I've been a frequent customer at this restaurant for years, and I've never been let down by the quality of the cuisine or the level of service. Food not hot, grabbed my debit card from my hand to tap it. They may be in the wrong country.

Used to be my favourite place for lunch... until I ate metal bristle type needles out of my salad. (Freaked me out) Beware... check your food before eating it! You never know.
