Incredible Service and Food. We submitted a large order and the staff were incredibly friendly, patient and kind enough to even load it into our car. The food was tasty and cooked perfectly. All the kids and staff of our org were raving at how good it was. Koodos to the team and excellent job with such a big order. Appreciated! Vegetarian options: Beyond meat vegan patties. Dietary restrictions: They had gluten-free buns and ensured it was properly labelled and separate. Beyond meat vegan patties as well.

Amazing food and great customer service

Pkace used to be a major fave back in 2016-2020 but has fallen considerably. Fries should not be cold and stiff 5 minutes after purchase. Also, dont charge a processing fee to order online. You lose customers and waste your staffs time processing orders in person instead

I heard that taxes on restaurants were supposed to be waived for two months, but when I visited this place, taxes were still applied. I asked the staff about it, but I didn t receive a clear explanation. I hope they update their policies or clarify if this is a mistake.

Please do not advertise your food as gluten-free if it is not actually gluten-free. I inquired in person what my options were as someone with celiac disease, and the answer was nothing. The website and menu state there are gluten-free options, but the staff informed me all the utensils, counters, etc, were contaminated, and nothing could be done gluten-free. A very disappointing experience. Dietary restrictions: No gluten-free or celiac safe options.

Its been years since I last came here and it was wonderful to return and find its as good as ever. The service was excellent, the food is delicious and the garlic aioli is just how I remember it. Whats more the prices are very reasonable. It doesnt cost much more than fast food but you can tell they use great ingredients and prepare it with care.

Had a late night cravings with my friends and fist time to try this food chain. Delicious burgers and fries with a friendly staff Zack and Mike! They make sure that you are getting 100% quality of food and service even if they are closing soon.

I know it is not an easy work to do( I know for having done it for many years) and a busy place and low pay job, but staff should be a little more smily and looking less like I dont give a f... after, all it is hepling paying your rent. Burgers were incredibly soggy and they legitimately missed out on a whole order of friend for us. These folks really went down hill.

I had a horrible experience with the staff on June 14th evening. Even though I paid for my food, he kept claiming that I didnt pay and was assuming that I was stealing from the business. Such a mood killer. One of the worst pick up experience ever. Please provide better service.

This guy named Imran he was really patient when I asked him about the menu and guided me through it . I really hope the owner gives him a raise or at most hood position I saw how he also helped other customers! I recently placed my first and last order , opting for two Original Burgers. Despite clearly specifying my aversion to onions, my order arrived adorned with red onions, which was a major letdown. To exacerbate matters, the meat in both burgers was undercooked, evident by its pink hue. Very disappointing and alarming state of the meat!!

Walked in because the door was open, but then the guy behind the counter just said nah bro were closed so I left assuming that it would be a while until they opened. Then I checked the hours after I had left. This was at like 11:22 and they opened at 11:30. Like, I get that I was early, but sheesh leave the door locked or let me know itll just be 5 mins.

Place was busy but my food was ready on time!

I visited the establishment at 7:30 pm on a Monday and was initially informed of a 5-minute wait before I could place my order. However, this wait extended to 15 minutes. Furthermore, it took nearly 45 minutes for my order to be completed. I find it unreasonable for a single burger to take this amount of time to prepare. Though the burger and fries were good, i was throughly disappointed in the service. Despite the complaint, there was no proper reason given as to why it would take them this long. Was disappointed that no form of compensation was offered for the delay. In my opinion, I will not recommend this place to anybody.

Smash burgers are really good, tried the American single, birria double and the birria fries. Burgers are better than the fries imo. Beef is seasoned well, with a great crispy skirt for a smash burger. Price is on the higher side for a burger but wasn t terrible.

We came looking for a halal burgers and we re very disappointed. Only one person cooking so service was slow, the food is small portions and very expensive for the quality and quantity. The burger was so thin and weighed nothing. We ate at B12 burger in Montreal yesterday and had the most delicious halal burger. BFF you could learn lots from the B12 halal burger chain in Montreal.

Worst frensh fries ever...

The food is good but the customer service is terrible. I ordered burgers on the app and there was no option for me to add a GF bun (me and my daughter have celiac disease). I normally just call after placing my order and request for them to swap out the bun. I called the restaurant and a girl answered. She was refusing to change the buns and was extremely stubborn and wasn t accommodating at all. She was saying that I had to place a new order and add GF buns, even though I told her several times that I normally do this and that there is no option on the app. Horrible service. Restaurants should be accommodating and helpful.

