The meat quality here is the best amongst all Daldongnaes where I’ve ever been! Service is really quick and the staff is very very friendly. Nice music plays, there’s a really mice atmosphere. Our server Jenn was very nice and recognized us from our many visits.

This is one of this year’s best discoveries! The service is absolutely spot on. Friendly, attentive and very welcoming. The food is of a quality I was not expecting, meaning that I was expecting good quality but it surprised me how fresh, tasteful and well presented everything was. I go to Korean House on Somerset (great too) but this is a level up and will definitely be on my top list. Enjoy!
If I could give this place more stars, I would. Daldognae has become our favorite date night spot. The meats and sides are great quality and consistently absolutely delicious! Not to mention, they have very good prices. Hopefully that won't change. The service is also stellar every single time we go. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect both for a date night or a fun night out with friends. 100% recommend giving this restaurant a try, you won't regret it!
The food, the service, the atmosphere everything was amazing. Loved how caring the servers were. They came by the table multiple times to ask how everything was, they came by and asked if we needed aprons in case of any splatter, they adjusted the heat based on our speed and all with a smile. It’s hard to find service at this level in Canada/Ottawa. And The food was delicious. We ordered the Beef Boneless short rib and beef rib finger meet. They were very tender. Might be a good idea not to wear white clothes unless you’re a pro at Korean BBQ lol. Definitely will go back again 😊😊
First time here and first for Korean BBQ. Very interesting concept where you are provided meats and veggies and you cook them on a hot gas grill. Soup and some sides are 'free' and refillable. Service was great and staff very helpful. While it looks small from the outside the restaurant is pretty large and spacious inside.
We had a great experience at this Korean BBQ location. The staff were very attentive in getting everything set up and bringing the dishes and checking on us. There is a vegan set that has plenty of vegetables and beyond meat substitute. The appetizer menu also has a variety of vegetarian options - my favourite is the kimchi pancake. There is a minimum of 2 orders and this experience is generally best enjoyed with a small to medium group. The booth seating is fantastic if you can get it. Otherwise, the benches look a bit uncomfortable. We also enjoyed different soju flavours to accompany our meal. Overall, a lovely experience.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this restaurant! The quality of the beef was top-notch juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a delicious barbecue experience. I'll definitely be coming back!

Excellent Korean bbq! This is our second time here, and we were greeted by friendly staff (Jenn, and Maddie). The marinated beef, and the bulgogi were very flavorful. The sides were delicious, even for my picky kid. We will come back again.

Came for the beef stayed for the corn and other side dishes. Good cuts of beef and other meats and tasty side dishes. Pork and squid very spicy but otherwise to control the heat. Quick and efficient service from Anh!
Loved the bulgogi lunch special. A good assortment of side dishes, although wish the Kim chi were also on the side rather than on the side of the hot plate being cooked/grilled.

Amazing service and food. HUGE shout out to Jenn for being so kind, accommodating and just a blast to be around. Vegan option is to die for and honestly makes you forget about meat (I m not vegan). Also, the sides are soooo many that it really just fills you up (refills are free too). So much food for your money.

Not a good experience. The service was friendly, but not enough to make the experience good. We ordered 3 different orders of steak, wagyu, and 2 Terra beers. The beers were the best part of the meal. The sides were bland, the meat was pretty bland as well, and our grill didnt work properly for 2/3 of our meal. We had to ask the servers multiple times to check on the grill because it definitely was not hot. It took roughly 15 minutes to cook eggs that they give you when they start the grill, and it barely cooked the meat. We had to request moving tables, which we only got to do when our wagyu came at the end. What a difference that made in the remaining meat, actually being able to get some color on it. That being said, I paid $170 dollars for this meal. I got given 2 random soft drinks as an apology. The meat was bland, the sauces and sides were pretty mediocre and bland, and it just wasnt a good experience. For that price, I would rather buy some really nice cuts of beef from my butcher, because Id have to cook them myself anyways and I know my grill works. Definitely not going back.

The atmosphere in the restaurant and the food were all perfect. All servers were friendly. If you want to feel the romantic atmosphere, I recommend a window seat! Vegetarian options: A vegan set is available for vegetarians. Parking: It varies depending on the time, but outdoor parking is free after 5:30. Kid-friendliness: There is a fully equipped chair for baby. Cutlery is also available for children. Wheelchair accessibility: If we remove the chair, there will be enough space to sit. There is also a toilet available.
