I ordered a mango lassi, which was very tasty, but it wasn’t what a traditional mango lassi should be so i was a little disappointed. Regardless, it was tasty and refreshing for what it was. It was fresh, not too sweet and could tell it was made with real ingredients and not just some juice from a container. Service was great, portion size was large considering the price.
Perfect for a hot summer day in Ottawa. I was visiting Canada, and after a long day of walking under the scorching heat, I was craving something good and refreshing. The smoothies are delicious and fresh. They actually taste like fruit and are not overly sugary like at other places. I think the price is fair for the sizes.
🥭 is love and Mr Mango is just awesome.The concept the smoothies the menu the flavors it's just awesome. I had tried first time in King Street path , Toronto and now at the origin that's in Ottawa. I must say this concept is original and Kudos to the person who has started the food chain. Good Luck 🫰

Dropping the rating from 5 star to 1 star cuz they have gone from serving thick fresh tasty mango juice (Mr Mango) to serving mango flavored water and the staff told me that I ordered the wrong thing cuz apparently the last 3 months i was ordering something else on the menu. Before and current pics for comparison.
We were looking for a taste of Hawaii and we found it. The guy working was Lovely and super helpful. We asked for POG (passion fruit, orange and guava), it wasn't on the menu but he rose to the challenge and did not disappoint. You can find POG everywhere in Hawaii and we are super thankful to have found it here. You should absolutely go check it out! I know we'll be back!
HIGHLY recommend. I got the piña colada. This drink teleported me to the beaches of DR. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. $10 but a very generous portion. Worth every penny. Fresh fruits. Happy & colourful environment. Love the vibes here. Mr. Mango himself was also very kind offering the room free watermelon as we waited for our drinks. Will come here every chance I get this summer. The last three times I passed by to get something It was closed. I just wanna know if u guys will ever open again.
I come here 4 times every week. They have great vegetarian options and amazing prices. The customer services are top notch. I recommend stopping by for the Lebanese pies or the smoothies
Used to be my favourite mango juice, after the merge with Lebanese food restaurant, the mango juice tasted from the best to not good sour and watered down juice, they don t even have the nice chopped up mango cubes on top anymore, price has not changed. The Lebanese pie has good portion of food, lots of toppings more than what it looks like on the pictures, tastes okay, great price. It is slow to get mango smoothie and even slower to get food.

This has happened to me the second time when I ordered through Uber eats and when the delivery driver reached the location, your cafe was closed. I would appreciate it if you could update your hours, on both google and ubereats! I couldn t get a refund from uber because your cafe had accepted the order. Hopefully I can get my refund from you!

This little place is so amazing. I go there for their ripe and high quality mangoes. I literally buy them by the box. Great prices. The owner is so nice and all the staff very friendly. Parking: 15 min free parking

Hands down the best place to have any sort of thing. Their juices are top notch and their meat pies and smoked meat sandwiches are heavenly.
If you are visiting the Bayward Market or Ottawa in general, this is a place you do not want to miss. Everything is absolutely delicious. Every single one of the three drinks we had was excellent. I recommend the Aloha Punch if you want rich, freshly juiced mango with passion fruit and pineapple, but you can not go wrong with anything they have. The staff is fantastic, kind, and helpful if you need to clarify your needs or are craving something but can not decide ( waving at you Tony!). They also have some delicious snacks, and their Zaatar is particularly tasty.

I came with my family for the first time on a hot summer day for a refreshing drink. I ordered the passion fruit refresher and my sister ordered the brown sugar milk tea. I have to say. It tasted pretty good but the tapioca kinda tasted like glue. The guy working was super nice but we had to wait a super long time. I dont blame him for the wait though since he was all alone. My sister asked for oat milk on her milk tea. BIG MISTAKE. It didnt taste very good and because its the day of arafah, my parents were fasting so they couldnt help her finish it . Mango smoothie is excellent, I feel like I m drinking a mango! On the other hand, I have rarely had such bad service. They charge me for my two drinks. Some time later, I was told that I had not paid the right price, but that the added tip made up the shortfall. I am told to look next time so that the drinks are $10 and not lower before paying, as if it was my fault Then they didnt have tapioca, or milk tea, or refresher. So I requested a refund for my second beverage.
Good Size of Menu with various options of refreshers, fresh juice and smoothies. I have tried Mango Pineapple smoothie which is a good portion for the money. Very nice and refreshing and good place to try if you are around byword market.

We had an AMAZING experience on opening night!!! The place has such a wonderful atmosphere. The store was artfully filled with fresh fruit. The smoothies were delicious and made with love. The owner and workers are so friendly, warm and kind. I highly recommend Mr Mango for anyone craving a smoothie in downtown Ottawa! Visiting this store in Byward Market is a must!

Refreshing experience! Mr. Mango is the real deal for fresh cut mangoes galore! The Mango-Pineapple Smoothie has just the right balance, with pineapple adding desired sweetness without overpowering the mango. Chunky bits of mango hand-cut too! Smiles. Free samples a nice touch, they go fast...
Prices: not clear !! For a custom smoothie, its written $ 6.99+ $1.99 / fruit . So I understand one fruit is included bc you cant have a smoothie with nothing?? Ended up paying $12 each with taxes for a simple 2 fruits smoothie... Steep!!! Mangoes were very tasty and the drink was enjoyable, although the price is too high.

Was so impressed by the amazing drinks we ordered. I had the Okinawa black tea which is made with special sugar imported from Japan. I ve never tasted any bubble tea like this. I was happy to be able to have it with soy milk. My daughter was thrilled to have a mango smoothie with strawberry popping boba. My husband had a mango smoothie with oat milk and thoroughly enjoyed it. Regular milk for those who want it but so many vegan options. We can t wait to go back and truly hope it s still around when we come back to Ottawa. So glad we opted to give Mr. Mango a shot!

Awesome texture and flavour!! Normally I don t like mango drinks but this was out of this world. A bit pricey but huge portions. Definitely a strong recommend to anybody looking for a nice drink to cool down on a hot summer day.
