All-you-can-eat restaurant serving Japanese dishes & a variety of sushi in modern, minimalist digs.
Went there for the first time after multiple recommendations. As a person who is not very fond of sushi, I enjoyed their various other options that they offered on their menu. For an all you can eat restaurant, the quality was amazing and the choices were readily and widely available. Highly recommend this spot, and I will be back again soon!
First time here and it wont be my last. Ordering is done via an ipad, and it takes less than 5minutes for your order to arrive. The servers are incredibly reliable and never misses an empty plate or empty glass of water. Prices are comparable to most all you can eat in Ottawa, with some nice specials for kids. There was no line ups when I visited the place on a Friday evening.
We had dinner with the menu "All you can eat" for 2 adults and 2 youths. We ordered quite a lot of sashimi of salmon and octopus, and our 2 youths love them as they are so fresh. For sure we will be back again. P.S. the girls ate too fast that I couldn't take the nicely displayed of the sashimi dishes 😊
The food a couple of years ago wasn’t all that great, but I don’t know what changed whether that’s management or quality but now the food is much better and dare I say, great! It’s one of my favourite sushi spots. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is amazing. Highly recommend now ◡̈
The service here is the best you will get anywhere ! The staff are so kind, quick, and attentive. It’s the best AUCE sushi I’ve had. Highly recommend.
Dined here several times, food is not bad at all. Most of servers are polite and well trained. But today we were served by a very rude young waiter who slam the dishes on the table whenever he brought out new food. We had lunch on 2024-03-08, the young and quite short Chinese man with glasses defenitely needs more training.
Ten sushi is our new favourite AYCE sushi spot in Ottawa, we’ve been to so many and they just don’t compare. Food is so good! You can really taste the quality. Sashimi was so fresh. Place was clean. Bonus pop is included with the price.
It was so good, we were so full after dining there, wow ! It’s fun how you order : you have a tablet at your table and you send over what you would like to eat and some minutes after you ordered, it arrives ! The service is so quick ! And there little pictures of everything so you have an idea of what you’ll get. So much better than the little paper we used to have in a all you can eat sushi place. I would go back for sure.
Great food! Service could be improved.
Friendly staff, fast service, generous portions, and a pleasant ambiance. Highly recommended.
Ten Sushi has never failed to please us when we order from them!! Even eating in is great. Their salmon avocado maki rolls are the absolute best rolls on the menu as well as their rainbow rolls and Philadelphia rolls. Highly recommend giving them a try. The edamame and miso is delicious (although could use more salt).
Sushi was awesome and the service was also brilliant. Fully recommended.
Disrespectful manager and staff! Horrible service! If you want to experience terrible service and an awful atmosphere, go ahead. Not to mention the disgusting smell of the place!
Amazing food!
Too expensive for buffet. Used to have a lunch price that made it worth while going, but its now too high priced for a lunch time meal. Other buffets in city have better pricing.
Great food (BBQ Eel was kinda iffy) workers are very understanding and nice. Overall a nice place.
I ve been to ten sushi a total of 5 times during my time here in Ottawa and where they excel the most is consistency. Every time the sushi rice and fish feel incredibly fresh, not the typical quality you would expect to find at a buffet. They also excel in their non sushi items, like the beef teriyaki and yakitori (both available on the lunch menu, and I would highly recommend them). In addition, it is also slightly cheaper than all of the other AYCE sushi restaurants in the Ottawa area. The lunch on weekends is $27.99 and gets you most of the items on their menu with the exception of the sashimi and the ten special rolls. The only downside is that the last order must be made by 2:15 PM. For dinner, it s only $9 more at $36.99 per person, which is a much smaller jump than other places whose dinner tends to be at least $40. On weekdays, the prices are $3 cheaper than on the weekends. Both options are well worth the money and I would highly recommend anyone in the area to try them out.
