The worst Gabriel s pizza I ve ever had today between 5-5:30pm

Medium pizzas are the size of a small...Dough and ingredients were fine but cheese was awful.. Never again.

When calling in we were told that the wait would be 25 minutes for two pizzas and wings, and after arriving to pick up the pizzas we waited over 25 more minutes to receive the pizza. Once we arrived home, the pizzas were two different temperatures making it clear that they were made at different times. The wings were also cold. Whats worse is we got no explanation or apology even thought its clear that there was some sort of mistake made during preparation. Will not be going back due to this experience.

We ordered 2 medium pizzas and some wings. We were told 25 minute wait. We got there around the 25 minute mark and then waited another 20 minutes for the food. When we finally got it, there was no explanation why there was such a delay. One of the pizzas and the wings were cold when we got home and the other pizza was still hot. Seems like they d forgotten or given away part of our order but didn t explain anything about it. While we waited, more calls were coming in and the were still telling people that it would only be a 25 minute wait. The only reason I m giving any stars is that Gabriel s pizza is good in general but will not be returning to this location. TL;DR 25 min wait was 45 min. Half our order was cold and the other warm. No explanation. Will go to the other location that s an extra 5 min away in the future.

My go to for pizza in the city! staff is always so kind and providing excellent service! They never disappoint! highly recommend!

I went with friends for a birthday party. We had the combo platter, wings and a medium pizza. The food was amazing, was still warm and ready when we arrived too! The staff was super nice to us when we ordered, very kind. Totally would reccomend; friends, family, to anyone! Dietary restrictions: One of my friends is gluten free, lactose intolerant and has many allergies. They maneuvered this perfectly! Not only are many of their items gluten free and lactose intolerant, even their pizzas! We all had something to eat, worry free!

I ordered a large pepperoni. It was burnt looking, smelling and tasting. I didn t like it. I wouldn t get that pizza again. I might try something else down the road, but pizza pizza was better and that s not saying much.

Amazing service, and delicious food! Highly recommend this location, the staff is always so friendly.

The smokin chicken pizza came out pretty bleak in terms of taste. The steak pizza was ok. But for this price, I expected good pizza.

Never disappoints! The prep of the food is always amazing. Even the delivery drivers are so respectful of customer requests. My go to place for when I need a good club sandwich!

We ordered online and noted special instructions for one of our pizzas, before we left we checked to make sure it was what we ordered. After seeing they were not followed, we mentioned that the the person who gave us our pizza, and they told us that leaving notes on the online order will not be read as the chefs don t read them. They told us to call in for special instructions which is specifically what we avoided since there is always a huge language barrier and ordering takes too long over the phone. Extremely disappointed with this location, last time they burnt my pizza and when I complained they told me that s how u make pizza and I didn t know what I was talking about. Would not recommend visiting this location.

Ordered a small deluxe (which is what I usually order). The thing was so small I thought they sent me some new mini size, and while there is usually lots of toppings, this thing barely had anything on it! What is this? Are you participating in shrinkflation also??? This thing cost me over $28 with delivery and tip! So disappointed! GuessI will be ordering from someone else in the future.

Terrible experience. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza over the phone at 17:28 for a total of 19,21$ and was told that it would be ready for pick up in 20-25 minutes. We live nearby so I took my son and drove to pick up our pizza and arrived at the store at approximately 17:50-17:55 expecting our pizza to be ready for pick up. There was a number of people waiting inside to either order or pick up. After waiting for 5 minutes the cashier served me took my debit payment and told me it would be ready soon. I noticed everyone else receive there pick up orders and leave. I even observed 2 people come in and order walk in specials for a large pepperoni pizza to my disappointment for 15,99$ while I was charged more for a medium. Their pizzas where ready before mine even though I ordered mine at 17:28. I stood there patiently waiting for my order with my little boy for 35 minutes with no word from staff on why my order was taking so long before it was finally ready at 18:30. When I asked the cashier if there had been a problem she said the pizza had been in the oven. I mentioned I had been waiting for 35 minutes and the cashier said she wasnt sure what the problem was even though she had been the one who took the order over the phone, served me when I had entered the store and then finally brought my pizza after I sat there for 35 minutes with my son waiting. The staff could have approached me to say there had been a mistake or apologized for the wait and admitted to making a mistake or offered a discount either after they realized what had happened or at the very least when they finally brought the pizza instead of telling me it had been in the oven. We usually make our own pizzas at home which take aprox. 15 minutes to bake in a oven at 450 degrees that are just as good if not better than Gabriels. This is our first time ordering a pizza from that Gabriels location in a few years. We will not be going back there in the future.

