Nice horseshoe booths for 6 people..we were only 4 and it was a little tight...our waitress Zoe was exceptional ...(Orleans Location)

If our server wasnt as sweet as she was, we would have left. I will not be in a rush to return.

You ACTUALLY charge for mayo! WOW. You should also notify clients the hefty additional charges if you split a club sandwich! Not going back for sure and telling all of family and friends

First time at this location. As a frequent St. Hubert diner, my experience at this location was disappointing. Service was not quick, and the kitchen managed to mess up the cole slaw recipe.

First time at this location. While the service was excellent, and the food was good, the food value was not good. Small chicken pieces and nothing on the menu under $19 from what I saw. A fountain soda was $4.20 in a small glass.

Food and service was good. Only complaint would be that one server had a very heavy scent that was overpowering and made it hard to breath when they came around.

Its a good place , but its just the service at the pickup isnt good as much as the restaurant they mess up the orders twice : 1- forgets the piri piri sauce on the wings and then 2- forgets the fries with the wings 3- the st Hubert burger the bun was burnt and the chicken was very crunchy 4- the service at the restaurant is good its just the pick up or order take out isnt as good Hopefully it can be better next time

My delivery driver was a charm to deal with, polite ( tiny issue with my debit card) which he was patient understanding, AND he actually rectified the situation!! Earned himself a 5$ tip for his exemplary service, note of interest,I ONLY live 3 quarters of a kilometre from the restaurant, so a Quick delivery and on too the next for him

I m absolutely appalled by your cashiers. Talking to each other and paying no mind to the customers in front of you? Then giving attitude when I pay a 15% tip?? On top of that, I have a busy schedule and they watched me grab a bag, I asked if that was it? (Knowing there s usually boxes..) and they say yes .. I get home and all I get are sauces and a drink. I m driving from 20 minutes away and have a family to feed which I now have to make them wait 40 minutes. I called to get this rectified and basically got told that I m allowed to take my tip back because I paid in person?! What about the cold food that is basically inedible now? What about the money I wasted driving there and back, twice! If I can suggest anyone avoid this place from now on, I absolutely will.

We were here on New Years Day. Great food and an amazing location. It s huge and very clean. Our server managed our big group of 3 separate families with ease. Recommended dishes Poutine with Chicken and BBQ Rib Sauce

This is the best roast chicken you can find in Ontario. Thats it for the chicken, and for the coleslaw, vinegar or mayonnaise, its your choice. Good service, reasonable price. I recommend it well beyond the Swiss chalet, the difference is the sauce.

My husband and I went today for a date lunch and it was our first time going to this location. Our lunch was delicious and fresh so much so that my husband ordered dessert. Worst welcome ever! Arrived alone at 8:12 pm, dining room was nearly empty; waited 5 mins to be seated; got the most fed-up face from the waitress on duty; and before she even reached the table, she pitched « We re closing in 20 minutes! « No welcome, no good evening. Just a clear message that the fed-up face really meant I was not welcome. Website of this branch specifies that they close at 9 pm. This usually means that the kitchen keeps grill and stove opened till that time. But since the pandemic, this restaurant is clearly not interested in maintaining their dining room. Take-out deliveries are clearly their only interest. But don t forget! Kitchen closes around 8:30, not 9:00.

Amazing service from the lady at the entrance to James whom served us for our supper. Fast efficient service and came around many times to make sure we had everything we needed.

Temperature setting to cook the chickens is set too high as the double chicken legs are always dry unlike the store at St Laurent I always get golden brown chicken legs.

The food was pretty good, but our server was the highlight of the time, aside from seeing friends I havent in a while. I know that the two dont like being compared, but both this and Swiss Chalet have a similar niche. I think they have different high points.

Group of more than 6. Chicken was dry, lacked flavor, mashed potatoes were crumbly and dry. The blond bartender was incapable of making a proper Ceasar.. wrong combination of ingredients. I would fire her. Unbelieveable.... massive amount of Worcester sauce. Coleslaw had excessive vinegar in it, also hard to swallow. Must of had all newbies working even though they were much older. Either people didnt know what good food tastes like or other customers were ignorant. Not returning to that nightmare. Vegetarian options: Tai dipping sauce for veg spring rolls was old and dark red, clumping in part. Probably very old stock which was sitting there for months or open cap

