Ive just been to this restaurant , the shift supervisor deliberately served a worker coming on shift bevore me even though i was standing in front of him and furst in line. Even the worker said the customer should be served first....although begrudgingly. The so called shift supervisor still ignored him anc continued plugging in his order.... and then instructed one of her wirkers to get my order. Its no surprising that this facility has a 3.1 customer rating, in my opinion it should be -0. Kevin

A great McDonalds. Tara is excellent and helps people with the app and really moves the line, getting people their food quickly. I love the coffee/study area.

First, Google says it is 24 hours, but they are only open to app orders after 10pm. So I placed an order on the McDonalds app, but it didnt seem to place correctly. After waiting for roughly 15 minutes, I spoke to someone at the window, who confirmed that they received my order. Half an hour later, they no longer acknowledged that they had received my order, said it was not ready, and couldnt process the order due to an error in the app. Absolutely terrible service.

Food was good, service was good too but there are lot of homeless people roam around in the store every now and then -__-

Staff members are to rude for there owen good and the place is always so dirty and they look at you like your stupid for saying anything to them about how the place could be cleaner or to not be as rude to ppl an then tamper with your food if you dont keep an eye on them like really government needs to close this one down

No respect from the employees, I had a delivery to pick up from McDonalds I had waited 50 minutes each time I asked the employees to check if the order is ready or the order was already taken and asked me again wait so that in the end after 50 minutes of waiting I am told that the order has already been picked up. I ask to see a supervisor to find out why they made me wait all this time for nothing??? He never showed up. This happened on 07/24/2024 at 10:30 p.m. We must stop recruiting just anyone. customer service 0/10.

Not open at night

The hours that they submit to Google are completely wrong. You can only make orders through the app after 10 pm. Not every client has possession of a device capable of installing the app so this is extremely misleading. Google should publish the actual hours of operation to avoid confusion.

Order on uber eats and it took over an hour for the location to finish, and the food was completely cold. Brutal.

I recently visited a McDonalds and was extremely disappointed with the service. I was told that the restrooms were inaccessible. To make matters worse, I was directed to use the facilities at a nearby Pizza Pizza instead. This is unacceptable for a dining establishment, especially one as well-known as McDonalds. Clean and accessible restrooms should be a basic amenity for all customers.

Typical McDonald.. Went in on a hot day for an ice cream and a soft drink. It gets crowded with Lisgar student at lunch and not set up to be an enjoyable place to eat so next time I would order and go down the street to a greenspace or bench facing some plants..

Please dont use the female bathroom unless youre able to hold your breath until you get out. It stinks like a dead shredded animal and the burgers are messy as if as the employees dont care about the services. No tissues for delivery food unless you go back to ask for them..the place is not clean.

ordered a simple ice cream cone and it took about 35 minutes while I watched about 50 customers get their orders before mine and when I went to talk to the employees they were rude and had a bad attitude

I love this place. It even has the after-hours window for those nighthawk people who are craving fast food from the golden arches.

I got a large sprite with my order and when I got home and started to drink it it tasted like carbonated water. Im assuming that either there was too much ice put in the cup or theres a problem with they machine. This is totally unacceptable

I dined in with my family and it was the greatest Ive ever devoured usually I always eat burgers fast but this burger was different. I DEVOURED IT. IT WAS SO GOOD I HAD TO GET THIRDS. My child only got one chicken nugget because I ate the whole thing but I was feeling a little generous and gave him one and he said he loved it after he passed out from hunger! My son is terminally Ill and he needs to eat a lot but I wasnt gonna stop me from ordering the entire menu and eating all of his food he also said I was not the alpha? Kids these days! My friend Karina said each time he says something naughty I should take 10 of his chicken nuggets. The food was so good so I absolutely didnt resist. You would be crazy to even think about not eating the bigmac in one bite!

Two people working waited almost an hour for a breakfast burrito, and there were no other orders up 9ther than mine, absolutely terrible, eveeytime Ive been to this location I had long wait times, supposed to be fast food, I work in a restaurant and can put up the food for a table of 40 faster than I got a burrito

Useless branch. They made a mistake on my uber ears order and they didnt give a care that they did. The added bacon in my egg muffins and I cannot eat bacon so had to throw the order away. I specifically removed it from the order but it was added anyways. Mistakes happen and thats fine. But i called the restaurant first couple of times no answer. They when they answered I told them that they made a mistake in the order.. they didnt even bother to check or ask me or anything.. they said ok and hanged up. So basically I was charged for something I didnt order and couldnt eat. Terrible service.

The food and customer service are excellent, but, unfortunately, the branch is understaffed in the mornings. This means theres often a backlog.

I think they have average food quality. However, everything other than that is below the average McDonalds in my opinion. The cleanliness of the bathroom is horrible, tables and chairs are also dirty as well. I recommend this place if you are just going to pick up and leave.

This place is right down dirty! I wouldnt recommend anyone going here. They dont even have soap or toilet paper in the washrooms. Hopefully, they give you a napkin with your food, but I highly doubt it. Stay away from this location.

