Very friendly staff. Clean, and the food was hot and amazing tasting.

I ordered a large pizza and and a regular ceaser salade ... I hadnt eaten in this restaurant since probably 8 years .. first, it wasnt a pizza, second, the fake bacon and lettuce ....and packaged croutons was disgusting ... I will never eat here again...the reason I ordered salade was because I had enjoyed garden salade .... I do not recommend going to this place ..costing ... $80 for puzza, salade and two drinks ..and a tip

Had the gluten free pizza, which was baked to perfection, and had generous amounts of toppings. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza has a cauliflower crust, was fluffy, and baked perfectly. Only comes in personal size.

Fully renovated and awesome looking locations. Food is super fresh and upto the standards. The new owners are very friendly and exite to serve the guest with the highest standards. Best Boston Pizza ever visited. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! CHEERS!!

We love Boston Pizza, and visit it always on our trips. With this one we had some weird experience. Service was very good: fast, clear, no mistakes. But the food was (Id say) weird or unusual. Small portions (in comparison with other BPs), French Onion Soup was bitter (I love it and take it everywhere I can). Also they wanted to charge us extra for mayonnaise?! When I come to Ottawa again, Ill go to another BP.

We went on a Sunday around 6 and for most of our meal we were the only people in the restaurant. The server was very nice, although when we arrived I think the owner was there to great us ( someone not in uniform) and she just pointed to our table rather than walk us over- which left us a bit confused on which table was ours since we reserved. Our kids got the cotton candy drink, it was no where close to the colour advertised and after trying a sip it tasted like slightly sweet milk. My older son was Definitely disappointed. But kids meals are free in the month of September so we werent too upset. The fries that came with the kids meals were not cooked long enough and cold when they arrived. But the kids enjoyed their main meal Everyone else at the table enjoyed their pizzas. I got the nachos and the cheese wasnt melted, the peppers and tomatoes were cold and clearly thrown on after it was cooked, and there was next to no chicken on it. And my pepsi was crazily watered down and tasted nothing like pepsi We were there for a birthday and they gave my daughter a free brownie with ice cream and sang her a song which she loved, and all the servers were happy to do it Considering the kids meals were free it was an okay meal for the price. I definitely dont see this location staying open for much longer, if you want boston pizza I suggest one of the other locations

I ordered for takeout but changed my mind after arriving at this place, Owner and staff happily welcomed us to use their patio. Their food specially the brownie with vanilla ice cream was too good and their excellent customer service complemented it. Every time I visit Ottawa, I meet excellent people. The only suggestion: when searching online for Boston Pizza near me or just pizza places near me, the search result only shows one Boston Pizza that is on Quebec side. Maybe just a technical glitch.

Amazing service. I surprised the kids with a dinner out, I ended up ordering the Oven baked Shrimp Alfredo but read the description wrong and couldnt eat the dish, as I dont like tomatoes and the dish is made with cherry tomatoes. I tried picking them out and eating the dish but the juices covered the dish. They offered to make me a whole new dish even though, I didnt ask or return the plate. Outstanding server and management; highly recommend this location hands down. The kids said 10 star restaurant and want to come back again.

So glad Boston Pizza is serving halal food. Really loved their fettuccine alfredo and of course their chicken wings! Really delicious late night treat to enjoy. Loved the staff, exceptional service and will be back soon.

