Poor customer service. The old gentleman at the cash was very rude, impolite and unprofessional. I was with my brother. He ordered poutine with extra cheese but I ordered regular cheese. Extra cheese cost about 6 or 7 dollars. The associate made my order with extra cheese too by mistake. He told me he wasn't going to charge me for at a customer appreciation act. The old guy at the cash desk was so busy watching his phone. He didn't know what was going on. He rudely told me to pay for extra cheese or wait for another order to be done. I told him your partner said he would not charge me. He looked mean look at his partner and told me to pay for extra cheese or wait for another order to be made. He made me wait another 15 minutes or so and charged me $1.50 for hot sauce. He placed the order with extra cheese in the warm shelf (to be given to the first delivery order most likely) Moreover this guy at the cash was watching on his phone and not caring at all about his customers. He's very unprofessional and ill mannered. He was talking down to me as if I was begging him for free food or something. Terrible customer service and a shame to the 3 Brothers Shawarma name!!
The service was impeccable from start to finish. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made excellent recommendations and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Ah, the food! Each dish was a culinary masterpiece. From the appetizers to the desserts, every bite was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The ingredients were fresh, and it was evident that a lot of care and attention went into the preparation.
They always have good and fresh food, take out or dine in. Great staff and yummy food and variety of food, available until really late makes up to the not very good ambient.

Returned the following day for the same mixed shawarma platter, and the food looked great and service was excellent. Will try to stop by more frequently. !Small beef poutine is more than enough. Highly recommend Shawarma! After being away from Canada for 2 years, my first returning meal was right here. They offer top 1 shawarma in Ottawa, and my personal favorite is their beef with hummus. Moreover, the owners are really kind and respectful of their clients. I once forgot my bag in the seat, and when I went back, the owners had taken great care of it. I am truly grateful to them! I will definitely keep coming back for more.
Overall a decent experience. Friendly service that was extremely quick and you get large portions. I paid $30 for 2 items I tried the Halifax Donair. It was okay, I would try the chicken Shawarma pita wrap instead next time I’m here. 7.6/10 I also got a small beef poutine and it was good. The portion was too big for me to finish. But using the garlic potatoes instead of fries really upped the flavour. 8/10 If you’re ever driving through downtown and are craving shawarma I would recommend stopping in. The biggest con of this place is the garlic sauce was less flavourful than other Shawarma spots I’ve tried.

Would not recommend. Ordered through Uber eats. I got a chicken shawarma platter and it was quite disappointing. The chicken was good, the rice was mediocre and the potatoes were okay. The garlic sauce was a yummy classic garlic sauce, but my platter had no hummus which is a staple. I asked for extra pickles and turnips which I was happy to pay for because I don t expect anything for free in this economy. Not only did I not get extra but my platter had not 1 single pickle or turnip in it. Overall disappointing and the 3 missing (included) sides were the nail in the coffin.
Ordered a small falafel wrap last night around 11pm. Drove all the way up to Constance Bay smelling that delicious sandwich on the seat next to me. Settled onto the beach around midnight for some stargazing and eagerly unwrapped my hot meal. Bit into it and discovered it was not falafel but chicken (I m vegetarian). I ve never been so disappointed in my life. Went to bed cold and hungry. Waste of time and $15
When in for a Halifax doner ( theyre really good) noticed they have pizza the brother suggested that I get the hamburger pizza. So I did. One of the best pizza I have eaten in ottawa. Highly recommend.

My mother is on wheelchair. It was very convenient for us to go, sit and eat. Excellent place . I recomend for all wheelchair people. Food is good and not expensive. Many deals here. Must visit

3 Brothers Shawarma & Poutine is a hidden gem! The shawarma wraps are packed with flavor and generously filled. The poutines are deliciously indulgent with perfectly crispy fries and savory gravy. Its definitely worth a visit if youre craving a hearty and satisfying meal!
Food is overall okay! It s a really nice spot to go to after the bars because it is open so late. I definitely recommend the beef shawarma with all of the fixings and a side of potatoes. Atmosphere is overall good, and the service is always pleasant. I think the christmas lights at the front do add a particular vibe to the whole place lol

It does not deserve more than one star. I ordered a french fries meal. The price was 14.99, and the quantity was small and not cooked. Unfortunately, the meal is not worth this price.
Unfortunately, the accounting employee treated me in a bad way. I ordered a meal and it was different from what I ordered, so I asked to return it. The accounting employee did not accept its return, so he refused to return it and asked me to take any other type, but I do not ask for a refund.

I have eaten many poutines throughout the years, and tgis one, believe it, or not is top notch. The fries are golden and perfect, not hard, or crunchy, yet, do not become a soggy mush, as poutine requires gravy. The gravy is perfected, a homemade taste, not a salty or starchy taste. Lastly, the beef/chicken (depending on your choice, melts in your mouth! Ole!
Good munch after going out
My Chicken Shawarma was Soggy, not wrapped well and fell apart. I asked for Regular Garlic and received Spicey Garlic. They were better 10 years ago than they are Today. I often give a second chance, I tried their poutine for the first time... almost 10 dollars for a small poutine, fries had been sitting in a mixing bowl for who knows how long they were cold n stale. Parking: Very little parking, on the street.

Dont order online they will scam you and cut the portions because youre not there in person. $2.75 for a PIECE of pita bread when the whole bag costs the same price in store. They reseal the bags to look untampered with. Only place to eat when you work nights. I spend so much money here and wont be back for awhile.
Whoever the guy is that answers the phone has 0 respect for people, hangs up on you before you have a question to ask about anything to do with an order. Very unprofessional as a business to just hang up on a big order that had no issues with anything/anyone. It s not like I was being difficult in any way. All I did was call to place an order for delivery and I got heavily disrespected for non business/customer related reasons. On top of that the poutine i bought from there gave a sand/dirt crunch texture because they didn t wash their potatoes properly and dare to say best poutine in the city come on now !!!!

