Not sure why paying customers dont have access to a washroom?! Pretty gross. Like I like washing my hands before I eat ... especially downtown. You lost my respect today after more than 2 decades of appreciation.

It was very inappropriate and creepy for your staff to approach me in public!! Please train them not to behave like this as it could be interpreted as harassment when you have no intention of dealing with this business.

The service is very good! The gentleman at reception is friendly and smiling! There are plenty of places to eat on site. The restaurant is spacious!

We order couple Burgers and fries, it took 52 minutes.at the beginning the person did not know how to take the order, then with no considerations to hygiene or using any type of gloves, the person who were cleaning was also part of preparing food too. We were the only customer there. After we took the highly priced food home ,it tasted like everything else except food taste, the fries were bitter because it was old fires and they refried again, never asked what to put on the burgers, they put what they liked , the dry fires was also without any ketchup or anything else. Don t know why such a people should have access to prepare and sale food . No one should ever buy food there even if they are starving.

Gabriel s is lying to its customers. It advertises product online it s no longer sells. That is fraud. I would not have bought product if I knew. Call location before ordering online so you don t get robbed.

I had a sub and Donair delivered and took over an hour,both were cold and they tasted awful, the Donair was mostly onions and the sub tasted burnt,take my advice and stick to the pizza

Ordered 80$ worth of food and tipped they didn t give me the right amount of garlic sauce and when I called they basically said I was lying and knocked very loudly and aggressively I will not be ordering from Gabriel s pizza again very disappointed

The sign on the outside window was 15$ for large pizza. Then it was changed to 16$. I went yesterday to buy a large pepperoni pizza, knowing it was 16$ as the window says outside. I went in pick up the pizza and was told that it was $17.50+tax. I showed the sign and he acknowledged it but still did not want to give me the deal saying that the business was struggling and that I had to pay 17.50+tax. I dont believe the business was struggling and that this was actually a trick on customers. It was unfortunate but the business is falsely advertising. I wont be coming back.

Pizza was good.

Stopped there to order a pizza to go (hotel was across the street) . Hawaiian Pizza was excellent, lots of cheese, fresh pineapple, excellent crust. Medium pizza filled up a family of 3. Man who served us was very nice.

Decent pizza but slow service

Really good pizza but not the place to go if you are in a hurry (unless you get a slice). I missed 2 buses that I wanted to catch because my pizza took slightly too long to make. They do make really crispy bacon though, which is really good.

Have always loved Gabriel and now they have vegan cheese- theyre our new favorite pizza place!

Downtown location off King Edward. Good but not as tasty as other locations. Location is sketch as most of downtown in this area.

Good amount of food for the price

Gabriel s on rideau street is a disgusting location. I ordered to pickup and I waited 30 minutes for my order. Also they don t wear gloves here, and one guy was coughing in his hands and then dealing with customers. Another guy was swearing and yelling at his employees in the back, and he was also eating in the back and I could see him eating food then touching peoples food. I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN!

Great Pizza. Friendly staff

90% of the time the Pizzas are what you expect. Decent for takeout. (Keep on mind I am a hard critic) All that being said this is still our first choice if we are looking for a quick solution for food regions we cant agree on and are pressed for time. I have ordered from them many times, different locations. Almost every time good results!

This is the best gabriel location in ottawa highly suggest going there the owners Omar And Samer are the greatest 2 people i have meet in terms of how they treat customers and making sure your always happy and satisfied food always fresh, clean resturant and always on time

Gabriel pizza is a great place for a quick bite but I wouldn t recommend eating here often! The food portions are big compensating for the lower quality but one thing forsure is you will get your money s worth. The pizza is way tooo doughey and missing some sauce and would be better if it was lighter. Overall nothing special

Thank you Gabriel Pizza! I moved downtown 9 months ago and have tried 10-15 different pizza places only to be disappointed every time as nothing lived up to my favourite place in the west end. I tried Gabriel Pizza tonight and I ve found my new pizza place! So delicious.

The thin crust is very good. Almost a hint of sweetness. Prefer sliced tomato over diced but over all was good!!!!

Good pizzeria but I found it a bit pricey for slices

Ordered and waited for over 30mins at store and then i get: 1 Mediterranean pizza...hard to eat...undercooked pizza...poor taste 1 chicken parmegina pasta...undercooked/super hard chicken...and burnt (black) garlic bread wrapped in silver foil paper... Wen called, the girl at call centre wanted me to go back to the store for a replacement...at abt 9pm..too bad..too late..no home delivery option... Waste of money and poor end to the weekend...

Individual slices are good. I bought a large pizza and It was undercooked. But then the customer service gave me 10 dollars back on facebook. So that was really good customer service. I bumped from 1 star to 3.

Best place in town to get pizza. Just order ahead of time. And ask for garlic dips.

Really good pizza, especially at the price point. The crust is that nice, thick, doughy kind that I love, but it might not be everyones cup of tea. Lots of cheese, so that makes everything better! Highly recommend the Hawaiian if youre in the pineapple-on-pizza camp!

Two days ago I ordered a medium walk in Pizza. Went back 20 minutes later and the delivery guy took it by mistake. So they had to start again. 20 minutes later I go back again and no one had even started on it. I decided to give them another shot today. Went in paid cash for another pizza. The women who took my order appeared to be the partner of an employee, not a staff member. I asked her and the other employee if I should get my receipt (she already threw it out) they said no. When I returned 20 minutes later the girl gone and the guy didnt recognise me.... I dont know how you can run a resturant like this. Wild.

Yikes, trying to fathom the terrible service I just recieved. When I called to deliver she said 55min, when the food didnt arrive after 70min I called and all they could say is that they were experiencing delays but it was the agents fault for quoting the wrong time (duh). I had to ask to speak to somebody else for compensation. They said they would apply a 25% discount. When the driver finally arrived 1.25min later he didnt want to apply the discount! He finally agreed to call the centre to verify and kept me waiting longer while he ran out to his car because he didnt have his phone on him. You shouldnt keep your costumer waiting when clearly you are in the wrong!

I would move to Ottawa just to eat this pizza every day. Its pricey, but thats just because of how generous they are with the cheese, toppings, and size.

Fast delivery, great pizza

Very unsatisfied with the service I was given. After receiving my pizza, I realized there was cheese on it which I didnt think the pizza I ordered had cheese because no where on the menu did it specify that and my order said bbg base so I assumed that was an alternative to the regular tomato sauce and cheese base. I am highly allergic to cheese and could not even eat the pizza. I called back and spoke to a supervisor who acted as if I was lying about being lactose intolerant and only said I had to reorder and pay again for another pizza even though I would not be able to eat the original pizza I paid for. I even offered to return the original pizza as proof that I wasnt lying and really just couldnt eat the pizza. When they refused I asked what I was suppose to do with the original pizza and the supervisor said, I dont know, give it away?. The supervisor was extremely patronizing and constantly spoke over me when I was explaining my situation and constantly throwing in, Its a pizza place, what do you expect?. I have ordered from other pizza places where they specify when cheese is on the pizza, and if it is not specified, then cheese does not come on the pizza. I still ended up returning the original pizza. After reading your satisfactory policy, I was even more upset because I wasnt satisfied with my order, and there was no good customer service experience. I am extremely disappointed in my experience and how I was treated. For a pizza place that states there satisfactory policy on the website, but does not follow it when a customer actually calls in, is very disappointing and bad business. I will not be ordering from here ever again and will make sure to let the rest of my friends and family throughout Ottawa know as well.