We felt rushed to eat and to pay I understand if the restaurant is busy but this wasnt the case, 10 tables at the most. Washrooms were dirty and extremely smelly. Will most likely never go back.
Good AYCE sushi.
Always delicious!!!
Best ever!! Enjoyed the unique atmosphere. Love the use of technology but not the lack of human contact. The food was amazing. Do it again in a heart beat!!!!
Food was really good enjoyed my visit
Bring an appetite and stay on top of the servers, they forget orders and you need to continuously order to keep it coming without long waits, but very much worth it when done right
Good and inexpensive
This place lowkey sucked. The food is not high or even mid quality, it s on the lower end of AYCE sushi spots. Based off of the decent reviews and mid range price, my partner and I expected a good meal with good service. Not only did our first round of food come out cold, it came out before the water we ordered The rice barely stuck to the rolls, the tempura was cold (a table near us also complained about that), and the fish was very dry and tasted like it had gone bad. Would not recommend.
Absolutely terrible food & service. Will not be back.
All you can eat, order on a tablet and the food shows up very quickly!! The iPad menu didnt have a description of each dish but we asked an employee and they gave us a paper menu that had descriptions of everything! Good quality and lots of variety
Dinner Saturday October 19 for 2 adults and 1 child aged 4: Bill: $101CAD including 2 canned soft drinks. Waiting for a table: 5 min although the restaurant seemed full, the good organization of the team helped to reduce the waiting time. Meals: tasty, lots of choice, the time between the different services is relatively short 10 minutes maximum Ambience: quite noisy as a place The only thing I didnt like was that it was cold, it seemed like no heating was on. It s a shame, it forces you to rush instead of taking the time to enjoy the meal. Coincidence or business strategy?! Vegetarian options: Diversified
I liked everything! The green tea was good too! Staff was friendly! Everything was clean! Woo hoo!!
I found this sushi place on my lunch break one day and its our new favorite sushi restaurant! The sushi is fresh, cold and tasty. Your order off of ipads, but you dont have to wait for the servers to punch in a code like at other restaurants. Once you have ordered, you are served very quickly no matter how busy the place is. Sushi is not oversized and not over stuffed with rice. Overall, its great!!! Update 2024: food has severely declined in quality.
I visited this location a couple of times. I love sushi, and I could say its so tasty.
The restaurant is both cozy and spacious, offering a perfect balance of comfort and roominess that makes dining here very pleasant. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a beautifully designed interior that adds to the overall dining experience. The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The sushi was fresh and delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. If youre looking for a cozy, spacious place with fantastic food and friendly service, Ten Sushi Japanese Restaurant is the place to be.
The best Ten sushi service
Great variety and delicious sushi
I ordered takeout, the place was a little dated but it didnt look bad, the service can improve, a smile doesnt kill anyone . I ordered a varied tray, the fish was quite fresh, most of the rolls were very tasty, others were actually not so good. I would improve the rice a little, it is very sweet, maybe reduce it a little more and it would achieve a better flavor. Dietary restrictions: Not suitable for people allergic to seafood.
Nice place to go, staff are friendly
We enjoyed this restaurant!
There are ants in the womans bathroom they are well hidden because of the very very dim lighting. Ive visited this restaurant many times, my family has always been asked to sit towards the back directly across from where they keep the dishes. Every. Single. time. And even with this seating arrangement our servers do not routinely see to our table. We often get overlooked...
Very nice all you can eat in Ottawa, for the best in this segment
Enjoy Ten Sushis all you can eat. Decent restaurant. No complaints. Food
Its an ok all you can it sushi/Asian place. Good service, some decent selections in the sushi/sashimi/rolls sections. Great tempura dishes. Good pad thay. All in all, it is an enjoyable experience. You can order in multiple rounds, and thats what I suggest you do to maximize your experience.
