Great customer service

Ive been to Boston Pizza near my place. This Boston Pizza Is good. The food it good 10/10. I do want to come back and try something different. The only one probably is the temperature was cold but thats OK I was a little cold. Thats OK the place was good.

Food at this location is excellent. Had a Boston brute with a cream of broccoli soup.

Amazing food, very generous with their portions! Friendly staff, always checking in making sure everything is good. Chef Nahim is one of a kind, very generous and thoughtful!

Great experience! Fixed an mis-ordered meal (our fault)! Was not expecting that level of service! From out of town, would not hesitate to come back again! (Better than the BP back home in Kamloops!)

In fall 2024 2-25 you plan taking two kids and ask for a kids meal, something for the adult, expect small portions, and an 80$ invoice. smelly leaking not working restrooms, plumbing nor soap dispenser. Antiquated seats. fries were good but you get so few of them you need to add another order, another 10$, it is more like a mini fries at MacDonalds at twice the cost.and McD is high. Main portions have shrunk past 5 years. Some meats are frozen then heated, and considering a recent Baton Rouge experience, same price similar menu, the quality difference is light years. In Baton Rouge s favour, and more so in terms of price vs quantity and quality. Baton Rouge is 30% less and fresh quality! Based on what happened in Quebec, and what I see at Boston Pizza, this restaurant either gets a quality change and makeover uplift, or it SHOULD SHUT DOWN. It should go out of business as a failure it is. It is a bad antiquated falling apart place with high prices and small portions, poor quality, billing way higher than high end restaurants.

Nice bar/ restaurant, they have your pizzas and meals on the restaurant side and the bar has lots TVs with lots sports.

It was our second time at this location and they did not disappoint. Very friendly staff, great service, great ambience and delicious food. We were greeted by the Manager & the first thing he reminded us of was the promotion kids eat free in September. I read some reviews from people saying that other locations were not informing of the promo and they had paid full price for their kids meals . Unfortunately we live a bit far from this BP location or else we would come more frequently.

I recommend this restaurant especially to Poles, very tasty food, nice service and a nice manager who speaks Polish. I was very pleasantly surprised by the service and the quality of the dishes. I recommend

I was served by the manager Adrian who is the most vibrant, handsome gentleman ever to hand me a glass of wine. If you want to feel genuinely taken care of, come here and hope you meet him. Excellent service, we were served in both French and English by the excellent waitress called Jasmine ( my parents are from Gatineau). The food was great with great size and the restaurant is clean with plenty of tv for those who wants to watch sports. Dietary restrictions: My grandmother is highly intolerant to gluten and our waitress Jasmine was really kind and attentive to the menu to make sure she can eat safely.

Really happy being served by Wade today! Very friendly and understanding of what we wanted without even needing to ask.

Holy shit, some of the best Boston pizza my mouth has ever had the pleasure of knowing. I m a Boston pizza connoisseur myself and I think all boston pizzas are pretty good. But god damn this one takes the cake. My special friend suggested this location to me saying that this location specifically always hits and oh man was he right. We ordered skip and it was still absolutely phenomenal even after a 20 min delivery trip. Moral of the story, get ur pizza fix from here. Tell them Ola sent you.

I love this Boston pizza and service is always good but lately when I visited twice I have gotten a very intimidating server and if by any chance you order something wrong by mistake he gets really worked up. And I m a bit hesitant to ask for stuff when he s working. I m sorry but it really bothers me because I try to be as polite as possible because I work in food industry and I understand as well.

Very good service shoutout Dan the man!

Me and my friend came in and there was no one at the front for a few minutes and a waitress facing against us on her phone . Finally a nice lady came to sit us but a random man took over and we were a bit confused on who to follow for a second but we saw it was not busy at all so we asked if we could sit in a booth and he put us on the bar side in a half booth which we both couldn t sit comfortably in. We waited a very long time before being given waters and our drink orders taken and waiters were nowhere to be found on the bar side. The food did come quick but not from our waiter from the nice lady. The food was good but we had to ask for napkins and ketchup because there was none given. We didn t have someone check up on us until I finished my food and me and my friend were fully out of water. We asked for more water and some napkins which the waiter did bring which we appreciated but we had to wait sooo long before seeing the waiter again. If it was busy i would understand but it was almost dead barely any customers and many waiters just in the back or other side. When me and my friend were ready to pay and leave we waited more than 30min and when we finally saw him talk to other customers I had to make eye contact with him to show that we were done our food and ready for the bill. He said okay sounds good and proceeded to take ANOTHER 30min before bringing our reicepts and cardboard box for my friends leftover fries. There was a lot of servers but they were all in the back or on the other side of the restaurant mostly talking to each other or on their phones from what we saw before getting seated. To conclude, I was heavily dissatisfied with the customer service and will not be returning to this location.

This location is awesome and amazing on uber eats. I just spoke with a manager Adrian. I am allergic to pork so I was asking about the meatballs and bolognese and sauces. Was guaranteed they are ALL BEEF! Was very impressed he took the time to put me on hold and verified with the kitchen. Also I mentioned I am an NFL football fan and he told me that the sports bar has all games every Sunday and will play the volume!! That has me sold on visiting this location soon. This is the worst Boston Pizza in all of Ottawa ! The food is plain, they mix up orders, the service takes forever and weve been here 3-4 times and regretted it everytime !

We had a large group of 55 and the service was amazing. All orders came out seamlessly and food was wonderful. Thank you Adrian and staff for being accommodating and providing amazing service.