A great example of beggars cant be choosers, this is one of the few restaurants that are open 24 hours in Ottawa. My review is only applicable for prior to them opening for in-restaurant ordering. You have to use the McDonalds app to order and I have experienced on two occasions the need to knock on the glass to remind the employees to look at their orders after waiting around outside in the cold, at which time they got to work on my mobile order. The food at this time of night is typically slightly stale, dont expect a hot hash brown, but palatable. Make sure you check your order, mistakes are rare but do happen. Thank you to the people who work there for getting me breakfast at 4:30 AM. Lord knows that Im not at my best if I work all night with no sleep.

Ordered Veg burger what we received was one bun between buns with some lettuce and pickle, when asked the staff one Lady staff become really hostile when I asked for refund she said this is what we have left the food on the counter and left. Really nasty staff. Will ask credit card company for the refund. Vegetarian options: As per staff no Veg option available except few buns they should have told before taking the order.

Garbage hiring practices clearly dei killing this business

The food is about what youd expect from your average McDonalds, which is why it would be wise to go to literally any location other than this one. The service and dining experience is consistently subpar on a number of levels. Even when the restaurant isnt particularly busy, Ive had orders that took 15 20 minutes to prepare that would be done in less than 5 anywhere else. This also isnt the place to go if youre looking for any limited-time menu items or promotions, because chances are they wont have it or will receive it several days late. Furthermore likely due to its small size many drinks and sandwich variations are simply not carried (also the ice cream machine rarely works). The one worse location (Rideau) has now closed, so this one has few saving graces besides the fact that theyve never gotten my order wrong.

It s a McDonalds. All you can really expect is consistency. Unfortunately, given a very stale donut. Disinterested staff. I wouldn t choose to eat in or visit again.

Seeking assistance from the staff only led to further inconvenience; I was informed that without a physical receipt, my purchase was not recognized, despite my attempts to provide an order number and proof of transaction through my banking app. This confusion persisted even as my order miraculously appeared from the kitchen, with the staff still denying its existence in their system, leaving me receiptless and frustrated. The quality of the meal did little to redeem the experience. While the McMuffin met expectations, the hash brown was undercooked, and the coffee was lukewarm at best. Such shortcomings, combined with the initial miscommunication and service failure, cement my decision to never patronize this location again. This experience underscores the importance of not only maintaining operational accuracy but also ensuring that food quality does not fall by the wayside.

This location legit only serves less than half the menu and they are slow as all hell. Imagine going to a McDonalds and they tell you they dont serve Quarter Pounders. With the terribly small menu youd think they would be a little faster, unfortunately that is not the case.

This location says it is open 24 hours on Google, but I know for a fact that they only take online orders before and after a certain time of day! So if you have any coupons you can t use them, and if you want to order in person you can t. Just write the store s actual hours online somewhere! I didn t think that was so hard to do. Luckily I knew this and didn t waste my time and skip breakfast for nothing.

The folks that work at this location will almost certainly botch your order. They dont answer their phone. If you order on ubereats and use a promotion they intentionally dont package the additional items. What a joke.

Changed a lot since Covid. Looks like they have given up with pleasant Décor. Feels like it is a strictly a take out order counter and gives the feeling that you are in a vending machine. Food cold. Only option is a take-out paper bags, no trays and they want you to leave as soon as possible.

The price of a McDouble from this outlet is $3.39. Thats right. A McDouble today, before tax, is three times the after-tax price it was ten years ago.

What a dump this McDonalds is. I went for lunch as I was swarmed by a group of young men, waiting for their lunch orders. (I use the term men very liberally) The store was dirty and the staff had not cleaned the garbage in a while. The food was McDonalds quality, but everything else was third rate and well below even average.

It says open 24h but if you go after 12pm it s online order only. Took 35 minutes for my order (which was quite small). Not worth it

The location is very ideal for this setting of the LGBT village! One of the ladies gave my little boy a free drink, which made him thrilled because of her smiles and greetings! One regret though, the drink tank is hidden behind the counter, which symbolizes distrust from the establishment to the patrons. The drinks are so cheap and filling, and no need to save those pennies in the book keeping of this franchise. Kid-friendliness: Yes.

Crammed tiny place. People lined up to place an order, to pick up their order, DoorDash drivers being serviced by the same cafe employee as the rest of the customers. Seemed to me that I got there in a bad time. Parking: I was able to find paid street parking a block away.

Burger is really low quality, big mistake to eat at McDonalds

It took 30 min for our mobile order. The fries were extremely stale and tasted like they re been sitting for hours. My friends hamburger had cheese on it when she asked for no cheese and the pickles were missing. Don t go to this location there are better ones I promise. Not worth it.

I went for breakfast with my son, even though this place was quite busy but fast enough. Would recommend it to everyone.

I placed a mobile order while at work and could not pick it for the next 30 mins unfortunately, upon arrival the manager ( I believe) Kaurvina, offered to remake my order without me even asking, I told her this was not necessary as it was my own fault. Nonetheless, she insisted on giving me a fresh order. This is truly an example of going above and beyond for your customers. Kaurvina deserves to be rewarded for her fantastic and positive attitude.