Our server, Brandon, was excellent! He went above and beyond to ensure our visit was pleasant. It was our first visit to St-Hubert and based on the service we received, we were very impressed and will definitely return. We highly recommend this restaurant and ask for Brandon to be your server. Always a decent meal and affordable. The restaurant is usually noisy and too many children screaming. Thus the reason I prefer to eat in the bar area. Update. Went through the drive thru, but was a waste of time, still had to go inside and wait. Was completely ignored by the staff while trying to ask a question. Getting out of the drive thru had to turn Left on St Lauent and make a u-turn, and circle back around to get back to the parking lot. Not a pleasant experience

Had the St. Burger and it was amazing. Visited from Regina, Saskatchewan and can t eat KFC s Big Crunch the same way anymore, this is so much better.

First time back at St-Hubert since before COVID. Used to be nice restaurant that you went to for the chicken and the coleslaw. Now they have massively overhauled the interior to present a much nicer dining experience. The menu is very nice. Great photos and new HIGH prices. The bright yellow style is completely gone except for a couple of delivery cars in the parking lot. But the chicken is the same. Hot, tasty, and satisfying. And expensive. $25 for breast for lunch. Fries were dull and boring. The bun is now half a hamburger bun with the life squeezed out of it. The chicken noodle soup was average at best. Who would have thought that the local coffee shop makes a better chicken noodle soup than a specialty chicken restaurant? And the accompanying cracker was a single tiny thing wrapped in a sea of cellophane. Service was slow and spotty. It seemed like it might have been the waitresss first day, but I didnt want to ask in case she had been there for ages. So overall a very disappointing visit.

Chicken was very good. Service was very good too. My only gripe was the desert where it didnt include ice cream. It was quiet and our tables were set up nicely. We tend to go as a family and it can be pretty costly but this is the case almost everywhere. Its nice to have chicken so nicely made. Cant say I ever had a bad experience here. Enjoy it more than Swiss Chalet.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It started out with the seat being soaked, so we had out pants wet the whole time. We ordered drinks, and the one drink I got a Rosé sangria. They decided to put cherries in instead of strawberries without asking (which im allergic to). They shouldnt be switching the ingredients without asking. Then proceed to wait 15min to order. We got there at 5:30 it was an 6:40 and all we had was our drinks and coldslaw. After asking twice to switch tabels because the seat was soaked we switched on our own. After an hour and ten minutes waiting we walked out. We watched people who got there after us get their food, before us. We got 3 meals, two being chicken legs with fries and one being ribs. No matter how busy it is, and hour and ten minutes for food is ridiculous. The waiter had said just 10 more minutes twice but 30min passed. This is craziness to one mess up someones drink, have the seats soaked and have to sit there with our butts wet.. then wait an hour and 10min, to come to find out it would be another 25-30min before we got our food. Me and my family are extremely upset as we waisted all that time and left hungry to find somewhere else to eat. It is appalling. Im so extremely dissatisfied with how they run it here. Half the staff didnt know what they were doing and looked lost the whole time. They need to learn to have better priorities.

We just had delivery from St. Hubert on St. Josephs in Orleans. The bill was 150.00 and the food we received wasnt worth the price. We ordered a wrap that cost almost $20 was like a kids meal wrap.

Ordered online and it was delivered on time. Food was delicious! We always order from here if we want some good rotisserie chicken.

We used mobile ordering, texted when we got there, waited 20 minutes, finally went in and were told oh yeah, we leave the phone in the front, we dont see the texts - yet there are signs saying to text for contactless purchases. So we ate cold chicken with no utensils or cutlery because they forgot that as well. Food was so so. Contacted company but were ignored.

Absolutely worse place to dine, ever. Management yelling at staff over customers heads is not ok. I feel terrible for the waite staff and hostesses. Ive been in a couple times before my most recent visit and have had the same experience. Its absolutely unprofessional and customers dinning in dont want to hear it. Take it to the back. Our last visit, we had the pleasure of being served by a young lady (which is the only reason this post is getting 2 stars), you could tell this was her first job but her customer service was top notch. She said the man that was yelling, his name is Jay or John? I cant remember but its the man with the very large glasses. He needs a review or new training because that is not how you discipline people, much less workers below you. Its just unacceptable. Most of these kids are still in school. Regardless you dont speak to people that way and especially NOT in front of customers. With that being said youll likely find a more relaxing atmosphere at your local Mc Donalds. In terms of the food its not even that great for the price you are paying. Save yourself some money and go to Benny and Co.

