Bad experience with some security for no reason!

Rabbit Hole in Ottawa is a truly unique dining experience weird in the best way possible! It was our first time visiting this spot, and we were intrigued from the start, especially since it came highly recommended by a friend. Honestly, we were surprised we hadn t heard about it before, considering my wife and I have explored so many restaurants in the city. The moment we stepped in, we felt welcomed. The ambiance was different from your typical restaurant there s something about being directed downstairs that adds an air of mystery and excitement. The decor and overall vibe were quirky yet charming, setting the tone for a memorable evening. Everything was clean, and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. One standout feature was the no phone policy. While guests are allowed to take pictures of themselves or their food, the rule encouraged people to truly engage with their surroundings and company. This made the experience even more special. Now, let s talk about the service it was impeccable. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was up to standard. Everyone seemed genuinely invested in making sure guests had a great time. For appetizers, we decided to try the oysters, and wow, were we impressed. They were fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly easily some of the best oysters we ve had in Ottawa. Moving on to the main dishes, we ordered a couple of pizzas and a steak and fries. But before that, let me mention that Rabbit Hole makes some of the best drinks in town! Their cocktails are expertly crafted, with a perfect blend of flavors that complement the overall dining experience. The pizzas were delicious, with a great balance of flavors and a perfect crust. My wife s steak was a bit of a hiccup, though. She ordered it medium well but received it well done, which made it quite dry. However, when we mentioned it to our waitress, she handled the situation wonderfully. Without hesitation, she took the steak back and offered to replace it. To our surprise, the replacement was a Wagyu burger, and it was absolutely phenomenal. The juicy, flavorful burger more than made up for the earlier issue. Overall, our visit to Rabbit Hole was a fantastic experience. The combination of great service, delicious food, and a unique, phone-free atmosphere made it a standout in Ottawa s restaurant scene. We left feeling satisfied and already planning our next visit. If you re looking for a dining spot that s a little out of the ordinary but delivers on all fronts, Rabbit Hole is definitely worth checking out!

So fun. A group of us went for our festive Drinks evening out. We werent disappointed. The drinks were fun and tasty and different . The names cracked us up and entertained. Service was great and friendly and helpful.

I ve come back here multiple times over the past few years. The menu is the perfect size and you can tell the dishes selected are well executed. The atmosphere of the downstairs area makes Rabbit Hole a unique place to dine in Ottawa.

Loved the ambience!

I threw my 30th birthday here on Saturday night and it was fantastic. I booked a section off and they let us mingle and hang and then at 10:30 it turned into a club atmosphere with DJ Tdot. It was so awesome and the drinks are great. I also left my jacket there accidentally and they hung onto it for me until I came back the 2 days later to grab it. Thank you, rabbit hole for such a great experience :)

The speakeasy is outstanding -- its usually busy on weekends and you have to book a reservation in advance, but its well worth it. The vibe is quaint and intimate, and Georges makes incredible drinks -- despite ordering dealers choice drinks a number of times, Ive never been disappointed with anything hes made me. Hes super creative and good at pairing tastes. One of my favourite spots!

Very friendly bar

This spot never disappoints. The service is great, the pizzas are incredible, and the music really adds to the chill vibe.

I have gone here more times than I can count, I love this place. Food is great, cocktails are great & its a great event/receptions spot. However, it has happened to me twice now where I requested a reservation for 2 and was placed downstairs in an area with a blowing fan right over us. The blowing fan makes the entire experience so uncomfortable. Twice I have asked to move spots, and have been made to feel like a nuisance to the wait staff when the real nuisance is that customers should not be seated under a blowing fan.

This place is very cozy, the food is very good. I gave 4 stars because the menu they have online was not the same as in the restaurant and the waiter was over charging me for what I saw on line. They were not very accommodating. What I end up getting was Pizza and it was very good. I will go back.

