I love this place!!! The staff members are so good and nice always with a smile. I love the atmosphere. I have gone to so many timmis but never felt like this place it brings a good atmosphere every time i go. Which made my everyday coffee stop. I always do mobile and because of the staff i do cash now . I love to have the short talks with the staff before i get my coffee. Just love this place🫶🏼
Order here if you want to be late for meetings. 35 minutes for a chicken sandwich mobile ordered for pick up. Unbelievable. The saving Grace and additional star is because the staff are very sympathetic and nice. But holy moly... Avoid.
Update to the owner's post - regarding custoemr service.. i made a complaint and NOONE ever contacted me. Furthermore/ noone respondes ti business bureau who is trying yo contact business. And food safety inspector who contacted me/ let me know that it is most likely chemical poisoning from cleaning products.. meaning that employees do not follow safety procedures and let food get contaminated by cleaning products! I hope dear owner you will try that food eventually. Would be okay if your children got poisoned? Would you close your eyes then??? I got yelled at and got food poisoning there. So will not recommend to anyone. Huge disappointment in whole chain now - how do they also chose their personnel? Most aggressive?! Had been served with molded hashbrown this morning. As i was on the phone i tried ti eat quickly( working mornings..) i got super strong taste of mold and my mought and throat were burning and Irritating. When asked for a manager , arrived some you g asian girl who has been extremely rude! She called me a liar and was mocking me laughing and saying if i am dying- ( because i was trying to clear my throat!) she can call 911 for my drama.. But she was laughing with her colleagues infront of all customers!! Its such a shame to get poisoned with the food which cost me 8 CAD(!!) and than some rude employee will try to accuse me that i want to take adavntage of 2 CAD on potential hashbrown refund! So is it new standard now for service at timmies and serv a molded food?! I raised my concern asking them to check the food to not serve to other people and especially children. They just ignored me. 3 hours later i am with the nurse on the phone with food poisoning. I hope people will read this and not risk to go there to get poisoned and yelled at
I thought that ordering through the app would be simple. I have ordered five times in the last couple of months. Twice there were required substitutions that held up my order for an addition 10 minutes and twice I my order was not completed which wasted 15-20 minutes of my day because they forgot my food completely. The one order that had no issues was a coffee.
Service is consistently slow, bakery shelves are consistently low stock or empty in the morning, especially limited time items. The time spent in line to get a single coffee can be anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes.
** The paper lids were removed and we are back to plastic. Edited my review to 5 stars. Please don't go back. ** Posted this complaint of the paper lids as suggested by the Tim Hortons cashier at this location. I was told there is no other route to share our concerns with management other than a public Google review, as they have no comment cards or customer survey to evaluate these lids. I find this lack of communication to their customers insulting and the incredibly poor quality of these lids to be an example of their commitment to their customers. These paper lids melt within eight minutes, warping and leaking and tainting any drink with the taste of paper and wood. At the very least, bring back plastic lids as an option we can request if not remove the paper lids entirely.
This is the slowest worst managed timmies ive ever been to. I go regularly each week, and it always takes 15 to 20mins to get my order of coffee and breakfast sandwich. They have 6 people working but only 1 cash with lines out the door. Today there were at least a dozen waiting for mobile orders. Terrible management, so much for fast food.
The owners don't set the hours, the workers do. They shut down an hour or two before 3:00pm after a long day of somehow finding a way to make terrible bagels that somehow still sell.

We came 5 minutes before closing time and they were still extremely kind.

The team is amazing- friendly and efficient. They have been keeping clients smiling throughout this pandemic and making sure we get our Timmies coffee! So grateful to have them located right around the corner from my office.
Yet another Tim Hortons not open when it says it is..
Went there for breakfast asked for an egg and sausage wrap and a double double coffee. My coffee came almost black and the eggs in my wrap were grey, when I went back to ask for another sandwich they tried telling me when you cook eggs they turn grey. Definitely not going back to this location

Awful experience. They kept telling me they didnt have croissants when I could see them in the glass case right in front of me. While I was trying to order they kept looking at the line then back to me like It was my fault and I shouldnt be there. Then to top it all off got the order wrong and shoved the wrong stuff to the bottom of the bag so I couldnt see it. I would give it less then 1 star if I could.
Placed a mobile order for pick up on Sunday, July 5 around 2:20pm. Walked 10 minutes to the location just to find out that they were closed. Contacted Timmys for a refund on the same day and nearly two weeks passed I still got no response. This is absolutely disgrace!

Coffee was rite.
I used to like coming here and was a daily customer, but I started noticing that some of the staff including the woman I think is the manager and the morning baker were not wearing masks or wearing them incorrectly. Ive since stopped going to this location which is too bad because I find the two morning cashiers super friendly. They set a great example and management should follow suit.

Probably the best Tims in downtown. Staff work incredibly hard every day. They know their regulars, theyre friendly and professional, and they do a great job keeping up with the heavy traffic.

I usually regret it every time I go to this location. Understaffed and the express and non express lines not working. Waited 15 minutes in line to place my order, a total 20 minutes to get in and out of the place (for black coffee and oatmeal - wow).

This Tim is really packed at peak times. That being said, the service is still fast and the employees are always good with you, But the place feels really sad, theres almost no tables and at peak time, it feels really small as there is no such space in the place. Overall it is a good place to pick up your coffee really quick but I experienced far more better Tim to go.

This is one of those Tim Hortons locations that are hit-or-miss when it comes to the coffee. Its most often bitter which can mean that theyre not snaking (cleaning out buildup in) their machines. Note to the owner: try your own product.

Although its well staffed, it is always chaotic. My food and beverage is usually as expected from the franchise.
Usually crowded during morning, mostly government clientele, service can be slow but friendly staff. Small premise, free WiFi.

I was impressed with how clean the bathroom was in a downtown location.
Not sure what has happened to Tims Its changed. Maybe should have stuck to simple coffee and doughnuts.