I ordered fish and chips and I ordered the mix plate. The quality of food is pretty good but I have a few remarks: - the wings choice of sauce is unlike any if the popular sauces. The honey sauce is actual honey, I chose it because the only other choice was sweet and sour. - the mix plate is $20 some dollars, and it includes 4 cheese sticks and is supposed to have marinara sauce with it. It arrived without if. I was offered to be sent the sauce. I told the lady, the sauce is no good anymore since the cheese is cold now. Send me the cheese and sauce or credit me the plate. I was offered a credit for cheese and sauce. I accepted it with a big head shake and a thought in my head, I might not bother with that place all together. My dinner experience was ruined, and I had 75% of my dinner... They appreciate me so much as a customer that they offer me to have a %25 of my dinner another day. The sweet potatoes fries they have is one of the best, if not the best I had, so was the sauce with it. The chicken wedges are very very tasty in the mixed plate too. Breaded right and cooked to perfection.

March 17th 2022 We were here early last fall and it was not a great or even good experience. we were assured it would get better.. We had such a lovely server, who was unfortunately slammed.. it took forever to get both the food and our bill. 2 of the three diners are diabetic. It was difficult waiting forever for tiny triangles of frozen fish, that was literally swimming in grease. After such abhorrent food we will not be back ever. -------------------------------------------------------------- Allowing the table across from us to stream a meeting on a phone via speaker and extremely raised voices made it impossible to hear our own conversation ... as a family out for dinner this spoiled it for us. The waitress picked up my plate and only after removing it from the table was I asked if I was done. In fact I was not, however I was not about to ask for the plate to be returned. The fish ordered by 2 of our party was fine although the portion was paltry for the price. In no hurry to return

What is not to love about St. Hubert. Clean, quiet and great service and good food. You have great portion, with plenty of coleslaw and fountain drinks. I had my dinner early today, it was quiet, but so worth it. As today was my birthday, they treated me to a free desert. Thank you St. Hubert.

First and last time ordering from here. Ordered online for 5:45 pickup and received the food at 6:25. Meanwhile many other orders were processed and given out including people who walked in and ordered. Food was tepid when finally received.

when we order take out for home delivery we want to replace the buns with coleslaw. half the times they do it and half the the times they dont. I wish they would get there acts together. The main store manager said there should be no problem as in the dining room you can get coleslaw as often as you like. what is the problem.

Excellent food - got the chicken leg piri piri. Portions of coleslaw, gravy, and fries are not always regular and consistent though - it must depends on whether the cooks are generous or not ! Other St-Hubert restaurants currently offer fried chicken but not the one on St. Joseph. Why ? This is very disappointing.

Good food We enjoy St-Hubert a lot. We are never disappointed. The quality of the food is consistent and plenty. During the pandemic, we use the takeout regularly. In all, I have no problems recommending this restaurant. Update: We ordered some food, as we do often, but this time it was disappointing. We were missing items we paid for and the meat on the chicken brochette eas really hard. Do not know what happenned but it was one bad order. Hope this was an exception and not the rule of what will be.

Great choice for family dinner

I had the best meal at st Hubert this past week! It was my first time at this restaurant! They have menus for kids and of course adults! My picky eater kids couldn t resist eating

The chicken was reheated in oil. The top of the thigh very dry. Really disappointed.

Had ordered extra sauce which was missing even after confirming with the cashier. Also there were no condiments butter or sour cream with the order.

We are sorely disappointed with St-Huberts chicken brochettes. They used to be flavourful, loaded with vegetables on the skewer, including pineapple. Now the skewer is just a few pieces of chicken, and nothing else, that have been basted with what tastes like a chinese food restaurant sweet & sour sauce. The chicken used to taste, and feel like the same white meat we get in the hot chicken sandwiches and quarter breast dinners. Now the chicken pieces are rubbery and remind of what you get frozen in bulk boxes.

The chicken leg is so small, i may as well ordered quail. Its appalling to know i spent$15 for a mouth full of coleslaw, a half a potato and a tiny piece of chicken. Was not busy. Ordered meal and appetizer. Never recieved my soup. (Wasnt charged for it) The meal had little chicken on sandwich and minimal fries. (Mcds med fries) approx half the amount of meat you would get at another chicken restaurant and a third of the fries. Food was out fast and hot.

