I had such a great experience at Joey s last night, and Gabriella really made it special. From the moment we sat down, she was warm and welcoming, and you could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we had a good time. She gave a couple really good recommendations on both food and wine. Throughout the meal, she checked in just the right amount of times. It s clear she takes pride in what she does, and it really made a difference.

We requested a booth on the reservation and they didnt reserve one at first but then were able to accomodate us. The server was great, very friendly and quick. The food and drinks were delicious. Ambience is perfect for all occasions. Only note the prime rib cut was very fatty and it took 3 ladies at the front to issue me a single gift card more training is needed.

A couple friends and I went to JOEY for a birthday celebration and we were unfortunately all left wanting more in every section the food was good although took over an hour and a half also a bit on the cold side. The waitress was a blonde stuck up young woman with an I know Im hot attitude...ughh and the music was low low low

Just finished our holiday teams party and I have to say it was amazing. Our server Ben really made the experience something special. If you come in definetly ask for him. Vegetarian options: Had the tofu bowl which was a suggested by Ben. Absolutely delicious.

We came to eat dinner at Joey s after a long evening of Christmas shopping. The service was excellent. Our server, Rebecca, was delightful and very helpful with our meal choices. Although it was a bit noises and dark at first, someone turned the lights up a bit halfway through our meal and we were able to see better. Our food was delicious. All in all a very nice experience.

As one of the more seemingly distinguished restaurants in the area, I think it s slightly overhyped or overrated based on our experience, however the food was decent, it didn t stand out and amaze us. Options are standard but a bit pricy; although decent portions. Music was too loud which caused conversations to grow louder, speaking to eachother and the waitress across the table was a task. The open style kitchen was definitely a welcome sight and we enjoyed the ambience nonetheless. There was unfortunately a cold draft descending from above the table - not a deal breaker - but notable. Service was good despite it being packed, in the right middle ground between attentive but not overly so. We came on a Saturday night around 4:30 for two and was told it d be a 40 minute, which turned into about a 70 minute wait. Definitely make a reservation.

Have had a few meals on different occasions here. Always consistent and always a great atmosphere. Had the 6oz tenderloin with crispy potatoes. The guacamole dip is fantastic. Topped off with a nice bottle of red wine.

Pia was our guest experience coordinator while we waited for a table. We came on a Saturday night when the wait was long but she made sure we were well taken care of. She took our drink orders, checked in on us, and brought snacks while we waited. We were updated on our spot in line and had a wonderful time until our table was ready. She lit up the front area with her bright personality and started our night off with excellent vibes.

Well, we have been customers of Joey Rideau for 5 years. It is expensive, but the food is good. We lived across the street, and called to place orders ... during covid and after, when we no longer lived in Ottawa and stayed at local hotels ... we called, placed orders and picked up. So tonight, staying at the Westin, we called to place an order. The first time, we were told to call back because it was too noisy! So, we hung up and called back ... after repeating the phone number of our cell phone, and restating our order 3 times, we were informed that we could not place an order over the phone for more than $100. Look at their menu ... one meal is $67! We will never deal with Joey or any of the Joeys! What an insult to customers who are willing to pay those prices!

We had a great lunch experience in large part because of our waitress Katya, who was so professional, friendly and attentive. We appreciated the tasters of wine that were offered when we weren t sure of what we wanted to order and when the kitchen knew we were going to share our Cobb salad and chicken club, they very thoughtfully split things up for us. The food was tasty, in large portions and the decor, booths and layout are spacious.

Great lively restaurant with a really nice variety of meals to choose from. Ordered the Mediterranean Bowl. Had this dish in Winnipeg as well. Love it. A bowl with harissa grilled chicken, hummus, tzatziki, artichokes, marinated chickpeas, roasted peppers, kalamata olives grape tomatoes, jasmine rice and arugula. Simply delicious. We also shared the Szechuan chicken lettuce wraps. Absolutely to die for. Always great service.

This is the second time I meet friends for lunch at Joey s. Each time we have been impressed first and foremost by the service. Also by the extensive choice of the luncheon menu. Every course was delicious. Joey has become our favourite restaurant. Vegetarian options: They have a good choice of vegetarian options. Although none of us ordered any veg food.

We were at the bar Saturday around 8. From the beginning, the server, a blonde guy, was not friendly, very snob The food was really great, our first drink too. We would have ordered more drinks, but the server never came back. Some of his friends were sat at the bar, just next to us, and he completely forgot us. He talked with them for a long time while our drinks were empty since 30 minutes and our plates were done. Later, he came to grab our plates without a word and a girl came to ask if we wanted the bill. We didn t have anything to drink, even our waters were never filled. Not satisfying service for the quality of the food and the potential of the place. Everything else was good, but keep an eye on your staff, cause some of em are lacking.

I had a lovely time at joeys! I ordered some drinks during happy hour. The hostess Daryn was super nice and kept us updated on the wait times which was well appreciated.

Mackenzie was great and attentive.

I was in town for a visit for the first time in ages and me and my girls had a great lunch. Makenzie outdid herself even with a few order hiccups for some of the ladies she was able to jump jump action and fix it swiftly. Food

Went to the Joeys Rideau location and our server was AMAZING! His name is Branden, and the way he was so patient and kind towards us made the experience unforgettable, it you get him as your server you re in good hands and oh as usual the food is fire, my go to is the herb crushed salmon
