3 Brothers Shawarma & Poutine in Ottawa

Guy made my food with no gloves and had a cut on his hand. Nasty

So I went there and ordered, when he asked me if it was to go and eat in, I turned to ask my friend and the guy behind the counter got really rude with us. He was mad that I didnt answer him right away I guess. I just needed to know if my friend wanted to eat in or not. Food was good though. I guess customer service isnt important to them.

Arent they supposed to wear gloves? I dont really like strangers touching my food with their bare hands.

There was a piece of hair in my food. Not sanitary, they don t even wear gloves when they touch the food. Lady at the cash is also very rude.

Great quality Shawarma for a great price. Staff is very friendly and charismatic. Joe is an amazing boss and always makes sure the food and atmosphere is perfect for customers. Would highly recommend if you re near uottawa to come swing by and try out this place

They dont even deserve any stars The food was not fresh and the chicken shawarma was heated in the microwave and also the chicken was dry the guy touched the chicken shawarma with his hands is not recommended and inedible I will never go back again!! !

My sister got shawarma from here last night. She was complaining that the meat tasted weird. The next morning she got very sick. She threw up. We will complain to food inspector

ordered a chicken poutine. fries weren t even fully cooked and tasted like they had gone bad. chicken had a fishy taste. i thought maybe i was crazy and then i got food poisoning the next morning. I will not be buying food from here anymore and I was a regular customer.

my favourite shawarma place in the downtown area by far. i spent many late nights walking here for 2am shawarma with my uni friends and we had the best times! the food is affordable and very enjoyable. 10/10 ! :)

I make an order today chicken poutine and the chicken had a bad smell, cold food and test wired. And when I told them they say that what we have have a good day!!! Very bad and disgusting service!!

If you call donair sauce as sweet sauce, I know for a fact its WRONG. Probably make the nasty boiled way too. Its funny too because claims to be halifax donair, it aint even close. Trust me, the only regret I have from leaving nova scotia for ontario, was the fact I missed out on actual donairs.

Over priced and undercooked. Also, they are bigots who publicly display their hate with signs in their windows. Disgusting all around.

This beef poutine I got was huge! Was also delicious. I went there late and service was quick and friendly and would go back again for sure.

I used to go to several 3 Brothers locations, and since 2018-19, the quality has slowly declined. The meat has become drier, and the potatoes and toppings less fresh.

Ive tried this Shawarma place a bunch of times. Everytime, I ordered something different and noticed that their poutine is not that great; however, the chicken or beef pita/platter is not bad.

Got a poutine and it the fries were undercooked.

The poutine is too salty, the meat tastes terrible and looks stale. Additionally, a worrying aspect of my visit was the lack of hygiene observed in the kitchen. None of the employees wore gloves, masks or nets to protect the food.

One of the guys who works there insulted me in Arabic knowing that I didnt understand this language, it was just afterwards that my friend pointed this out to me. I find it serious to talk behind customers backs. I do not recommend this restaurant

I gave them a 2 because... Although they were nice, and the food did taste good, they stuffed the salad bowls... When i went to reheat my chicken only... It was popping in the microwave like popcorn & actually had sparks, and later my body did not agree w the food overall... Not sure what is in that chicken... Probably the best shawarma on/near campus. 10/10 would recommend their plates. Update: Still one of the best Shawarma places on campus but the poutine is inconsistent from my experience over the years. Either you get an amazing poutine or the worst thing ever. Beyond that, Osmows is better if youre willing to go beyond Rideau for a late night shawarma or plate. Vegetarian options: Theyve got falafel for vegetarians

Amazing shawarma place where youll get your moneys worth for the portions. Just enough options so that youll be sure to find something that youd like. The pouting especially is quite a bit even for the small so do have an appetite if youre going for those(: Awesome customer service as well and the wait time for your order is quick!

I got into it because it costs less than S.P. but I have been hunched over all day as it feels like my insides are on fire. Had to go home from work because all I can do is sit on the toilet.

I went to get 2 poutines today. 1) the poutine: soggy fries, no cheese curds, asked for extra gravy but the person working there decided to fill it with chicken before putting any cheese curds and gravy. When asked to top it up with gravy, he said too full now 2) the person working there was extremely rude, did not wear a mask. When asked him to please make fries extra crispy (after being considerate of the fact that I m the only customer, I could request to make it extra crispy, he said I m too tired and MICROWAVED the POUTINE. I m very disappointed.

I have been coming to this place since 2012. I went yesterday and I was disappointed with the quality of the food.

I got a poutine yesterday. It was overcooked and went directly to the garbage! The staff didn t wear gloves while preparing my wraps and even after I asked him why he has no gloves, he said he washes his hands regularly! I never go there anymore as there is serious health concerns with this restaurant!

Only 1 employee working last Friday ~6:30. Quickly got my sandwiches and it tasted great - as always. Didnt get your name but props to you working alone on a Friday and rocking it, you were great.

I ordered chicken on the rocks yesterday and it was the most disgusting thing. Rice was okay but the sauce did not match the rice well, and too much sauce was used. Chicken was under seasoned and had no flavour. They are quite stingy on sauces but their portion size for the rice was good. Cost me 12 dollars which was an okay price but not worth it for their weird taste. Osmows is much better. I will say they are fast and will serve you quick, and the other things on the menu like the pita sandwich isn t bad but again, they charge extra for sauces which is so unfair. I don t reccomend this place to anyone unless you are buying pizza and wings which are good there.

The guys who work at this place dont make good poutines they make their discovery it doesnt taste like poutine either I dont understand their problem I gave them 4 times of luck but they always give the same weak poutine quality it started since the start of COVID

The operating hour is completely wrong as suggested in their google map. It might be due to the Covid situation. But they have updated their hours. It costed me two days to grab the proper time. I would request you guys to update your time. Otherwise people will be in stress. Other than that, I love their quality of food. Its cheap compared to other stores. The quantity is good.
