Worst experience for the service ever This didnt speak at all ,we went on a Saturday night around 5 and the food was not good at all . Do not come here ,try something els in the food court . same yourself some disappointment Food

Be very careful with their deals on apps like Uber. Regular Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich is $16. The 2 for 1 price is $28. I get it every business needs to make money but just offer the actual discount. This is highly misleading advertising.

Very bland burger. Cant taste any sort of seasoning in the beef. Bacon is burnt. Cant really taste anything at all in this burger. Poutine is good but thats it.

Super tasty, think five guys but more affordable and you dont feel weighed down after. Nice staff, had a great 1st experience with the chain, gonna look for them over the more known chains now.

I just got the worst food that I have ever received I hope something gets done about this place. They make the other location on Walkley Road looks so bad that I don t even wanna order my food from there. I hope somebody sees this review and actually does something about these people and how they run their business and how they let their food go from their business. I have seen on the review board that there is over 200 reviews there is not one good somebody please stop the food that is coming from this place, lol health and safety. Please look at this.

Do not order from these guys using Uber Eats. As you can clearly see, they float their prices to counter any promotion they issue. Not a single burger is 24 bucks but as soon as something is put on buy one get one free, they double the price. This has been found on every single promotional item. Burgers start at 12 bucks except buy one get one. Reg poutine is 22 bucks buy one get one free where as their other poutines are 14 bucks each. So their regular poutine is more expensive than an upgraded one? They are just out to rip people off clearly. The pictures don t lie and neither does grade 2 math. Decent food, the people behind the restaurant? Greedy clearly.

Really miserable woman who made my sandwich and it fell apart as soon as I opened it and went all over my clothing, had to go get cutlery as the bread was so soggy (and wrapper too) that I couldn t hold the baguette. Had to go home and change

Had to re write my review. New owners and it shows. Got the cheese burger combo today and unfortunately did not notice until I was done. To my last bite how rancid the smell of the burger was. Had to leave work early let s just say that. Avoid this disgusting place. The food was awful and service compared to the food. All in the toilet. This place should be shut down if they are going to serve food this horrible. I will be back once feeling better with my recipt. You will be refunding my order. Please don t go here. This place is not what it used to be.

Well after discovering Marcellos on walkley ! I finally found the closest Marcellos to my place. I tried all the heavenly bowls like the protein, shawarma, Philip cheesesteak bowls. This 1st time at the St-Laurent location tries the burgers . It has some of the best burgers in town.

Smash Burger Heaven! Wow! Seriously, if youre in town, you HAVE to check this place out! The burgers are great juicy and cooked to perfection. And dont even get me started on the crispy fries and great milkshakes! The the staff are friendly and on point. Hands down, my new favorite spot for burgers. Cant wait to come back for more!

Never expected experience at a Food court!

We had Marcellos for dinner tonight and what a disappointment. We ordered 2 large poutines and the chicken BLT salad. The poutines were not large in size and there was about 15 cheese curds on each one. As for the salad, the bacon was so chewy it was like eating beef jerky and there was hardly any chicken. It was mostly a $20 bowl of lettuce and dressing. The bread that came with the salad was so hard, I thought it was going to break my teeth. Ive never had this issue with their walkley location.

Food was mid. Got the Philly cheesesteak and fries, barely any cheese and the fries were over cooked with what tasted like old oil.

Its in the mall, but the food is great.

The spaghetti bowl are too watery and the spaghetti sauce smells like 1week old.. the spaghetti pasta looks like from yesterday.. they just reheat it and serve.. this kind of business need to be shutdown.. im calling all the Inspectors to check this location.. you better change the style of cooking or the cooks who cook the food need to fired .

I would not recommend this restaurant. I thought I would give it a try, Mistake. There was a 2for1 so I ordered bacon cheese burger, Philly cheesesteak and spaghetti. First of all the spaghetti was mostly noodles and water. What little sauce there was seemed like canned chopped tomatoes with a few bits of meat and onion, no flavour but arrived warm. The Philly cheesesteak was very dry but arrived warm and with some bbq sauce it will be edible. Probably the biggest disappointment was the burger which was cold and the bun wet. Seriously the meat was not even warm, also, it did not have the toppings I wanted but after my neighbours experience I should not be surprised. Never again. Hopefully it is just growing pains

Kid-friendliness: Best burger, poutine, fries. You will kot be disappointed when eating there!!!

