Ordered $160 of Greek on Wheels for a family gathering. Usually it s great. It arrived 2.5 hours after ordering. They said they forgot the order. Half the wraps and items were wrong. They offered to fully refund the order. They did not. They later changed to a partial gift card. Used the partial gift card a few weeks later. Half the order was wrong.

We ordered from here twice occasions and found that there werent enough cherry tomatoes and olives in the salad, there was generally too much rice, not enough meat and the potatoes were slightly undercooked.

The food is great. The delivery is quick. The only drawback is it has become very expensive. The staff can be a little curt on the phone at times.

They have the best rice in the city! I always got the chicken shawarma platter and a extra side of rice for lunch when I worked in the outlet shops across the street. I definitely dont go as often now that we have Shawarma Palace just down the street, but I definitely always come back for the rice, if nothing else.

I am disapointed because I order the food for 4 people, all us who had Chicken souvlaki, got sick right after..we got food poisons...I will never go there again.

Well, I don t even know what to say about this experience A partner offered a lunch delivery for my team from this restaurant, so I didn t order it personally, otherwise I d sent it back. My order was a Shrimp Santorini platter, V2. You can see what I have received. The shrimps were nearly burned, with charcoal on both sides. The sauces the white one (tzatziki?) had no lid and had traces of a fork or something dipped in it. The other sauce (red) was half-full, or I d say, half eaten Really! Also, there was not hummus in my order. My box was at the bottom of the delivery bag and it didn t look like it fell or was kicked So, I m still not sure if I had to escalate that situation with delivering food which was obviously was used by someone before

Shout out to the Orléans location! Not only is the food delicious, the salad is fresh and the dressing is the best, but they also go above and beyond in their customer service. They had forgotten an item in my order and apologized when I called, and without me asking they said they would deliver the item right away. 10 min later, the driver was at my door with the missing item, apologizing again for the error. Will definitely keep ordering from them. Thank you!

It wasnt the cheapest take out before and now theyve increased their prices about 30% since the pandemic started. Therefore, we dont order from them that often anymore. Well, then, when you order, you expect at least that the food will have the same amount and quality standards, each time. The food in general is okay but what I find quite frustrating is the inconsistency in the plates. I always order the Greek Combo which is supposed to include potatoes, according to the menu. Well, sometimes it has potatoes, sometimes it doesnt. Sometimes its quite salty, sometimes its not. Sometimes it has two Spanakopitas, sometimes one. Sometimes it has a generous amount of calamari, sometimes it doesnt. Sometimes the calamari are soggy, sometimes theyre crunchy and delicious. I dont think I want to pay anymore $18.99 plus tax for a you never know what youre going to get plate. Ill stick to one of many other local restaurants that offer better prices, uniformity and quality standards.

Order a souvlaki platter that cost me 30$ even... asked for extra meat, I get home to discover 2 sticks of meat inside a poor tasting platter. I was expecting the shaved meat and extra.. the reason my expectations were different is from the extensively confusing menu they present that either is labeled beside each of the million choices with a refernence number and no price. Never eating here or any these chains again. Rip off. Was 10$ for extra meat that I didnt get.

It used to be our favourite. Now it s terrible the portions are less and and it s very expensive I don t mind paying but it s been disappointing lately. The calamari was awesome but now it tastes like it s frozen, when I asked I was told they have a different distributor for the food and smaller packaging. Even the rice tastes differently it s sad and we won t be ordering from there in the future after being loyal customers for years

Tried to call in an order, and no one bothered picking up the phone, so we ate elsewhere, this was at 6 in the evening last Saturday, we actually drove to the location, that was most definitely open, but chose to eat next door at the Caribbean place. The food there was amazing.

Im not crazy about it(good food, just not my fav) but my wife loves it which is good enough for me to give it 5 stars.

Really disappointed tonight. Ordered through Uber Eats and the driver (apparently the driver was from Greek on Wheels, NOT from Uber), didnt bother to mark the order as delivered so I sat around waiting for around 2 hours for the order, not knowing it was sitting at my door getting cold. I realize that Uber takes a cut of the money and using your own drivers is a better option, but your drivers should learn to use the app properly.