I had the mixed shawarma poutine and it was extremely sloppy and not tasty at all. Felt sick to my stomach afterwards. Way too expensive almost $30 for the Large.
The food was good, it had an authentic taste to it, and it was just soggy as I got to the bottom they added too much sauce. The wait wasnt long but it does take some time from when you order till when you get it. Most people take takeout but they have lots of seats available. Parking: The parking lot is very cramped, and off a busy street so the entrance can be very occupied. Not many Parking but there is side street parking and across the street parking.
Good atmosphere but it s too expensive !! Yesterday I took a sandwich for 18 dollar it s a lot, in addition the chicken hurt a little bit in my stomach!! I think they put a lot of oil into the seasoning of chicken and meat, it s too fat! I recommend it if you really have nothing to eat otherwise look elsewhere or keep your money for yourself !
I believe this location employees think they are mafia I was ordering the food normally and asking one of the guys working their I believe he s a Yemeni guy I was asking how s his day going and trying to give him motivation he staped the glass on me and almost broke my head I called the franchise owner and did nothing I will proceed to this and I will require the camera for authorities to take auction I believe they think they can hit the customers only mafia does that so I would like the owners to reply and let s see

This place has great Shawarma, I recommend this place for anyone in the downtown area. They seem to be a go to place since its always busy. This location is made better than the one at Dalhousie because it has parking.
Do not eat here at night, its getting worse and merchants need to talk to each other now. However, during the day is much safer. Bathrooms used by meth users, owner and clients beware. The service levels and food quality got better at night and now almost matches day levels. When the captain is running the place during the day, the food and service are great, but beware; this review is based on 3 past experiences. At night, you have to repeat your saying your order several times but worst of all, they completly mess up the food at night! For example, their famous Halifax donair is priced well and absolutely delicious if the captain makea it for you. At night, its meat and onions. No sauce! A dogs breakfast! Forget the toilets! Disgusting! Floor is sticky in restaurant. Parking is a disaster! Accessibilty, none! Food a five star if captain prepares it, otherwise, dont go there.

I was lost a few mins ago and I asked directions to the gentleman that works there and he was very nice and he helped me found direction I have eaten thanks to the gentleman who help me.
I order via Uber and this is the 3rd time my order is wrong. You ask for extra sweet sauce and you get note. I tried to pay extra for sweet sauce and that never arrived either. I thought I would take it upon myself to call the restaurant and ask how do I order to ensure my order arrives properly and he said that he has so many orders a day he has no time to worry about my past order and to call Uber. Why do restaurants just not care. .Never order again and I will miss the food they make.

The shawarma plates at 3 Brothers are undoubtedly some of, if not the, best in Ottawa. The meat is perfectly seasoned and cooked, while remaining moist and delicious. The portions are very generous and the price is hard to beat. After years of frequenting Marroush and Castle Shawarma, 3 Brothers is my new favourite. My only complaint is that 3 Brothers hasnt expanded out to BC!
Probably the best chicken shawarma I tried so far in Ottawa. I also had Falafel sandwich and it was good. The service is very good and the guys are very friendly. Recommend it for a quick meal on the go. Prices are fair

The only one and only reason they wouldnt get five stars is because they would not let me have a mixed side dish, a large tabouli and potato mix. I probably should have mentioned that I would have paid the higher price of the two for the mix. Could be the reason why they said no. Oh, and the other reason is not a five star is the garlic sauce. Although it tastes great. It is not real pureed garlic. More of a garlic powder and sauce. Delicious, but not what Im used to. Everything else about the place is great. Plenty of typical western dishes too if shawarma is not your thing. Although shawarma may as well be a western dish nowadays. Vegetarian options: The potatoes. Tabouli Parking: I did eat very late at night. It was after 9:00 p.m.. so I cant say much for parking during the day, but parking at night is no problem at all.

I love the workers most of the time. Its the only place I go to when I drive 2 hours to the casino and its 3am. Only problem is they dont have the best communication with orders and sometimes either dont give you part of your order or they will give you part of someone elses

Placed an order on uber eats and the driver probably stole the food, not the restaurant faults. I called them to ask if they maybe still had the order and i could come pick it up myself and before i could finish my sentence the guy hung up. I called back and he played a piercing high pitch tone through the phone which really hurt my head. I called back a 3rd time saying i was an Uber driver here to pick up the order which is mine and he laughed and hung up the phone. The food is great but god forbid you have a question to ask them because they will go out of their way to make it a bad experience.

I personally think they make great food. I have been dining at this particular location for over 6 years on a regular basis and its my favorite place in Ottawa. The owner is very respectful of his clients and his services are fast. The atmosphere is not luxurious but its clean and decent for food consumption.

The selection of sauces is divine. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We were leaving the city when we decided to stop by for a quick bite. I must say, if youre in Ottawa, this place is a must-visit for an unforgettable shawarma experience.

Every time I come in here the service is amazing. The food is great, but I d say the people that work here are what really make this place. I m very picky and don t always know what I want and they never make me feel rushed while ordering. I m a frequent flyer so they have my order memorized. I ve been given free garlic sauce and humus several times! the prices are great and the food is even better. The garlic potatoes are my favourite. I come here with my boyfriend after the gym or on a Saturday night after the bars with friends. It s my go to spot, I ve never once had a bad experience. Love this place!