On the plus side, everything was hot and looked freshly made. On the other side, it was all pretty bland. The Philly cheese steak sandwich was small, about the size of most restaurants snack wraps. Also I had upgraded to the sweet potato fries but ended up getting a mix of sweet and regular fries. I may come back to try the burger but the sandwiches are a no for me.

Went for lunch while at the mall with my wife and we had a Cheesesteak and Burger. I really enjoyed my cheesesteak and my wife said her burger was good. Really good portions as well.

We were at St Laurent Shopping Centre and was worried that the google ratings for most food places were low. But we saw Marcellos was high at 4+ stars. So we decided to give it a try. And OMG the food was amazing. It was all cooked fresh and hot. I ordered a regular bacon cheese and it was one of the best burgers I ever had. My wife loved the philly cheese steak as well. You know how some food at the food court is sorta meh. Theirs was great.

The burger smelt like Huggies diapers but it tasted fine. The guy who served me was clearly the owners son or something since he didn t give any directions as to how to pay.

Please remove spaghetti from the menu. This was the most disgusting spaghetti i ever tasted. It was literally a little boiled with some ready can of sauce on top. Also idk if they were trying to kill me to they just dropped a large bottle of oil on my phillycheese steak sandwich. Literal 10 drops of oil were dropping each time i squeezed the sandwich to take a bite. Horrible food, im sorry for every cent i spent here.

I came with my family specially to try this restaurant. It was my first time. I feel disappointed because burger was not testy, small portion and even fries was black and not fresh. In addition, guy at casher I dont know if he is manger or employe , was not professional particularly when server us the food.

By far the best spot to eat in the st Laurent food court! The cheeseburger is super juicy, tastes like you re at a gourmet burger joint. Their fries are hand cut and fresh and honestly taste better than any other fries I ve ever had! The portion was huge too. I also had the Oreo shake and was fighting with my toddler because we both wanted it all to ourselves!

Had the Philly on baguette; 5/5 awesome added some spicy peppers Which were quite spicy which was great. I asked for an extra thick Oreo milkshake 5/5 very thick and very tasty. Fries were 4/5 a bit too thick for my liking but were made fresh. Excellent customer service, owner and employees were polite and accommodating. Very pleased with Marcellos and will stop here again when I am in the mall. Worth Uber eats if you are close by.

I have been there to order mac and cheese and was told that they didnt serve that anymore so I decided to go for their spaghetti for which I was told that they could make it Mac and Cheese style instead of bolognese. I havent seen customer service like this in a long time for a fast-paced restaurant. Hats off.

My son has been looking for a true Philly steak and cheese sub for 10 months. This one was the best of 6 he has found in Ottawa.

Was in search for a Philly cheesesteak in Ottawa and this was one of the first places to come up. It did hit the spot especially for the price. This may be an unpopular opinion but I actually would ve loved more cheese to take some of the room that all of the beef did. I do appreciate that they re very generous with the meat though.

Showed up and its closed, in the middle of the day in the mall

Ordered a regular cheeseburger. Very salty, bun was soggy, patties were paper thin. Lettuce was browning. I cant say Id recommend them for the price I paid. I would have included pictures, but I ate it first before thinking, because Ive never been disappointed enough to think of leaving a negative review.

The Philly cheesesteak tasted absolutely amazing. The roll had the perfect amount of crunch outside and was warm and chewy inside. The steak was cooked tender and was a fairly large portion. Only flaw was that it wasn t rolled up in the foil paper as neatly as I would like. It was served to me in a messy way, but that didn t take away from the flavour.

Working hard and looking for a place to have lunch so we went to the mall for lunch today and stumbled upon this gem. I chose the Philly cheesesteak and my friend got a hamburger, we were both very happy with our choices and had no complaints.. My friend even got onion rings and they even tossed some fries in with them which was so generous and we truly appreciated it. Absolutely everything was top notch. From the lovely staff that work there to the extra scoop of fries they throw in ,we were impressed. I now have a favourite place to eat in Ottawa and i will be recommending it to everyone.

It was so good that I forgot to take a photo hahaha we ordered a ceasar salad, a phillysteak sandwich and fries. The perfect potatoes, in a rustic style, a very generous portion, not at all greasy and very crunchy. The ceasar salad was beautiful and delicious, also a good portion, accompanied by a plate of bread with very tasty butter. The sandwich was also very good, lots of mushrooms and great cheese, the bread was also delicious. We will definitely be back!
