150 Elgin St, Ottawa, ON K2P 1L4, Canada
Great staff, the mocha and cappuccino were fine, the presentation of the food was good, but the breakfast scone I got was pretty stale and crusty. The overall flavor was pretty good. The exit was a bit cafeteria style, where we scraped our own dishes and then added them to a big pile of everyone else's dishes.
The best scones in town for sure. What a great selection and fair prices for their menu options. It was our first time there and we loved it so much we returned the next day. Staff are so friendly and you do have the option to dine in or take out as well as place orders for future pick up which is what we did for the next day. Definitely a must try. I hope they expand to Toronto! Would love it!!!
Their scones were really good! We tried different favours like orange and cranberry, lemon and popperseeds, vanilla and cream, cheddar and scone of the month -peach crumble. They were all so yummy! We also tried the "salmon sconewitch" and it was a refreshing experience! Staff was friendly and helpful and we will definitely recommend this store to our families and friends.
Came to Ottawa to attend the ICBO Behavioural Optometrist conference and so lucky pop into this little caffe. The best scone that I have eaten 😋 really good can have the savoury taste that for the people afraid of sweetness. Really love to pack and take back other flavours to try. But afraid of being unable to last till I am back in Malaysia.
THE BEST SCONES EVER!!! I was only in Ottawa 2 days and I went here both those days! I got the feta scone, and an iced mocha one day, and an iced latte the next! I also got another feta scone to go to have for lunch! Service is amazing too! Great location, close to parliament hill!
Best scones ever. They are very yummy either fresh or right out from the fridge. Remember to pair with their clotted cream and strawberry jam. They are SO GOOD that made me went back to buy more and hand carry some on my way back to Totonto. Top bad they only have stores in Ottawa.
4 stars because I’ve come here for years and the tastes are amazing whatever you choose. Minus one star because recently I’ve been unsatisfied whenever I go. Ham and Gruyère scone gets two fatty pieces of ham - not up to their standard they’ve set prior.
Delicious scones! Great variety of flavors. My favorites are the lemon cranberry and lemon poppyseed. There are also breakfast and lunch options and coffee bar. My pics show the 2 mentioned above and the savory herb one. As you can see they were so good I couldn't wait to have a bite before I took a pic.
Visited this morning.. The sweet scones are nicer than the savory ones.. The staff isnt too friendly, but polite. They werent celebrating the Christmas spirit, the ambiance of the store wasnt great.
Absolutely delicious sconewitch. Stopped in while I was in town and will go back every time I am in town.
Tasty cappuccino and nice personal
Great sweet and savory scones. Coffee was pretty good as well.
We went to sconewich on a Thursday morning for breakfast, figuring it would be a good stop as it was close to our hotel and had good reviews. The service was good, the restaurant was clean and welcoming. I tried ordering the fruit compote, but they were out of it. They were also out of the chocolate syrup for hot chocolate. I ended up getting an egg wich. The sandwich was disappointing. The scone was very dry and the egg was rubbery. My partner got the bacon and chedder melt and also said his was dry, despite some sauce. My cappuccino was delicious and he enjoyed his vanilla hot collage. Maybe we went in on an off day, as other reviewed rave about this place but we found the food underwhelming
Great scones! Although the line can be quite busy and slow sometimes as people dont really pay attention to what they want to order. Make sure you ask about their frozen scones. Delicious!
Delightful staff, delicious scones and exceptional coffee.
OMG ! This is one of the few places that serves scones that blew my mind ! Is soft and moist on the inside but crisp on the outside ! I tried the lemon poppyseed and low gluten raspberries scone and once I took a bite I just can t stop until I put all the them my tummy ! Went back the next day to try the apple toffee scones (flavor of the month) and lemon poppyseed again !
Food, atmosphere, people are amazing here. We got a bacon cheese melted sandwiches and they were so good 10/10. And weve got Londong Fog latte, so good , better than coffee! Xxx! Even thou Im a coffee lover)) Highly recommend Scone Witch place for everyone
Blueberry muffin was excellent, particularly with the half cream/jam option. Would have been plenty of topping for two scones, in fact.
Amazing service and food that is both tasty and well-priced! Would 100% recommend to others!
SOOOOO GOOOOD And fresh Food
Apple cider and cheddar scone was amazing!!
Great ham and cheese sandwich
A small but classy breakfast, lunch and snack place for downtown workers, their scones and coffee are first class. Their entrance is actually 31 Gloucester St., not Elgin.
