Boston cream donut had no cream

WOW.... IS ALL I CAN SAY... I ordered a chicken snackable, wedges and a chocolate dip doughnut... they placed the doughnut at the bottom of the bag, proceeded to place the wedge container on top of the doughnut and the sandwhich in a separate bag placed on top of the wedges. Obviously causing the doughnut to melt and absorb into the wedge container!!!! Just WOW I cannot accept this as an innocent oversight. This is simply ignorant IDGAF actions and I cannot let this one go!!!

**Update** I emailed customer service like the reply to my review told me to do, and got some robotic answer about reaching out to the restaurant useless. Let s see in a month from now (when I go back) to see if reaching out actually did something. This is the worst Tim s by far. I love being greeted in the drive thru with a yes? And not welcome to Tim Hortons, how may I help you? . Cherry on top is getting to the window and them shove their debit machines in your car even though you use scan to pay, then get annoyed because they have to take their debit machine back. Then they finish it off with a game of catch with your order! I swear, if we let them, they d put my order in my cup holder and my passenger seat themselves (their arms are halfway there anyways) Customer service here is brutal. I understand you re fast food, and it does get busy quickly, but doesn t mean humanity should go out the window. Do better.

they fill our ice cap and coffee half way and got the order wrong 2 times. we asked to fill it out more but they said we had to pay more. the workers were very blunt but that could have just been one person. the customer service is so bad we laughed and the don t even look at us.

Just picked up food only to drive all the way home to Greely to find out 1 of my sandwiches is missing. Check your order before leaving the drive through.

Not open 24 hours. I went in and bought a refresher (even though they didn t have the ginger orange refresher) and went to sit down to kill some time. Within five minutes around 7:05pm on a sunday I was asked to leave because they were closing the store and only keeping the drive-through open. Nowhere was this posted and I would not have asked to be dropped off at this location if I had known.

This has to be the Slowest Tim Hortons in Canada!

I came here for a breakfast on morning ordered a medium size caramel iced capp,french vanilla with a habenaro veggie wrap and they gave me a wrong order they handed me a regular iced capp insted of a caramel ice cap when asking they told the employee punch regular ice cap they wont replace us a new one employee seems to be a new and happy with overall experience wont come again here was on july 16th morning

Food poorly made, had a wrap awith bacon only 2 bites contained bacon. Terribly done. Not the 1st time. Really slow drive thru last time i went. 6 cars took over 10 mins.

Ordered a large dark roast double double and the bonehead used milk and not cream. Questioned the person and he wouldnt make me a new drink. Young lady in there also didnt put the cream cheese on the bagel. Thanks for taking my money and screwing up my order

I recently had the misfortune of visiting Tim Hortons, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare. The line inside was longer than a slow-moving glacier, and the drive-thru was no better I could have grown a beard waiting for my order. The service was abysmal; the staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than actually serving customers. And to top it all off, the place was filthy Ive seen cleaner dumpsters. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this sorry excuse for a coffee shop

Today, we went to order something for breakfast. We ordered two drinks and farmers egg wrap and i ordered large wedges. I was not aware they only had one size wedges the lady at the front didn t tell me either and charge me extra. When i recieved my order i saw they just fill the half bowl of wedges thats not enough for the regular one. I asked her and she was so rude with me she told me we only put 12 wedges its either that quantity and are so small pieces. She made my morning very bad.

Absolute garbage customer service and food is rushed, this place sucks

The food is your standard typical Tim Hortons but the service is laughable. Has to be the worst Ive ever been to. Myself and my coworkers saddly go here often to refresh on drinks and the customer service is what honestly cracks us up on how bad it is. Should really be embarrassed. The drivethru workers never great you, rarely say anything, roll there eyes or just have no manners its shocking. My favorite memory so far was having one of your workers throw napkins into my vehicle for some unknown reason... didnt even order food. management should really be embarrassed if these are your standards.

Was in the bathroom.. employee was using bathroom as well and left without washing their hands...effin nasty

i visit this place almost everyday when i m working , its really wonderful staff and place just the manager need to learn more politeness and i know everyone is working really hard but have some kinda or sort of politeness maybe it will look nice

Horrible location: The outside is disgusting with cigarettes, coffee cups, and food waste. I saw a whole pizza on the ground next to the exit and quite a few disposable vapes in the parking lot The service inside leaves a lot to be desired, as they are understaffed and disorganized. While waiting in line, an employee opened a cash to check out an individual in the line.

Disappointed service most of the morning i order from here but the lady who is on mic I don t why she is always frustrated and most of time she don t even understand full order and punch half of items. I read old reviews as well in which most of people wrote about that lady ! I think she is manager as well . I am wondering if she is dealing rudely with customers how she is with tim staff member.It was last week while i was sitting here she came to baker and start yelling at her . I think its the owner s fault for worst management regarding lots of reviews or may be she get lots of complaints why they aren t taking any actions on her .Due to her her other staff s performance got neglected!!!

This is quite the ideal spot for breakfast in the mornings or simply a coffee, as it is very close to my place of employment. The staff seem cheerful and sometimes crack a joke every now and again. This has the food youd expect from any given Tim Hortons, and the aesthetics are the same as any given Tim Hortons so the service is what I remember most. This store definitely gets a5/5 from me!

This used to be an average Tim Hortons. Now its just terrible. They cant get the orders right, food is gross, staff is miserable. One of the worst out there.

Should be a joke here. The lady gave me iced coffee almost half a bottle and gave me some attitude to say we have to give it like that. Go to another coffee shop at least they will give you a full cup of coffee...

3 times in the last 2 weeks we ordered hot chocolates and it wasnt hot chocolate ..it was colored water...dont the staff know how to check the hot chocolate machine...what a waste of money...