Horrible service for a Saturday night. Food was cold. Desert still frosen:( yes we were a big group but had reserved a month ago. Took over an hour to take our meal order. They brought out desert and our empty plates were still there.

It is few and far between that they get orders correct. Dont bother indicating allergies because they couldnt possibly care less. I indicated that we could not have croutons on a salad because it is for a celiac person. They sent the order and there were croutons throughout the salad.

After 25h of traveling and you want a simple meel delivered, dont call them. They brought the wrong order (29 min before closing) but only realized it after I paid and couldnt reimburse me unless I drove to the other end of the city to their place... You dont treat customers like that! They just lost me forever!

Every time I order the same thing from St-Hubert Orleans they always forget something. I always specify my order very precisely, nonetheless they forget something. When you ordre for your lunch break, you only have a certain amount of time. This is ridiculous. Not ordering from there again. Very disappointed!

Is good not my favorite

Went for dinner there for Thanksgiving Sunday and it was 6 pm and they were out of roasted chicken. (Seriously hows a chicken restaurant out of chicken ). We were told it would be 20 minutes to make chicken and then after 20 minutes we were told it is going to be another 30 minutes. We ordered club sandwiches instead and they were awful. We didnt get compt for our food and not so much as a free desert. Worst experience ever.Never again! Further to this review, you had requested that I send my complaint to another department which was a total waste of time. Instead of taking accountability for not having toasted chicken all I got was a bunch of excuses. This just proves how unprofessional your Management and your Organization is!

I went with 3 friends yesterday. Two of us ordered cream of chicken soup. My cousin had a bone in hers, I had a plastic wrap!! We ordered 1 club to share...we got one each and they were both cold. We were charged for one. My other friend ordered a coffee...it came with sour cream. Undrinkable. I dont think Ill go back. It was a weird night. Wheelchair accessibility: She had a walker it was fine. We were accommodated.

Ordered online from them and it took them 2 hours to get the food which was cold and dry , I called thier customer service number and they told me that the store manager will call me back , but nothing happened , I guess they dont care about what they serve .

Ordered Veggie strips through Uber Eats and received real chicken. When I called they said they made a mistake when imputing the order in the kitchen, but did not offer to fix the problem. Really concerning mistake.

I ve ordered from here twice, paying extra for the sweet potato fries. They forgot the chipotle mayo both times and the fries weren t warm at all. Chicken was good though.

Fast friendly service

Went there for my moms birthday. Food was great and the waitress was so kind. Even with Covid, the staff sang her happy birthday. It made her night, made her feel special.

The online order pickup desk is a shambles. Oddly, the one thing that REALLY gets to me is that ordering mashed potato is all but impossible -- it is not available as an item online, nor throught the phone center, and I had to talk to five different in store staff last time I tried to get some potato. Sigh.

Went for my sons 4th birthday it was a joke!! Never going again to start I made a reservation for our family and mentioned to them it was my sons birthday they said great we will take note so that they can do something special for him. My club sandwich had a huge piece of cartilage in it almost choked on it, had to keep asking the server to bring us things and she forgot most of them.. when it came time for my sons desert they said that they cannot sing happy birthday to him due to covid but she would bring a candle so that we could put it on his desert then comes to the table and says were not allowed to light the candle here but he can have the candle. Out of eight of us six of us got sick after dinner and the next day. What a horrible experience for my sons 4th birthday

Our experience wasn t great the regular drinks came then I had asked the waitress what s a good drink she tells me one kind, then our soup ad our main course came I ad my husband soup ad food wasn t really hot, then she took off one main meal off the bill but I had steel had to pay for his meal plus our desserts soup plus are waiter was rude also now have cramps ad not feeling well.

They are working hard and get blamed for the time it takes. But that was not tue reason for my low marks. Usually the food is great, but this time, my daughters salad had no chicken and the salad was wilted (ordered chicken Cesar), and also the Parmesan was extremely heavy also me and my daughters chicken was crusty (either too hot reheats, or overcooked) sad. Update . There was a response from customer service to contact them, which I did, and they were amazing. They did what was possible for them to do to make it right. I ve been to this location numerous times, and they ve been fantastic up until this last visit, where the food was the issue. Service has never been an issue here. I appreciate the discussion I had with customer service.

St Hubert s chicken is the best, I love their classic one, but the Indian and Piri-Piri flavours are delicious, too. And they have the best traditional coleslaw in Canada, without sugar added.