Was a great experience would 1000% go again. The food was fantastic, the pizza though, to die for. And Im not a huge pizza fan. We really drew the short stick with the server though. She was absolutely awful. 45 minutes to get a single drink, and then they never came together, and when asked, she got snippy. But maybe she was having a bad day or wasnt experienced. Either way, we didnt let it cloud our experience, and everything else was amazing. If youre looking for a nice place to go, this is it. They have dancing later in the evening, and the crowd is pretty great. Younger, but still fun, and not rowdy, or rambunctious. Dont try to get a glass of wine after 930 pm. Apparently, they dont pour wine after that hour. All in all, I give it a solid 9/10. If we had a different server and wine after 930, it would be a 10.

Arrived at an empty restaurant and was told they were full of reservations. We said they could kick us out early, we just wanted drinks. They said no. Servers do not seem like the brightest bunch.

The food was good and drinks were ok in general but that s not why I m rating one star . I don t usually review but the service was so bad that I had to: - We got seated at a table and we never knew who our server was - We had to ask multiple people just to come get our order - We ordered the oysters that should ve came with hot sauces but when the order came it didn t include it, so we had to go to the sever and ask for it and when he came back he gave us a giant trey that includes only 2 sauces, which clearly was too big for our table, but the server didn t bother or care to make sure the table fits it so we had to put it on the ground - When we wanted to order extra drinks, similar thing again we had to ask multiple people a few times just for someone to get our order - lastly even when we ordered the check we had to ask multiple different people for it At the end for the prices, this type of service is completely unacceptable we felt ignored the entire night considering the place was half full and when a server came to ask us eventually they made us feel like they re doing us a favour.

Very cool atmosphere in lower level (Rabbit Hole) of restaurant great drinks, food and a good time was had from our foursome.

The service was HORRIBLE one of the female waitress was rude she gave me attitude because I was asking for water and napkins the places was so hot! There s not point of spending money and have horrible service I really don t recommend people to visit the place.

Was told the wait for this restaurant was 15 minutes to an hour. We waited an hour and went to the bar and asked how the wait was. The host said there was no tables and would call us when one would open up. We were told we would receive a table when one opened. We went somewhere to wait and it s now been 3 hours, and we have not received a call. It s our first time in Ottawa and we were all very excited to go! It s very disrespectful to tell customers that they will have a table and never call them. If you don t have room for a table and just say it so we don t wait around all night.

I ll start by saying the venue and and food was utterly amazing. However the service was quite poor. It was half price wine night (every Monday) and they ran out of wine glasses and it was taking 45 minutes to get a glass of wine as they didn t have enough. They were completely unapologetic about it. Sadly this soured the experience of what could have been a great experience. If you serve wine, have wine glasses.

A beautiful restaurant with a lovely atmosphere, but mediocre service. 45 minutes to receive wine with no empathy on the egregious delays. We ran out of glasses on a 1/2 off wine night, displays poor planning vice oversaturated clientele.

Great place for the best drinks and food. Head downstairs for the cool vibe. Apparently theres a Speakeasy but sadly I had to be up early for work so I couldnt indulge, boo!! So go, stop reading and enjoy!

Gluten free crust was one of the best weve ever had! Service was very good. My only complaint is that the air conditioning was blasting in the outside basement booth we were in. We had an amazing time at the Rabbit Hole. Ellie went above and beyond setting us up for a wonderful anniversary dinner. Gent was outstanding providing great conversation and excellent service. Food was perfect. I recommend this to anyone for the great atmosphere, food, drink, and service. A wonderful place.

Was passing by and decided to take a chance. After having one of their pizzas I can definitely say that it was well worth it. I was impressed, very well done and tasty (Red #4). If your in the neighborhood go check them out, they have decent seating for larger parties downstairs too.

