The food was not great, the atmosphere was alright. Cora, was an attentive server.

Hosted a birthday party here, customer service was amazing. Shout out to our server Liam kennedy W. That man deserves a raise. Exceptional customer service all around great guy!!!! Would definitely come back!!!

Liam Kennedy W was amaziiiing for a group of 13 for a birthday dinner. He made our night! He was very nice and accommodating and did everything to make sure we had a fun experience and that our table was taken care of.

We went two nights ago and had an amazing time. Unfortunately we went back last night with 7 friends and were a bit shocked to find out that because it was a large group there is am automatic 18 per cent charge added to the bill. I ordered a plant burger and fortunately for me found out that the burger is cooked on the same grill as meat. I have a meat allergy which could have resulted in severe problems. If the food is cooked on the same grill then it is NOT vegetarian or vegan. The substitute suggested by the server was tasteless. Very bland. I ate about half of it. Also when it arrived it was cold and had to be sent back to be reheated, almost certainly in a microwave oven. What a disappointment after the previous night. Vegetarian options: Marked as vegetarian but cooked on same grill as meat.

I visited this Milestones location on Fri 4 October 2024 with my friends. The service we received was exceptional, we made an error with our evening plans and they went above and beyond to make sure we got to enjoy our food. Simply amazing- thank you 3 ladies who were late for our boat cruise

We had tickets for the NAC at 7:30, the restaurant wasnt too busy we asked in advance if they could get us dinner in time as we were running 30 minutes behind schedule. Not the most relaxed service ever as we needed the rush, but they accommodated us and provided friendly service and a great meal. Thanks for helping us have a great evening.

Excellent service, and most delicious brunch!!!! The waiter that sat us down was so kind, it was a very warm day and we asked if the AC would be turned into higher temperature and she actioned it right away. Also the brunch was delicious, the sausage with the eggs were to die for, kudos to the chef and all the staff working at this milestones.

I went to celebrate my wedding with some friends, reserving a table for up to 8 in the lounge. Coming 5 min in advance, we were made to wait, despite the reservation. Not sure if it was because we were only 6 at the table (no more mandatory 18% tip) or why but the waitress gave on us quite quickly. She would come continuously to the table next to us and work hard to not look in our directions or take our orders. The food was meh, at least mine. I ordered Spiced Shoyu Ramen Bowl - and the noodles were overcooked, just the Korean chicken was good. Same for somebody else at the table who ordered this. My wife ordered Tuscan Sausage Gnocchi and somebody else praised the Pesto Chicken Penne Asiago but the cook definitely doesnt know how to cook noodles. All in all, it was not very bad - except the girl who pretended all night to be our server - but it was not very good either.

Came in with my Mom and we both got steak and shared the spinach and artichoke dip. Josh gave us amazing service at the bar and great recommendations. Bellinis were excellent as well.

Service was awful , the servers were extremely rude towards us . They made us wait more than an hour for burgers and served people who came later than us .

Extremely homophonic and humiliating experience. A group of straight women came in 15 minutes or more after I did and got promptly served and had water brought to them while I wasnt even acknowledged for well over 20 minutes at least. Even the people around me noticed which was even more humiliating. I walked out after not even getting served. So embarrassing. I will never support such a homophonic business that only serves straight people apparently.

Best burger Ive ever had. Clean restaurant and no fruit flies. 5 star all the way

Great location, friendly and very nice staff. But, average food quality. Smash burger was good. Sweet chili chicken chops were below average to be honest. PS; alcohol swab shouldn t be used as wet napkins after food !

What a horrible experience we had. The waiter was super busy with 2 big tables and he took his emotional drain out on us. We were insulted and humiliated. His behavior was disgusting and unacceptable. Had we been male diners we wouldnt be treated this way. We WILL NOT come again and will NOT recommend this restaurant.

Chad was our waiter for the night and he simply was the best waiter I ve had in a longtime! If you re ever eating in Ottawa go to Milestones and ask for Chad, he ll make your day that much better.

I recently visited Milestones in Ottawa and tried the Smash Wagyu Black & Blue burger. Unfortunately, this was one of the few times I couldnt finish a burger. The burger patties were cold and had an odd texture, almost as if they were boiled rather than pan-fried or grilled. Additionally, the aoli was overpowering and didnt complement the peppercorn sauce, resulting in an unpleasant flavor clash.

Terrible service first of all. Hostess did not greet us with any smile. Did not feel welcomed. We asked to sit on patio. Took long time to get our drinks. While waiting to put in food order it started to rain heavily. We had to flag down someone to move us inside. Still waitress did not appear to take our order or check on us. After waiting so long we decided to leave and eat at hotel. It was not busy at the time we went. Would not go back visiting Ottawa again.