I m not sure how to put everything into words. However myself and my colleagues have been coming here since it reopened. Servers are wonderful, but that leads me to this difficult part after having a very in-depth conversation with my server I learnt the owners are married that s awesome, what s not awesome is the abuse the wife endured verbally and emotionally each time we are in. The altercations can be heard into the dinning area. We have numerous times during the day or the evening witnessed the owner/manager belittle and degrade servers and customers from deep degrees of aggression, and name calling in a profanity manner. We are a bunch of construction dudes who are flabbergasted by this situation. Now the more flooring concern is that the abuse is directed at white females/ white customers, which makes me question the level of discrimination and racism this owner has. We go outside to smoke and we occasionally chat with the servers out there as well, who can be seen in tears and trying to pull it together before going back in, they also have the same feelings. Boston pizza we have travelled the entire city for years eating, watching games, having drinks, celebrating bdays. Never have I ever witnessed anything so disgusting and disturbing. Your man abusing women. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. This is not the first time I have thought to myself someone needs to call the authorities. The behaviour in this establishment is a disgrace. It s also a huge concern when can be heard yelling in your language to what I would imagine would be your cooks in the back. I have recorded this twice: but we will now find some where else to eat. We don t support abuse, or racism at all.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Boston Pizza Conroy! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was exceptional we tried the BBQ Chicken Pizza and the ravioli pasta, and both were delicious. The pizza had the perfect balance of flavors and a crispy crust, while the pasta was rich and comforting. We also enjoyed their wide selection of beverages, which complemented the meal perfectly. PLEASE READ BEFORE COMING TO THIS RESTAURANT!!!! I have never had an issue with any restaurant in my LIFE but today was one of the most upsetting experiences I have ever had. I went to the Boston pizza on 2980 Conroy road ( this location) to watch the Stanley cup game, we were seated and at first we had the manager as our server. We ordered and everything seemed fine, unit our food came out, our food was served at different times, 4 out of the 6 people there got their food we ordered around 9:00pm at 9:20pm. Our last two people were waiting for their food until 10:15pm they ordered the game time pizza, the game was almost over by this point. The manager came around and gave us two coupons for a different meal for another time, and left. When it become time to pay our bills we now had a new server who re took all of our orders, we asked if the ONE pizza that had been served 1h and 15 mins late could be compincated, and after that we had three other people hands us new bills, not with the correct food/drinks on them. When the manager finally came around again at 11:10pm I said I felt it was insulting to only take 7 dollars off the pizza, where he then started to become agressive. At this point I asked him to just get out bills so we can pay and said he refused to lower the price for the pizza any further. We asked if we could use the coupon he gave us an hour prior for one of our individual pizzas sizes as it was what the coupon was for, and he took the coupon and ripped it up in our faces. When he came back he got even more aggressive, he proceeded to called me a B****, and said if this is the game I wanted to play he ll call the cops if we refuse to pay (which we never refused ONCE) he became more aggressive and I then proceeded to record where he said it is lovey to call customers B****s he had his fingers in my face and was leaning over our table to yell at us and threaten us, I asked him over 5 times to please step away form me and he refused and continued. Not to mention anytime I tried to explain what we were trying to communicate he would cut me off. I was very shaken up by all of this, we were seated at 8:15 and did not leave the restaurant until 11:40. I have most of the interaction recorded on video for evidence and I am shocked that the owner of this specific establishment gave us the same respect as their verbally assaultive manager. I understand it can be stressful in the fast food industry but there is a correct way to handle any sort of customer interaction or situation. And this was truly upsetting. After reading other reviews it s now apparent why he told me to leave a review and see if he cares I am still shaking over this and feel this should be addressed with the hiring team in being a bit more thurrow with how employees are trained for customer service work.

I was also there for Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final on Monday June 24th with my wife. There is another post here by a young lady in a party of 6. And yes I did see the manager become threatening to that party and hear him call one of the young ladies a B***H. I could not believe that. I mean is that how you treat your customers? TOTALLY TOTALLY unjustified. I could hear the group say they did not want anything compd and repeatedly willing to pay for what was fair. And I agree with that. I come her often enough since I live nearby and thought it was great since re-opening. I was there in March on the Bar side when there were only 6 people in there besides myself and my work colleague. There were 2 gentleman seated near the bar and were told to keep the noise down although they did not seem audible at all to anyone. I mean there was no one in the place and they were being told to keep quiet? I think the verbal abuse on a lady was the final straw for me. I usually think complaints are bogus but not this one. Im still bothered that a manager (or whomever that was) would use abusive language on a patron, let alone a woman. I originally wasnt going to say anything but 2 days later and it still bothers me. I wont be back to this location, or possibly Boston Pizza. Ever. Philip K Elliott

