Worst pizza and bread stick the pizza was very dry I don t believe there was any sauce on it and the bread sticks tasted like flour only they wasn t any garlic , cheese or salt in sight. This cost $38 in this economy.

Fantastic service, good food, great price. They are always very helpful ensuring all of our allergy concerns are met. Dietary restrictions: Pizza is sesame and peanut free which are harder to find as other businesses add them as ingredients to their flour.

Just a kitchen full of people yelling at each other, my order ended up taking about an hour when i was told 20 minutes tops. Serious lack of professionalism.

I just wanted to share my feelings about this pizza place. I love cheese pizza and was eating it from Pizza pizza from a long time but I have tried Toppers extra cheese pizza first time. I must tell you, it was way far better quality than any other pizza place in ottawa. The look of the pizza was amazing, great amount of cheese which I loved it and the sause was perfect. The staff person who helped me was Ravi. He was so polite and greeted me with a big smile. From now on, this will be my go to place for pizza and chicken bites. Thank you Toppers for a great pizza!!!! Keep up the good work.

I had the shaved steak pizza I barbecue sauce and highly recommend it. So good! Also, order on Tuesdays and get a large pizza for the price of medium. Saving roughly $4. Cant say enough about the quality of Toppers pizza. The Italian dough bread base is beyond compare to any other pizza place.

I bought two large pepperoni and cheese, and one Canadian pizza. And only one of the pepperoni and cheese had pepperoni on it. I didn t check it till I got home and it s not worth driving back for. I m very disappointed.

I call-ordered a large bacon grilled cheese pizza for take out. I drove over 40 min to get it and another 30 min back home. When I got home, I discovered that the pizza I got was a simple pepperoni pizza! On a Super Bowl evening! My attempts to contact them failed. And I wasnt going to get back another hour of driving, just to prove them wrong. While our SB pizza night was ruined! My tip was well spent!

Fantastic service! I called ahead the day before with a huge order and everything was ready on time, exactly as ordered and he even provided me with paper plates and napkins which I would have forgot.

The Merivale location has been my go to pizza place for several years. Great staff and I have never been disappointed with their pizza.

First time ordering and will be back for more. Pizza was very tasty, had fresh toppings, easy and fast ordering on phone or online. Lots of specials. Reasonably priced. The right amount of cheese and sauce. Couldn t see all the pizza options on their website though. When I got there there were plenty more kinds of pizzas like Greek, Thai, Montreal steak etc. The only thing is I ordered ground beef on it and it was just a few small crumbs per slice. No biggie as it was delicious either way. I could tell they take pride in making their pizza look good. So next time I ll try a burger pizza (minus the ketchup topping) as it looks loaded with beef lol. Friendly staff too! A reprieve from the awful Ottawa-style pizza sold at Gabriels/Milanos that is tasteless and will put you in an early grave. Thank God Ottawa has a few Toppers locations for people with functioning circulatory systems, taste buds, and brains

Please read this if you are their customer and tip them at the front cash. I visited this location today and the employee at the front desk told me that owner gets to keep the tip. They dont share the tip with their employees which is completely unacceptable and illegal. I want to bring this up tell everyone reading this and my friends that stop tipping at front cash. I hope they dont bring it down to the employee but if the management or owners still does it that would very inhumane.

Ordered pizza and 24 wings. The pizza was fine the wings were short 8 and undercooked. When we called back to report this problem we were told a new order would be requested. Nothing showed. Today, a call came in asking about our experience and when we shared that we never received cooked chicken wings we were told they d send over an order. It s been 2 hours and nothing yet. Look like the employees can screen the request and pick and choose who gets there orders.

The Pizza was too dry and Chewy.

Very good pizza and they have lactose free cheese ! The Roni cups as a topping are delicious and service through UberEats has always been fast and friendly.

I used to love toppers pizza but recent changes really forced me to switch to another pizza chain 1. They removed best coupons from app like large 3-topping byo pizza for 15.95 & medium 2-topping byo pizza and 2 dips for $12.95 2. The most important thing is that they started charging extra for all other base sauce except pizza sauce, also started charging for blended cheese, and also extra for swirls. They didn t used to before and suddenly started charging for all the above and because of all these BYO pizza becomes next to impossible as the total would be going almost upto $32 plus taxes just for a single large pizza. So, due to these reasons me and my group of friends had to switch over to another pizza franchise like dominos.

I always have to stop and pick up a box of toppers sticks and the house sauce when Im in town. Their pizzas are also quite good and they offer lactose free alternatives which is a huge bonus for members of my family.

Good pizza as youd expect from Toppers but I ordered a bottle of the House Sauce and they were all expired at the store. The staff was kind enough to provide me with 5 individual dipping sauces... Not the same but all things considered he did what he could to make it right. Id suggest always checking the best before dates on the sauces going forward.

