Yesterday evening, I ate beef nachos, and since then, I have been bedridden due to stomach pain, vomiting, warm inside. Despite being accustomed to eating out frequently, I have never experienced such extreme discomfort before. Given my current condition, I strongly recommend investigating the food safety standards at this establishment. My stomach remains in pain and feels unusually warm.
The food here is delicious. What I like the most about that you can choose all the contents inside it. I tried it several times & still having the good taste. Last time I tried The large sandwich, it was full and makes me feel very saturated. The stuff there is also good & welcoming. The price is good due to the food.
Oh my goodness…. This restaurant is amazing! I ordered a small pork burrito and the employee really stuffed it. It’s cheap for such big portion. The taco is delicious. It was my first time trying out their food and I must say I was impressed with how delicious my taco and burrito were. Again, good price for the portion. I will be coming back. Friendly staff as well! Good customer service! ❤️❤️ 🌮 🌯
I tried a quesadilla for the 1st time. It was really delicious with awesome presentation. One of the best dishes I've ever had. Cheers to Carol who made this dish & thanks to Chanel for giving me a fantastic name i.e. Mr. Clean ☺

Very delicious food . Fresh , tasty , and rich Big portions for each meal Staff are very professional and welcoming Was fortunate to have Miss. Pork carnitas burrito (2.1/5) had little to no flavor in any of the ingredient except the jalapenos. The burrito was soaking wet sitting in a pool of liquid and bursting open even though I watched the employee squeeze out the liquid from the meat before adding it. For positives; it was very very large for the price as well as very filling.
One of the best burritos ive ever had. Fresh ingredients and PACKED (they give generous portions). Excellent value, even better taste

Soggy watery burrito
Im a big fan of Buritto Gringo, and have been their advocate since they first opened their Bronson location all those years ago. I started a payday burrito ritual at my workplace, and was even considering having them cater my wedding. However, my friends and I have had rotten food and food poisoning from this location twice and reported it both times with no response from their ownership. My advice if you stick with them: Taste your food, if it tastes at all fizzy, or sour, do not eat it. I understand that mistakes happen BG, but not acknowledging or apologizing when youve delivered a product that is unsafe for consumption is really unacceptable. As a vegetarian, you were my favorite option for many years, but this is really a deal breaker.

Ive been coming here about once per week for years. However the prices just went up ~20% and the portion sizes went way down. One tiny half full scoop of chicken on my burrito when it used to be two full scoopa and stingy on the other toppings. I think I will probably stop coming.
Great food. I come here at least 2 to three times a week. Great staff, always friendly. Would definitely recommend coming here.
I had the tofu burrito and the tofu was really dry and in big cubes, which isnt ideal for a burrito. My friend said the same thing about the chicken: dry. The whole burrito just feels like one drab flavour and texture. The guacamole was also 2.25$ extra, which personally, I feel is too much. We both left feeling unsatisfied, gross, and disappointed, leaving us wanting something else to eat. The lettuce was browning and the other ingredients didnt taste fresh at all. The only good thing about this experience was they give you a plastic bag for your order and its great quality plastic. Ill be using it for my cats litter! Vegetarian options: Tofu available

Please remind that this restaurant is not halal restaurant unfortunately I found the sign it halal but the I found that not all food halal is not 100% halal.the supposed to not write halal sign in the front of restaurant. If someone comes to restaurant and see the sign , he or she thinks that 100% halal and this is wrong. The restaurant should write halal options rather than halal sign as some restaurant in Ottawa. We are in Canada and there are different religions ,please respect that and dont cheat people for small mistakes

The food was good, but the service was so bad !!! Went there August 23 around 6:00 pm OMG The service from the ladie who prepared our food was awfull!! . She was not happy with all the order from skype or Ubereat, believe me her reaction was sooo bad in front of clients! p.s. I even think she was the boss...The little ladie at the cash was so nice at least. So sad to get service like that in 2021.

I got there often they are amazing. Last time I had Sara and she did a fantastic job at making the burrito. She was also very friendly and nice which is amazing and hard to see now.

The cookie I ordered this afternoon on Doordash was harder than I knew a cookie could be. Probably would have broken a tooth trying to eat it, but it worked well as a hammer so I could hang a nail for Christmas lights.
I have been there 3 times in the last 2 months, (why i kept returning is beyond me) and the burritos have been cold - not room temperature, but actually cool in temperature - each time. So disappointing :(

Great food, havent been disappointed once . Ive tried their Quasadeillas, Nachos and Burritos. They always melt the cheese perfectly. The staff is great and are always ready to help you. They also have the best drinks Jarritos, I would recommend the lime flavour. I would just say please watch out with how long you grill the burritos. Last time I opened mine up and the pita bread was burnt and inedible.
really tasty burrito bowls but it costs too much because everything you put inside costs extra for some reason...even the guac etc why not just call it rice bowl.
These guys always pack the burrito. Great value. Always clean and well run. The staff are polite and efficient too.