Went to this Boston pizza location Sunday night (June 30th) with a group of friends (6-7 people). We ordered drinks and appetizers The restaurant was decently busy for 9pm on a Sunday. It looked to be like the bartender was the only server in the whole restaurant, running around to 7+ other tables so we were very understanding of that especially because we all also work in the restaurant industry. However, we all had the worst collective experience due to the poor customer service. The bartender (Frances M) proceeded to pass very rude comments and remarks towards us, I am not sure if this is her standard form of communication for all her tables but she needs to learn how to speak politely to guests and to tone down the sarcastic attitude because it came off straight bit**y. Many of her comments included grab a chair it s not like i m busy and then don t when my one friend states that he didn t want to be a pain when he asked for a sauce to be taken off his bill since the sauce was not given until he had finished his food (what was he going to use the sauce for at that point?? to drink it?). She took it off the bill thankfully but the rude remarks were unnecessary. I can understand being busy but it doesn t excuse being passive aggressive. The atmosphere was also freezing cold once our food came out, it felt like they were intentionally trying to ice us out to get us to leave. Don t recommend coming here especially the bar side.

It s a Boston pizza you get what you expect. No complaints here. Nothing special the pizzas are decent if you don t stick to traditional styles.

This place is awesome. I bought two pizzas today went home and realized there s some ingredients that we can not eat. I called the restaurant and the lady told me to be the pizza they will exchange it for me. Such incredible customer service I brought the Pizza, the manager was there with nice smile . I started to apologize and He just said that s fine don t worry. And He went through their whole menu with me. I really appreciate that and recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat great pizza with excellent customer service

We were delighted with our experience there yesterday. We celebrated our mother s 103rd birthday with about 30 people. The owners surprised us and had her space decorated with balloons and even gave her a gift because this was such a special birthday. Our server, Fran actually ran the whole time we were there. If you want to eat in a place that makes you feel like they care this is it. Welcome to these new owners and we wish you great success!

Im happy to know that this place offers halal options. We initially ordered halal wings, but they were unavailable. However, the owner, Raja, went above and beyond to meet our needs and find an alternative for us. Our waitress, Celeste, was also exceptionally kind. Despite the initial hiccup, the overall experience was fantastic, and well definitely be returning because of the excellent customer service. Vegetarian options: Pizza, pasta. Dietary restrictions: Halal, vegetarian options. Kid-friendliness: Kid menu available.

Went to celebrate Father s Day with my family. Had a reservation for 6. Didn t get drinks until 7. Didn t get food until 8pm. Had to get everything in to-go bins by the time everything was prepared because we needed to get our kid home to bed. Very disappointed. Poorly run establishment.

Reopened under new ownership. Renovated. Great place for lunch. Never too busy and pretty good specials. Tuesday pasta deal is an excellent offer.

Restaurant looked nice with the renovations, Our table was filthy and so were the menus, Then once the owner brought us crayons for my daughter, I noticed afterwards there was a screw inside the container I brought it to her attention right sway how could this even happen???? a huge safety issue and carelessness on staffs part for young children, She excused it on some other server, I mentioned if this was swallowed by my daughter, There would be a lawsuit against them and that they should be a lot more responsible that it was a careless act on the staffs behalf she seemed very stuned and didnt have much to say I was not compensated on any level It was my first and last visit.

Went for lunch. The entrance on Conroy was closed and we had to circle around the back of Tims with no signage so almost didnt go. Honestly, wouldnt have missed much. I ordered the individual lunch special, the Meateor for a Wednesday. It was pretty good but I also ordered garlic fries which never came. Fortunately, I also wasnt charged for them. I also had a glass of water which was delicious! TL;DR: Not worth the stop unless youre in the area with no other options.

I had a young gentleman named Mark as my wonderful server and I couldn t have asked for a better dining experience! My gluten free friend was immediately accommodated and Mark personally assured she had a great wings, yum!

