Love Lebanese food and this is the real deal (plus a great deal on the price too :) Tried this while travelling to Ottawa and really happy with the experience - the options and taste of the food, the care in the preparation, the great conversation while waiting. Would happily go again!

Such kind people who run this store. I work in the building and they’re always so friendly whenever I walk by. Actually ordering, the food is delicious, piled high, deliciously flavoured, and ultimately an incredible value given the amount of food you’re getting. Highly recommend! (P.S. Pairs beautifully with mango juice!)
Got the chicken platter substituting rice with more salad. Chicken was tender, flavorful. The salad was deeeelicious. The Lebanese really know how to make a salad taste good! Proprietor was very accommodating to my request for no rice, etc. Food and service is very good. Atmosphere is a food court in an office building. Clean and well kept. You don't come for the ambience. You come for good food and convenience.

Food is too good to be true… The workers are also amazingly nice and sweet, make you feel welcomed and loved. Will be bringing my family to enjoy a dinner together.
I’m disappointed. Their food is really good and the prices are alright, though not excellent, but their food is not safe. I have on several occasions noticed that the chicken or gyro meat wasn’t fully cooked (as seen in the photo) and have even gotten food poisoning from their garlic potatoes. I know a few other people who have gotten sick from their food. I’m sad because the owners are friendly and the food is tasty and in a convenient location, but I can’t in good conscience buy their food anymore.
Incredible place. The people are so lovely and helpful, the service is fantastic, the food is amazing and the prices are fair.

The environment is a very good environment. The food is very tasty. The Coke was very gassy. I love the potatoes. but it s very expensive

Amazing place to eat. In the downtown core of ottawa this is the best shawarma place you can eat at. The employees are very nice and kind. The food is so phenomenal. I would highly 100% recommend this place.
The falafel sandwich is very very good and when I am at 160 Elgin I always try and make a stop to pick one up.

First and last time. I dont think my customer service standards are high at all. When you cant get a greeting.. A smile.. A thank you.. Its bye bye for my business. The young lady at the cash was a miserable human being. No eye contact, no greeting, thank you. Barely acknowledged my existence. Tone of voice was awful. Handed me my food and the interact machine in an aggressive manner. Having a bad day? Fine, dont take it out on me. I asked for a bag.. The guy said one dollar with a dead pan face. Then finally said Im joking after several awkward seconds. How the hell is that funny? Maybe if you have a rapport with someone.. But not a first time customer who doesnt know you. I am tired of businesses taking customers for granted.
The place is hit or miss. I dont mean the food, I mean getting someone to actually help you. They may take your order right away and help you, or they may ignore you for ten minutes and have a conversation. Or maybe the staff is all in the back room and you wait ten minutes for them to come out. And maybe when someone comes out, its the owner and he sees you, ignores you and leaves the shop to ask Gabriels if Monday is a holiday. If you do get food, its pretty good. But dont bet your lunch hour on it.
Can you guys please teach the old man how to fold over the sharwarma properly. Every time he makes me one it comes apart because of his technique. Please have him fix this and roll them properly. My colleagues have been staying away because of this when we really want Habibi

Excellent service, great food.
The food is delicious! The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because they are not environmentally friendly as they serve your food in styrofoam takeaway containers. A single styrofoam cup takes 500 years to decompose. As I (as well as others) actively participate in reducing our carbon footprint on the planet (the process of creating styrofoam produces greenhouse gases which are detrimental to the ozone), I cant in good faith support a business who actively disregards the impact styrofoam has on the environment. Its unfortunate as the food is delicious. Should they start to use environmentally safe packaging, I would 100% return.

The customer service was amazing!! Regular customer and the food is always fresh and delicious. Very generous with portion sizes. Highly recommended....
Good tasting food, poorly sized portions, toppings on the sandwiches are sparse at best. Falafel sandwiches are $1 less on their own but if you order a trio they charge the same price as chicken or beef. Poorly run, but again, good food.
Shawarma: Good food but not enough chicken! put more chicken please
Shawarma was tasty but I actually saw the server take chicken that he had put in the sandwich OUT of the shawarma and back onto the serving platter. I will not be going back.
They dont wash there hands or use gloves. Guy just went to the toilet came out rises hands and makes a shawarma places his figures all over food. Walked away

Got a large chicken shawarma and a small fattoush, food was made to order, and in a timely manner.
Tried the new Chicken Shawarma Poutine and loved it. The staff is supper friendly. Food and place clean. Will definite be coming back.