Ordered take-out /delivery. The Smokin Bird Sando I had was ample for sure. Made with chicken thighs, it was definitely a juicier burger overall, which I enjoyed. I would order again, and would also try other menu items. Food

Wanted a chicken sandwich and wasnt sure where to go. Glad I tried Burgers n Fries Forever. Made the order online, which was very easy, simple and straightforward. The food was ready on time, the cooks were happy and welcoming. Now the food, yes yes yes. A must try for sure. The chicken was cooked properly and the sauce was on point. The fries were perfect.

The taste is not that great. There is too much hot sauce killing the flavor of other ingredients. The meat is not juicy nor tasty. The bun also not so much. Parmesan fries are good, but too much rosemary. I was kind of disappointed.

My last order of burgers and fries was not fresh and smelled off. This is a pricey place and I feel I was cheated. Do not recommend at all.

I wish I could leave a good review because when everything is done well, the food here is really good. The problem is, its often not done well. The quality of food is unacceptably variable between orders. Sometimes the food tastes amazing, other times its really lacking. One time when we ordered the elegant fries, the parmesan was raw and not melted. Sometimes the same type of fries are excessively spicy and other times just the right amount of spiciness. More recently when we ordered the lettuce wrap, the burger was soaking in water and was covered in small pieces of lettuce when normally with a lettuce wrap the burger is sufficiently dry and has full leaves around it. We ordered the Nashville hot fries recently and it had a very strange and old aftertaste to it. I didnt want to finish them because they seemed a bit off. Also the gluten free bun used to taste great but now it has a strange sweet, cake-like aftertaste. Sometimes they forget important toppings and while this may seem minor, the prices for the fries are very high so we should at least get everything we paid for. The food is essentially expensive fast food and so at the very least the quality should be consistently good. Also many times when we order, they forget things. This doesnt just happen once, it happens often enough that when we order here we always quickly check to make sure everything has been included. This place could be good, but there is such variability between orders that it has become unacceptable, especially when the prices are so high. Were always charged full price, so the food should at least be adequate and not about to go bad.

Ordered online, somehow in person one of the regular burgers was printed out on the restaurant ticket as a Beyond Burger. Had to make a new burger on the spot, 20 min delay. Rest of food was cold by time we got home. The online order said I could reply to address it but received no response. Update: BFF reached out for a refund with this review which I really appreciate.

Highly recommend uber eats from here, Basically their staff nearly always screw up the order (they forgot meat on last burger) so you just take a pic and uber refunds you. And then you eat whatever they send you for free :)

Entering the store is full of slush and water very slippery and unsafe becareful and hold on to something or youll slip and fall. The store smells very bad inside and the ground is very dirty. 2 staff working inside without gloves on. Scratching their face and arms then holding the buns without gloves The preparation counters are full of liquid and crumbs. The fries were burnt taste like it was cooked with over used motor oil. The burger bun was frozen and so werw the veggies. The only thing that was warm was the burger. Took about 40 mins to get 2 buegers and fries. Ive ate there before and it wasnt this bad but service and food have gotten so bad. This will be the last time i go there. The cost for 2 burnt meals with frozen buns 40$ Save your money and go somewhere else where you can get better service and better food that wouldnt get you sick. I hope the owners look at the condition this store is in.

The price of combo was $25 (includes 10% tip) the server didn t offer combo meal as combo price and charged me each price. The nashiville hot chicken was brunt and dry. Worst customer service ever! I won t visit this place again ever!! (Plus, i didn t know there was a combo menu and the server just gave me one option! Is it right not let me know there is exsiting combo menu first? Why the server just show me elegant fri menu? It s not reasonable.)

We got American burgers and they were SOOOOO YUMMY! They forgot to put one fries and the owner immediately gave us 2 as an apology. Superb customer service& extremely yummy food- will definitely be back!

I was told that it was part of a BOGO deal but that didnt seem to be advertised on Uber eats as such, as well as only one burger would come when I placed an order. BUT I AM SOOOOO HAPPY to say that I discovered them being sold for $9.99 again last night. I cant help my level of excitement. This is a fantastic revelation and I have ordered 6 of them in the last 24 hours. You are a true artist in the kitchen and your hamburgers and chicken burgers are my favorite of all time thus far. Its simply terrible. We used to be loyal customers for a couple of years, but the quality and presentation have dropped recently, which makes McDonald burgers more appealing. We wanted to give it another go, but omg. Ive never seen such an appealing Burger. There was more mustard and ketchup on this burger than the burger itself. The fries seems like they were a week old and the order was wrong, and missing ingridents. We throw the burger away. Never again...