Short trip to Ottawa for 2 days. Boston pizza 4 minutes from our hotel. Good pizza with our 3 teenagers and us a good cold beer on tap. Im not bilingual but I get by. We managed to understand each other well. Server didnt speak too fast so it was perfect. We had a great time!

I usually leave BP locations 5 stars when asked to give a review. But the service at this location was the worst that Ive seen. I stopped by on Thursday night, August 15, after getting dinner in another location. Just wanted to get an iced tea as I was getting ready for a meeting. The waiter by the bar area, Daniel M, provided the worst service Ive seen. Ive been to many BPs around the country as I travel often. He handed cash from other customers and rushed to make my drink without any handwashing practice, right after handling cash. Itd still be ok if he didnt put anything inside my drink but he put in a straw right inside my drink with dirty hands. I wasnt comfortable with that and mostly waited for someone to come by and check up on me, such as to offer a refill But no one did. Then I just paid and left for my next meeting. It was a disgrace. We brought a group of about 50 cadets and staff to this location for dinner and were very pleased with the service! We arranged to place orders ahead of time and within a couple minutes of sitting down the food was coming out! The environment of the restaurant was inviting and clean and the service from both serving staff and management was excellent. Would definitely visit again and would recommend!

Disappointing. Got seated right away by the front door staff, around 6 pm and waited for 15 minutes but nobody showed up to take our orders or even to simply say anything. So we left. They didnt seem that busy, they were wiping the tables clean behind us and fully saw us but completely ignored.

We went in the afternoon of Saturday, I had the cauliflower dough pizza. They have an extensive gluten free menu. Impressive.

Literally the best customer service weve had in years if not our entire lives lol. Like to the point where we have renewed hope for humanity. Theres above and beyond but that kinda undersells it, its really, really nice to find a place that would go the extra mile for their customers in this day and age. The food is amazing and we got a really good deal on it, it was ready for us very quickly and they followed the instructions perfectly. Would come here again and again 1000/10!!

Poor experience at this BP location. Pizza was served warm/almost cold to us, and the seating is terrible at the back of the bar near the doors - it was colder during the time we went and the draft came in and made the atmosphere unpleasant. Will not come back here and definitely do not recommend to friends and family. Avoid.

We had a reservation of 70 people and the service was super fast and incredibly courteous Kid-friendliness: This was for a hockey reservation and we had 20 children. They handled it extremely well!

The food was great! The big dipper sandwich was very flavorful and good tasting. The chicken club sandwich was excellent as well.

Always love coming to our Favourite Boston Pizza location here on St Laurent blvd in Ottawa. We love coming after a long days work with our children, the staff always goes above and beyond. Colouring pages and crayons for the kids, a great variety of food options for them and us! It s a great atmosphere, it s welcoming, the smell of the food is mouth watering! Been coming to Boston Pizza (St. Laurent) for multiple years now, every Wednesday with my son for our pizza night. Staff is always super welcoming, friendly, and after a while start to know my order!! Food, well pizza is always perfect, wings are excellent, drinks for kiddo are non stop, and as expected the beer is cold. I always enjoy my meals and time here and intend to keep coming back. 42 out of 5 stars. Meagan is the BEST!

The food and service was excellent .

We ordered the seven cheese baked ravioli, halftime square footer, brownie, and chocolate explosion cake for take out. The ravioli was great, but the halftime square footer was disappointing (particularly the pizza half, it tasted like cardboard). We also ordered 2 brownies but only got 1, and the chocolate explosion cake had disintegrated by the time we picked it up. The service at the restaurant was very good. There was some trouble processing a gift card on the machine, but they were patient and the guy (possibly manager?) was very helpful and polite. Overall disappointed, and glad we used a gift card.

Food was very bland. Service was ok. No salt or pepper offered. Was not offered parmesan for my pasta.

The Manager and staff at Boston Pizza were nothing less than amazing with our basketball team. We lost our reservations at another restaurant and called BP at 930pm on a Saturday night and they accommodated 30 of us. The moment we walked in the door the Manager was there to greet us and seat us. He was extremely pleasant and wanting to ensure we were met with the best services. Our server was attentive and even through all the chaos kept patient and professional We couldn t have asked for a better experience We met the owner who continued to check on us throughout the night. I must say, I was extremely impressed! Thank you BP for taking us on so last minute on a very busy night.

Horrible Horrible food. Got the burger and fries. All you could smell and taste the frozen food. The fries were white and no taste, also can taste and smell the frozenI even put a lot of salt and pepper and still was horrible. I couldnt finish my food. Beer was the only good part of my meal. I took the leftover home and see if my lil guys would eat it, they eat EVERYTHING. NOPE NOPE not even, that showed me I was right. They LOVE TO EAT, not the food I brought hm to them. YUK YUK NASTY. Will never eat at any Boston pizza again. Go back to the USA. ot of Boston Pizza has gone under, hope they all leave OTTAWA. PLEASE PLEASE

I LOVE this location, atmosphere and staff! Nahim, Nabil, Cynthia, Dan, Jenna, Adrien and the kitchen and other serving staff are wonderful! They remember us, take care of us, have a great sense of humour and make our time light-hearted and easy. St Laurent BP is amazing! Definitely not impressed with their service or their food. The location overall is spacious but was dusty and didnt look like it received a lot of love. The food was worst, very large quantity but had no taste whatsoever. We were there for lunch, it was not too busy, so I wouldnt want to eat here when it is busy. I had the Jambalaya pasta. Will not go to this place again.