The food wasn t great , the server was good, the kitchen was very slow and some of our food arrived cold. The jambalaya had barely no protein at all and was cold. I had chicken tenders which came with less than an ounce of dipping sauce, when I asked for more was charged almost $3 for another one. The chicken in the pecan chicken salad was like rubber. When another person with us who ordered the the beef dip asked for gravy for her fries it came in a container less than one oz and was charged $1.50 for it. There were approx 10 patrons in the whole place at lunch time. We asked to speak to the manager and was told they were in a closed door meeting. Well Boston Pizza Conroy Rd you ve just lost 4 customers who live in the area!

Ordered pizza twice from Uber. Both times the pizza was undercooked and honestly sloppy. Compared to the Hunt Club location, the food here is a joke. On top of that, I got a salad instead of a garlic dip that I ordered. Not sure why theyre hiring people who cant read. Based on the other reviews here, management is clearly to blame. Ownership needs to change things up or theyll be closed again in no time. Avoid this place.

We ordered via Skip today. With fees it was 85$ which is fine. The quality of food was horrible. The Caesar salad with chicken? Came with 3.5 pieces of chicken. The burger I ordered? Came with 18 fries - 18!!! The bun was old and breaking apart. You should be ashamed of sending this food out the door. Will NEVER ever order from here again. We could have gotten a better meal from McDonalds for 30$. This is brutal how you can send this quality out the door and taking peoples hard earned money. Brutal.

Went back to BP Friday night and it was great as usual. I think they make the best nachos of any restaurant in the Ottawa area. Just amazing. Our server was running off her feat still was fantastic. Service was tip top! My sister had to run but the rest of us sat and chatted in the booth for another 15 minutes and they didnt seem to mind! Thanks again.

My wife and I had a pizza for 2, a garden salad, and dessert. The pizza was delicious as well as the rest of the meal, the waitress was very polite, attentive, and very knowledgeable of what they have on the menu. Our waitresses name was Shay.we are coming back Saturday night February 24th.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. GO TO ANOTHER BP. This place just reopened with new management and honestly they shouldve just stayed closed. My family and I waited over an hour and still did not get any food! Our waitress didn t even bother to update us or check in simply to bring us even more water. Brought this up with the manager and all he did was apologize and then walk away with a smirk on his face. when I confronted him he offered us dessert like what?? You couldn t even serve us our main meals. The customer service (or lack thereof) was embarrassing. Pretty sure the lady with blonde hair is on heavy drugs as she couldn t even compose herself to hold a tray with glasses. Just go elsewhere.

I tried to order from this restaurant through UberEats but it was a bad experience. I was assigned 3 different delivery drivers and none of them could pickup so it ended up being cancelled.

What a fantastic experience and a very family-friendly place. We were very pleasantly served by a young and enthusiastic girl, Lana, with a pretty smile at all times. Even the owner, Mr. Raja, took personal care of us. Still, some interior decorating work was ongoing but very well-decorated. The pizza was finger-liking and delicious, too. Next time, we will experience the bar side, but we are hooked up to this family-oriented place. Keep it up.

Had dinner with a group (4 adults - 3 children). My food arrived 15 minutes after everyone else. When my food did finally come it was missing items (the big dipper - was missing onion rings). I do not recommend this location. No offer was made to compensate on the bill, nor did I ask. I just wont be back.

Great improvements since reopening. Restaurant has been updated. Food was good quality (freshness) and consistent in taste for the chain. This was not the case when we last visited before the closure. We had a table of 3 and walked right in at around 515. There was ample space for large parties when we were sat. We will definiltey be back!

This location opened again and the ambience is a whole new vibe now. Food was amazing. The staff and service were great. 100% recommend visiting this location.

It was a good restaurant while it was open to the public. The Boston Pizza in Conroy has now been closed for over a year, as has the one in the Glebe. Otherwise I would give four stars for the service. The closest restaurant is located on St. Laurent Street, near the STL shopping center. Its a good option.

