This place is awesome

Restaurant was closed and no sign posted on the door. This is the second time in the last 8 weeks we showed up and it s closed. Do better Five Guys!

Exactly what you expect from a 5guys resto. Staff is consistently good.

The burger is still one of the best for me. What I dont like is that sometimes it lacks consistency, the quantity of ingredients varies from one order to the other.

old school diner feel at all these places. foods a bit more expensive than a Wendys or McDonalds but so much better. worth it once in awhile

Not sure what happened to Five Guys... But its been a while since I been there. Burger bun was wet and soggy, fries were cooked on the outside but still a very raw potato inside. For the price, this place is not what I would expect. Unless someone tells me they are focused on quality, I wont be going back. Good by Five guys, you had your time.

Love the fries and free peanuts. Even the veggie burger with cheese tasted great.

Great burgers and fries a bit expensive though

Got less fries this time by a lot. This time around, the music was deafening, especially in the washroom. And it was like the floor was mopped with grease, I nearly wiped out three different times. Not as fun of an experience as we were hoping. Front order taker guy was super helpful and pleasant. Parking: You want to park in the main area and cross the parking lots as there are few spots in front, and they are tiny and difficult to get out of. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible but tight corners at the entrance. There is disabled parking right out the door tho.

I asked about the Cajun fries and got no information about what add them different. Then I got the and it was too much. They weren t any good. To top it off I overheard the cashier telling others about how she didn t understand my question. Burger was great as always but I ll never get the Cajun fries again

Consistently difficult to get good customer service at the Five Guys on Hunt Club. At this store, *Nothing seems to be too little trouble to be an imposition.* Ugh. Not their fault (Or is it?) that I am prompted for a tip at a fast food restaurant. But when I do not have my glasses, the prompts are illegible and, frankly, I am not crazy about touching a key pad that has been touched potentially hundreds of times between cleanings! Yet when I made it clear to who appeared to be a young woman that I did not have my glasses with me and I just wanted to pay by credit card with tap, she seemed disinclined to be helpful in moving the device past the tip prompts. This is just the latest in a series of such challenges at this location. At the Five Guys Trainyards, they know how to do customer service. At Five Guys Hunt Club, not so much.

Love their milkshakes, burgers and fries. Unlimited mix-ins is a great feature that I hope doesnt change. Prices are very reasonable, especially given the portion sizes and mix-in features.

I ordered 5 hours ago from skipthedishes and the courier didnt even budge from his spot, I got moved around by 4 different customer support and canceled that old order. Now 5 hours later(After I go through all that and getting a refund + skip credits) After I order again, the employee gave the driver the old stale food which they knew had been sitting there for 5 hours, they just looked at the order name and gave it to the driver. I called the place and they said its a skip issue which again, I did contact skip and they are refusing to give me a refund, after I showed proof of the order receipt/cold five guys burger. - Its entirely the employees fault for not checking which order is which, and when I called five guys they said my second order is sitting there, so they made the food, yet gave me the old one without checking and they prepared my new order. - They kept old stale food there for 5-6 hours, are they trying to give someone food poisoning seriously? That food shouldve been thrown by then. That food went straight to the trash 30$ down the drain

Never been before, but I would go back. Staff we nice and had smiles on. Burger was tasty, fries were decent, but the highlight was the unexpected free peanuts. Made the wait and experience even more enjoyable.

I always love going to five guys, to die for fries and burgers and a great overall vibe. Also my celiac little brother can eat there no problem since they have separate fryers for their fries and they do lettuce wrap burgers.

Friendly staff ,fast service , good burgers

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place had loud music which I actually liked. You could have a conversation comfortably. The free peanuts were a nice touch. Pretty expensive but everything nowadays is expensive. The burger was very mediocre. Nothing wrong with it but nothing outstanding. They put a ton of fries in the bag but I think thats normal and pretty low cost for them. I dont think I would try them again just because of the price.

The no burger that tastes better than the ones from Five Guys. Always fresh, made to order and your taste and the fries to die for .

Everyones like five guys. Best burgers in town. Recommend to try the milkshakes. If you are a milkshake lover. I honestly love it with fries.

Always a great meal and consistency at 5 guys. They are a bit more money but excellent quality and the same at every location always! Dietary restrictions: They are very aware of allergens when I go and take care to provide me with a safe meal. Unfortunately it is not a peanut free environment but they are excellent at ensuring that my allergy to dairy is taken seriously.

I ordered through Uber eats. The food was gross and they should double bag or have specific bags for delivery. The water leaked through the bag as it was snowing/raining. The food itself was nasty. I got a lettuce wrap burger that wasnt actually wrapped just this slices of lettuce on top and bottom. The chees had a weird powder texture and the fries were gross, soggy, and some raw. Never again! Its not what it used to be.

Priced pretty good food was good and tasty

The ketchup here is free, so there is no need to buy a drink.

This was my third time visiting Five Guys. One time in Vancouver, one time in Dublin and one time in Ottawa. Food is very very expensive for what we get. Patties have no taste!

Really good food but everytime we order gravy as a side for the fries, they always forget it. Third time now, wish they would add it on the side as its on dish so it would not be forgotten.

Amazing food and friendly staff.

Tried this location as I was curious and read good reviews. The food is great, the burgers were awesome, same for the fries and banana milkshake. The only thing is I think its way overpriced for what it is and 2 burgers 1 fries and 2 regular milkshake was close to 50$

Very good place, I recommend Top burger, excellent fries

This is like the British version of burgers. Plain, plain plain. They make a very good plain burger using fresh hamburger meat, but if you like flavours and topping choices etc this isnt the place. As a burger lover I doubt Ill go back with such good options near by

Everything tasted fresh, and you could tell they use high-quality ingredients. The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive. The restaurant was spotless, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. Five Guys may be a bit pricier than other burger joints, the quality and portion sizes justify the cost. The combination of delicious food, friendly service, and clean atmosphere makes it a standout dining destination.