Great chain restaurant located as central as you can get in downtown Ottawa. Decent sized patio with daily drink and app specials. Well trained and courteous staff, lots of menu selection Vegetarian options: Lots of plant forward menu options. Parking: There is a parking lot in the building that can be accessed from Sussex Drive

Came here last week (July 13) Horrible experience. This was my first time in Ottawa, and i was taken a back by this lackluster service. We had a reservation for 9:30, for a friends birthday dinner. The waiter did not provide her name, when she asked if we were ready to order she didn t even allow us to answer. She just walked off and didn t come back for another 15 minutes. Once we ordered it was like we held her hostage to work this shift! When she came back with the steaks, which were supposed to be medium well. (which is a steak with a streak /hint of pink) We were surprised with a completely pink inside. Which led to a snarky comment of You ordered medium well it s supposed to be pink But not at how much it was. She took both steaks back. with no apology and rolled her eyes. After 15 minutes of waiting for the steaks they came back the exact same!! Even after saying Thank you or you re welcome no response from her at all! She was silent the whole time, even took over 10 minutes to bring the bill and after leaving she didn t say bye. She just left and spoke to another coworker about me and my friends which was so not cool. At least wait until we leave the building.

Ottawa - May Long Weekend Went there for dinner 1st night in Ottawa. Door Host was smiling and very pleasant - good sense of humor. Waitress was also smiling and very pleasant. Drinks were very good - could have come a bit quicker - but restaurant was very busy. Food was awesome. Appetizers: - Spinach Dip - Coconut Calamari Dinner: - Pesto Chicken Penne Asiago - Sweet Chili Chicken Bowl - Lobster and Prawn Vermicelli No Dessert - too full Food had tons of flavor - Coconut Calamari was cooked perfectly - not rubbery and delicious Came quickly and hot - server checked on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. Atmosphere was good - we sat inside as the Patio had a 30 min wait - it was full when we got there. Very busy location, nicely placed in all the action by the Parliament Buildings. Service was excellent. 5/5 Food was excellent 5/5 Cleanliness was very good 4/5

Great food, BUT Slow service, and the woman who brings you to your table is remarkably unfriendly. Our waiter, Shawn, was so kind. The whole place seems unorganized, under employed and slow. Good food though!

Ive waited a long time to try this restaurant because I was expecting something really special based on the location and its perceived popularity (the patio is packed in the summer). Unfortunately, our whole party of 17 was a bit disappointed by the food. Not so impressive in terms of taste, portion size and therefore price-quality ratio, or length of time it took to come out of the kitchen. A common comment around the table is that we could have achieved better results cooking the same stuff at home or eating it somewhere less fancy. So, that was disappointing but the service was on point and the ambiance was great. Also, we all enjoyed the drinks a lot! Kid-friendliness: We had 5 kids from 1 to 9 years old around the table. We got enough high chairs, were accommodated with a table in the back with room to move around with the kids, and we got kids menus. What would help is paper and coloring pencils to go along with the kids menus because the wait was quite long, especially for the kiddos.

I think I expected a little more from the food, however I cant complain since I was at the happy hour so its unnecessary for me to criticize it, the place and the atmosphere are very good and to be honest it is one of the few places where the staff really has a service attitude :).

Food was ok, not really worth the price . Not tasty and quite pricey . We were sitting inside but still felt like the AC was not on so it was pretty hot, same as if we would have sat in the patio . Today temperature was around 30 degrees. I was really bothered to notice that the server customize her tip at 18% and just gave the machine ready to pay . As costumers we should be able to decide how much tip we want to leave. I m not coming back .

Service was fast and friendly. Cocktails were yummy. The blackened cod with the gnocchi was so good. The tuna tartare appetizer and calamari were also really tasty. I recommend this location :)

The most terrible waitress I have ever seen her name is EMMA !!! she has no manners at all she s not polite , she give you the worst attitude, service is very slow and bad ,she s not mature she act like teenager seriously I don t recommend you to go there , I usually go to Kanata or Landsdowne location they treat their people very well, THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!! Very bad service. Mark the server is very racist. He is very passive aggressive. Not to mention that the dishes are not properly cleaned. When I made a polite and non confrontational remark about the dirty cup he did not apologize, but rather said it s the fault of the dishwasher?!? Overall don t recommend this place. He ruined my family s mood and made us feel unwelcome on our first day in Ottawa.

Trash customer service, manager Mike with glasses was showing extreme attitude after he ran my food out and had bacon on it, I asked for no bacon as I made sure with the server multiple times. Mike is a trash human

We were today on Victoria day. The place was not at all crowded. We were seated right away. While bringing our plates, the server dropped my moms plate and broke it. She apologized and said that she placed a rush request to make another one. In the meantime we were served and were eating. After 10 minutes not checking on my mom, I asked from the server to bring something, e.g., bread so mom can nibble on until her plate is ready. So they brought some bread. Our discovery was the bill. The charged us $3 for bread. I feel we were ripped off. It is NOT about the $3 but the principle of being well taken care of; and we did not feel that way. They did not even think about suggesting to offer anything in the meantime until my moms plate was ready. On top of that, they charged us her plate. In a lot of respected and well-known restaurants, they wont charge for the plate because it is their mistake. Overall, the food was less than average and we paid 238$ for 4 adults and 2 kids. For that price, I expect a decent customer service. I will definitely NOT go back again.

We sat on the patio, with beautiful views all around. Fairmont Chateau Laurier, Majors Hill Park, Connaught Building, MacKenzie Ave., Rideau Canal all within a short walk after an excellent meal.