Amazing! The tastes are all spot on and the scones are perfection! Definitely a must try when in Ottawa.
I love this place. There s no way to go wrong, it doesn t matter what you order.
This is my favourite café in Ottawa. I visit weekly for their coffee, delicious scones, and friendly staff. I have yet to try their lunch menu, but Im sure I wouldnt be disappointed.
Friendly staff and delicious food and tea. Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible. Food : 5/5 |
Delicious scones, and variety of options from snack to nice breakfast or lunch. Particularly enjoyed the Devon cream option. Very reasonable prices.
Food, service and ambiance all great. Had a great breakfast trying scones for the first time.
Tried scones sandwiches for the first time, and it was amazing!!! Its definitely a must try if you are visiting Ottawa.
Best scones in probably the whole of Ontario. They have a huge variety of different flavours- savoury and sweet and they re made fresh daily right in front of you. The kitchen is always busy putting in and out fresh scones! Def a must try spot in Ottawa region.
The sconewiches would benefit from having the scones warmed up, in my opinion. Otherwise, very delicious. Coffee wasnt strong enough
Nice place to read your book, chat with friends. Great sandwiches and scones are delicious and addictive. Great self serve coffee, service is really kind. Definitely recommended Dietary restrictions: Wheat free options, vegetarian options ish, salads.
First time here and the reviews do not disappoint! I m not the biggest fan of scones but ordered one anyways. The cheddar scone (warmed up) I ordered was light, fluffy, and lightly savoury. It was very tasty. Also ordered an iced mocha and it was pretty good! Rich coffee taste without the chocolate over powering and making the drink too sweet. I will be back before I leave Ottawa! The prices were also very reasonable for being in downtown!
Delicious food with prompt service, also very reasonable prices. Food is very fresh. Dietary restrictions: GF available
OMG so GOOD! Went to this place 3 times during a weeks stay in Ottawa. PLEASE OPEN in US! Outstanding scones in interesting flavors with delicious jams and cream to try with your scones. Also yummy breakfast (and lunch) scone-based sandwiches - loved this place!
the savoury scone witch was filling and the scone was really good and the lemon poppyseed scone was not too sweet
My entire family is in love with this place and we look forward to visiting Ottawa just for being able to saviour their sconewiches. Highly recommend!! Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian sconewitches and they are amazing Parking: You can park on the street or else paid parking lots are in nearby locations.
Our scone tasted fantastic. Service was excellent I highly recommend this location. I bit noisy, could use some music to create some ambiance.
Shockingly yummy. Fast service. Very impressed.
Same scone flavours and sandwiches I loved years ago, with a consistent taste. The ham and gruyere on cheddar continues to be my favourite sandwich, while the orange and cranberry sweet scone is still great for my sweet tooth. I think they ve bounced back service-wise post-pandemic. One star removed because the savoury menu could be updated it s starting to get boring! This is the same menu from years ago. A sandwich of the month would be nice! Like what about roasted veggies and prosciutto? Or even a little fried chicken on a vanilla scone! Time to get more creative.
Cool vibe and the food was excellent.
So yummy.
Salty or sweet, a bit of both, or even a scone-wich! A really cool food concept! The goat cheese & tomato was super good!
Incredibly slow service. 5 people working. Nobody on the till.
Overall fine. Tried their sweet scones which were amazing. Lemon poppyseed and oatmeal scones are highly recommend! Had a poached salmon sconewitch and coffee for my second visit. The sconewitch is alright, ingredients were fresh yet nothing spots on. The coffee was so blank and just like iced water.
The scones are amazing! Highly recommend!
The scones are phenomenal and absolutely delicious. It reminded us of the time we had them in Scotland. We came back for more.
Great taste of Britain.
Parking: Street parking on streets nearby. Parking garage also nearby. Kid-friendliness: Great for kids Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible
The Lemon Poppyseed Scone paired with Clotted Cream (called Devon Cream in Canada) and Strawberry Rubarb jam is so tasty.
The scones are delicious, the staff is friendly, I think Ill come again.
Great vanilla scone.
Excellent service
Tried the vanilla scone with wild blueberry and raspberry jam, it was delicious! A real treat.
Coffee is delicious. Scones are passable. Staff is friendly.
Scones.
Really tasty scones! Lots of different flavors and jam/cream options to choose from. Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor, big doors.
Enjoyed a cranberry orange scone, turkey and Stilton sconewich, and mocha. Browsed the cute black cat postcards while waiting.
Fantastic experience!!
So. Yummy.