Rabbit Hole - Delicious cocktails and impeccable service! I recently spent a wonderful evening at Ottawas Rabbit Hole with my partner. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The cocktail selection is truly impressive, with a variety of creative and tasty options. We opted for an aperitif as a couple and we were not disappointed Each cocktail was carefully prepared and elegantly presented. The flavors were perfectly balanced and refreshing. The atmosphere of the bar is sophisticated and relaxed at the same time. The space is beautifully appointed and creates an atmosphere conducive to relaxation and conversation. Overall, we had a great evening at Rabbit Hole. The service was impeccable from start to finish and the cocktails were simply delicious. I highly recommend this place for an aperitif as a couple or with friends in Ottawa.

Last time we went the food and drinks were solid, but myself and 4 others showed up with a reservation, only to be told the venue was totally booked and there was nothing they could do about it. Pretty disappointed about that.

Absolutely terribly organized. We walk up to an empty restaurant and tell the hostess that we will be 2 (Friday at 9pm). We get told there is a waitlist even though both the terrasse and restaurant are nearly empty. So I proceed to put my name on the waitliat with my phone number. After r5 minutes and no call back we pass by infront of the restaurant and ask if they were gonna be able to seat us. She tells us yes even though they never called us and had us waiting. She then proceeds to inform us that the kitchen was closed (at 9:45pm) and that we could only order pizza. This should have been mentioned at the beginning when we initially put our names on the reservation list... not impressed at all

Great atmosphere and service started as soon as I walked in. The cocktails and food were also perfect.

Server Daphne was incredibly friendly, and the food was super tasty. It was our first time here and we didn t know the kitchen closed earlier than the bar, yet they still made some incredible food for us and let us bring our dog in the patio.

Quite the terrible experience. Ive been there many times before and never had such terrible service. We waited over an hour at the bar for a table outside and then followed up. The patio was empty and the waitress clearly forgot about us and said she will clean a table and come get us. Not even acknowledging that wed been waiting so long. We get seated, we have 3 people come by our table and with the second person we said we are ready to order food and the person never came back to take our order...the third person came by and we asked for the bill and waited over 30 minutes to only have to go inside and wait at the bar until someone issued our bills. We didnt event get food hence the no rating on that category. Its been a few years since Ive been but after tonights experience....not sure Ill be back. The vibe at the bar is nice but an hour in the music got louder and we were sitting close to the kitchen and it was quite noisy with dishes falling and getting shuffled around and staff trying to communicate orders.

I recently visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. It took an hour and 15 minutes for our food to arrive, which felt excessively long, especially since the restaurant wasn t too busy. To make matters worse, the tables were missing basic essentials like plates and napkins, which we had to request multiple times before they were provided. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the slow service and lack of attention to detail. I hope improvements are made in the future.

Really cool bar!

Great pizza but terrible service. We came in with a reservation for 9 people and they didn t seat us together (we had to ask them to rearrange for a better layout so we could actually talk to each other). They repeatedly told us we had to leave after 2.5hrs. They wouldn t let us stay afterwards downstairs for another drink. The food was terribly staggered (someone was finished eating before someone else even got their food). Same with drinks. Perhaps it would be fine for a couple, but I would avoid going with a group. Couldn t believe how we were rushed through there and that they didn t want more business from 9 people!

Went to rabbit hole speak easy for my birthday with a group of 20 people last night and everyone had an amazing time. The drinks were sooo good!! And the pizza! George and Laurel were great! They made me and my friends feel so welcome. An amazing and memorable night and I hope everyone tries this place at least once in their life. Thank you for a great bday rabbit hole!! <3

We had pizza, salad and beer. And I have to say this: Rosie said its the best pizza and salad shes ever had. Thats something I have not heard at all in 33 years of marriage with her. I drank the Corona.

This review is for Jackalope and the lady who refused me entry twice 2 days in a row. Im assuming the latter is the Rabbit Hole manager who told me both venues were closed at 10:30 on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Fortunately I have a friend who bartends downstairs and was gracious to let me in. Had it not been for my friend, I would have left extremely upset. I traveled a long way to come and experience these venues because of its preceding reputation, and was disappointed when the motivation is to close early. All that aside, Jackalope was a phenomenal experience. George and Kiara are very hospitable hosts and their knowledge and dedication towards cocktails in a city that is still new to cocktail culture is something to admire. The space is one-of-a-kind with very comfortable chairs in a cozy setting. Despite my differences with the managements objectives I will certainly be back again.