Honestly I was pretty disappointed with the service and food. I have been coming here for 6 years and there has been a steady decline in quality and service. They charged us for two drinks, even though we ordered 1 fountain coke, and told us after the fact when we were paying that because it was a fountain drink, it is a flat fee of $4.00 for the table. When we tried speaking with the waiter about it he was very defensive and rushed us out, saying there was nothing to do. $85 for that whole experience was definitely not worth it.
I am very disappointed with my recent dining experience at Ten Sushi. From start to finish, the service and food quality was unacceptable. To begin with, the first thing they brought to the table was a plate of wasabi and pickled ginger that had a hair in it. We politely asked for this to be replaced, but the server was not apologetic about it. Then they brought out frozen salmon sashimi, which they tried to charge us for in the end despite it being clearly low-quality and defrosted. The food overall was not fresh at all. I actually gagged during my meal, and my friend found the dumplings to be very slimy. We were both unable to finish our food because it simply wasnt sitting right in our stomachs. The service was also incredibly rushed and rude. The server kept trying to clear the plates we were still eating from, and remove our soy sauce even though we still had food left. Every 5 minutes in the 30 minutes before closing, the server came by to ask if we were done and commented that they would have to charge us, putting a lot of pressure on us. However, the server wouldnt clear off the plates we had finished with. When we tried to explain that we couldnt eat some of the dishes because they werent fresh, the server charged us an extra $15 anyway. Ive been a regular customer here, but after this absolutely disastrous experience, I will not be returning. I cannot recommend Ten Sushi to anyone. The food quality and service was unacceptable.
Great service & food. Lots of options with pictures on the tablet. Super easy to order & many options for vegetarians and those who dont like fish.
One of the best all you can eat sushi I have been to ! Food is fresh and service is quick
We went here for my birthday we had a good time . When you order you order with a tablet we ordered a lot but we needed more information about the food me and my grandma don t like spicy stuff so we did not know what was spicy and what was not! It also had good dessert Food came really fast that was great Vegetarian options: There is not a lot of veggie Items mostly have some sort of meat.
Its supposedly an all-you-can-eat restaurant but it forgets to tell you that you only have 1 hour 30 minutes to eat........ exceed 1 hour 30 minutes the tablet turns off then they come with the bill to kick you out ......... youre just shitty crossers
Mishry short lady with glasses The worst and the most disgusting attitude Food
Amazing service. Quick and professional staff. Food was very good and a ton of variety. Would recommend highly.
Good place for all you can eat sushi. It is fresh and there is a good selection. I have even been there with people who dont eat sushi and they enjoyed the BBQ dishes and more.
Very busy and the food is quite good. Probably the busiest AYCE sushi in Ottawa.
An excellent all-you-can-eat style sushi restaurant. You order what you want from an electronic menu and the staff brings it out to you. You can order as many times as you want or need. My only (very, very small) complaint is that the portion sizes are not always clear, some menu items are one per order (meaning one individual piece of sushi, for example) while others can be larger in size (two pieces per order, or an entire plate) and some guesswork can be involved trying to figure out how much to order. You do figure it out fairly quickly though, and my family absolutely loves coming here for special occasions. I just had my birthday dinner here and I was excited all week to come back here, and as always, it did not disappoint. This restaurant is a favorite for me and my family! I always recommend it to everyone else.
As soon as we sat down the plates were missing chunks, and had cracks. Thats a huge hazard. The food itself was great, but came home feeling weighed down by what I assume would be MSG. The fish was awesome, so the flavour additive wasnt needed at all. Not happy with this, if it is being added (which Im sure it is) it should be disclosed to patrons. The service was alright nothing exceptional.
All you can eat buffet for 35$ :) awesome!
The food is really delicious. Price is not too expensive $32 dollar buffet this quality of Sushi. Its worth it. Dont order too much food otherwise have to pay extra money for it. I dont like their washroom. They should clean that proper.