I got a dozen scones, both sweet and savoury, and they were delicious. Even after a few days they were still very soft and fresh. I will be back next time I m in Ottawa!
Great scones!
Wow, these are the best scones I ve ever had. Impossible to have a bad day after feasting on their breakfast melt and delicious coffee. Take a sweet scone with jam and clotted cream on the side to enjoy in the park, you won t regret it!
Amazing scones! Some savory sandwich options for a reasonable price.
The scone sandwich was really good!
I like the place. Usually, I go to the Westboro location. I was disappointment with my visit to the downtown location as the scones used for sandwitches were dry and hard.
Really good scones!
Why have a regular sandwich when you can get a sconewich?! The moment you step inside, you can can smell the scones which are baked on site. They have both sweet and savoury options which are light and flaky. I enjoyed my London Fog tea (Earl Grey with milk and vanilla syrup).
My favourite vanilla scones!
I love their scones.
Came here as my first breakfast stop on vacation. Absolutely lovely. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the service is impeccable. I will definitely tell people about this place!
Love this place, ppl here are polite and always with a good attitude. Also they have free jam jars on the shelf. Also good music
I purchased a Eggwich, which itself was delicious but the total package, which included an anemic looking side salad with the thinnest slices of fruit imaginable for $9 left a lot to be desired.
Once you discover the Sconewitch you will never go back to Tims or McDonalds for breakfast! Better coffee, even better than Macdonalds and the food quality for the price, well you cant beat it for the price.
Super good lunch ! Their scones are delightful, crispy and buttery ! Love getting a sandwich there with an iced tea. Food : 5/5
Always the best scones in town.
A nice quiet place to have a coffee and enjoy a scone.
Editing to add a more detailed review. The Scone Witch offers really lovely selections, including ones for those with a gluten intolerance. I have visited several times to get the turkey and Stilton pairing on a GF savory scone. Thank you as well to the staff who are always very quick and friendly. Dietary restrictions: Options for gluten intolerance (cannot confirm for celiac).
Always love the scones but had today from the lunch menu a triangle sandwich shaped scone with tuna accompanied by a healthy portion of salad. Yummy, wholesome and healthy for a fair price of $8 with $3 for soup. Good thing they are close to my office for more
Soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside! Delicious! Glad I stopped by to try it out!
Great scones.
Herb & Onion Scone
I love coming to SconeWitch on the weekends! Having a warm scone with jam and clotted cream is such a small pleasure and a great way to start off the weekend. The service is really friendly too!
I took a box of various salty and sweet frozen scones to bake at home to order... But Im not a fan, and neither are my daughters! I dont understand why this place is so popular and why there are so many people! It must be cultural? Our box of 10 scones bought a year ago is taking root in our freezer We still have half of them left. When I bake them at home, despite the good smell, no one rushes to eat them... Maybe I should go back and try something other than scones??
A little pricy but best scones! Service is great!
Had a delicious sconewitch with a side salad and hot apple cider. Top notch.
It s really good
Would definitely recommend the sconewitches (sandwich, but instead of toast, scones). Also the jams they offer are available for purchase in jars!
Extremely busy. Only place in Ottawa Ive found that has Devonshire cream so far brings a bit of home to Canada. These guys literally have some of the best scones I have ever had (and Ive had MANY lol) I like that they have low-gluten options. After all this time, the Vanilla scone stands as my #1, they just do it perfectly. Highly recommend. (The dark chocolate raspberry is also excellent) The only thing I dont enjoy on their menu is the cheddar jalapeno scone, its quite dense and chewy in my opinion, just not great. But Im sure it will get there as they are constantly improving their recipes.
Love this place. So close to work and always delicious.
The scones are AMAZING! You can choose sweet scones or savory scones, and the flavors are unique! Mix and match them! You wont regret!
Excellent sones and well worth the drive.
The scones were delicious, and overall service was good, however the scones were served cold even though we were dining in, wasnt given the option to have them warmed. Small place with limited seating, washrooms not in good condition (heavy doors that slam shut, and sink faucet was literally falling off).
Scones were excellent. 10/10
Cute atmosphere - great scones and coffee. Recommended
Great service. Scones were phenomenal. Will definitely be back.
Expensive but really yummy
Best scones ever!
Was ok. The jalapeno scone was very dry
Delicious scones and sandwiches as well. I try to always visit when I am in Ottawa, wishing they had a Toronto location! Great variety of flavours, 6/12 packs are the way to go!