The wagyu burger and the steak were an absolute culinary delight. As for the service, Julie and the team went above and beyond and they catered to all our requests. The ambience was perfect for a weekend night, the service was excellent and the overall experience at the Rabbit Hole was an outstanding one. Pricing is also very reasonable. I will always return and recommend without hesitation.

Sorry usually I wouldn t write a review and go speak directly to management but this kind of thing happened like three times here and it need to be addressed! Last night took my gf to get some food and drinks at the bar @ Rabit Hole, they sat us downstairs cause the bar up top was full we waitied for like 5 mins and they sat us when we finally were seen by the bar back who was great in taking our orders, where we ordered some drinks as well some food usually I don t order the rabbit hole food because I have high standards and in past they been kind of a let down So me and the gf ordered the burger that s on the menu, in the menu it states cheese burger with a aioli and arugula simple fixings and that the burger its self is wagu? The burgers come with fries and side salad . I can t stress but the burgers was dry, over cooked and had 0 juices, and had no cheese ur aioli is mayo and the arugula was wilted . The fries u can tell came from a bag and salad was basically the best part of the dish but wasn t plated the best Also why the burger looked squashed like it came from a Uber eats trip being delivered? The drinks were great, can t complain there but what gathered me to write this review wasn t even about the food it s the fact that nearing the end of the evening the rabbit hole transforms the bottom bar to a club? Ok we know that but have the audacity to come to me and my gf and state it then tell us we can either settle up now and pay our bill or we can give u our credit card and we can run a bar tab? Funny thing is the top part of Resturant had plenty of seats uptop at the bar because this was only 10pm and you guys still had service going on. So why simply move us to the bar uptop instead rush us to pay our bill which btw was already 200 dollars and we could have easily spent more . We truly felt rushed in our dining experience and that you guys really did sacrifice quality in hospitality service sector of restaurant business

This place is such a vibe! I loved everything about my visit to the Rabbit Hole, but especially the pizza!

The service was pretty good and the atmosphere was cool. My drink wasn t good because I could taste the alcohol too much and my food was alright but the noodles were kinda cold and I felt the chicken was a little dry.

Cozy spot - went with coworkers and everyone really enjoyed themselves. We just had appetizers, but everything was delicious, especially the oysters. May become our after work go-to.

I simply love this place. Every time I go to the bar staff are nothing short of amazing. The last few times I have been, I must ve say the hostess was not necessarily as welcoming as they used to be, although it may give you a negative impression as you walk in the door, it will only last a minute or two, it will not impact your overall experience. This is one of Sparks Street gem!

Terrible food. Terrible service. I went for dinner with my fiancé and lets just say we were severely disappointed. Food took forever to come out. Our server was obnoxious and clearly does not enjoy her job. The wagyu burger was raw and soggy, not to mention it isnt even real wagyu. The pizza was laughable. Also, for the same price, go somewhere else and you will get the same food for half the cost. Ill make sure to tell as many people as possible not to go here. Also, the charcuterie boards used to have style and colour. Now, they look bland and lazy. Maybe they should try to keep the same chefs in the kitchen

Not worth it at all

Very cool place! The food was amazing.

Worst french fries I have ever had. I have no idea how a kitchen can produce a magnificent burger and then serve it with soggy unsalted and oil-drenched fries. I was thankful for the bit of salad they also served with the meal. Service was super slow and I ended up with someone elses drinks on my tab. If the fries had salt at least, even if it was a single crystal, I would have given the food a higher rating.

Excellent service from Somo, the charcuterie plate was also very good. The server did not hesitate to make our spicy margarita again, because they were not to our taste. We will come back!

