Love the wings. But this is the 2nd time that I paid online it takes the money then says order didn't go through. Then you gotta wait 3 days for it back. They should have a pay cash option as not everyone wants to use their cards especially when it's happened 2 times in the past 2 weeks now.
They smell like pee because they don't provide washrooms for customers or (according to person at counter) staff . This is technically illegal in Ontario but somehow they are getting away with it.
I ordered a large chicken rustico (chicken, onions, tomatoes w pesto) it had 3 pieces of chicken on the whole pizza, no tomatoes and barely any onions even. I ordered a supreme lovers too as always. Im a regular pizza hut customer and this is probably the worst pizza hut pizza I've ever had.
Food and service at this place is excellent. They have best walk in special deal for medium pizza and many more offers online. Best pizza 🤟🏻
The new pan hamburger pizza is absolutely DELICIOUS!! The sauce tastes like Big Mac sauce. Customer service at this location is wonderful.
Came to pick up my order and watched an employee “ wash” his hands without soap. Horrible customer service, very rude. The food is good enough but like it’s a Pizza Hut so not like that’s any compliment to the workers.

New store. The store looks clean. Great customer service! The lady behind the counter was so nice, friendly, and positive. The pizza is the typical Pizza Hut. It was tasty, flavourful, but maybe a bit under-done for my taste. I'll be coming back.

This location is takeout only, not even a bench for waiting for your food. Got a couple pizza to share for work and they all were burnt on top, when I called to complain/get a refund I was hung up on. Don t waste your time or money at their location. It s not worth it.

Ordered her twice now and both time the melt came without seasoning on the bread. Like what is this?! Just plain cardboard bread.
I was exploring downtown Ottawa from out of town this evening and found myself with a dead phone. I waundered in with my sun hat and a sheepish grin to ask for help calling a taxi cab. The gentleman working there went above and beyond by charging my phone, calling me a taxi cab and waiting with me to ensure I got along safely. Just a true gem and the sweetest human. The store was packed full of customers but he made my silly lost and helpless smile a priority. Forever grateful.

Our worst experience with Pizza hurt. The boy was from India on aug20/2023. time was around 6pm. he was so arrogant and was so unhappy that we were there. We ordered pizza online and we were there to pick up the order. he didnt smile at all. and then pizza was so disgusting that we ordered 1 large veg pizza and believe me there were almost none vegetable. Few slice were without mushrooms and few were like cheese. even the magic of pizza hut crust was missing. then 1 large cheese pizza was horrible too. worst pizza we ever had. with worst service. Vegetarian options: vegetables were very less
Service was quick but the poutine was trash. Sauce tasted off and fries were super soggy. Dont even know why I ordered poutine from Pizza Hut but I would definitely stick with their pizzas
I came to this location yesterday for their Medium pizza special. I ordered a medium pizza with bacon and green peppers. Was super delicious. But only thing I disliked is that they barely put any toppings on my pizza. Pizza looked little bare with not much toppings on the pizza. The service was excellent. The atmosphere of course is little disired as its Rideau street after all with way to many crazy people downtown lately. Way over populated with homeless people, to many drug addicts doing drugs openly on Rideau street. These people need better care by our Government.

Items were missing from the order and the support on the phone was extremely rude and impolite. Offered no support or help with remediation and were yelled at on the phone when we approached the issue extremely calmly and politely.
Forgot 3 of our items and wont even refund or deliver. It is not ubers fault IT IS YOURS! All this guy and his staff did was yell and curse at us. Horrible service.

I was waiting. Guy saw me, didnt say a word. Starts walking away. I ask, Are you going to take my order? Looks back and then keeps walking. Alerts someone in the back. I wait another minute. Guy is still staring at me, not a word. I left. Do NOT recommend this location.