Wow. Just, wow. Ham and Gruyere, winner! Herb and onion, fantastic! Lemon poppyseed, rockin! Maple Pear, champion! Hogwarts has got nothing on the spells being cast here.
Great scones and very friendly staff. I remember when the first scone witch opened in a charming old house on Albert Street. Although no longer on Albert St, its so nice to see that theyre still around and expanded to several locations.
Great little Saturday morning breakfast experience!
Been an NCR resident for 2 years and this was the first time I visited the downtown location. Ambiance was cute, spacious, and minimalist which is an approach I appreciated but was surprised to see the lack of seating. Value for money was decent, coffee was good and food presentation was decent as well. Only thing I wish is that there was more of it overall was satisfied but stil left hungry & thé menu was very limited (that was my biggest complaint) which in the grand scheme is minimal.
Scones were good. Menu is a lot smaller than it used to be.
The quality of the scones is truly excellent very tasty, with a moist interior and a good slight crunch on the outside! My only major complaint is that the food is very expensive. My wife and I purchased two sconewiches with no sides, two teas, plus one dessert scone to share and the total was the price equivalent of a full meal for two despite being a very modest amount of food. I would happily pay prices like these for a place that at least pays their staff living wages, but after following up on that I discovered the majority of staff is paid minimum wage. Just something to keep in mind for those who visit.
The scones are delicious, however, the jams are too sweet for my taste.
The food was really good: the scones texture is both kind of like a biscuit on the outside but soft on the inside. The lemon curd was addictive. However: while the drinks came maybe 5min after ordering at the counter (good but lukewarm), we had to wait for the food 25min. Many other clients (5+) who arrived after us were served right away. Maybe 15min in, I explained the situation to a waitress (the one who served us as the counter), but she didnt do anything. When finally the food arrived (after I asked twice), we had already finished ours drinks. I asked my boyfriend how much tip he left, as I was a bit frustrated by the service which ternished the good experience. He told me he tried to select the % tip on the payment terminal, but it went straight to the payment. We just arrived to Canada, so we are not used to tipping. We do tip, of course (here we would have selected 10% as people told us to do for counter service), we just struggle a bit with machines. It led me to wonder if they forgot our order because of this, especially as the person we asked for help the first time and did nothing was the one who took our payment.
Delicious
The scones were delicious! I got a maple pear and a lemon poppyseed! I also got jam and Devon cream to go with it! I love the top crust part! I think the maple pear was sweet enough on its own that it didnt need any jam :) they also give you lots of jam and cream so next time I would ask if I can get those in take out form so I can finish them at home. It gets pretty busy at lunch hour, so def go there a little before the rush to avoid long lines.
Amazing food in an unattractive location. Worth going to!
Soooo delicious wow! Never loved scones that much but these are on another and better than any I ve had before. Great crunchy outside but soft on the inside for the sweeter ones and the savoury one for my sandwich was super nice and flaky. Got the Turkey stilton sandwich and loved it! The cheese was really tasty and strong in a good way. For $8.50, I d say it s definitely worth it for the quality and taste. The couple sweet scones I got were also delicious and now I want to try all of them! Inside is nice and it was pretty busy so it may be hard to find a seat. All the staff were super kind. Definitely recommend!! A must if in Ottawa to try to be honest.
Excellent food and service.
The scones are really delicious. Its the epitome of whats on the outside. The staff are also very friendly. We also sell packaged jams and creams. Personally, the lemon cream did not suit my taste. I did it.
Super scone breakfast! Strictly sweet (but there are many savory variations too), we took six different flavours. All super! To be enjoyed with jams of all kinds, including ginger jam! Super friendly staff.
LOVED this quaint little spot! My friends and I enjoyed some scone witches and I had the tomato and goat cheese, along with a salad. The food was scrumptious and the vibe was super open and friendly. Will absolutely be coming back!
The sconewhich was fresh and the pastry was yummy. I had the poached salmon with side salad on a cheddar scone. Busy but lots of people just taking out so theres room to sit.
It wasnt what we expected. For a good amount of money, the serving size is very small. Spending 25-30$ for a person and still leaving the place hungry wasnt what I expected. Moreover if youre vegetarian/vegan you dont have any option there. So dont visit with these dietary restrictions.
Scone was flaky and I appreciated the choices of savoury and sweet. Side salad wasn t tossed. Nice easy lunch choice. I would go back and try other scones and filling combos.