Came in with no reservation at 8:00pm on a Tuesday and got a nice table, was a little small and wobbly. Service was excellent, Simon was polite, not interrupting and was very friendly overall. They provided excellent menu recommendations including the Abuela and Sneaki Tiki cocktails and the grilled chicken pasta. The past was one of the best thing I ve ever eaten in my entire life.

Incredible ambiance with an impeccably detailed interior! The prices are quite steep, but the vibe and friendly service are worth it if thats what youre into! Parking: Extremely difficult to find parking anywhere nearby. Best to walk. Kid-friendliness: Not the place for children. Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible and most of the seating is downstairs.

Stellar!! I had been wanting to check out this place for a while. When my friend and I arrived, we were hungry but found out that after 9pm you can only get a pizza. I really wanted chips with the dill pickle dip. One of the waiters who helped us said he would try. He filled up a bowl of chips and a HUGE bowl of pickle dip (because I said I loved pickles of any sort). I was so impressed that instead of just saying No, its too late to order that. He went out of his way to do it himself, not to bother the kitchen staff and to make us happy. Plus it really was a HUGe bowl of pickle dip that I got to take home after. All the servers/hosts were so kind, the drinks were epic, and the basement, where you can dance, was a really fun discovery. The DJ played great tunes and it was just a fabulous time we had! Thanks to everyone for making our experience to fun and welcoming!! Well be back, especially for more (crack) pickle dip!! Yay you guys!!! :)

Fantasticly cool location. The staff all are trendy and lovely. The building itself is a marvel and I would love to wander around checking out the 100+ year old workings mixed with the ultra mod renos. If u havent been there and plan to go for dinner, when seated in the basement there is a bar vibe that permeates the air and it can be tough to have a convo at your table due to the volume. I love that vibe but wasnt prepared. I also called to book a table around 3pm for 7 and was told that the only way to do that was thru the website....while speaking she checked the website for me and said it looks like there is room at 7! But didnt offer to take the reservation. I dont really care, except we are speaking, I know its old fashioned of me, but hey, throw my name down since I took the time to to call u, since youre currently looking at it! Maybe a way to screen what age group attends. Our server was lovely and sweet and took our orders promptly. We shared some incredible chips and dip. However, I ordered a medium steak that came burnt well done. It had a demi glaze and I couldnt tell when it came and was much too hungry by the time the food came to complain. I know, I should let them know, but again it was almost 8 now and I was famished. My friends ordered the wagu burger that was also well over cooked, she said dry and hard to eat! That is a waste of juicy meat. And the other had a Tuna dish that looked gorgeous until you got to the lentils and she was done. I tried them and they tasted great but she was put off by the presentation. I must say mine was still edible, even if over cooked and I ate it all. I will come back to give her another try when Im back this way.

We came here for a date night and it did not disappoint. We had the Red 6 and White 4 Pizzas which were so savory and cooked to perfection. Dont skip the garlic sauce, it was sooo perfect with the pizza. The Wagyu burger was worth the price and melted in your mouth, the fries were salted well. The cocktails were boozy and fruity, beauty presentation. Our server was the bartender so he was a bit tied up, but the bus boy was very nice and helped get our takeout boxes and bill sent over. Overall great dinner.

The speakeasy is a sublime experience, and I lack the vocabulary to properly articulate my infatuation with it. The mixologists here are incredibly talented; they are artists in the purest sense. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Went here for dinner with my girlfriend the atmosphere is amazing and the service is even better . The waiters make sure to always walk around and fill water even without asking. My girlfriend got a Salad with Chicken and the portion of chicken was flowing off her plate unlike most places that give just a little . My husband and I had a very enjoyable evening here. When we were led downstairs to a basement, my first inclination was to request the outdoor patio but after a few minutes, we found the atmosphere cozy and intimate. (by cozy I dont mean small) We ordered a cocktail (to die for) and beer, then we each ordered the wagyu burger which was delicious. Fries and a salad were the sides and the salad was unique with a hot pepper and pickles which I loved. A small but good selection of wines to accompany your meal. Service was friendly and fast. We will return to this lovely spot.

