive for a meal that went in the trash. So disappointed.

Used to really enjoy this place. Service used to be awesome, and food was always prepared correctly.The last few times Ive gone my order has been completely messed up. I dont want to keep having to go in to get the right order.

The price was not cheap but the food quality was ok. The portion was reasonable too.

Oh my Lord. The sauce was 90% of the food. 5 shrimp and soooo many sauced noodles. Never again.

Thai soup from here is terrible. No flavour too many noodles. Just a complete mess for 12.95. Mr. noodles tastes better than this garbage.

The food is usually pretty decent however the service is continuously bad. Today I asked if I could have my order in a bowl as it hard to mix the ingredients in the little takeout container. I didnt need more of the food just a different container. The worker charged me 30 cents for it which was kinda odd but whatever I didnt say anything and gladly paid for it. When I was given my order, it was in the takeout container and when I asked for a bowl they refused to give me once despite paying for it. Sadly I wasnt offered a receipt so I had no proof of this additional purchase but I was really upset by the whole ordeal. I just wanted a plastic bowl, didnt realize it was that big of a request.

I ordered through the Thai Express website and paid on the site. Got a confirmation email and receipt, went to pick up my food and was told by the staff at the counter I had no order and they would not make my order. I showed them the confirmation information and they still refused to make my order. I left without food and without a refund. Tried to call the phone number through their ordering system (not door dash or anything, the ordering system on their site) and cant get ahold of anyone and their feedback form says they are having technical difficulties and forms arent going through to them for feedback. Food is usually tasty for fast mall food, but you dont get more than one star if I pay for food, show proof of payment in a very timely fashion and you refuse to make the food for me.

Very disappointed with this location. I usually get the basil fried rice with chicken, stir fry that is. Im not sure how covid has affected them in the sense that they feel the need now to NOT mix the rice with chicken and make it an actual stir fry. What is the reason for this? Also since it is now only take out due to covid restrictions you should be automatically giving a bag for take out!!!!! Cannot support restaurants like this and all these vendors should be going out of their way to keep customers happy because it wont be long before you all have to close down.

Very low quality location. I have ordered General Thai from many different locations, and normally the meal is consistent. This time I bought two orders and both were terrible. Veggies were almost spoiled, there was little to no flavour in my meal. The pieces of chicken: some were soggy and mushy, and other pieces were hard. Didn t even eat half of my meal, super disappointed that I wasted $27.

I never eat here

Truly awful. I honestly dont know whats in the meat. It is like some astronaut dry pallets. I thought they got my order wrong because my beef didnt taste like no beef Ive ever had.

Surprisingly delicious! I had it for the first time yesterday. I ordered the Pad See Ew with tofu and egg and it was wonderful! And this is coming from someone who is a vegetarian s worst enemy. As good as it was though, it was 14 dollars, so it might be out of some mall budgets.

I wish I took pics of our disappointing Meal#6 Stir Fry plates. My wife and I ordered both the Stir Fry meal, one with beef and the other with chicken. All I have to say is that the portions were heavily inconsistent between each of them, over priced, and there was so much sauce added to mine I swear I thought I was having soup. These are the thoughts I had before I even sat down to even take a bite for which I gave the benefit of doubt that hopefully it tastes better than it looks....wrong! Hopefully our experience was an isolated case. On a positive note, the chopsticks themselves were a high quality, and they had unlimited napkins available.

Lovely staff and great selection of authentic Thai, Korean and Chinese food dishes. Good prices.

I use to love this place. I just ordered the tofu pad thai from skip the dishes, it was not that great. most disappointment was there was no lime or nuts

Currently suffering through pretty intense food poisoning from a veggie pad thai that I bought from here. It was the only thing I ate and within 30 minutes of my meal, I was hit with intense stomach cramping and then vomiting ect. Do not eat here. There was obviously some serious cleanliness/cross contamination issues for this to happen so swiftly. It is 18 hours later and I am still sick & in pain.

One of the better Thai expresses as the cooks usually know what they are doing they add just enough flavor . My personal favorite is the sweet n sour beef stir fry. Have not had any problems with the staff here

Quality of Food: The food quality here is the best Thai food I have had as far as fast food options go. They allow for any substitutions or additions to food that you want. Staff: N/A. I ordered through Just-Eat delivery app so I cant fairly comment on the staff. Reason for four stars: This restaurant does not have a delivery option unless through third parties such as just eat. Other then that an amazing place for fast food. Take-out only.

The food here is really really bad and I have eaten at alot of Thai Express. Food so bad I left it in the parking lot. The location on Front Street tastes the best so far.. You might want to go down there and see what they are doing right and what you are doing wrong.

The beef was raw... Needed some more time on the heat. Very disappointed as I had to throw it out...

A fairly strong selection of Thai food for the area. Pricing is very reasonable. I always do take out here, so cant comment on eating in. Sometimes they have specials and it would be great if they put them on a mailing list.
