It’s happened now!I ordered the Ice capp from the drive through, the lady who took the order was wrong, she gave me the ice coffee, I said I ordered the ice cap , can you exchange that?lady didn’t realize hermistake ,and keep chatter!At the end, she said “don’t come here anymore “. Ok I don’t think I will come back again,India lady! That chatter service and ask the customer don’t come back anymore! That is the Timhortons service! Good
Is it just me at this location or are there others but most times when ordering a cappuccino from the drive thru they ask me to move up and park! I’m sorry am I at McDonald’s here or what!!?? How does this make any sense…. Someone pls explain… Not to mention today they felt it was the best time at 2 pm to have an employee take a bucket and rag and go wash the outside windows of the drive while it was busy! I excused myself and expressed the rush that I was in and apologized but needed my order because I was parked away from the window so I wouldn’t hit the woman the one serving me wouldn’t make any effort for me to pay or even hand me my order when I said sorry for being so far from the window the employee say “ I have short arms “ so disappointed in this location horrible service and terrible etiquette. Overall my opinion would be drive up the road a bit and definitely go to the other Tim Hortons in the metro plaza.
Every once in a while, I get served by this fellow at the drive through.Who's done a terrible customer service attitude. The rest of the staff are absolutely top notch.
Out of stock on many ingredients to complete order for 3 items. The store was dirty and infested with bugs on the walls. An employee had her mouth in the bag she was going to pack Drive thru order in. If I hadn't told her that was unsanitary she would of used the bag. Terrible just gross. Won't be coming back to this location. Its disgusting.
I regulared here dozens of time over the past couple of years, it's gotten slightly better and more consistent since last year, however service is always slow. They prioritize drive through and ignore customers inside. Also they never line up the coffee lid properly. Tip: the seam goes at the back, opposite the drinking hole. Otherwise the seam causes leaks. Also it doesn't look like they do much diversity hiring, not very Canadian of them. It's quiet inside and a nice place to sit and work. Tables are often dirty however.
I’m upset that they don’t answer the phone because l would have kept this private. Anyway. Three times now weeks apart l have had a farmers wrap with bacon and sausage. Three different times l have experienced diarrhea within two hours of eating it. It’s on my way to work and it’s early. My neighbourhood Timmies is fine when l order the same. I have been carful and don’t accuse them lightly. Something in maybe the sauce bottle is bad? Don’t know but l do know something there is giving me diarrhea.
My favorite Tim's always great service and quick service. It is days like this morning that made me write a review. I had received my morning coffee, and I read the top and smiled. Keep up the great work. Every day I start my morning getting my coffee and every one is so pleasant.

Slowest Time Ive ever been to, They almost never have what I ask for, the drinks are barely mixed, last time I just went for 2 cups of water and waited at the window for almost 5 minutes.
I made a order of xl coffee and chicken bacon ranch wraps. Before I left I checked my back account and it turned out they billed me twice for my one order. So not only is this place slow, garbage always overflowing, but they rip you off. When I tried to get them to give me my money back, was told to comeback in the morning. I know to complain will be swept under the rug by this owner, so I will be contacting local and federal government
The lady who work at drive thru window is not good at all. She is rude and dont even greet. No service manners at all.i came at like 9.30 in the morning.
The Ice Capp are Not the same.. You get More cream then you do of the ice capp. Its disgusting.. Food

Good service. Lost out on the roll up the rim because I didnt have my phone out fast enough. Go back to the Roll up the rim on the cups again. We ate inside. Not impressed table where we sat wasnt too clean. Parking: Always plenty of parking at this location even during peak hours.
I have been going here for years now and only because it s the only near location but I have to be honest this place needs major help in many ways let s start by management very poor and always seem to prioritize drive true before in store customers and wait time expect minimum 15 minutes wait on a good day and not to forget your order will always be missing items or not what you ordered what s so ever and also run out of food when it s the middle of the afternoon and you just waited 15 to 25 minutes just to be told that they don t have it and let s not forget how dirty this place always seems surprised they haven t been shut down by now