I thoroughly enjoyed the food here. I had the R5. I took one slice to go after eating the rest of the pizza. And ate the last piece about an hour later before I went to bed. It was a very decently sized pizza. It was just that good. Highly recommend this place and I will absolutely visit here again the next time I am in Ottawa.

Cute venue with extensive space and a unique menu. Good mocktail options, and white pizza 3 was delicious. Only con was a high table for 2 being small for 2 people ordering entrees.

Kiara literally made the best cocktail Ive ever had, and the entire evening was incredible. Amazing atmosphere and a great time, worth the visit! Food was great at the main rabbit hole but the speakeasy is next level. Cocktail was maple/vanilla syrup mix with whiskeys and shaken in smoke which became a maple cooked sugar whiskey which Kiara created on the spot based on flavor suggestions.

First time experience and it was fun. The oysters were on sale too....

Dimly lit gem of a spot in downtown Ottawa. Delicious food, tasty cocktails, and wonderful service. I love that their pizza dough happens to be vegan and they offer vegan cheese, which was delicious! Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan-friendly options. Dietary restrictions: Not many vegan options.

We came here for drinks so we spent the evening in the lower level. Good ambiance. DJ started mixing around 10pm. Very young crowd (20-30 yrs old). Some good cocktails, however its a bit unfortunate that after a certain time, they reduce their menu, and you can no longer order whatever drink youd like because its too busy. Although I get that, great quality bars will never do that so I found this to be a university-bar approach.

I dont often write reviews but I just want to say that this was the perfect place for an introvert like me. Phenomenal food and drinks, fast service, really cool staff, a busy, but not loud, environment. Just A-grade on every front.

I will never leave my belongings unattended anymore since there is no coat check.. My jacket got stolen last friday & no one never brought it back. Watch out for your things, no one could help me.

Jacket got stolen here, they dont have coat check so even if everyone is putting their jackets near the stairs dont do it. After speaking with others, stuff being stolen seems super common here.

I love this restaurant but I like the downstairs part better. The cheese and charcuterie platter is delicious! Their pizza too! The signature cocktails are all excellent!

Funky hole in the ground

Made reservations for 8 people a few weeks back, due to knowing how busy it can be. Arrived at our reservation time to the worst set of tables in the restaurant (front window, all broken up). Other friends of ours made reservations last minute, and were all seated downstairs, in a much better atmosphere. I mentioned this to the hostess and was completely dismissed. Our food all came out at completely different times and some of the dishes were cold. Previous experiences here have been fantastic. This one was rather disappointing.

I sat at the bar upstairs and I had the most amazing time! Emily (our bartender) was warm, welcoming, and friendly. She gave us really nice food recommendations, not to mention- her cocktails are some of the best. She makes my favourite dirty gin martini in the city!!

The speakeasy downstairs is an incredible experience. Unique, well balanced cocktails served by the most engaging staff. Mixologists Kiara & George skillfully personalized our cocktails to reflect our tastes. Made for good conversation or in our case, great date-night spot.

Highly recommend to anyone whos in Ottawa! Was at the upstairs bar and had some of the best conversations Ive had with any bartender. Kiara was taking care of us, and time after time she gave the best recommendations and made us incredible drinks. We were all blown away by how much she knew about different spirits, flavour profiles, and cocktails. Will definitely come by again to try more cocktails made by her! Tried one of the red pizzas while there and it absolutely hit the spot. Highly recommend getting honey drizzle on the pizza. Havent found many places that have that option and I absolutely love it. Overall, definitely a great experience! Definitely a must for cocktails when in the city.

If you haven t been to Jackalope yet it really needs to be your next night out in Ottawa! The atmosphere was impeccable and drinks were even better. Rabbit Hole stole the show with its cozy atmosphere and fantastic service, even on a late weeknight visit. The cocktails were expertly crafted, and the food was equally impressive. The White 6 pizza was a standout, while the Wagyu burger lived up to the hype. Fresh, perfectly shucked oysters kicked off the meal perfectly. This is a hidden gem that deserves a visit! Very hard to find parking though

Good cocktails, excellent food, modern and chill atmosphere. I had the pork belly and found it very tasty, delicious potatoes and carrots (which I m surprised by, not usually fond of those). My partner had the pasta, I would have that next time. Service could be inconsistent, one of the waiters was fine, the other wasn t.