The portion size for the wrap has definitely gotten smaller (or this location is cheap on portions) and the prices appear to have gone up. Almost $40 for two small wraps with fries or salad is way too much for strip mall food.

Orleans location best in Ottawa. Their garlic tzatziki sauce is fabulous. Quite a lot of rice but just freeze leftovers. Usually purchase the family pack.

The food was extremely expensive for the very small amount that I received. Cost me 55$ for 2 platters. I dont post reviews often but I needed to. I was very upset with my purchase. There was an odd taste to the salad dressing and scent. They barely had any veggies in the salad. I paid 22$ for 1 potato, lettuce, and 5 pieces of spanikopita. Not impressed. Will not be returning.

I dont know how this place has such a high rating my greek salad was 95 percent lettuce i got on olive one cherry tomato and one strand literally one strand on red onion same with my wife got 5 tiny peices of beef an a skewer all for 22 bucks what a rip off wow never again

5 stars for the food and service. Lost 3 stars for being greedy and raising their prices during Covid 19. Other restaurants haven t raised there prices why you guys? We ordered family platter once a week and now it s nearly $80.00 with your forced gratuity and added prices. We won t be ordering again. In the end you loose even more business now

I order from the Innes location almost very week. We have been doing this for years. Our family loves it and last nights dinner did not disappoint. I also order platters for work events and lunches. Always fresh and hot. Can t go wrong with anything on the menu and we order different items all the time.

One of the best experiences I have had dining in Ottawa. I have been to so many restaurants but haven t gotten the service and quality of food that I got at this Greek on Wheels. On top of that every time I order the drivers always arrive in efficient time and are very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend this to any one who enjoys good food and even better service!

Last night was our first time ordering from Greek on Wheels. We did the delivery through Uber Eats. We ordered Chicken and Greek Salads, with a side of Tzatziki and pita bread. Fabulous meal! Everything was so fresh and crisp. The chicken was beautifully marinated! The portions are plentiful, enough left for lunch today. Will definitely be ordering from this restaurant again!

Called theses guys at 6pm and had to sit on hold for 5 mins before someone could answer the phone. Dinner time, I get it, no worries. When asking how long it would take to place an order, I was told theyre sold out and they werent taking anymore orders. A restaurant that runs out of food??? Thats a new one. Wont be calling back.

Heres what you get for a $15 salad - Take a look at the Horiatiki salad (Greek salad without lettuce) thats associated with this review. Its basically 3 or 4 quartered tomatoes, a few thick rings of red onion, and a few sprinkles of other veggies. Honestly - a) this is more like a tomato salad than Greek b) the cuts are so large that a fork full is literally one cut of tomato at a time. On top of that, it was BLAND. They forgot to add dressing. Do yourself a favor and dont bother with this place. Its subpar and really is a waste of $15.

I never leave reviews for anything but as a result of yesterday, I feel obligated to do so to warn everyone else. My husband ordered dinner from Greek on Wheels, the delivery was contactless but when the food arrived, my daughter came to me crying that the delivery person was the same exact person that exposed himself (showed his genitals to my daughter) while she was walking to the gym a little while ago. This was very traumatic for my daughter, who is a victim. And to see someone like that again, totally unacceptable. It is incredibly disgusting to let someone who has done such thing to work at your establishment and continue interacting with others. I swear to god I will never order from you guys again.

Very disappointing experience. The beef souvlaki was over cooked, to the point of being badly burnt on the outside. In addition, 3 of the pieces of beef were minuscule. The tzatkiki was either off (or there was sour cream in it?) and Im ignoring the fact that the tomato in the salad was well past its prime.

First of all their food taste nothing like greek food! Wash your salads and clean your grills please! You violate major hygienic rules! Certainly not recommended..

Ordered my food at 6:30 if you did not arrive until an 1:51 minutes after my call which is totally unacceptable. Every other restaurant that I order from usually gives you a heads up if its even going to be 45 minutes later. There was no time given at all and by the time the food got there I was overly hungry so I paid the driver and tipped him. Then told him to take the foodback as I would never be ordering from this restaurant again.I used to live in Riverside South and had no problems with the Hunt club location actually theyre very friendly and make excellent food.

