Tim Hortons at Slater/O'Connor is a favorite. Great, friendly customer service. Not usually as busy as other coffee shops in the area, and always has great music playing!
Terrible service. Ot was lunch time with people lined up out the door with only one person taking orders. He would serve one customer then go into the kitchen where he could be seen checking his phone. He did this repeatedly. I waited 12 minutes and just gave up and left.

This is usually my go-to timmies, but recently when I go in after 2 pm I find them to be extremely short staffed for the amount of people coming in. With that said, the staff are always phenomenal! They are the only reason I'm so adamant about going back. Good job + many thanks to the team.

Sandwiches were not heated properly. Coffees were poor quality. An employee said that men’s washroom was not functioning, but one needed to ask for a key.
This is the best Tim Hortons I have EVER visited. Nice friendly staff. They make the BEST ice Capps ever. I give them more than 5 stars.🙂
Hard to explain, but the place feels like staff have given up or there is no good leadership. Food is normal for timmies, but the service is OK at best. The place needs a redo similar to another that just got redone nearby.

It seems to be the best value for money in expensive Ottawa. I heard from a local that they conquered Canada at a low price during the coronavirus pandemic. And I was surprised that it opened very early in the morning. There were so many people that I had to wait in line, but I never thought it would be like this. I also enjoyed a simple breakfast of latte and maple donuts, feeling like a local. I usually dont eat sweets, but since Im in Canada, I was craving something with maple syrup, and since I was on a business trip, my sugar level kept dropping, so I raised my blood sugar in the morning.

They severely lack inventory. During peak times they somehow barely have any goods available.
Even with the morning rush, the young man making the food is pumping out 2-3 orders at a time. Very quick service, guy needs a raise!

In the streets around, there are 4 other Tim Hortons. This one is quick, with smiling employees and never-recycled donuts. What more could you want? Many Tim around, but here its fast, served by smiling employees and donuts are our recycled. What more can you expect?

I make it a rule to clearly state what I want. I want a plain bagel toasted with regular cream cheese. And yet I get a cold plain bagel with garlic cream cheese?! I dont know why I subject myself to such cruelty. You really get what you pay for. Next time Ill know better: Starbucks.

Requested the jalapeno cheddar breakfast sandwich on a bagel with saausage. This is NOT what I received. I went back to complain and staff were rude refusing to exchange. I will NOT be back to this location.

We went in to order a quick snack for ourbkids. The doors were open but tables were already roped off and steam filled the air as machines were being closed. We were told they were closing soon but the attitude from staff told us it was an imposition to serve us.
Coffee service is quick, but getting food is incredibly long process.
Theyre slow to get to the counter, and the hashbrowns are like bricks every time I come here. I dont recommend it :/

This location is okay. The staff are a bit tough to talk with sometimes, but overall the restauranr offers adequate space. Now I went here today, and had a terrible experience with one employee. My friend ordered 4 combos, with myself requesting a crispy chicken combo with no mayo. Instead, out of the 4 combos, we got 2 potato wedge servings instead of 4, 3 burgers ordered as usual (except for mine), and all our drinks ordered fine. For whatever reason, this employee didnt understand my friend who spoke perfectly fine English, and he thought there were two combos, instead of 4, yet he charged us for 4 combos. He also decides to slap on a great deal of spicy powder on my crispy chicken sandwich, even though I never asked for it. I threw out my sandwich after eating half of it, the spice was much too prolific to taste my sandwich.