When I called to place my order, I was very specific in detailing I wanted a baked spaghetti with lots of cheese. Tom, recommend the Smokey Mountain Spaghetti. He said it was one and a half orders of pasta, two huge scoops of Bolegnese sauce and three huge meatballs with Cheddars cheese on top To my surprise, when the order was delivered, yes - there was a large amount of Spaghetti but hardly any sauce and the cheese was almost invisible. Best part of the meal was the garden side salad. Fresh. Full of veggies and just the right amount of dressing ( Italian). Wish I would have ordered a larger size. Not a happy customer.

Worst BP location I have ever had the experience of dining at. Used to be a favourite when we lived in the east coast, but not this location. Awful! For reference, the next closest location is on Hunt Club Rd and they are very very good.

I ordered 4 meals from Boston Pizza on Conroy and when I got home the order was missing one meal. When I called the restaurant to inquire about the missing burger I was offered either a store credit or the other option was for me to drive back and pick up the rest of my order that was already paid for without any compensation for my trouble! A restaurant this big should have a system in place to ensure orders are complete when being handed to the customer. On top of that the ravioli was dry with hardly any taste. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from there again.

I would have given it higher but I feel like they don t care that much so why would I, I understand that mistakes do happen but then a dish had 4 things in it it would be nice to have them. I would have been happy if they brought it to me and I add it in myself but I was told I would get a discount, I was ok so when I get the bill of 84$ and get a discount of $3.39 it would have been better to just have a sorry and that s it more like a slap in the face by a manager that didn t even come check on the table.

Tasty! Very quick service! Lot of options in the menu

Service is okay at best, food is consistently decent/good. Fried wings are amazing, Nachos is hit or miss depending on whos cooking in the back. They come out skimy, cheese wise sometimes. Other than that one of the yummier places in Clarence-Rockland

Update from 5 years ago. I gave a 3 back then, but now theyre a 5. We ordered salad, nachos, pasta, and 2 sandwhiches. Everything was good. Theyve improved their items during the pandemic. We ubered our meal, nothing was missing, and it was hot when it arrived.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is perfect and restaurant and washrooms are always clean. Food and drinks are delicious every time.

Good food, good speed and great service. Nice little outdoor area to sit and enjoy the sun while you eat.

I dont recommend anyone coming to this location. I used to be a consistent customer in the past but not anymore due to bad practices by the waiters. On one of my last times there I noticed an extra surcharge added and they tried to put it under my nose. When I asked the waiter What is this cost for? the waiter lied saying that I was made aware about the charge and that I agreed to it which was a 100% lie. The food is okay and I used to tip there often but now I leave my service to another place and I would recommend you do the same

Service was horrible and very slow. Ordered water and drinks soon as the waiter came but took forever. Went up to the bar to get a pitcher of water and some glasses the bar tender rudely replied Your waiter will bring it to you go have a seat at your table and when they are free they will come. We are very buisy. What kind of service is this? You rudely tell me to sit back down and you cant provide water like this is horrible

The food was horrible. The jambalaya fettuccine and parmesan shrimp Alfredo was horrible. The shrimp in both meals we cocktail shrimp and together both meals had about eight shrimp. The sauces were from a bottle and my husband forced himself to eat the meal. I took two mouthful and it was enough. It was my husbands birthday and it was his choice of restaurant. Ill never go back to another Boston pizza restaurant.

Fast friendly excellent service

Food and everything was good, except they made us sit in Bar section and watch UFC fight even though we wanted to sit on other side to avoid watching fight with our 2.5year son. Reason staff shortage . I get it , it s your game night and business strategy but why can t your server serve on the other part of your restaurant which inside the same place. I have doubts if this place is good for families with kids??? I shared my experience with our server but still want to make sure management is aware. Thanks

Well - I should have known better than to buy a burger at a pizza place. I have never had any issues with their other food but this was pretty bad. I was given two hockey pucks and the worst part was when I said something the bartender/server goes well you ate half of it, it couldnt have been that bad... which is just bad customer service Tasted frozen - manager who decided to come over to chat about things assured me they werent (they were...) and he said they are precooked (....gross) and re-heated to order (like a fast food place...). Got 15% off a meal I half ate. Never ordering it again, would consider returning as other menu items are great. Stay clear of the burger....

