I had an incredible experience at 3 Brothers! The food was absolutely delicious. The standout, though, was the service. Akil took care of us, and he was fantastic! He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It's clear he truly cares about the customers and their overall experience. I’ll definitely be back, thanks to him! Highly recommend!
Everyone in there was so nice and friendly! It was my first time trying Poutine and I absolutely enjoyed it! It was served nice and hot and a good amount was put into the box. There is not much Parking space as this is a downtown location. There is room to sit and eat but I don’t think there’s enough seating for a large large group. Regardless they have amazing customer service and amazing food!🔥🔥

The people are nice and cheerful. However, the shawarma sandwiches are very disappointing. Dry, full of (I'm guessing) wrapper paper, and weak flavor. I won't go again. They charge $8 for a small which is really a sad excuse for a sandwich (2024).
$19.99 exact for a mixed shawarma plate which was pretty good. Uber prices can't compete with this. I eat quite a bit and the portion was the perfect amount for me so it was plenty of food. For the average person I can it becoming a meal + another snack or 2 meals.
I went to this place with friends, as my friend recommended this place. My friend told me it’s famous in Canada for shawarma. I love shawarma so decided to try. It was good but not so great. It was nice place to eat and chill with friend. You can give a try to this place. Also, do try and let me know how was your experience.
Had lunch with my wife and son, and we enjoyed very much. I had the Halifax Donair and I must say they did a great job, it was delicious and the closest thing to an authentic Halifax Donair I have ever had outside of Halifax. We also had the Donair pizza and Falafel and a salad. Everything was fresh tasting and delicious. The service was fast and friendly. I would return and do recommend this 3 Brothers location.
Sharwma was great but salad was horrible. Too much sauce. They did not listen to my request.

Food is reasonable, could not find the spark on my taste buds, but different people have different cravings. Service could have been better, I understand no one wanna work on long weekend, but be nice to your customers. Food

Pita was extremely soggy 12min later when i got home. Garlic sauce tasted very sweet and strange on 2 bites and a pool of grease at the bottom of the carry plate. No salad choice, but whatever. I could taste it was good food, but I got the end of the barrel I guess.

There is no washroom in this place
We ordered donair platters (beef + chicken). Delicious, interesting flavours, generous portions. When we hesitated about the spicy garlic (some of us are trying to grow our palates), the friendly worker respected that while making our food AND offered us each a forkful of meat with the spicy sauce to try. Then he sent us on our way with little packs of the sauce on the side, no charge. Ill return if Im looking for food in this part of town again (we dont live in Ottawa).
Ok so wow .. your take out was really good. There are so many little restaurants to eat at in this area. I noticed how many people were inside. I watched some people s food being made and thought I d order your food. Wow! So glad I stopped by!! Check this place out if you are close by , worth it. Fresh.

My friend recommended me to try the chicken shawarma here. So I decided call a large portion of chicken salad and a pita bread on a side. I thought I could enjoy it but actually was way under my expectations: dry white chicken slices, not even large portion of chicken, too sour on the salad, they forgot my pita bread on the side too. Too much pickles in the salad

I bought a chicken shawarma wrap from there. It was the worst shawarma I have ever tasted. The bread was dry, the vegetables and the chicken were stale. I could hardly take two bites.

Delicious shawarma. Large, fresh portions. This storefront restaurant is small, take-out is recommended and likely expected as dine-in would feel cramped. Do not let this dissuade you, the food is great and priced appropriately.

I get just good food with but no how are you? Or anything else that resembles effort towards deserving a tip. Making simple sandwiches they without asking what I want, arguing once I tell them to stop, take it off the grill before its warm and ask if I really need a fork.

The shawarmas were ok, generous portions at an affordable price, and it was pretty late at night and close to the night club, which was convenient. For my personal taste, the meat was bland, and the shawarma as a whole was not particularly tasty, but maybe the restaurant adapted its dishes to the taste of the locals, Im not sure. A good spot to hang after 1 am, while youre waiting for your Lyft/Uber home.

3 Brothers Shawarma & Poutine is a good place to get Mediterranean food with a decent price. It is recommended to visit this cosy restaurent if you are in downtown Ottawa.
Yesterday I ordered one chicken falafel and one veg platter, TBH, chicken falafel was ok ok, whereas vegetarian platter was good. Maybe try once to see if you like or not.

Honestly, we can sometimes be wary of the culinary quality of fast-food chains, but this one is really good quality! Both in terms of food quality and taste, its always a pleasure to stop at 3 Brothers to help out during a meal!

Excellent service. Guy who served us went out of his way to make us feel like top customers. The pita bread could be a bit thicker as it got soggy and cracked towards the end of me eating the shawarma. Shawarma was very filling and tasty! We had chicken and beef shawarma wraps. Would definitely recommend a try! Visited this place during the heart wave. No good air conditioning so couldnt sit and eat there.
Cant expect much for its atmosphere but location and quality are very solid. The chicken plate was delicious the skin was so crispy even after a 15 minute walk back from my hotel.
Ok shwarma at best, sauce had nothing to do with shwarma sauce and the chicken was too soggy for some reason. Add to that, high price

As always a 10/10 for shwarma. Very little seating however its the food that I come here, not the ambiance.
There were two large parties that just left the surrounding bars around 2am. As they came in, they mentioned that there was a birthday boy. The staff turned up the music and everyone started dancing. I was tired and not big in the mood at first, but I could help but return all the smiles that were lighting up the restaurant. And the shawarma was HUGE and the garlic sauce was on point might be a new favorite for when I come to town

I ordered the falafel platter and it cost over $20 with tip and they warmed up the falafels in the microwave in front of me. It was too late to cancel my order. The food wasnt worth it at all and too expensive for bland food.
They treat customers with highest level of courtesy and respect. Thats what customers want. They care about how they are being treated not how much they are being charged. Like you go to Starbucks and you see the quality of environment and service while you go to Tim Hortons its most terrible experience you will have. Anyway, this restaurant is always busy, dont compromise with their quality. Open until morning and if youre hungry even at 5AM they are serving you nice and fresh cooked foods.
