Very good burger. The portion of fries was not as generous as expected.

Food was unsatisfactory. Was furthur disgusted when I saw their cultural appropriating and religion biased advertising. Will not be returning to such a establishment.

Amazing place for burgers. I went there after a night of partying with friends and the quality of food was so good. great customer service as well. Props to Mariam for making it super easy to order food and preparing our food timely. Best burger in downtown hands, will be back soon!

The burgers are great, but service is very slow and the tables and washroom area are almost always dirty.

Really bad place to eat, overpriced and NOT tasty burgers. Place was extremely run down, greasy tables and the baby chair was dirty black. Bathrooms were disgusting that will make 7-11 look pristine near this place. Food

We ordered food through Uber. Everything is overall really good. The burgers are very good. A bit dry through uber but that s to be expected especially with about a 15 minutes drive. The 8 foot long chips are ok. They have a bit of a burnt taste to them but they are pretty good. My boyfriend enjoyed them more than me! Poutine is very good but the Mac and cheese bites took the show. Very tasty. We ordered a chipotle sauce but it was very very small for $1.00 which isn t that bad but didn t expect it to be so so small. Overall everything was super good and would definitely order again.

Amaaaazing food and amaaaazing service most of all respectful & generous!

Burgers are really got Ill give them that, but the 2 times I went in the same month I waited about 10-15 minute for my food. Service was very slow, I even got my order before the guy in front of me and he was still waiting when I finished my food. I felt like they were really unorganized and really not reliable.

Just tried their one burger and it was beyond good. Will be trying more of their sandwiches and writing about those.

Some sketchy folks. Very diverse crowd. The people in the staff where all Indian so the food didn t taste good the burger had no seasonning and the fried where burnt.

This place is always amazing! Been here 3 or 4 times and the burgers are so juicy and filling. Definitely recommend their signature burgers, I would say I wish they were a bit more filling but I m sure with a side of fries you would be full. None the less I always come here and it s great service and food

Delicious and great staff!

First time trying The Burger Factory and it was very disappointing. I had the chicken burger Friday special and the portion of chicken was about 25% of the bun size, meaning barely any chicken and most of the meal was bread and condiments. When I told him I was dissatisfied with the portion size, he rudely made excuses about how they charge so little that they can t afford to give full portions. Awful experience and I won t go back.

Second visit at BF was a total mess. I order and I ask to be served outside on the patio. I wait over 20 minutes, approximately 25-30 minutes before my order is ready. Instead of receiving my order as requested outside, I was offered a take-out that didnt even respect what I ordered with multiple mistakes. At that point I was too pissed off and I went out anyways. The presentation of the food for that price was mediocre at best. I even left an tip and was graced with poor delivery. In total I was charged over 50.

Took about 20 minutes to get our burger with no one ordering before us. When the burger finally came the fries were cold. Had to ask to have the tables wiped down but sat down anyway because it was taking a while. I asked for a cleaning rag myself but was told they would clean the table. There was enough staff I thought but really seemed like the front end guy was doing all the work. Burger was good, strawberry shake was good, fries were replaced with new ones. Was disappointed when reviews raved about the place.

I had called to ask a question as I was placing an online order. The worker who answered the phone must have mistook me for a different customer and was extremely rude. His responded saying oh my god in a super annoyed tone. I was excited to try this place, but won t because of this employee. Customer service is an important part of the customer experience.

My burger got handed to the wrong person and was a few inches from someone elses face. I gave the server a second to make it right and offer to make me a new one but they expected me to eat the burger that another person was just breathing on. Im lost for words. I just walked out. Waste of money. I wont be back to this place ever again. Edit: This is insane. Now theyre claiming racism. It was inches away from their face and a lot of people wont tolerate that with their food. You should be ashamed for taking zero accountability for your actions and trying to deflect blame. I wasted 14 dollars due to your carelessness.

I have food sensitivities and I paid for a keto bun and got a regular bun. The lady sealed the bag so I didnt see till I got home. Pretty disappointed Update! I decided to give this place another chance, once again, I spent 4 dollars on a Keto Bun and I got the regular one. This happened back in January, the owner asked me to reach out and I did January 7th and never heard back. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!!!!! Dietary restrictions: I like that you have Keto as I cant have starches

Probably one of the best burgers Ive had in the Montreal/ Ottawa area. It was made with love, hardy, filling and worth the value. We had the Machine Burger and it didnt disappoint. We will be back !

The burger was very tasty. I normally get 1 patty burgers but this time I got 2 patties and it was not super heavy which was refreshing. Only suggestion to make is to clean the tables and booths between customers will just add a touch of cleanliness that is good to see in a food establishment. One of the best burgers weve tried. Roya is super friendly and helps you choose the best options that you would like. We tried Machine burger and Utilitu Steak. Both were really good and we dont know which one to choose next time.

Overall great place. I was visiting town and happened to pass by this restaurant. I ended up returning in 24 hours. They had excellent customer service and the food was delicious! They put effort into making sure they have excellent quality beef, and their burger buns were delicious.

We were visiting Ottawa and stopped in here. I wasn t a fan. The burgers are unique in that they have a few that have cheese stuffed in the center, however the hamburger patty isn t seasoned at all. I was shocked because of how good the reviews were. The patty s tasted like just unseasoned ground beef. The cheese at least added some flavor to help the situation. We also ordered the tornado fries and they were served dripping with oil and also unseasoned. Just very bland overall and the sauces they have could only help so much. My husband did, however, appreciate the juiciness of the burger.

I tried the veggie burger, and it was disgusting. My best guess is that they probably didnt give me the correct order, which is bad. But if they did, it was awful, the worst veggie burger I have eaten, and trust me I have eaten a lot of them. Even though I was super hungry, I still couldnt finish even half of it and had to throw it away. The poutine was bad too, crispy fries with almost no sauce, less than even a packet of ketchup. And literally 5 tiny pieces of rubber ly cheese. Maybe it was because of the Canada Day rush, but it was disgusting

I ordered Nashville chicken burger and it was really good.

I ordered the compressor as well as the crispy chicken and none of them came with the things I requested in my order. The photo online clearly has bacon in the compressor, and when we called, they said that we were looking at a different burger in that none of their burgers come with bacon unless you added on. We were crusted crispy chicken with extra pickles and we literally only got one pickle and when we called them about all the problems they just said that we were looking at the wrong menu and that s all horrible. Customer service would not get food from here again.