Better than fast food, but somehow not quite as good as US locations. Not sure why.

The employees greet you with a smile making you feel welcomed. The service is fast, and you know your food is always fresh as each patty is made to order. All toppings are free which is a bonus and prices overall are decent, you d be looking at spending between $11-$14 for one person including tax. Highly recommend for a quick bite or sit down with friends or family. Wheelchair accessibility: 2 wheelchair parking as well as it being on the ground not needing a ramp. The doors have automatic wheelchair accessible buttons

Always a great choice. Cajun fries are amazing!

This is a good location. Time to receive your order is slower than the Train Yards location however. In the winter it is cold in the dining area and very cold in the washrooms. Mens room is however larger than Train Yards and there is a change table for babies.

Went in when it wasnt busy. Nice and friendly service. The food was great.

Great burgers, no reason to get a large fry unless you are feeding a village. The service is good, but the music (loud and cleche rock) not a big fan. To sum it up I will definitely go again.

Ordered a cheese burger and it had bits of bacon in it. They tried to play it off like they gave me the wrong burger but it was clearly cross contamination as it was leftover charred bacon bits. I understand mistakes happen during a lunch rush, but just a heads up for anybody who does not consume pork. They quickly made another burger, however this is not a mistake that should ever be made. I waited for the rush to die down before voicing my concern, but the employee there couldn t even spare a minute to listen and instead walked off and completed other tasks while trying to listen. Edit: it seems that they replied and deleted their reply. Great damage control guys

If you like smash burgers this is the place. The fries are amazing. The hotdog was pretty damn good. Really fast service.

I love the quality of their patties and the fresh ingredients for the toppings. I think this restaurant chain must have the most choices of toppings out of any burger joint I know. Since I like spicy, Im glad they offer fresh jalapeno peppers as a topping. And their Cajun fries are absolutely wonderful.

This has turned into an extremely overpriced, average food chain. Theres nothing nice you can say about the interior, it isnt an experience youre paying for. You can get far more value and quality at mandarin next door for the same price. Was once my favourite burger but its definitely not the same value now.

Overrated fast food chain. Got food for 2 person an cost me 40$ and they forgot to put sauce on both burgers. You could eat at The Works for basically the same price, 10x better! Definitely not returning.

Good quality of burgers, tasty, good fries from quality potatoes. Quick service and freshly made when you order. But the environment is disappointing: It seems standard in canadian fast food restaurants that the tables are not cleaned when left dirty. This is also true for this restaurant, is inhygienic and reduces the enjoyment of a nice meal. Whether you eat inside or you take your food with you: all is thrown in a paperbag, individually wrapped, packed creating a huge pile of waste. Beverages are the usual sugar bombs or even worse with aspartam. No water available.

This wasnt the first time and it wont be the last. I love Five Guys with my whole heart. Some people might feel ashamed or dirty but I love eating Five Guys. My go-tos are really messy and leave me sticky and gooey after, but the taste is completely worth it. I just get loads on my patties. And the fries? Fuhgeddaboudit! Incredible flavour, seriously the best!

First time visiting after years of hearing about the place. Food lived up to expectations. Decor was plain but clean and bright. Service was fast and friendly. Ill definitely be back.

Really enjoy the food, polite service. The only suggestion I would have is they turn the music down a bit so we hear each other speak.

Wonderful staff, would take care of your wants and needs even if it is super busy. Especially love the poutine here. I have been back for more! Kid-friendliness: They do offer free peanut as you wait so becareful if theres anyone in your group with nut allergies.

Five guys is famous for its flavourful burgers, so when I have it a try a wile back I was instantly impressed. Juicy patty, diverse condiments and large portions, I was very impressed with the delicious food. One of the best burgers in Ottawa by far.

Amazing food

Great burgers, very tasty! But I wish the fries are a bit more crispy. I feel like they are always taken out a few minutes early. At different locations (e.g., the one at St Catherine street in MTL before it was closed) fries were better. I dont know why thats the case.

Went to five guys. First they had no shakes. Which like, is one of their main things. But whatever. Then wanted to pay with an e-gift card. The cashier told me to tap, I said no I have a gift card its not going to tap and he argued with me that it would tap. When I placed my phone near the machine, it tapped my credit card... When I told him he just said sorry, nothing I can do.. like what!? I think he just didnt want to input the gift card number.

The food wasnt great for the price. had a cheeseburger and poutine. The burger was squashed to the point my bun was flat, and the poutine was just ok. For the better part of $ 30 I would go to Chops across the parking lot. . 20 for a burger and fries that are fantastic. I had some expectations for a good burger and this wasnt it. Staff were super nice though. No complaints there

The food is outstanding. My burger was made a bit sloppy (falling apart). So if there is any room for improvement, its that. But amazing food and Im definitely going back. Kid-friendliness: Music facilitates the family atmosphere.

Big, heavy, sloppy, juicy, tasty burgers. Always lots of fries. Getting pricier, especially if you want to get a milkshake. 4 burgers 2 fries and 2 shakes cost $80. Its not a cheap meal anymore, but a tasty treat. The fries are not just plentiful, they are crisp and delicious without being too salty. The Parking just in front of the restaurant is very tight and awkward, But theres plenty of parking all around it otherwise. Parking: Tight parking lot, I found it difficult to press my van right in front of the restaurant, But there is tons of parking in the adjacent lot.