DONT RECOMMEND. I went here this evening for takeout, I got the Kpop burger and Cajun cheese fries. It was SO mediocre and not worth my 24$ at all, Ive had better A&W burgers. The burger was dripping with sauce making part of the bun mushy, there was barely any topings. The fries were ok but I disliked the cheese sauce. Also they were kinda slow, I waited about 10 mins. Customer service was ok, buy I stood a few minutes before someone took my order.

I have been ordering from here for the past year and up until recently, it was fantastic! However, during the past three visits, ive ordered a shroom burger and asked for a beyond meat substitution. Every time, ive been given the regular beyond meat burger which is frustrating as a) I have to pay an additional 3.50$ for the plant based patty upgrade and b) I cant eat the regular beyond meat burger due to a condiment so Ive wasted my money on three seperate occasions now. Would no longer recommend, especially for those who are vegetarian or vegan, unfortunately.

i ve been to BFF several times and it s always a pretty mediocre experience. burgers are yummy, i do enjoy the combination of flavours they have, the American being my favourite. i do find the burgers sometimes have too much sauce which can take away from enjoying the beef and the toppings. i don t care for their fries most times, i upgrade to a poutine as my side in a combo and it s decent, does the job. my main issue every time i go in is how slow and inefficient the service is. every time i ve ordered on the website, i ve had to wait at least an additional 10-15 minutes for my order. in store, i ve waited anywhere from 15-30 minutes for my order. if it s busy, a wait is completely understandable. but inefficiency is seemingly their issue. it seems that they take precedence for delivery orders over in store. if a customer has taken the time to come in person to order, that should be the first priority for a business. i m also not really sure what takes them so long to make an order of a couple burgers and fries. it seems that everyone moves very slowly and the expo station is always slow to pack and verify orders. overall it s a decent burger place, but they could use a crash course on efficiency.

I ordered the Nashville hot chicken and they didn t have any coleslaw left so the burger was unfinished. Chicken was good, cooked well. Giving 3 stars for receiving the burger unfinished.

If I could give it a zero I would, we were 5 people and ordered and from the minute we got our 1st order and the minute we got our 2nd order they were 20 minutes apart, we got 4 beef burgers 1 chicken burger and a poutine, the beef was tasteless and the chicken tasted like it was frozen and the poutine was not good the cheese was really cold the fries and gravy did not taste fresh, and the restaurant was dirty and tables were not clean, when I was eating the poutine, I needed 6 forks because the forks kept breaking, customer service was not good. Would not recommend going

What happened to this place? Did it change ownership? It s terrible now but used to be good. Restaurant was dirty, burger patty was burnt and squished as flat a pancake. Fries were cold too. I ve had better food from Burger King or McDonalds .

The quality of this place seems less than it used to be. It was dead inside where there used to be lineups at lunch in years passed. I waited about 10 minutes and paid over 10$ for a beyond meat burger that was freezing cold with a soggy greasy bun. It only looked cooked on the edges and I didn t eat it for fear of getting sick. Lesson learned.

The Melt hamburger its super delicious!!! The service was super fast!

My food was gone before I got to take a pic, very telling because my food was delicious. I got the poutine and the burger with jalapeños. The beef bacon was something I was new to but I was so surprised by it s tasty flavour. The poutine had squeaky cheese curds and flavourful gravy. The restaurant was super packed while I was there so this place is clearly beloved by a lot of people. I ll definitely be excited to return for more in the future.

terrible experience, i ordered a burger and asked for no cheese and a vegan patty. when i got my burger, i asked the employee if the bun was vegan. he turned around, didn t ask anyone but then told me yes. i sat down and started eating my burger and my friend noticed him talking to the other employee and laughing. after another minute or two they shook their head at me. i once again asked if it was vegan and they said no. then they tried to charge me 3$ for a vegan bun right after they had lied to me about their ingredients.

Ive ordered from here multiple times in the last few years and never have any complaints. I ordered today (Nov 7th 2023) and tried the sesame chicken fries and also got my usual american burger. Both were great and full of flavor. They also both came perfect temperature. Very pleased and will always recommend this place to my friends :)

Very good burgers. My only issue was that they were quite busy and didnt give an estimate of how long my order would take. I ended up waiting about 25 minutes until they finished my order. However, I would definitely go back again, but ordering online beforehand.

Their prices have always been a little on the pricey side so expect to drop close to $30 for a burger, side and drink. I think that perhaps owing to the small bank street location, the dine-in experience is nothing fancy but gets the job done. Overall, the burgers are great and good for an occasional treat!