Was in town for work and this place really popped out when walking around the city. Booked a reservation and it is really, really cool inside. Drinks were great and the vibe was awesome even for a weekday. I had the pork belly which was OK, but the whiskey jam and potatoes were unbelievable as sides. Our table also had oysters, pizzas and tuna and everyone raved about their plates. Great spot downtown. Kitchen was rammed so it was a bit slow but worth the wait.

Nice atmosphere and good drinks. The pizzas were really fresh and tasty (White 2 and Red 2). I wasn t expecting the Red 2 to be a bit spicy but I enjoyed it. The Mezze Trio wasn t my favourite but I think it s more my tastes rather than it not being good, though the hummus specifically wasn t great. I had a Rosey Mary cocktail with my meal and I really liked it and would definitely have it again. Overall great spot and would like to come here again to try some other parts of the menu.

My friends and I experienced the jackolope for the first time and it was amazing. Our server (I believe his name was Issac) was entertaining, educated, and seemed so excited to help us. It was warm and inviting and the ambiance of the speakeasy is gorgeous. Cant wait to go back down the rabbit hole! Dietary restrictions: My friend has a very high risk gluten allergy and was accommodated without any hesitation.

And lets not forget about Spinny Vinny, whose beats are unquestionably the best in town, setting the perfect vibe for a night to remember. The food? Simply divine. Must have a seat in the basement. Upstairs is nice but downstairs *chef kisses. The only reason I cant give 5 stars for all items is because unexpected we had a great DJ on a Thursday but the music was sooooo loud. Many are on date nights or trying to talk to each other but it was more like a nightclub vibe quite at an early time and unexpected. Anyway, it was nice, drinks are good, staff was fine and small dishes are the option to go for sharing. Enjoy your time

We went out for my sisters birthday this past weekend... We were about 30 people. We asked for bottle service but was refused. We asked to start a tab, we were refused. It felt like we the staff were bothered that we were there.. I woulnt recommend this place for a night out.

I recently had the displeasure of visiting a bar where a blond bartender, adorned with a Cupid tattoo, provided one of the worst service experiences Ive encountered. Not only was she incredibly rude, but she also neglected basic hygiene standards by failing to clean a drink from a previous customer. Throughout our visit, she didnt bother to ask if we wanted another drink, offer us menus, or inquire about our satisfaction with the service or drinks. Whats even more disappointing is that this was my second time at this establishment with this bartender, and the experience was equally abysmal both times. Needless to say, I will never be returning. However, the speakeasy was amazing which is why there is a one star and not zero stars.

Nice and cozy atmosphere, interesting decor, well crafted cocktails, limited menu and good enough food. The truffle chips and dill dip were the highlights of the evening. Pizza was just ok. Nothing to rave about. The place was busy and buzzing with patrons taking a few drinks after a work day. Although not at capacity, the service was friendly BUT extremely slow Our server would disappear more than 30 minutes at a time. Made it a longer evening than anticipated. I will most likely return for the signature cocktails and convenience of the location but will skip the food.

This place has the potential to be really special, but it s just not there yet. Went with a big group one Saturday, and despite having a reservation and showing up early, we were seated 25 mins late to our table. Once we were seated, we were told that we had the table for 1.5 hours instead of the usual 2 hour table allotment, given our late seating. Thankfully this was not strictly enforced (the waiter ended up giving us another 15-20 mins). This window really only gave us a chance at a second round of drinks. Service aside, some food came out a little cold, others piping hot. Friends absolutely loved the charcuterie and wagyu burger, I thought the calamari and brownie were underwhelming. My mocktail was creative and perfectly customized.