Sushi was delicious, they are served fast and fresh
I went to go dine at ten sushi with my family today . We were 5 adults 3 kids (10,4 and 2 months old ). To my surprise because of my 2 months old . We were charged an automatic 15%. As she made customer number 8. Which I found completely ridiculous to charge an infant . Unfortunately the food was cold. I absolutely would not recommend this location to anyone .
The portions of the dishes are not even half of what they used to be, you get a quarter of a chicken cutlet, beef fillet, etc. The sushi was not fresh, loaded with over salted rice. We used to go all the time a few years ago, but this will be our last visit.
YMMV with AYCE sushi and this place is no different. Its solid quality for this type of restaurant. Dont expect gourmet but it is my go-to when I want AYCE. The service is fast and efficient. All ordering is done by iPad. Just make sure you dont order too much!
A very nice discovery. An all-you-can-eat buffet and very fresh and succulent food. The customer service is impeccable. Vegetarian options: Yes
An unforgettable experience...you definitely have to try this restaurant..delicious and very good customer service
We used to go to ten sushi before covid but stopped as we felt like it wasnt really worth it anymore. We went again a couple of months ago and the quality of the food was really impressive. The sashimi is super fresh and the rolls have a good amount of rice, so you can eat a lot without feeling full super quick. The fried stuff is also great and tastes freshly fried (dont taste like they have been sitting for a while). The service is great and all the waitresses are nice and polite.
This « all you eat » Japanese restaurant was excellent. Menu is very extensive from Japanese, Chinese and Thai dishes. Sushi was of good quality. The restaurant gives you 90 min period for your dinner. Service is incredibly fast. I would definitely return next time I am in Ottawa.
One of the best things Ottawa does is all you can eat sushi, and one of the best places to get that is Ten Sushi. I have converted Sushi snobs who will only eat sushi at ocean-side towns to loving Ten Sushi. I have also converted sushi haters to loving Ten Sushi. If you are hesitant because you dont trust the quality of all you can eat sushi, please give this a try! I promise it will be worth it.
Great attention delicious food . Highly recommended.
Fantastic food! We did all you could eat and tried a variety of things, and absolutely, everything was fresh and amazing! Would definitely visit again! Food
The place is very nice, clean. If you want to know how clean is a restaurant go check the washroom! In general the food has always been good and fun to try new things as most of it is actually very good! The service has been mostly good but you do get real bad ones in service. Male servers are very business oriented professional but the times we had bad service were ladies. They seem to let their personal emotions in the way of their work as prejudice is clearly a thing... Clearly, we are not white Canadians and I usually go with my wife. So I get the chance to see how someone else is being treated from my point of view and prejudice could be flagrant from similar communities like them... Hence the reason why I put 4 stars in ambiance... What I admire is that they do work hard on giving a good customer experience and this is why we comeback. Great job at improving aspect!
Great place for all you can eat Sushi in Ottawa, great location lots of parking. Large restaurant. Unfortunately we got stuck in a bit of a small both for 6 people with not a lot of space but it was enjoyable nonetheless! Will definitely be going back
Amazing food amazing Service.
Not bad. Service was slightly worse than before. Good isn t bad but could be better even for an all you can eat.
Awesome food, lots of friendly staff that is very quick to remove empty plates, refill your water & bring in ordered foods. It was not too noisy & the booths have very long backs so it was great for privacy. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options to chose from & a couple of vegan ones. Kid-friendliness: Kids friendly restaurant, great for families.
Love the quality of the food. The taste was phenomenal! Service was great, the prices were a little pricey but overall worth it! Great atmosphere as well, nice layout/ decor. Parking: Parking was very nice.
It was good. The service was quick and the food was good. Worth the value. I personally like their Roasted Duck roll, seafood fried rice, shrimp dumplings, banana tempura and their Green Tea ice cream. I ate well and I would recommend.
The foods are very good and fresh. However the staffs that bring the food are very unfriendly as no smile, just dropped the food rudely and walked away without any personal attention to customers. Almost like they do not want to work at all.