I was born and raised in Sudbury and have eaten toppers my entire life. For Christ sakes one year over a decade ago we ordered from the one near us so often that they sent us a gift certificate at the end of the year for 50$ and some Tshirts. BUT!! I am not exaggerating when I say that this location has the absolute best pizza Ive ever had and absolutely exceptional service. The delivery never takes more than 35 minutes and if it does we get a call from the manager apologizing. The delivery staff is amazing and I always enjoy chit chatting with them. 10/10 would recommend.

Toppers is my favourite low budget pizza in the city, we ve only been to the merivale road location and the service there is always amazing. The guy that s always working at the counter is so friendly and really seems to enjoy his job. The pizza itself is great, pickup special puts it in the same price range as pizza pizza or little Caesar s but it tastes so much better especially with free upgrades like thick crust & garlic butter!

I left a 5 stars review before but Im changing it to 3. I came to pick up a pizza today and the usual friendly staff did not work today. I told the guy at the cashier that I was here to pick up a pizza. For some reason, he didnt understand me. So I had to repeat it. Apparently, he still didnt understand and asked if I speak English. I find that very rude of him. So the other lady had to come and help me (and of course she understood what I was saying). The guy didnt even say sorry. I was so angry! 3 stars because its still one of the best pizzas in town but Im not going back there anytime soon.

I always come here for pizza but a little annoyed today when I get home I realize they didn t give any toppers stickers. As this is something I actually collect and use when I have enough it s frustrating.

I have been a very good customer, my boyfriend and i order pizza from them all of the time however, this was not the case for today. The pizza barely had any toppings, the sauce was heavy. The pizza tasted burnt, when we called to solve the problem it was not rectified.... not a happy customer and they have lost our business.

Toppers Pizza is one of my favourite pizzerias in Ottawa. The pizza is always fresh and they have their signature swirls and spices which sets them apart from traditional dipping sauces (though they offer those too). The staff are always friendly and their customer service is excellent! I once had a complaint about their pizza and they offered me a free medium 3-topping for free to make it right. I highly recommend Toppers Pizza!

My go to Pizzeria in Ottawa with best taste, flavor providing highest numbers of customizations on a pizza at a reasonable prices. All the staff working here are really welcoming, friendly, and nice and they really know how to treat everyone which is not like the customers but like their guests.

Meat Mountain! No better Pizza.

Ordered three pizzas the first was the tropical heat wave was delicious. Cooked perfectly and the toppings were plentiful . The second pizza was a pepperoni perfect sauce to cheese ratio added garlic butter crust was fantastic. Also cooked perfectly . The third pizza was a cheese a bit over cooked and tasted terrible . Restaurant was clean and the staff super friendly and helpful.

We ordered our pizza at 4:15 pm and it is 6:00 pm and it has not arrived! We have phoned Toppers Nepean numerous times and we keep getting an employee that we can barely understand. Finding a home in this day and age cant be that difficult...can it? Terrible service.

Weve ordered from this location occasionally. Weve made it a family decision to solely satisfy our pizza cravings with them from now on. Not only is their pizza delicious, (meat mountain, pepperoni or Buffalo chicken are our usual) but their customer service is top notch too. Customer service makes or breaks it for me, and they surely made it! Ill gladly continue ordering from them to support their business through these trying times! Thanks for the yummy eats Toppers!

Toppers Pizza has the best American-style pizza in town that Ive tried. Pieces are very filling (2-3 large slices will fill up an adult male), not greasy, and all toppings can be tasted well. Dough is nice, dip is tasty.. really no complaints with Toppers.

Used to be our go-to pizza place at work (lots of orders, lots of $s).... we ordered a big order for a celebration lunch, which was to be followed by a field trip, where wed organized a bus trip to another city for our employees. About 2 minutes before the pizza was due to arrive, we got a phone call saying it would be 25 minutes late. In the end, it was about 35 minutes late, despite us ordering a week in advance, and delayed the rest of our day. This wasnt so bad, and the driver gave us two stickers so we could get free pizzas for out troubles. When we called to redeem the pizzas, we were adamantly told that we needed 8 more stickers and we could get a free medium pizza.... horrible service - just dont make promises you cant keep - it makes it even worse.... Of note : you replied to this review and asked us to reach out.... we did - its been like a week and we havent heard back! Just sayin

Just spent 20 mins trying to order a pizza from here to be told that I live too far away to get delivery. I am only 5km away at baseline and greenbank. We order food from the Merivale area all the time so why wont Toppers deliver?

I always forget about toppers pizza and i dont know whybecause it is so good. Before i continue withthe good the only thing i suggest is call them directly rather then the call center ....i was on hokd for over 20 min enought to hear the loop play of all their specials and promos 6 times. I know this is not the resturants fault but no one shoukd have to wait 20 min to spend their money. Now as far as this location goes........it is very clean...and the staff are great and the guy there today suggested i try the chicken bites and omg im glad i did .......ita almost as good as the pizza. I think that its amazing that staff suggest something to try. My pizza was cooked perfectly and they do not cheap out in topings. You will not be dissapointed great job on the clean resturant and great service.