I work close by Boston Pizza. Every business meeting I always invite my business associates to Boston Pizza for have lunch. Every time, great food, great services. So far, I dont have any complain.

I loved it. Great service and delicious food. Try the special club sandwich.

Overpriced pizza, pineapple was not staying on pizza. Not the best.

We were a bit disappointed in our meals, our Chippers, ( appetizers), tasted like plain chips, not much taste at all, our main meal was still great though.

Absolutely awful customer service. When I called to tell them an item was missing they blamed everything on uber and on top of that, management hung up on me. Once a favourite, but will never be ordering from here again.

Boston Pizza on 2980 Conroy road is a nice place to get great quality food at a good price. There are two sections in this restaurant, a dine in and a sports bar dine in. I prefer going to the sports bar area to watch games on their Multi-TV satellite system. You can feel it is a true sports bar by the sports parafinalial tastefully decorated in the bar and you can even hear the game playing when inside the bathroom. This Boston Pizza has special game nights when the Sens, UFC and the NFL plays. There is a great atmosphere , prizes and specials. The food goes well beyond that from other big franchise pizza places. The food is delicous from their special salads, pizzas and wings. It all goes down great with their ice cold mugs of draft beer. The staff are friendly, service is quick, great atmosphere, what else could you want. Give it a try and you will come back again. Things have changed due to covid so it is best to call to see what is available. Even if the bar is closed, the food is very good and you can still enjoy their take out or delivery options. I am learning to use social media so I would appreciate it if you give me a thumbs up if you like my review, photos or videos. That feedback can help me improve in the future. Update 14/2/2021: The owner stepped in to resolve in commendable fashion, thank you Cam! Update 13/2/2021: Ordered their heart shaped pizza online and received round pizza. The website states that all small and medium pizzas will be heart shaped on the 13th and 14th but when I reported the wrong shape was made, I got the most convoluted non-answer implying I had to request it. Does this sound petty? Maybe, but this is by far the most expensive pizza in town, so the novelty of a heart shaped made the price palatable. I should have been offered a do over and after 10+ years of frequent patronage at the Conroy location, this is the first time I was not offered a solution. Disappointed! =================== Good service, predictable menu.

Good Food, Courteous Service & Very Clean

OMG I had the smokey mountain meatballs again yesterday and it is the best dish anywhere. If you are hungry you cant beat this. Tons of spaghetti and the meatballs are epic. The owner is fantastic and has a tremendous attitude and personally. Tough times right now but cant wait to grace this establishment again when possible.

We put our name on the waitlist and waited in the parking lot to be called. We didn t receive a call after about 50 minutes so I decided to call back and ask how much longer the wait would be approximately. The hostess asked what my name and phone number was and looked at the list and said they called me. I never received a call. If I had, I wouldn t be calling back asking for a timeline on the wait. I explained that I never received a call but all she said was they call once and if you don t show up your table was given to the next group and we would have to wait another 20 minutes for a table. We left to go to Merivale and were seated right away.

Service was fantastic and pretty much the only reason this place gets stars from me. Our server was so good I wish she found somewhere deserving of her skills. This place is a little run down. Bathrooms felt & smelled more like something out of a dirty club. Food was okay for a franchise. Oh - husband and I both had mad heartburn after the pizza. We were just looking for something quick with the kid and we definitely will keep looking next time.

Service and food was great! The spinach dip is so good! I always try and order it when Im there! The pizza I ordered was delicious and unique! They had found a lost item and called me to see if it was mine or one of the party I was with!

Found this location this week and couldn t have been more pleasantly surprised. Everything we ordered was delicious and the service was incredible , probably the best weve had in years. Fast, warm, funny waitress went above and beyond to make the experience great for us. She even brought our son out of his shell and that is a hard thing to do! Only downside hes now asking us to call him sir!