The scones were solid! Nice layers throughout, not too sweet (we only tried the sweet options). The regular options are far superior to the low gluten variety, however, and I find that even the regular scones are somewhat small for the price. The Devon (clotted) cream left to be desired, but overall, I would go back.
I had a scone from the Scone Witch and now Im under her spell!
Great brunch cafe. Scones are amazing. Especially I really like their egg witch. The cheese is really the cherry on the top. Yum. My go to is herb&onion and Vanilla.
Ottawas gourmet highland, the aroma fills the air as soon as you enter the door, and then you are plunged into a difficult choice between sweet and savory, and finally have one of each. Been coming here for breakfast every Saturday lately.
Friendly service. Just got a half dozen scones for takeout. All of them were great, would definitely recommend if you like scones.
Delicious! And great variety of scones!
The security guard said don t smoke on the street in front of the building He was not happy about it Weird experience Dogs not allowed
Amazing place! The most yummy scones ever! Very kind and hardworking staff I m from Toronto and came to Ottawa for a getaway and this was the best breakfast place we went too! Thank you so much! Will definitely be coming again!
Best scones around
Average food, the scones are delicious and freshly baked. The goat cheese and tomato sandwich was small for the price. The vanila latte tasted good, however there was no lactose free milk option instead they offered oat milk. Their cups smelled ( both the one with latte and the water cups on the table. I tried a few cups and they all had the same smell, like the smell of fish. Overall very pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff.
I am not gratitude I strat my on line business without money without education please help me all frds to grow my business thank you
Coffee with ham and Brie on a tasty scone. Well worth the trip for a Sunday walk.
I love British scones. I was surprised that the scone and jam were both amazingly yummy. It was hard to find a British scone place. Although the lineup was long, it was all worth it.
The aroma is fragrant as soon as you walk in, and the scones are hot and delicious, much better than the frozen ones in cafes.
I like tosti
Some of the best scones in town! Definitely recommend the BLT on a feta scone for a brunch item, or the lemon poppyseed as a snack!
Very good texture and cooking, I just wish they used a better butter. Not sure why bakeries in North America can t get quality raw material.
Delicious food and coffee plus lovely employees :)
Decent scones with variety of flavors and friendly staff. I was in from Montreal and always take an opportunity to get scones from Ottawa.
Loved the food and the vibe. A bit pricey but I think its worth visiting.
Delicious savory scone sandwiches, I tried the bacon melt.
The scones are absolutely fantastic! They have sweet ones, and savory ones, as well as sconewitches and breakfast options. The coffee was delicious, and the staff are so friendly! I wish I could steal this place and bring it back home. Definitely coming back the next time we are in Ottawa. We highly recommend the vanilla-cream scone, and the cream cheese sconewitch.
Was not impressed with my scone or the customer service
Good scones but unbelievably slow service, I left after waiting ten minutes in line for only one person to be processed at the cash in that time. Witnessed three staff members bring out food/coffee to a table of 2 kids and 2 adults. Including the person running the cash. I don t know why it takes 3 staff to do that, leaving the rest of the line up stalled. Another two people left the line up as well. Very inefficient.
Pretty good. Get 2. 1 isnt enough
Had the blueberry scone and the one with dill in it. Both were delicious. Got the rest of the flavours and shared those, got a lot of compliments. Would definitely come back next time Im in town. Pleasant, efficient service.
Surprise in Ottawa. Delicious fluffy scones in multiple flavors. .
The scones are excellent with awesome sweet as well as savory options. This is clearly a very popular spot as well, and people seem to like the coffees as well. The only thing Id have to complain about us the interior design and set up. Its a bit dark, and the furniture seems a bit dated. Overall still a 5 star rating as the people working there are also very friendly and chatty.
This place is great! The staff are super friendly and informative. We stopped by here on our Ottawa Day Trip and bought some scones home. We bought them fresh, but the staff later told us that we couldve bought them frozen (nice to know) ! I ate the scone back in Montréal the next day and it was so good. Get the devonshire cream and the jam! I froze the other ones and brought out whenever I wanted to eat one : defrost in the refrigerator overnight & 15 seconds in microwave! Highly recommend!
Delicious but slow - the food is amazing, but it really isn t the best spot for a quick bite on a morning commute. Expect to wait 10-15 minutes on a morning. They seem to be understaffed at the front
This place never disappoints. It has been one of my favourite places in Ottawa for over a decade now. Today, I tried the breakfast scones for the first time and was pleasantly surprised at how they were plated and how they felt like an elevated version of a breakfast sandwich.