I usually have a great experience at this location until today at 10:05am. I ordered a small ice cap and asked for two packs of hockey trading cards. The younger woman in the speaker drive thru responded rudely saying no you can t have them actually bc we have none left as rude as humanly possible. Then I let them know nicely there was a sign up saying they had them. She yelled in the speaker EXCUSE ME? What did you say? When I came to the window, I asked if there was a problem because I didn t quite understand why they were speaking to me in such a conflicting manner. Honestly I get having a bad day sometimes, But this type of customer service is absolutely shameful and the two young women who were at the window and on the drive thru speaker were absolutely horrible. Thank you for turning your bad day onto me. I would like to be contacted by a manager about this.

I think that this place is very inviting and it s sad that ppl have the ability to write such disgusting reviews. They come in for coffee if you don t like the coffee or the service stay home and make ur own. It s a service not right to be served regardless if ur paying 150 for a coffee. . These ppl come to work for 15 dollars an hour to be yelled at for making your coffee wrong !!! Give me a break. There are more troubling things in life than u r coffee or you waiting. Do you ever stop to think about the owners of this place or how hard it is to keep going. It s sad that we have such an entitled society that we can come and rip ppl apart. Why don t you hop behind the counter and give it a week and try doing that job before you cast stones at the workers or the owners. It s this constant entitled attitude that is the issue. They think they have the right just to say things and sit on their pedestal n point fingers. The owners work hard very hard to have a place for ppl to come. And it s still not good enough. If things r so bad than don t go there but don t be a the person that rips them down. Look at your own world and see if u would be so welcoming to someone leaving a review in ur life or life s work. Remember words matter they leave lasting marks on peoples brain. Be kind and not judgemental. Being kind to others seems to be distant memory in this society today.

This place had changed. New owners, new crew. Very fast and coffee always tastes the same. I gave the good a lower rating as I dont like it at any location. Stck to doughnuts, lol.

This Tim Hortens has offered great service. Other locations such as 4764 Bank continued to give spoiled milk. Upon walking into this location they served us promptly and ensured the milk was fresh. Very happy to return to this location.
The tables needed cleaning. They were training new staff, so they should take advantage of this opportunity to develop the habit of keeping the place clean.
The drive through is almost always super slow, been there twice. It would have been quicker if we went to another Tim Hortons nearby. Also, the coffee was cold again both of the times.

I go to this location because of the convenience but order accuracy is a hit or miss. This time I ordered 2 farmer wrap meals with 6 muffins and 2 teas. I wanted 3 fruit explosion and 1 chocolate chip with 2 other muffins. I didn t get my hash browns or my chocolate chip muffin. Annoying because what was supposed to be an easy breakfast for the kids turned into tears and a meltdown.
The closers on Tuesdays with hijab and glasses is super unprofessional. I had to get money from aTD bank across the street. I wasnt even gone for 2 minutes and when I got back to complete my order she shunned me off like I wasnt literally in the building asking for a medium regular with an espresso shot moments ago. I work nights. Teacher your staff some hospitality for people whom work until 4am or hire new staff. Plain me simple. I definitely wont be coming back. Her attitude was disgusting.

Too bad this is my neighbourhood tim hortons. It s awful! Always a very long wait. They can t seem to get my order correct 1/2 the time. A woman at the window is very unprofessional, I think her name is Annie? Avoid this tim hortons if you can.

This location is known for not being very fast, but I dont care. Their staff are always so warm and kind. Tims staff are allowed to accept tips, dont forget!

This Tims is a disaster! Our 48 person dealership has stopped using their service. The premise is very dirty and the staff have no respect that what they are preparing and confused that someone will eventually be eating their work. Preparation is sloppy and have forgotten they are in the service industry. Wake up Tims your loosing customers in an already decreasing economy.