This location has been very consistent and the pizza is cooked perfectly. They have been pretty quick at preparing the pizza.

I always enjoy Gabriel Pizza huge slices and always great quality. Service was decent.

I ve had both great and not so great pizzas from this location. The not so great pizzas I ve had were below Gabriel Pizza standards, lacking ingredients and not so good of a crust. It feels like my pizza was thrown together without much care. Yesterday, I ordered a Hawaiian Cookout which was quite dry, lacking pizza sauce and ruining a much anticipated treat. I feel that takeout pizza is a luxury and more care is needed in it s preparation.

For the 2nd time in a row my order was messed up. First time they forgot about it...2nd time they put the wrong item on each half of a split large. They put pepperoni on my vegetarian half and half of my vegetables on the other half. Im done with this location!!

The Store was clean. Covid safety protocols in place. The pizza was hot and amazing. The crust was so aoft. I hadnt had it that good in a long time. I really enjoyed the wings. Service with a smile always

A+ Number one complaint for most pizza places is the lack of cheese, NOT HERE! Happy with the cheese quantity, and always consistant. Fast, very fresh ingredients, soooooYummy! The staff at Gabriel restaurant on St Josephs are awesome and all the meals on the menu are very good and the portions are excellent. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant with family and friends. You will not be disappointed. Mel, Nancy & family.

Probably one of the friendliest and busiest stores Ive been to. The staff go out of their way to interact with their customers. Coming to Gabriels on Fridays has become tradition. If youre looking for a great deal the walk in special is great!

We ordered a regular crust and got a thin crust that was so hard to cut and chew. This is the second time we have had the wrong pizza from the Waters location. Called customer service and they requested that I send proof (picture) that it was the wrong crust. Sorry dud but there is no trust there. Next time we want take out will think twice about pizza.

By far the best Gabriel s in this city, their pizza is always on point. Cooked just right and they follow instructions perfectly. The staff is also very personable! Love this location, the pizza and staff.

Great Pizza but this whole call center thing is getting a bit out of hand. tried ordering a pizza and wing combo but thats apparently only available online. Usually you can pick either 12 wings or 8-10 boneless bites but thats not an option and call center only has 1 answer. Its only available online. Ordering a pizza shouldnt feel like im ordering from amazon. get rid of the call center. Ordered from Toppers instead tonight.

Pizza not done enough, and one of the two with wrong toppings. Gabriels policy is you have to wait for a replacement (45mins) or else you only get 1/2 the cost as a rebate. So either you pay with your time or your money for a pizza they messed up. Nice, right? Customer service was flippant too... (although those folks arent this specific location). All in all, frustrating and mediocre. Go with River pizza or any other small orleans operation.

Good pizza joint. Love the 9pm special after the kids have exhausted you all day and youre left with nothing but the craving of pizza to bring you back to life.

Its a Friday night tradition in our home to order a large canadian from the 900 waters location and it rarely disappoints. We always pick up on our way home from work as my son loves to go inside and say hello to the pretty pizza ladies as he calls them. The pizza is always cooked on a nice thick crust with generous strips of bacon and pepperoni slices. Their slightly sweet sauce is my favorite. Try it. Youll be hard pressed to find a better tasting pizza in Orleans

The staff at the Trim location is really great. Nice & polite! Were always impressed with how quick everything is made. I love the food but my only complaint, if I had to make one, is that the lasagna has a lot of noodles and not enough cheese and meat. Fantastic pizza place. NOT GLUTEN FREE. The pizza was great, but the whole exploding colon post-pizza was not appreciated. This is the second time this has happened to me with their gluten free pizza. I will not order from them again until their staff are more knowledgeable and until I can trust that their food will not make me sick. Also, I realize that cross-contamination is always a potential in such a facility, but I was very sick; this wasnt just a stray fleck of wheat flour.