Not bad
Enjoyed the food here for the AYCE sushi however the servers kept clearing the plates and using the top of the booth behind my head to do this multiple times
Some omnivores, vegetarians and vegans finally decided to go for AYCE sushi after avoiding for many years. Some decent options for vegans such as Avocado, Avocado Cucumber, Sweet Potato, Tofu rolls and hand rolls. Edamame was very less seasoned Some Spicy Korean Tofu and Fried Rice were also enjoyed. But ordering them to make sure they don t contain eggs or other items was a challenge. The server spoke very little English and that made it difficult. Would have given an extra if not for that shortcoming. Omnivores do get value for money, vegetarians a bit but vegans not so much. Vegetarian options: Fairly decent vegetarian options Dietary restrictions: Limited Vegan Options and much of the dishes are gluten friendly. If you get a good English conversant staff you will be able to get more
Very good, very fast, excellent food, loads of space. Vegetarian options: Many Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Quick and delicious
omg, they are so rude, they were mad at my 2-year-old son because he was just walking around our table! because he had two toddlers (ours and our friends) and a baby, they put us beside the kitchen, and while we were eating, a man started to clean the floor behind us. soo rude, we just stood embarrassed and asked our friends to leave. HOW can we eat and we smell soup and we see a person cleaning the floor around us !? they even messed up the order, but they put it on our table anyhow and we had to eat it obviously.
Best all you can eat sushi in Ottawa
After checking the website we saw it was around 27$ per person, very reasonable. Apparently if youre a big group (or even a family) you have to pay extraservice fee aka mandatory tip is what they told us. 40$ including tax and tip per person, we were 8 people. The restaurant was fairly empty for the size of it, and you only have an hour and a half to eat. So anyways we ended up going to Hokkaido sushi since their prices and quality are amazing, and we could take our time since we have two and a half hours to enjoy our meal.
Salmon sashimi too slimy. Squid sashimi weirdly creamy. Beef teriyaki roll completely dry. Bad quality avocado. 10/10 miso soup!
Very poor service and food, they staff hovered like they want you out and the food was just horrible I has salmon sashimi wich was clearly frozen and gross, their salmon teriyaki was gross and bland, the ginger was dry and not fresh either just an overall horrible experience, I would not recommend to anyone.
We were seven and went for dinner. They kept serving all order that contain cheaper ingredients and disregarded more expense orders like sashimi. When I pointed it out they acted dumb and said the system glitched. Ya right. Very dishonest.
I would give this place a 5 star as I have been coming here for years. Today, i decided to go and the older lady who was collecting the money for the bill was very unprofessional and kept changing the price on the receipt and it kept increasing. Ridiculous when they want to make money but cant keep up with the orders and traffic that comes in to the restaurant to get the bill correct. Very good food but unprofessional service from very few workers.
The staff are pleasant and helpful. Ordering on the iPad is convenient and easy to learn to navigate. The selection of dishes is wide because they have an all-day dinner menu. I saw one of the staff make a kid-friendly pair of chopsticks to help a little child eat their sushi. 5 stars for sure.
My favorite AYCE sushi place in Ottawa! Great service, price and food!
The waiter kept looking at his watch..never smiled just once when he gave us the bill..i showed him how the rolls of the sushi r very hard to chew and i left a piece so he can look at it ..he kept insisting thats normal because I didnt eat it right away.i told that piece was from beginning..but he tried to (fool) me . Thats definitely not true bcs I ordered last wk and it took more than 25 mns to receive the order and the rolls were fine .it would be more appropriate if he acted differently and apologize and just took the piece away ..I put X for 10 sushi
Food is what you would expect of a buffet but the service is horrible. Found it very hard to try and get drinks and the people kept bringing the wrong food. It would also be really helpful if the quantities of rolls, tempura, meats, and whatever were on the menue rather then guessing. The inconsistencies between exact orders was wild.