Past year or so every coffee I get from this location is FULL of grinds at the bottom. Not sure if ur perk basket needs replacing or if ur workers are just ripping the coffee packets open too fast and sending grinds all over the store. Not to mention the drive thru takes over an hour man like cmon guys. Stop just hiring from the same family and hire based on merit

Ordered coffee. It seem it doesnt matter where you go now a days. The staff does know what a double double is or a regular is. Exceptions for regular older staff. The kids that are being hire just dont care. Im paying for a service that I am not getting, 98 % of the time. They dont wait for the cream or sugar to finish so you dont get what you ask for in your coffee you get anything but. The staff just dont listen to the orders that they are given. Love this location. It s always busy, but that s expected due to its location. The staff is always very friendly. Not sure if she s a manager, but there s a woman who frequently works drive-thru (wears a hijab) who is suuuuper friendly. We always love seeing her at the window. Keep it up! Only suggestion: somehow redesign the drive thru so that it starts closer to the back entry lane vs middle of the parking lot. I think it would really help to improve traffic flow.

This Tim Horton location is considered one of the best branches for me in Ottawa, as it has a wonderful and excellent team that works in a team spirit with a beautiful smile in terms of service, welcoming the customer, good hospitality, speed and accuracy in delivering the order, in addition to ensuring that all orders are available on the display list.
When you think of the Name Tim Hortons, you think of a Canadian Donut shop that serves coffee around the clock. This place is a disgrace to the Tim Hortons name. I Was there on a Saturday evening at 6:15pm looking to Purchase a dozen of donuts. No donuts on the display counter or at the back. Cashier stated that the girl that makes the donuts left at 6pm... Seriously?!.. you are right down the road from a Police Station and you dont have the main products that our boys and gals in blue require to keep themselves energized and full of joy through their Night Shift, on hand!!.. with that said, you do have an abondances of Tim Hortons overpriced Christmas trinkets in the lobby display available at all time. It quite obvious that management really needs to work on customer demand and priorities, at this store. Shame on you for calling yourself a Tim Hortons

I have been going to this Tim Horton for 7 years , I find the new staff working the drive thru have no proper customer service. They have no courtesy to reply to (Thank Yous) nor ( Have a good day) . They dont even bother giving a total at the order window to make sure the customers have money ready to pay at window .

AMAZING STAFF OWNER THANKS AGAIN
Just went through the drive thru a few minutes ago.. we ordered 2 seperate orders but no indications to which order we were paying for first at the window. Very bad communication and customer service skills. We had enough points each for a free drink that we wanted to use, the girl at the window scanned my BFs points but we noticed the price didnt change so we simply asked hey did that go through all we got was a no it didnt work so we asked her to try again and the manager came in with attitude saying she already did when we know for a fact they didnt try again.. so we had to pay full for our order even though it took a bunch of his points. The sad thing is well never visit here again.. We go to this Tim Hortons quite often because its local and we even had a great relationship with the staff, Until recently weve noticed the morale of the store lower significantly.. the manager in the window specifically has been very rude and treats you with so much disrespect if you have any questions whatsoever. A while ago we ordered 2 iced Capps both with a shot of caramel and ended up with just one with caramel even though we saw on the screen before driving up that both had flavour shots.. she treated us like we were liars and said well you didnt pay for two flavour shots we felt gaslit and embarrassed because she treated us so terribly. She made us pay for the flavour shots (which is fine) but when we said sorry for the misunderstanding we just got a blank stare dirty look.. absolutely terrible service and she treats customers like an enemy.. I feel bad for any employee who has to work beside that vile woman.

Everything was served up promptly. Parking was good, one of the nicer Timmies.
I use this Tim s because of drive thru and location but every 3 rd time they get your order at least partially wrong. Make sure to double check your food, if you ordered any, before you leave. It is very annoying to get home hungry just to find out they forgot a hash brown or gave you a wrong breakfast sandwich. I understand it s busy but they are very consistent on messing my orders up. Staff is courteous and friendly, no complains there.

I don t think they are well prepared for mobile order. I wait longer than a person walking in. This is the worse place to do a mobile order. They don t even acknowledge their incompetence and apologize for delaying me. Sad case !
