It is the best place ever!!! Best chicken I’ve ever tasted fresh and perfectly made. I really like the service from a women name Fatima and a cook named hasmat.
This is the worst location. We got 3 tender meals and 1 sandwich meal. The fries were still frozen, they were out of spicy tenders and still waited over 15 minutes for the regular tenders that were apparently ready. The drinks were all flat and tasteless. They were out of all sauces except BBQ and buffalo. The service was absolutely awful and the employee was rude and we could not understand what she was saying. We waited for over 15 minutes yet all employees were just sitting there. For the price, this was absolutely ridiculous. Sucks that this is what customer service is now.
First time I went, it was somewhat chaotic..the Mosque next door had just let out it's patrons, so it was very busy and somewhat untidy. BUT saying that, the employees were swamped and trying to fill orders so cleaning the tables and floors was not a priority, plus with soooo many men just standing around, how could you possibly clean? The staff were great and I mentioned it was my hubby's birthday and he loves fried chicken. The young man gave me 4 huge pieces of chicken and alot of fries and an extra biscuit. Thank you so much. Nice people..give them a break when Mosque is finished and the school kids are there, too. 👍👍👍👍👍👍😊
As a first time customer I was quite impressed. Fanny gave me excellent service, explaining the menu, asking if I wanted to wait for some larger pieces to come out of the fryer and throwing in some complimentary dipping sauces. Chicken was crispy good and the biscuits were amazing. Would have given 5 stars except the onion rings were kind of soggy. Will definitely be back.
I visited today popeyes on Innes road, the food was acceptable compared to others popeyes locations. Few things I didn't like, cleanliness, bad coordination, waited for 10 minutes to place my order even that there was no one in line. The sauce on the boneless wings was almost none. They didn't have enough sauce and they didn't even have side sauce. I ordered 2 combos but got 1 fries box instead of 2 (could happen). I think the place is in need of quality control and management. I will stop visiting it for now until things are back to normal.
Imma keep it at a 5 star because the food is good and most of the staff are nice but this one lady was so dry and rude and made me feel like I’m talking with the wall with the lack of expression while I’m trying to give her my order
I ordered ghost pepper wings. The food they served me was grocery store bought chicken wings, not breaded Popeyes wings. There is no breading. Whenever I have ordered these from other locations, they are breaded and crispy. These are mushy and soft.
I took out a 16-piece box yesterday, and it was super fresh and tasty. It was a better experience than before; it seems like the quality has improved. Keep it up! I'll definitely stop by once in a while

I went there yesterday night and was served and treated by Arman. There was a bit of wait from the customer before me . Arman was apologetic even tho it wasn t his fault and provided me the service with care. I don t usually eat at Popeyes but I will definitely be coming back after the treatment I received today. I bought a set meal of 4 fried chicken, and the fried chicken was obviously left over, dry and dark.Dont come to this house to eat fried chicken. You may have leftover fried chicken or stay overnight.