Food
B my favourite sushi place in Ottawa
Its probably the best ayce sushi in ottawa. Service is best amongst the other ayce sushi in ottawa. I always get what I ordered. No missed orders.
Fresh food. Fast service. There is always a line up during dinner but this is the fastest AYCE service I have been to.
Fantastic!
Food was great but you lost me at $1.50 for hot sauce. A group of 11 with a $500 bill but you had a hot sauce surcharge. Im sure there is free hot sauce at any number of other places that have sushi in the Ottawa area.
The owner of this place keeps the tips that the servers earn. Tip your server in cash to avoid giving the greedy owner the servers well earned tips. The food was really good and the servers were quick and courteous.
Excellent, I highly recommend
The food was hot, fresh and came out fast. The place was bustling with people coming in and out. Chatter of conversation and cutlery in the background. Solid experience. Go with a friend or two.
Great sushi and friendly staff!!
Thank you so much for everything Today. We had my mom s birthday Staff were very helpful. Had our cake in the fridge. Nice Birthday music when It was time for the cake. Sushi and Rolls were fresh. Service was very fast. The restaurant was very clean. Parking: Free parking lot
Food is well priced, filling, and delicious would come back again and again!
Over all, Food and service are not the best but still place to go for all you can eat Sushi.
Sushi is good. Not fabulous but the price is right. Service is fast
Came with a large group for all you can eat lunch. Service was super fast and everything was delicious. My only drawback was that a lot of the food came out a bit cold. I ll definitely be back!
We appreciate the staff and their service. However, the food was horrible, All sushi rolls we have ordered they were stale and felt like they were pre-made before orders and been sitting in fridge for long time. Pad Thai was smelling horrible and we had to ask the server to take it back as it was not eatable due to smell. I hope owner take this review serious and make their food better and fresh. We have been eating sushi for very long time and we know when it is freshly cooked!
I think the sushi ten restaurant is the best buffet sushi I ever did in fact is the only one I did and Im happy because Im sticking with it. Its awesome and each time Im wondering if I could steal the tablet. Dont do it cuz theyll cut your fingers off. Really nice place though sweet people
no one even served us, and we didn t get all the things we ordered. Won t be back again
waiters are so rude. Dont have many options for kids If your kid doesnt eat sushi, they will have to pay for the buffet anyway. If you would like to order a fountain drink, it will be charged for the entire table . Weird way of serving.
Normally dont like sushi but it was excellent! Choices for everyone. Cant wait for my next visit
3.8 out of 5 is misleading! I went in person on Christmas eve because I didnt want to order online (please bring back your menu!). They prepared everything in 15 minutes as promised, and they excluded all the plastic nonsense like I requested. Its a good thing an employee asked if I wanted napkins, soy sauce, and chopsticks because I forgot to mention that I also didnt want them. Consistent, minimal rice, good quality fish. Thank you and death to single-use plastics!
Good
Not the best sushi experience and the servers were not very friendly either. I would not repeat here
Good food and many options, service is very quick Dietary restrictions: Seafood options for halal food Food : 5/5 |
Too busy on Friday
Too busy on Friday
Nice place. Friendly staff. Usually, quite busy.
Food was really good. My Wife really enjoyed the sushi. They have very good Udon Noodles as well as different fish & meat varieties for people who dont eat alot of sushi. Staff are nice and bring food in a timely manner. Overall enjoyed it
Definitely one of the better ayce in ottawa. Fast service and good food. Didnt miss an order so thats a plus
Its not often that I leave bad reviews, but Im very shocked at the quality of the food at Ten Sushi. Ive ate at most of the sushi spots in Ottawa and this is by far the worst. I highly recommend Sushi Kan on innes or Hockey Sushi instead, far better establishments to spend your money. Their rice was piping hot, which is really gross with raw fish. The salmon is cut paper thin and theres too much rice for their sushi, it was also poorly formed so it would fall apart when eaten. The rice is also way overly seasoned so the rice is very sweet. The general tao is not general tao, the sauce is gross. The crispy salmon chip which is a salmon tartar is served on a BBQ chip, very strange and did not taste good.
