the cleanest tim hortons I have ever seen Congratulations to the workers
This is by far the best Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Of course there will be minor mistakes here and there however, the staff in there operate like an army. They are always working and despite the line ups and mobile orders coming in, everything is done with precision, accuracy, all while being speedy. This is the best Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I've made a edit on the map location. The Google Maps has been showing this location inside the building of 240 sparks street. I've repositioned the pin point om the map. When looking up 200 sparks street, it shows correctly. The address for the Tim hortons is also correct but not when looking up the pin point of the Tim hortons on the maps.
Delivery charges should be less. I tried to delivery a few time but total comes to double of order price

Really disappointed at this Tims location. First we placed order at the kiosk since the staffs didn’t show up at the billing section. We are not able to place the order for flat pizza properly. So we have ordered for double double and donuts warmed. But we received only plain coffee with no cream N sugar . When we enquired abt this to the staffs he responded that we should not have ordered by kiosk in a rude way . If the kiosk is not taking the Orders properly, then they should notify the customers and put a note over on it . Also they should come to billing section when customer approches . Also they didn’t warmed our muffins. I don’t like the coffee too in this location. Since they are located in the sparks street they are running this branch. Staffs really need training to run the shop and also on how to speak with customers.
**SERVICE IS EXCELLENT! but unfortunately Tim Hortons in Ottawa are trying the new lids made out of cardboard. They taste bad, smell like old flour and get soggy, it is obviously a terrible choice, and I wonder if I can get a refund because I will not drink my coffee. As long as they are using these lids, I will go elsewhere for my coffee. Thanks for making my morning very annoying Tim... Who makes these ridiculous choices, arent there some biodegradable plastic solutions instead, seriously?!
The only good thing about this Tim Hortons is the location. I had a mocha with a croissant. The croissant was fine, but the Mocha could be much better.
Great Tim Hortons location. They are providing really good service, despite crazy traffic. Coffee is good, and the place is clean. There is not much seating inside but there is plenty of nice places to enjoy your coffee outside.

Worst Tims downtown. Makes you pay for extra sauce and doesnt put it on. Wrap was cold and disgusting. Went into the trash. Waste of money.

Wrong order. Got Peppermint herbal tea instead of green tea.
Deeply disappointed. Staff need training in menu knowledge. Please, please, please, ensure your staff understand pricing menu items, how to properly enter in combos - not being told mam, mam, we dont do that here (with their hand in the air like a stop sign), update your signage (put a price upcharge in brackets beside respective items i.e. soup), have a run down in customer service etiquette, and update your buttons so when it shows sandwich/soup combo it is inclusive and items arent charged on top of the combo price unless a customer orders a M/LG coffee...the charges are basically the same than if I ordered all individually.
Sparks St Timmie. Great place downtown to grab a coffee and sit a while. A small oasis amid the crazy work day.

Terrible service.
This morning I was given a disgusting mocha from this location. It tasted like dirty water. Train your staff properly on how to make your beverages correctly. Ill no longer be a customer of Tim Hortons because this is happening too frequently and your wasting my money while your company gets richer. To make the experience even more insulting, i tried to exchange it at another location but was told there wasnt anything they could do cause i did not purchase it at that location. This is the type of service offered to a daily customer? Timmies lost another patron. Hope you go under

I ordered this and the driver didnt speak English, he only speaks France so I tried to explain for him where is the Store that Im working but he still couldn t understand what im saying and we are living in Ontario right?? Not Quebec. Finally he cut off my call then the app said Arrived but I didnt receive any order and I lost my money. What is kind of system is this, I tried to call him again and still not answered.

Ridiculous, put in order at kiosk... watched as lineup clears by cashiers and no one left... still no one starts my order till I ask.
I was just here for lunch and the poor worker in the sandwich station was clearly struggling while several other employees including the manager were standing around laughing. Several people who ordered ahead of me didnt get there order and told the manager of this issue and told her to get someone to help the girl on the sandwich station and she didnt seem to care much. Its literally 12:00 pm you should organize your staff better to accomodate for the busy lunch hour.

They closed washrooms for cleaning for hours while nobody is cleaning them. When somebody insisted to use it, he/she would be asked to put closed for cleaning back after use.

Tims on Sparks St, very poor customer service
They got my order almost right, Chipotle Chicken wrap except it was supposed to come with grilled chicken instead of deep fried; it was a challenge just to place the order since non of the workers spoke english or french.

This Tim Hortons saved me during my time there. It was a central, clean, safe place to grab a hot tea, catch my bearings and map out where I was and where I was going on google maps, and get the best sandwich I had had on my entire trip on the focaccia bread. I even met a lovely lady by the name of Gonnam that gave me the best advice and guidance on places to visit and how to get there. I visited the shop about 3 times and was grateful each time.

I went to this tims on Canada day around late noon. Had a very bad experience. Me and my friend wanted to use the washroom before ordering. I asked the guy if the washroom is functional . This guy by the name Oman , not sure if it is his real name though ,told me rudely that only customers can use it. I told him that what made him assume that I was not a customer and said I ll order once I m back from the washroom. He said that s the rule.i have never experienced any such treatment from any other tims, even at the same tims that morning.I hope they train all the employees to their standards.

Came in with my family. The server asked are you only here to use the bathroom?. We said we were ordering somethings. We were safely spaced 2 metres away from the 1 other person there. She told us to go back to the entrance and come in one at a time even though I have small children. We left - felt horrible to be spoken that way and that she she assumed our family were only there to use the bathroom.
They closed the bathroom. Clearly, The best way to prevent getting Ronaed is to not be able to empty your bladder after drinking a giant cup of coffee.

I work next to this location and literally almost every order is done wrong. It is quite frustrating that they rarely get your order correct. Most of the time we place an order for a group of us at work and by the time we bring it back and distribute it, many of the orders are way off. When we take it back they say things like, oh we didnt have that so we gave you this. There is a better way to handle that rather than misleading the order by replacing without telling us. The number of times they are wrong has really gotten under all of our skins and this is why I am writing a bad review. To be honest, since they have hired the new young boys the orders have been taking longer to prepare since they work slower and with obvious less care in their job, they run out of things, and they get the orders wrong because most of the time they arent listening to you while you are ordering. The older ladies who have been there for a while are great and always keep things in stock and your orders are done fast and the right way, if you are lucky to be served by them but thats not always the case when you are in line or place an online order. Im all about hiring young kids and giving them experience, but this is a new level of unprofessional disaster. Please retrain your new staff.

The tims is conveniently located in the sparks street however the front of thd store is covered with vinals and banners that cloaks the place. They have nice workers and has a washroom.

The room is too small for families. The clerk didnt understand French well and I didnt get the menus I wanted, but only sandwiches. Then as the 20 seats were taken we had to take something to go eat outside in the shelter of a shop because it was raining too much
