Prices are high; however, they make sense given location. Combos are intelligently priced and tastefully worthwhile. Well-staffed. Good service. Owner is a good guy. Seasoning is very well done. Also a big fan of their blue cheese dressing in both the burger as well as wrap.

Ordered the western sandwich on brown, bread was barely toasted, it was just warm bread.

Best fast food burgers in Ottawa by far. Better than most restaurants while you re at it too. It is in a mall, so a pain to get to. Service varies but it was ok from my last visit Parking: Somewhat far away and the roads are tiny but that is Ottawa for you

Best hidden gem in downtown Ottawa. Best egg n becon wraps ever invented, not to mention tastiest omelettes...knock on wood!! It doesnt get any better than this. Try it!! Your only regret will be ... why didnt you discovered it early!!Lol

More people need to be aware of this place. Its absolutely a hidden gem. The burgers are generous portions for what you pay, and the patty is so soft. All ingredients are tasty and fresh. Served quickly, and a nice seating area nearby.

Amazing Burger and Fries (Chipotle burger with extra sauce please!) Delicious wraps too. I drive half way across the city to pick this up for lunch! Friendly service and you can tell theyre proud to have the longest line in the food court! Dont let a bit of a line scare you though, they really keep the queue moving quickly.

Poutine fries were undercooked. Burger was really good. Not the best in town by a long shot. Especially for the insane price. Its good.

If you havent tried this place I totally recommend giving it a shot, the food is good and the service is better.

First the good, they really do have the best burgers in Ottawa. Some people claim 5Guys is also good but they have no idea what theyre talking about. The Bad, its not cheap. A burger, fries and coke will cost you around fifteen. But you wont be disappointed.

Food is great, but it takes some time because they cook everything fresh.

Absolutely horrendous. Ordered off ubereats and they literally got every single item wrong in the order. They put cheese on a no cheese (allergy) food order, no sauce on one of the burgers, freezing cold coagulated gravy and poutine, and our side of fries was completely missing after waiting over an hour for the food due to the restaurant delaying it . Don t know if it was an off night, but definitely don t get that impression when everything in the order is trash

Best BLT in the city. The kind you remember from your childhood lol. Bread is perfectly toasted, abundant bacon, ripe tomatoes, perfect amount of mayo. My go-to BLT!

If you are working downtown Ottawa and looking for a place to have breakfast, you cant go wrong with Manhattan Handmade Burgers. I often miss breakfast, so I grab a breakfast wrap sandwiches and they are AMAZING. Excellent service and tasty food. I highly recommend this place.

I give this place five stars mainly because of the service. The owner is very friendly, and the staff attentive. If there is an issue, he will make it right. The prices are comparable to the other wares in the building ($$) but the portion (albeit greasy) are generous. I seldom go at the busy lunch hour as the line up can be curving. I go between 1:30-3:00pm and I consistently get good service. Their breakfast options are also ideal too.

For a takeaway counter, $15 might seem like a lot for a sandwich, fries, and a can of pop. But they are very generous with their portions - - the fries especially - - and the food was really tasty. Dont expect the healthiest food in the world, but thats to be expected with a burger and fries joint. Their poutine is also a standout. Id go back.

Really nice burger considering it is in Minto Place. Service was fast and the Peppercorn ranch burger was delicious. For $10, it was a worthwhile meal.

These are basically fancy burgers for fast food prices. How could that go wrong?! Theyre super tasty and the portions are quite generous. You can get a very satisfying meal for around $10 and the service is nice and quick. The only drawback is that theyre in a food court that closes quite early and sometimes we wish we could grab a burger from them off hours because of how tasty they are!

Went to the one at Laurier after 5 pm, took 10 minutes to be served even though I was the only one standing waiting to order. The lady working the cash apparently thought it was more important to stock her vegetables rather than take my order, we had made eye contact several times. Ordered the club sandwich and took it up to my desk at work, ate a few bites before noticing a long black hair in the middle of the sandwich, threw it in the trash. Worst experience in years, wont be going back.

This is a great burger spot. My husband and I drop by either for breakfast or lunch once in a while. The owner is super friendly and remembers names. I would say they are even better than the Works Restaurant.

We go at least once a week. The only down side is that it gets busy. The burgers, wraps and even the poutine are good. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly.

Food is always excellent, staff are very friendly. It does get very busy at lunch time, but fresh, made-to-order burgers do take time. Worth the wait.

Fantastic burgers and amazingly friendly staff at this location! Im working my way through the menu and havent found anything I havent liked, so far. I tried the avocado burger, last time, and it just POPPED! The avocado was wicked fresh and perfectly ripe and the combination was sublime. I think that my favourite is still the poutine wrap (with a burger patty added to it... lol). Keep up the great work!

For the time you spend waiting, youd hope they at least dont screw your order up. But they manage to. They forget the order of who should be served based on when orders are placed and charge way too much for the okay food, AWFUL timing, attention to detail (i.e. cheese on a burger/gravy on your fries), and crappy customer service. The owner does look like a total sleeze and hides in the back to avoid seeing unhappy customers fighting each other to reach in for their food orders - it doesnt surprise me. I wont be back.

First try of Manhattan Burgers at Laurier today. I had the Big Texas burger and fries and it was fantastic. Perfectly cooked, homemade burger and hand cut fries. Even though it was lunchtime and there was quite a lineup, service was quick. Ill definitely go back.

If you time it right, speed of service isnt bad. Just dont expect fast service right at the peak lunch hour. Quality of food is good, burgers are fried though.

Be careful, some locations are better than others. The Laurier and Queen locations are the best. The Sparks location is the worst. I eat at the Sparks location about once a week. The service is horribly slow (10 - 15 minute wait for a burger and fries - at 11:30!) and they only get my order right about half the time (I order the same thing each week). I cant entirely blame the poor service of the Sparks location on the staff, however, since they seem to all be new every 3-4 weeks!

My review is on the Owner of this location, which in my opinion, who owns the place makes for return customers or not. He is extremely unprofessional. They were looking to hire for cashier help, called me in for an interview and everything seemed great. During the interview he did happen to mention that one of his chiefs is in his words a serious alcoholic , that all of the guys there like to party hard and drink alot , which really is no type of subject matter for an owner to be using in an interview. Things seemed to be going well and he told me that he deffently wanted to bring me in to try me out, and he promised to call that night or the next day to sched. my first day going in. Ofcourse he didnt. A week passed and he failed to return my email. I went on google to find the number to give him a call and found nothing but bad reviews about him and how he runs his business. Paying employees late as I read and treating people with a lack of respect. Funny enough my aunt was telling me over thanksgiving that she had ate at a manhattans and was disguested to see one of the food prep people picking their nose in the front , near the cash. I asked which location it had been and go figure. I would never eat at a place where the owner has a lack of professionalism and respect for people he interviews or people he works with.

I was disgusted with this place. One of the workers was picking her nose while I was eating. I couldnt believe it and then asked my wife if she saw the lady worker picking her nose and she agreed. We threw our food out as if we would have complained, she would have spit in the food or worse.
