I ordered 2-2can dine share bucket at $17.49 each. I was missing the 4 pieces of chicken and the dipping sauces in each bucket. What a ripoff. Crooks.

The lady at the front was sick and was wearing her mask under her nose.

Never again... 1) soda pop is not carbonated; just tasted like sugary water 2) no ice in dispenser; but available in open ice bucket at one side of the counter--not sanitary 3) fries are soggy 4) last and the WORST: there is no distinctive KFC spice taste at all in the chicken whatsoever. The meat just tasted like regular fried chicken with no seasoning. I was craving for the finger-licking good KFC special spice! Such a shame to pay so much for so little taste in return. Parking: Beware of the pothole-ridden parking lot!

The service is exceptional, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I ordered something online but failed to pick up due to some urgency issues. I reached the store two days after, the staff are very understandable and happily fulfilled my order. Thank you all!

Horrible customer service and food. The chicken was literally raw, to the point where it is a huge health hazard. When we complained about it, and showed them the chicken, the staff argued with us instead of apologizing or even compensating. It was a horrible experience and they weren t sorry at all for serving us raw fried chicken, instead they were mad that we complained. Please never visit this branch, KFC is usually amazing just this one is absolutely awful.

Cashier was patient while we decided what we wanted. We went with the chicken strip, popcorn chicken and fries bucket. The fries were over the top awesome !! What is that seasoning?? So flavorful and delicious. You can multiply the rating by 3 .We 3 all enjoyed our dinner Have a great week everyone .

The restaurant is in a good location but always understaffed. Staff is also not professional. It is the only business i see rejecting customers(6 to 7 customer in my presence) because of their staff underperformance. Management has to take serious action. You cant even compare it to the KFC in St laurent shopping center. I also feel the food is over salted. Parking is good enough.

Linda is awesome. She made my day, and many of the other customers too.

If you choose to visit this location. Call ahead to make sure they actually have chicken ready. Especially around dinner time. Otherwise you will wait close to half and hour for something that should have taken 10mins. Buyer beware.

This is definitely one of the better kfcs in the area, especially compared to the one in the St. Laurent mall. The staff are wonderful the food is fresh and Ive never had an issue with any order. I love how the chicken strips are battered with the same spices as the bone in chicken. The wings are very good too, although they are overpriced.

Was there today, for dinner it was disgusting. The skin was not, edible was also extremely dark. Did not taste good. Food : 1/5

The store on St laurent is dirty and is often visited by homeless people, who hang around outside begging for food and money. Management does what it can but its a problem sometimes.

Their large fries box is large... the problem is its halfway filled?? For close to $8.00 you would think it would be full. What was one piece of chicken is now cut to make two pieces! WOW

We came to this location after a long time. What a difference!! The place was clean, the service was great and if I am not mistaking, the lady that serviced us her name was Linda.

Horrible place to eat. I ordered a beef crunch wrap supreme. They put salad and tomatoes and ton of sour cream on one side and the beef on other half and they forget the best part. THE NACHO CHEESE. wouldn t reccomend.

Worst KFC I ve ever been to. They are so disorganized with all their online orders which made me wait for my order take over 20 mins while watching them trying to figure out the orders. When I open up my order you figure they would at least give you 4 different pieces of chicken I was shocked to see 3 wings!! Do not go here worth the drive to go to a different KFC in town.

my boyfriend and i went in and ordered. our food took about 10 minutes which was no problem, that just meant fresh food! anyway, as we waited, the cashier was really polite. i liked her and i hope to have her again next time, unfortunately i didnt get her name but she was really thankful for our patience.

This place is ridiculous its a Tuesday special day no dark meat is ready 7pm if you want white meat you have to pay extra or wait for 15 minutes or so nothing is ready to go???on one of their busyes day along with the drink fountain doesnt have drinks pouring out as the guy said in the back hes too busy so dont expect a variety of drinks to choose from settle for what they have... never coming back

Very disorganized was the first to order out of a big line up. Got one meal waited another 10 min before receiving my second meal. Lady at the cash kept asking for our third meal and the cook said he didnt have it on his screen and cashier told him what it was. And he still didnt make it. She told him 3 times before he finally made it. Fries were cold in all three meals and undercooked. Chicken wasnt great either.

Took forever and while I waited for my order I heard basically every other person come through ask for something that the place was out of. We ordered a bucket contains 14 pieces of chicken with 2 gravy sauce and coleslaw. The ladyon the counter didnt explain to us what comes with the bucket she was in a hurry to let us order. It was a Bad experience, bad taste, the coleslaw salad has an artificial taste, we order corn on the side omg what kind of pepper you are using? And even the gravy sauce isnt the real gravy sauce. Usually if you are dinie in she should give us trays and specially if we have children. In my opinion KFC should have a better chef if they want to continue in the future and should have a welcoming staffs

I got a poutine from here by delivery for the second time assuming it would not happen again and lo and behold was handed a poutine with no fork again. Its inconvenient and especially for the price payed as well.

