I came here as a customer a few times and didnt enjoy the pizza. As angry as I feel right now, Im going to remain calm and professional. I arrived as an Uber delivery driver today, April 10th, 2024, at 2320hrs. Upon arrival, the male behind the counter didnt acknowledge my presence even though we made eye contact several times. As the time started to pass by, he continued working in the kitchen and wouldnt ask what my order number was or how long I could expect to wait. When I confronted him about this, he stated that he didnt need to acknowledge me or tell me how long the wait would be. I told him that I needed to know what the wait time was so that I could make my own choices based on discretion. This conversation turned into an esculated argument. I reported this individual to the Uber Support team and would like to warn others about what you can expect.

On march 6th, 2024 at 0014hrs, i attended the store to pickup the single special which includes a large pizza with 4 toppings and 4 drinks. The online menu from their website shows it costing $20.49 plus tax. The man stated that the website hasnt been updated because of covid. He charged me $24.99 plus tax costing $28.24. If we would have known prior, our selection in choices would have been different. All in all, the pizza is thin, dry and not worth the value. Pizza pizza is no longer my least favourit pizza!

Great, Classic Pizza. Liked it a lot so decided to try their delivery for an occasion... Wouldnt deliver even though we live downtown! We even said its only a 20 minute walk and the owner was like go walk then good laugh, but poor service. If youre in the area its still worth popping in for a slice.

Great neighborhood pizza. They make the dough in house, the red sauce is fantastic and has a great flavour to it and the overall value is top notch. The gentlemen running this place know what they are doing, dont miss out!

Walked by this place on the way to a pub their door was open and you can smell the pizzas in the oven. As everyone else continued on, I said I ll meet up with you and went in for a slice. It was a classic pizza and very delicious. After a night out at the pub, I needed another ! Also brought more people. Ordered again on Uber eats and it hits the spot! Love it

Yesterday I ordered one small veg pizza with 2 topping red onion and green pepper, and one chicken wings (6 pcs). It was combo actuallly. So I love pizza they made. Must try I also ordered garlic sauce , was tasty. Recommended dishes

Ordered a crazy big order for my sons birthday party on the weekend (6 xl pizza) and the pizza was not only prompt but amazing, they even threw in extra garlic dip! All the folks at the party were asking where the pizza was from!. I love the crunchy pepperoni on top of the cheese. Highly recommend!!

Ordered two xl pizzas and the wedges. The wedges were fantastically seasoned and perfectly cooked. The pizzas were great, they weren t at all stingy with the toppings! Wasn t overly greasy, and was overall very satisfying. My roommate and I spent 15 minutes talking about the food, and how excited we are to have found a great pizza place like this.

Finally, a pizza where the cheese stretches like in the commercials. Excellent in every way. Kind, good hearted owner. HAVE TO ADD: Absolutely fabulous re-heated. It retained the flavour and texture. Rare place that seems to use REAL CHEESE!

Absolutely amazing pizza!!

Pizza is the best greasy pizza ever!! Perfect for that late night craving after a few drinks. The owner is so kind. I will say tho - the slices you buy are better than buying a full pizza because the bottom gets nice and crispy when they reheat the slices.

Not worth it if your going to order it off an app like Uber eats, prices are okay but the pizza is not great the cheese tasted a little weird and the thin crust was not thin at all. Very average, more off a walk by get one slice kind of place

I used to LOVE this place some 15 years ago. But having had their pizza recently, its clear where quality cuts have been made. The pizza is disappointing. You can get better quality from Dominos. Its closer in quality to Little Caesars... The garlic toast is nearly $7 for four slices of Texas toast that you can buy in a bag for $4 at walmart. It is the EXACT same toast. The main difference is they found a way to make it soggy and chewy at the same time.

The nice man who was working ran out my food to me as I thought I ordered delivery but to my surprise I didnt! Anyways, I called and without hesitancy ran out my order because I had my toddler in the car with no mask! Great customer service and even better pizza!

Greasy & gross. I was hungry and downtown one later night and man was my slice of pizza ever greasy, so much so that my stomach actually started to hurt & that s never happen to me. Wouldn t recommend and it s kinda clear why it has so many 1 stars.

Absolute trash. CIGARETTES SMOKED INSIDE NIGHTLY. ZERO HANDWASHING after handling money /food. They think that the pans they cook wings in dont need to be washed because all the bacteria off Most of the toppings are canned, everything is frozen. Slices have been sold that sat out for 10+ hours with meat on them (according to the manager) Manager also jokes about how health Canada doesnt know anything. Eat at your own risk.

I got takeout and it was absolutely wonderful and at a great price. The garlic sauce is the best. If anything maybe slightly better than pizza pizza s garlic dipping sauce. The dough is soft and fluffy. Definitely my new go to pizza place. Definitely recommend the Hawaiian punch pizza!