I just bought lunch from the Greek on wheels at Innes road. I asked for a beef wrap platter and was charged for it, and when I got home, I had a chicken wrap platter. Also, the sauce for the potatoes was not included. It is not right to charge for a $2 upgrade and then give you the regular meat. I am not a happy customer. Tried to email them and email can t be delivered to the email address on receipt? Wow..

Best calamari in town! If you like Greek food, give them a try. This is the only place I trust for calamari after trying many many places around Ottawa. The price isn t bad but they re more of a pick-up place, you can order online and their delivery fee is quite small compare to most places in Ottawa. If I remember correctly it was $2.75 additional to get my food delivered instead of picking up which saves me from going out in the cold. They are rather fast too.

Absolutely love the stuff etc., it is truly the Food of the Gods.. Occasionally however, I suppose even the Gods can screw up. Three (3) times they could not get my delivery order right, because nobody paid attention to the Qty column .. (?!?) I was offered a $40 credit on next order, but it remains to be seen whether or not there will be a next order.

I walked past it, just know where it is, never used it! Damn Google us always watching, now 1984, really!

A few week-ends back I ordered food for my family and was told that it would be ready in 30 mins. I showed up at the 30 minute mark and had to wait an additional 45 minutes. Due to the delay the person on the cash told me that they would credit my account for the cost of one of my orders. I just called in today to place an order and to use the credit on my account and was told that I did not have a credit. It appears that this is just a ploy to try to appease customers. The gentlemen on the phone then asked me if I was given a gift card. I was not as I took the cashier at his word that my account would be credited. My fault for believing their word. Apparently, their word is not worth anything. So, If they offer you credit ensure that they give you a gift card for the amount that they say they are crediting your account for or else you will be screwed out of the credit just like I just was. Too bad I really enjoyed their food but they have just lost a customer due to their poor business practices.

I am Greek and I can tell you that this s... is NOT GREEK no matter how you present it! First things first, the other day I found bugs in my salad,not one but two!! I mean wash the salad that you give to your customers or else one day theyll close you down, its so easy for someone to sue you for something like that!would you like this to happen to your kid?? WASH YOUR SALADS PEOPLE!! Their customer service couldnt care less about..ANYTHING and dont get me started about the price! Ok so...ONE CHICKEN SKEWER IS 8$!(WHERE IN ALL OTHER PLACES RANGES 4-6$, and it is ALWAYS DRY! Almost broke my tooth the other day). CHICKEN PLATTER WITH ONE SKEWER, repeat ONE skewer is 17$ plus tax. NOT TO MENTION that they have different pricing (more expensive but 1-2$) if you order from skip than their website! You think people are stupid and you are the smart ones! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, I know I wont! Never again... Ps. Oh, and it wont hurt if you clean your grill from time to time so the meat you put on wont have the black burnt remains of the previous meat you had grilled! Again, NOT HEALTHY!

I have ordered from this location fairly regularly for the past 2 years and have never been disappointed. I love the chicken souvlaki platter, and always order extra feta and tzatziki (just because its so good!) Their delivery driver recently was so kind to my neighbour - she was struggling with a heavy package, and he went out of his way to help her carry it in. Really great people.

Loyal customer since 7 years but today was my last order there. The food is delicious, but the service is rude and prices have been increasing. Their phone ordering system is impolite, answering the phone with a Whats your phone number?, not even a Good evening. The family platter now has a large amount of rice and 3 potatoes and comes with 2 pitas cut in 4 pieces for 4 people! The chicken is good, but cannot justify at +60$ order for mostly rice. Saturday and Sunday special would come with sodas but only if specified over the phone. All in all disappointing.

Far from satisfied with quality of food at this location. Got a container half filled with rice and the other side a squished salad. Detested that the cucumber, tomatoes pepper and onion were not cut to a reasonable size and were just chunks. Poor presentation and mediocre tasting food. Did not even get cutlery or napkins in the take out bag.