The sushi was pretty terrible, rice was warm and super sweet and the salmon was extremely thin, the general tsos was a bland cherry sauce and the lemon chicken was pretty flavorless. Overall I dont recommend, most things werent made with too much care and the sushi overall was subpar
Good quality is higher than a lot of other sushi places. Waiters are nice and it seems like they keep the place clean. The prices change fairly often so I would recommend you call before and figure out what the current price is!
Service is ok, food is ok for all you can eat sushi. The price is also fair. Last time I went the rice was super crunchy and undercooked. We called over the wait to tell him the rice is very undercooked. They fixed the issue.
The server told me that any tips given via the debit/credit machine are taken by the owners. Hence the overall 1 star. Id give 0 stars, but google doesnt allow that. Told the server to contact MoL, the server wasnt aware it could be done anonymously. Another owner is praying on visa workers who dont know any of Ontarios laws.
The food is okay. The servers are like robots (give food and go even if you say thank you to them). The atmosphere is quiet
Not the best all you can eat sushi restaurant. Not the freshest rolls, but probably the better part of the menu. Was disappointed that we ordered general tao chicken, then sesame chicken, and it was the same dish only with sesame seeds. Shrimp tempura was soggy. We were a group of 5, and there were multiple times we ordered more than 1 serving of a dish, but was only brought out 2 out of 3 for instance. Unlimited pitcher of pop for the group was nice.
Always good ,food is tasty and good service.
When I look up this restaurant on google it shows both dinner and lunch menu. However I reached there at 1 pm and was they say they only have dinner menu now? The food quality is worse and I have had stomach after that.
Felt like the server was doing a favour to us by serving us. Most of the food was way too salty but some of it was delicious. There were nice servers too. Would suggest some training for the servers and little less salt on the food. Thanks
They didn t have lunch prices or menu available, I constantly had to ask for refills, they made me pay for iced tea for the whole table because I wanted it from the fountain for myself. Then only brought me one at first? When I wanted to have a smoke I was treated like a dine and dasher and told to leave my phone on the table or I wouldn t be allowed to leave. I will not be returning which is sad because I ve been going here for years.
I found the sushi was exactly what you expect from all you can eat, but I am spoiled and have had better sushi so I have to rate it a little lower. There was also a bit of an odd smell in the building that I didnt love, might have been a cleaner?
Food was good. Unfortunately we had ordered a Shirley Temple at the end of our meal that didnt show up. We waited for 20 minutes then asked for the bill. When the person came over, they told us to let the server know next time we want to cancel an order. We wouldve gladly done that if the server had come by. Other than that, it was good. Parking: Its in an outdoor strip mall, so parking is congested.
This is the worst sushi restaurant Ive ever eaten at, the sashimi tasted extremely fishy! Its very stale! I feel like throwing up on my way home!
Food was good, service for drink refills was pretty slow staff were very nice.
The fried food is too old and has a fishy smell, and the sashimi is barely adequate
Food was fresh and delivered fast. There was a wait when we first got there but understandably as the food is great. Cost is a little expensive as its 35 $ per person. Nice night out every once in a while. Wheelchair accessibility: They were very accommodating with a wheelchair. No handicapped parking (which is odd)
We had a great experience at Sushi 10. Thanks so much
Knock it out of the park every time

Good place with funny memories
The sushi is good, what you would expect for all you can eat. The service is good they are always around to top up water or remove plates.
It s is good but very expensive. Buffet price is same for lunch or dinner at $40/person. In Toronto, sushi buffet is $29/person dinner and $21/person lunch.
Went for a Christmas dinner, service and food was good, but make sure you know when you tip it doesn t go to the workers, which is well deserved by the workers because it was a busy night. We only knew this after tipping which made us really upset. DO NOT TIP AT TEN SUSHI