I honestly hate this Tim Hortons. Its the worst. The amount of times Ive received a moldy breakfast sandwich is nuts to me. How are you handing out moldy bread. And not only do you hand out moldy breakfast sandwiches, but you hand out cold on melted cheese breakfast sandwiches. And then today a cold coffee. The coffee you gave me clearly was sitting around on the counter. It would take at least 30 minutes for it to drop to the room temperature you gave it to me at. Absolutely garbage location

I came here on a first date with a woman I loved more than any other. I miss her but at least I have amazing memories. The only sign posted was open 24 Sad thing

It s ridiculous because the workers are extremely rude - assistant manager or manager was racist and didn t want to fill the ice cap to the line I paid for a full cup of ice cap and she was saying go somewhere else and she was using bad words.

Never going to this location ever again!!!!! I visited your establishment with the expectation of enjoying a cup of coffee and a snack, as I have done countless times before. However, I was met with an extremely disappointing encounter with one of your employees, who I later learned was the manager. The managers behavior was, to put it bluntly, rude and unprofessional. She seemed disinterested in providing me with any assistance and were dismissive when I attempted to place my order. Her tone was unnecessarily abrasive, and their body language conveyed an utter lack of respect for me as a customer. This left me feeling not only unwelcome but also embarrassed by the way I was treated in front of other customers.

Staff messed up my order twice and then gave me attitude when I asked for it fixed. Side note I tipped after everything and the wouldnt accept my 5 dollar bill. Making another deal out of nothing. Weird place ... not worth of a return visit. My advice keep driving theres one on every block

Very very very disappointed with the service. While ordering at the drive thru, the lady over the mic kept trying to rush me off and get to the next person while I haven t even finished ordering I get the the window a different person served me with great service, then comes to me the lady over the mic I didn t hear you asking for a sleeve at the drive thru, ask for a sleeve before you get to the window something to this sorts with a very rude, dismissive and unwelcoming attitude I asked to speak to the manager, and was very disappointed to find out that the rude service was coming from the manager herself. Anyone at that location can be a great example of an employee or a manager, except her. Very disappointing. This tim Hortons needs new management.

Good service. Washroom was a mess with something written on toilet door by marker. One person was smoking pot in parking lot. Sitting area was clean. Therefore 4 stars.

Avoid this Tim and especially the drive thru, it s awful the food quality is very bad, it s either raw meat, a burnt muffin or a too diluted coffee. And when you make a comment about it you get an attitude from the manager.

I visited this Timms today, as its my routine to stop before going to work daily, asked the girl working at the sandwich bar to correct my sandwich, instead of being sorry she yelled at me and she aggressively threw the sandwich in front of me and the sandwich she make again was wrong again. I told her to be respectful and polite with me, as she was stressed with her work she yelled at me in front of customers that is very disrespectful. After asking the staff about her, she was the manager of the restaurant. I understand the stress they have or how busy the timmis are in the morning but still she doesn t have to be disrespectful at all. I will never ever gonna stop at this timmis.

DO NOT ORDER ESPRESSO BEVERAGES THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU.

Got steeped tea at drive through, paid, they said to go wait on the side they need to brew the tea, will be 5 min. Cool. Waited for 15 minutes, nothing... went to the drive through again, they apparently just forgot about the order.

The owner of this location is stingy with his servings and makes you pay an additional fee for cream cheese. So if you think your getting a bagel with it. your not unless you pay for it. How cheap you got to be to do that to your costumers. I guarantee everything is cut back not just the cream cheese. Thats an insult to the hard working people in the area to cut cost on us. Im not impressed and give you one star. Also there points detector is beeping but not registering allot of peoples points. You got to be a dirt bag honestly. They need new management or an owner thats not cheap

This location used to be great and was open 24/7. These days it seems like its only open for breakfast and lunch and every time I drive past here its closed and there is nobody in sight. The company who runs this would is too cheap to pay for employees, it reminds me of a kid who takes his ball away and wont play because things arent perfectly going their way. What a dump and a dispicable organization.

I had a good steak and egg breakfast sandwich on an English muffin...which is les dry than the tea biscuit...sat down in the timmies where the fireplace is...i was yummy!

Im so disgusted on how Tim Hortons coffee isnt fresh! When its hot... its because its the bottom of the barrel! And they seem to forget to use fresh coffee grains... lazy people just add more water.....it ISNT COFFEE THEN, RIGHT?!!!

Service is absolutely bad. Errors in the order at all time. Staff dont really care about hygiene and can be very disgusting.

Three days the washroom was a mess, it was disgusting and they didnt clean it. This is a normal thing and it extends to soap and toilet paper. We asked them and they asked us to clean it. Not only that but the staff is just standoffish. Food is subpar, floors are dirty and parking is a cramped mess. Would not recommend.

Staff have no care for quality, theyget your order right about half the time. I rely on this place to get me my breakfast during the week and they disappoint me more than satisfy

Friendly as usual. I ve had a couple sandwiches from this location (turkey), but got a disappointing BLT today. Pressed for time and really hungry, I was disappointed with the thin layers of filling. 2/3 pieces of bacon, lettuce and tomato. Compared to the turkey sandwich which seems really full in comparison. The bread was extremely fresh though.

Tried to buy three dozen donuts for work and was told I had to wait 10 minutes by the manager. There was over 50 donuts ready behind the display glass. Wont be going back there anytime soon.

I usually use the drive through, which is pretty bad but I can understand its hectic. Went into the store today with a mobile order. Was ignored while the rush was there, and continued to be ignored and dismissed while the employees stood around when store emptied out.

Freaking cheap on cream cheese bagels. Even when you pay for extra, it still feels like youre eating bread. To their defense, they call it standards. I was not born yesterday nor its my first time ordering bagels. Dont buy bagels with cream cheese from this branch