Its a nice takeout place with highrise chairs dining area at one corner of the establishment. Would recommend for quick bite for lunch and a good in value and taste poutine(veg and non veg) .Large size is good value then the small size for poutine.

HOMOPHOBIC! If it was possible to give a negative amount of stars I would. While getting my pizza with a friend the girl behind the cash was openly stating how she did not want to be working the day of the Pride Parade on Bank St., because she said (while making a disgusted face) she doesnt want to see all that and doesnt like to look at queens. I am gay and to hear someone speak hate so openly like that disgusts me. I am NEVER coming back here and I will be sure to cheer exxxtra loud at the pride parade in front of this business.

You have to realize for a boy who grew up in NY this isnt NYC pizza this is ottowa pozza. Its a fast food joint that delivers and hits the spot each time. They have a variety of pizza choices and wings. Very accommodating staff. This isnt fancy pants pizza but youll never be sorry and it will always hit the spot at 2Am after a long day very yummy food.

After midnight there is nothing better. This is classic pizza and wing combo that will satisfy the most starved and hangry people The owner is super nice can get hectic but it s worth it. Beautiful people awesome food what else can you ask for!

Wings were good but they have horrendous customer service over the phone. Extremely rude and snappy. Not sure what crawled up the employees ass but she needs to take it out for sure. No one is expecting 5-star service here, but respectful behaviour isnt much to ask for.

Our building has signs stating do not let in strangers and no soliciting ... Now there are 2 for 1 flyers all over my floor. I dont mind flyers in the mail room, but to have to navigate around unwanted flyers just to get into my apartment? Youre not special. Nobody wants your flyers. This is (another) reason I wont be handing you my business. Gabriels is better.

The pizza here is very average; theres nothing special about the toppings or the flavors. I happened to get two slices for $6 which appeared to be very dry and i am assuming must have been sitting under the heat lamp for at least a few hours. It should not be called 2 for 1 Pizza because $6 is the mainstream price everywhere for 2 slices! Given the limited selection of Pizzerias in the downtown core of Ottawa I chose to go here but I would much rather recommend a visit to Dominoes further down the street or to Gabriel Pizza which have more fresh and interesting options.

We ordered over the phone for a pick- up, he told us itll take 12 minutes, 20 minutes later and its not ready. We asked him why its late, he said if you dont want then go!. We asked him to apologize for his behavior and he said I dont say sorry!. Wow! The worst human being and worst customer service. I wish theres some place I can file a complaint to show him a lesson.

I came in late at night and bought a poutine. I got home and it was just fries. This is the third time this has happened. Also have been made to wait up to 25 minutes for poutine on more than one occasion. Service is terrible; I gave them more than enough chances and now Im never coming back.

***BUYER BEWARE***Awful pizza! Deplorable service. Where do I even begin. The pizza is gross, very thin, hardly any toppings or cheese for that matter, and you will wake up so parched, who knows what they put in that dough and or sauce. Service was horrible, the guy that is always there at night, who, im guessing is probably the owner, is very rude and not personable. He always has a sour face and looks miserable, probably because it is a failing business and he has no choice but to work the graveyard shift. The whole place in general seemed grime and cold. Bottom line, the pizza was awful and the service was even worse. STAY AWAY!!!

Very quick and affordable with great deals. Both the sauce and the crust actually have great flavour and they load your pizza up with toppings. My favourite Ottawa pizza hands down.

I ordered poutine,chicken wings and bruschetta ...received the poutine and chicken wings but no bruschetta by an ignorant delivery guy...called back for the bruschetta and got the same ignorant delivery guy again....I was told there was ten pieces of bruschetta and got two pieces ,plus it looked nothing like the picture on the menu and it tasted discusting ....never order from this place!

I was waiting for a really long time, until I got served. Staff are really lazy, and the pizza tastes burnt and old. Also, it was very cold and disgusting. Regret eating there, waste of time and money...

Pizza is well done here. Only really experienced this place late night and it is quite a different atmosphere compared to the day time. However they pizza was cooked well and the staff are patient when dealing with inebriated customers.

Absolutly the worst pizza Ive ever had. Good wings. Just unfortunate the garlic bread (that was defiantly store bought) tasted better than the pizza. Almost seemed like the dough was old or very poor quality.

i was a regular customer until yesterday when i witnessed an employee drop a metal pizza tray on the ground.. looked to see if anyone was looking, then put the metal tray back on the shelf and placed a fresh pizza on it. GROSSSSS Beware..

I cant say that I enjoyed the rude and abrupt service here. Good for a slice when youre in a jam I suppose. Definitely not worth the lack of diplomacy and tact at the counter.