The evening female manager at this location is ignorant and rude to all the customers in the restaurant. And the kitchen staff looked lost in the back. Very disorganized.

The chicken strips straight up taste and smell like cigarettes. It s a foul odour and taste that you cannot mistaken. Couldn t finish it and had to throw it out because of how awful it was. Only thing good about this place is the service from the cashier who was friendly and quick. Do not go to this location. They need to fix that cigarette taste/smell problem.

The worst customer service I ve ever experienced. This place is trash, the staff ignore you as a customer. I had literally walked out after I was just standing there for 10 minutes. They were both avoiding eye contact so they didn t have to take my order. So unprofessional.

Stay far away....... READ all the reviews, they are consistant. This place is really going downhill. 15 people in line/waiting for food. 1 person on counter and 2 in the back. Guy at the front couldnt get ANY orders right. I waited half an hour to get the wrong chicken sandwich. Not blaming the emoyees but the KFC corporation. HIRE SOME EMPLOYEES. WE THE CUSTOMER AND YOUR EMPLOYEES DESERVE BETTER.

Dec 4 2023 first I want to say thank you Linda your service is amazing and always friendly , as a good customer of many restaurants in the area of St Laurent and Donald the manager today at 7:26 was rude and loud he seemed a very impatient and very unprofessional I will continue to shop at this location but if he is on duty I will take my family elsewhere for dinner because no one should have to pay for disrespect.. second.. as a owner of construction company if any of my employees spoke like this it would be there last day WOW to misery to this visit to the KFC at location 1402 when I get home with my food and open up the three-piece meal I purchased among other items I find chicken in The box no fries..no salad and I have tried to call the store 7 times zero answer

I little bit difficult to park my company truck, but, probably the best KFC I ve been to in years. The chicken was tender and juicy, the gravy was hot and thick and so good, and it came with seasoned fries! A customer left and they cleared his table, well no he was just in the bathroom for 15 minutes. He complained that they threw out his drink so the older gentleman at the counter gave him a new cup, great customer service! So, good food and service.

Great customer service. However; 10 pieces of hot wings are now almost $17. Consider preparing your wings at home, you will surely get more for your money.

Just got a double bucket here tonight. Got home and the smell coming from the 8 pieces of chicken was disgusting! Reeked of cigarette like smoke and when we sampled the chicken it tasted how it smelt!!! Absolutely rancid. The tenders and popcorn chicken were edible but its disappointing to spend $40 on dinner just to throw most of it in the garbage. The young man I spoke to on the phone regarding this was receptive and courteous, lets see if they actually keep their promise.

Ordered delivery which they charged me for but then told me after the fact that the delivery didnt start until 4pm. They claimed I could pick it up but said they couldnt refund the delivery charge. Got the food and left, never to return.

Closes whenever they feel like it. Be sure to have a back up plan if you want food from here, they may have closed without warning.

Their chicken sandwhich is great! What makes it even better is the 4.99 promotion on right now. Best deal going. Parking: Plenty of parking in their own lot. Wheelchair accessibility: They have accessible bathrooms. As far as I know they are easy to use (I dont use a wheelchair so I cant comment any further on that aspect).

When I went was very busy and they were dealing with a crazy person outside causing drama for the customers. But my meal came fast and it wzs very good. This location usually is busy but gets your order fast and efficiently. Tbhe people behind the counter are courteous and quick and the food is good at reasonable prices.

Missing item in the order. I had similar experience at another KFC. Both the occasions I paid for the item. If you ever go to a KFC for a take out order, check your order before leaving the premises.

To be honest this location has the best chicken in the area! Perfectly cooked! The KFC location on Hazeldeen Rd Kanata can most certainly take some pointers from this location. Burned, dry chicken at the Kanata location KFC is normal.

Not only did this location mess up our order, but when we called to speak to them regarding the order, They answered but they simply put the phone down and no one came back to speak to us (which they said they were going to). After trying several times to call back, the phone wasnt answered. Some of the chicken pieces in there wouldnt have even filled the tummy of a squirrel. Just awful. Coleslaw was good though.

I was so impressed with this location. The quality of the meal reminded me of the KFC of the 90s when it was a family favorite. The meat was perfectly cooked in what must be fresh oil...my family loved it. The staff was friendly and the location clean. KFC has franchised out to so many people who dont truly know the brand so its refreshing to find a location with pride and premium original product. Well done

Seeing as how KFC is a rare sighting in ottawa , many go to whatever location available which also means the business has no motivation to do better in order to keep customers happy but all in all its what you would expect
