This Shawarma spot in my opinion is THE BEST in Ottawa, After coming back over and over again for their delicious food you start to build a relationship with the person serving you.They are all so nice and won't hesitate to respond any questions people may have.

I came in the shop craving shawarma since I haven’t eaten much from my shifts and I had high hopes and this shop didn’t disappoint I ordered a mixed shawarma that contains chicken and beef and it might have been the best shawarma sandwich I’ve eaten the perfect combination of the flavour and the right amount of everything that was put in the sandwich made it so delicious. Also the customer service was impressive and fast they treated me with respect definitely try again it’s so good
It was a hot day, I was very tired and hadn’t ate all day. I was walking downtown trying to find somewhere to eat until I stumbled to this shawarma store. And I kid you not this might have been the greatest shawarma I’ve ever tasted topped off with a refreshing bebsi. And an amazing cheap offer too. It was everything you would want in your meal.
Great little Shawarma place. The service is always quick and friendly, and the food is always tasty and in good portions for the price. There is also a good sized seating area nearby (in minto place).
Ordered the chicken sandwich only, it was bland tasting and the chicken really lacked. And I’m not sure but has Ottawa health department abolished the rule of no hair nets????
I haven’t been here since about a year ago due to a bad customer service experience but I heard there was a new management so I thought I’d try it out. It was amazing and the service was way better. Wissam really took good care if my order.

I visited the restaurant a couple days ago the food was fantastic it was like I was back in Lebanon ,the customer service couldn t have been better the atmosphere was really good everyone was super positive I recommend 100% some of the best in Ottawa Food

Food poisoning
Extremely expensive for what you get. Just get from somewhere else. Food is good, it just costs far too much, $17 for a large wrap that isnt that large isnt worth it. Portion size isnt even large, they are pretty skimpy on the meat, hummus and garlic sauce.
Fake donair. Stop making doners and saying they are same as east coast donairs. Donairs are from the maritimes.
Amazing customer service. Food was quick and delicious. Would recommend this restaurant for anyone in the area.

Closest Shawarma to me. Honestly I love the falafel sandwich they make. The two guys that work here are always super nice and fast. Havent been disappointed.

Every time i go there, i tell myself i will never go back but always end up going. The girl at the cash never EVER smiles. She is rude. She obviously does not want to be there. The food has always been good but for some reason, when i had it a few days ago, the pickled turnip tasted like it was way past the expiry date (same taste as meat that was too long in the fridge) and the lettuce was a bit slimy. Also, a guy preparing the orders was very rude by saying Next! after every order and telling everyone to move the line to get new people ordering. Before, with a salad with chicken, they d give pita bread and their baked pita pieces on the salad but they didn t this time. It s really about quantity with them i found and not quality. Id say their weakest point is definitely customer service. Being a supervisor or Manager there, i would have fired two employees in a second. Too bad that the staff does not care...and it shows.
I go here at least once a week if not more. Never have a bad meal or experience. Friendly staff and good food.
Its OK the mix their hummus with their Garlic sauce in their platters so it sucks when you dont like garlic sauce but its good.

Delicious food and great service. Owners are very nice. I got a trio with small beef sandwich and potatoes. I loved it - absolutely amazing and quite filling. Will definitely come back again!

Normally good. But this time I came in after the rush got very grumpy worker with only one glove on his hand, as he packed my food with his other hand touching my paid meal, yuck! Wont be back.
This place is awesome. Busiest during the week / lunch time. Great fresh consistent food and friendly staff. Try the large donair, you wont regret it.

A decent enough place to get your shawarma fix - located in the Minto food court. Peak hour is definitely around lunch time, so expect line ups 11:45 am - 1:00 pm.

Excellent shawarma place
So Im mixed about this place because I find the food pretty good and 1 of the guys is really good. But 1 of them makes it an unpleasant experience whenever hes working. He made a joke about how the place was closed the last time I was there and my most recent visit he took the bell away because he doesnt like it. Sad to say will not be returning but its entirely on you buddy.

Low quality in every way. Dont be fooled by the nice exterior, this place is a dump and the owners dont care. Everything is soggy and disgusting, chicken is flavorless.
This is a great place to go for lunch! I really like getting the chicken salad. The staff are very friendly too. Expect a line-up.
