Got really bad cold after eating at this place. COVID 19 spreading Hotspot.

Since it was Chinese food, I decided to give it a try and bought 3 dishes and the staple rice. The taste was quite salty, but the portion was enough to make you full. Remember to drink more water because it was a bit salty.

Bad service, the girls, bad faces and gestures. They have no patience.

Chicken undercooked tried talking with the worker and got told its just a color it was red...

Food looks good rice is dry chicken isnt moist tastes like it over cooked ....worst experience ever!!! Never again !!!

4 scoops of rice 1.5 scoops of bourbon chicken. Didn t even let me buy a drink. City customer service and very city chicken.

My favourite Bourbon spot in Canada. I always make sure I get two meats with a veggie or 3 meat s with their Bourbon Spicy rice. I always make sure I keep the tradition alive by grabbing a single piece of (Veg-Spring roll). A Fanta orange to do your thirst justice. Parking: The parking is fantastic because you get all levels of Rideau and it s surrounding enjoyment s.

The worst service I have ever experienced. The lady who attended is a spoiled brat and attended very poorly. I would never order food there again and would never recommend it.

A great place to eat. Food is always great. Have lunch here at least once a week. Only disappointment is the actual food court and the eating atmosphere. Which is not the restaurants fault. But unfortunately alot of homeless and security kicking people out, people sleeping and yelling. I would say its best to take to-go. !!

Went to get food, all seemed normal. Found a WORM in my broccoli. Went to take it back and ask for a refund, it was eventually given after some antagonizing. Were not apologetic at all. Machine wouldn t give a refund back after I paid with a debit card, eventually gave me back the money in cash, even though nobody uses cash today. Continued serving to customers after food was served and brought back. Kitchen staff came out and said to continue serving food. The only thing the woman said was we didn t clean the broccoli with chemicals doesn t take much to clean broccoli, simple water would float up worms. Don t think that the inspection from health Canada would be passed.

Very tasty food at the fraction of a price of big restaurants. Good thing, they don t live on tips like some others on the mall.

Food was undercooked and I got food poisoning from it. Since the plates are not individually made I can t imagine how many other people must have gotten sick from it.

Ordered the Combo 3 with yellow rice, sesame chicken, and Cajun fish. Food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! I definitely recommend!

Amazing quality food with the chicken almost tasting like it was double fried which made it extremely crispy and tender on the inside. Friendly staff and quick service! A little on the pricier side though compared to other locations across Canada

Sort of a mouth American Chinese place. Dishes come with rice or noodles. The meats are a mix of North American (bourbon chicken) and Chinese (orange chicken). I had the Bourbon Chicken with broccoli and fried noodles.

It was the most horrible experience in a restaurant. I ordered a combo with Spicy chicken, and when I tasted it it was disgusting because I came across a piece of uncooked chicken with another flavor that I didnt order. The worst thing is that they refused to exchange my dish. I find the staff to be rude and unprofessional. I was really disappointed cause the teller was rude to me and said that I did not order the spicy one but I always order the spicy one, always, they did not exchange it or refund me, I do not recommend it at all. Its really a shame that we find this kind of restaurant in Canada

Two stars because the service was nice but the food was awful. The noodles had no bite to them. I had a hard time finding much chicken in the sweet and sour chicken and the mango chicken. It was just mostly fried dough that tasted like old fryer oil. I barely ate anything on my plate

It is located in the food court at the Rideau center. I ordered my food and the server gave me the wrong chicken from what I ordered. I thought I would try it and it was amazing. I suggest you ask to try a sample to find the meat you want. I did not like the spring rolls. Parking: It is located inside a mall and I am not sure about the parking lot. Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is wheelchair accessible

Keep your eyes on the food when ordering. The portions can be little for the price you re paying don t be afraid to ask for another scoop, sometimes the customer service is good sometimes it s poor.

If you want some cheap, fast, fresh, Canadian chinese food this is the spot. Good portions too

This is a great place to buy some cheap eats. $11 can feed two people here and that s either Combo 3 (two meats, rice or pasta) or 4 (two meats, rice or pasta, plus vegetables). I recommend the rice if you want to be full for longer. We ve had the bourbon chicken and blackened chicken and it s our go to.

one of the best sesame chicken in Ottawa. tried it with bourbon rice and broccoli. good portion for the price. didnt like their Cajun chicken. it wasnt spicy or flavorful.

Quality of food is very cheap get what you pay for. The fish is to over cooked, dont clean there shrimp. The only good thing about this place is the portion size is very good. To bad the quality of the food wasnt better. Last time I ate there had take out I ended up throwing the food in the garage fish was way over cooked like mosh. To much liquid it was like soup. Food was not really eatable. Chinches? Was super slimy and chewy at the same time. I have never had a texture of chicken feel this way. I could only choke down a few bites.

I have tried the food there 4 times. 3 out of the 4 times, I ended up with food poisoning. Not a coincidence. Since I always get chicken, I m sure it s not being handled properly. Shame.

Arrogant and disrespectful staff. The girls serving had no manners. Were making faces and shrugging for questions asked (no; it was not the end of the day or a long shift; they own the place).

Was buying food at this place as a young coloured man asked for a few samples and was having trouble deciding. while the workers behind the counter seemed to be laughing and making jokes about me in a foreign language i felt disrespected as a customer just because i was younger and had not tried their options before they made a judgement assuming I would not buy anything by making remarks as i made 2 choices. I eventually disregarded the behaviour and bought a meal I accidentally mentioned combo 4 and as i was deciding i realized i wanted a combo 3 instead so when i told the worker she made a grunt and then she threw my plate on the serving tray. I have never felt so disrespected as a paying customer in my life I will never be eating at this establishment again.

The chicken was grossly undercooked and chewy when I had my meal on Canada day (yesterday), it upset my stomach and had to spit out the uncooked pieces! The portion size is adequate still and the noodles are tasty, but you gotta up your standards

Terrible experience, staff were rude. Food was bad and they were unwilling to refund my money. Would never give them money again.

They opened recently and even though it is similar to Shanghai 360 thats also in Rideau Center, I think its slightly better. Their prices are very similar, but their bangbang chicken and their bourbon chicken are better than Shanghai 360. They do have the tendency to give you too much noodles or rice to fill you up though, but I would say their portions are still decent. Stay away from the shrimps unless you feel like playing with your food trying to get the shells off.