We weny there for our first breakfast in Ottawa. The place has an industrial vibe and not welcoming. We ordered two breakfasts of scrambled eggs on different flavoured scones. I asked for coffee to arrive at the time of main course of eggs and was told it will not be a problem. The coffees were brought to us right away when we set down. We waited for a long time for eggs and by the time the order came the coffees were cold. The two orders had different amount of eggs on the scones. The scones were very dry and had no taste to them. You could not tell the cheddar one from the onion. Big disappointment. Hope to find a better breakfast place tomorrow.
Staff were nice, but all the empty tables were dirty with crumbs (we had to clean one up ourselves to be able to sit). Scones were okay.
Really cool idea and food tastes great. It s a nice cafe vibe and we didn t have to wait too long on the weekend. Portions were a bit small and without a side salad, you may not be filled however. Good location in downtown Ottawa and seemed to be liked by the locals. Seating is there but they don t have a lot like most downtown cafes.
Very nice place
Love the scones, the place is not cosy though. Often the trash can is out in the middle of the floor, they still have the mask policy up in the window. I am not an anti vax or unempathetic towards people who may still be immuno compromised but it s a bit jarring to have the sign up on the door still for customers. The decoration is very scandi but could do with a bit more warmth. Staff is very friendly. Scones are top notch
The Scones were absolutely delicious. The Date and fennel was my favourite. I went to their other location and ordered a dozen for my family to also try.
A wonderful breakfast find that was a short walk from our hotel. Super friendly staff as we ordered for eating in. We ordered breakfast scones that were delicious surrounded by fresh fruit, lettuce and yummy drops of dressing. Americano and regular black coffee were both excellent and my favourite that all served on china and proper silverware. Also enjoyed that the food was delivered to the table. What a great way to start our day !
Loved the environment and people! They were very nice and helpful! My 11 months baby loved the cheddar scones! Within the two days that we were in Toronto, I tried all the savory and loved all! I am so sad that I can t have them in Toronto!
A delicious breakfast or lunch spot! I always make sure to go here every time Im in Ottawa, and I OFTEN think about it when Im not in Ottawa. Highly recommend it anytime I get the chance!!
Food is delicious. After waiting for a while for my order, I was told my order vanished. However, once the staff noticed they corrected it promptly and gave me a free coffee, so even though it was long wait, I would go again.
Always a delight to visit and enjoy their scones. Twice in less than a week means theyre doing things right as always.
Scone Witch is the best. Fresh and delicious always! Great local business. Nut-free bakery!
Scones are divine. They do not skimp on the ingredients in the scone sandwiches. Just don t expect much of a witchy motif. Zero cauldrons and very little Wiccan imagery available.
amazing scones! great spot for lunch - you can add a side soup or salad to your sandwich for like $2. plus, cheap coffee!
Scone-witch very good. Fast service.
The food was good taste wise, but my soup was mostly just warm. If salt and pepper was an option i wouldnt know where to find it. There were also out of half the menu, so I didnt get most of what I wanted.
Always tastes delicious. The service was good and that location is really cute!
This used to be one of our favorite places. We love the scones but the staff is very rude and unwelcoming. We ve been looking forward to getting these scones for weeks and we left the store feeling let down. Disappointing.
We had a really good time here! A little on the pricey side but the atmosphere was good.
Best scones in Ottawa :)
Great scones, friendly staff, I would eat here every day if I could
Amazing Java and a great scone
Favourite Breakfast Place. Really yummy scones and so reasonable. Never disappoints.
Tasty food, hot and fresh scones. But what impressed me the most was the Ukrainian woman (a very kind and polite employee) who let me know that they had a soup (as a huge fan of soup I was very happy) and it was super delicious! Thanks!)
Love coming here during lunch ! The scone selections are always great ! Whether savoury or sweet, never a disappointment. I had the goat cheese sconewitch and it was rather cheesy but still good ! I do miss the Mediterranean veggie option they had before. Dietary restrictions: G/F options are available
I ate a vanilla scone it was excellent and great service.
The scones are soooo good! I came for the tea break and ordered a vanilla-cream and lemon-poppyseed, paired with Devon cream & strawberry jam, not to forget a good coffee! Staffs are super friendly and efficient! Before I make the payment my scones are already put on a plate for me! A perfect afternoon with the fantastic scones and latte!
Very cosy spot and the sweet scones are fantastic!
The best scones ever! I always make a point to stop in for scones whenever I m in Ottawa!
Great scones, jam (ginger rhubarb - YUM) + Devon cream. Flavourless tea