Had dinner here last night and it was a great experience! Our server, Shawn was so so lovely and accommodating. He was very personable, attentive and friendly. They also made sure to point out where the washrooms were on our way in, which I really appreciated (nothing worse than wandering around to find the washrooms) I would absolutely recommend this location and specifically Shawn! Made our family dinner very special and memorable.

I ordered thai green curry bowl with chicken: - The portion was too big for one person - The rice was not cooked correctly, because it was hard and crunchy - The crispy Fried Wonton was too salty The other party ordered wagyu beef meatloaf: - It tasted like earth - wagyu beef does not taste like that The service: - I got there at 6 pm, but the waiter took my food order at 6:45 pm - I had to ask another waiter to tell my waiter that I was ready to order food...

I went to this location to celebrate my birthday with my family, we are originally from Alberta, we ordered some drinks to start and when we presented our Alberta IDs our server decided that all of our IDs were fake and refused service, we then asked them why would she just simply assume that, to what she just replied they look kinda fake to me then we asked to speak with the manager, he came to the table and said that if the server had reasons to believe that our IDs were fake they can t give us service, we were then asked to leave the restaurant, it was a horrible experience, I strongly recommend to avoid this place as they ruined my birthday dinner with no apparent reason

Came here for a lunch meeting. We were seated in the bar area which ended up being way too loud. Service was good. Had the lunch trio from the lunch menu, it was delicious.

Consistent, consistent, consistent. I have never had a bad or even mediocre dining experience at this restaurant. When you can go somewhere and know that you wont be disappointed, its a no-brainer to highly recommend it. Looking forward to the next visit.

There are a few labelled vegan options. The only vegan option for the main dish is the stuffed portobello mushroom cap, which was really tasty. The chocolate ganache torte was rich and decadent as well. Portion sizes are generous. Service is very friendly, and we got a free dessert for my friends birthday. A bit pricey. Although Ive loved my experience every time I came here, I do wish there were more vegan options to choose from on the menu!

Great restaurant between the Hill and the Byward Market. Usually a mix of business people, tourists, and politicos. The food is standard fare, but always well made. Cant go wrong coming here!

Really good (4.2/5) but not phenomenal - Food : 7.8/10 (solid) - Service : 9/10 (very professional) - Atmosphere : 8/10 (quiet, professional, great for a place to talk over a good dinner) - Price (for what you get) : 7.5/10 (a tiny bit on the pricey side but for the location, cleanliness of the restaurant and service, it makes sense. Would not go again personally but its a safe place to meet new people or bring a large gathering of people with different tastes. Food wise, they do a lot of things well but nothing great. They are a bit of a jack of all trades when it comes to the kitchen. It probably wont disappoint anyone but it will not blow you away or give you any life-changing experience. Its solid but not spectacular. Overall, I would not discourage anyone from going there but it wouldnt be a place that I would typically recommend to my close friends and/or family.

I booked for NYEs dinner and when they called to confirm our table, the guy told me that we will have the set menu but option to do ala carte. But the staff and floor manager was rude the night we went. We do not recommend this resto. Milestones Montreal has way better customer service.

I ordered a beef steak sandwich, and it was okay. In addition to the sandwich, I ordered coconut-breaded calamari, but they didnt taste like coconut or even salt. They just tasted like oil. The service is average, and the atmosphere is very bland. I would never go back.

If you want a safe bet with excellent service in downtown Ottawa its a great option. Considering the quality and location prices are reasonable. Wide ranging menu means should be something for everyone - decent though mainstream drink selection too. Service was top draw. I can definitely recommend the tuna sushi bowl. Vegetarian options: Plenty of these. Dietary restrictions: Should be able to cater to most restrictions Kid-friendliness: Didnt strike me as somewhere Id bring a kid - more of an adult place.

I came for lunch on a Tuesday. Party of four. Great service and a very good meal. Vegan option was quite nice. We had a delicious South African white wine, at a modest price (about USD 30). Nice atmosphere, beautiful view of downtown Ottawa.

Went in for a late dinner after a long day of meetings. We were seated at a table on the bar side. It was more than half empty, but between the music and the echoes of every tables conversations, we could barely hear each other without yelling. Its not very enjoyable. Note I have sat on the other side before, with much better results.

No parking nearby, as it is located at the intersection of 2 major streets. On our last visit, the staff did not speak French in a capital city of a bilingual country. Parking possible at the ByWard Market (free after 5:30 p.m. outside). A little further on, 2 other paying interiors. Finally, two others also paying, are located at the Rideau center and at the CNA, Vegetarian options: 2 dishes on the menu Dietary restrictions: Flat can be configured accordingly. Tell staff. Kid-friendliness: Adjustable portion Wheelchair accessibility: Door at the same level as the street

The 5 STARS belong to the acting Manager (Kanata Location)tonight covering the manager who was off on holidays and our truly amazing and stellar server Dani. We had a few issues during our dinner experience but due to these two individuals ..all is forgotten. Dani was personable, professional and exceeded all a server is expected to do. If I could give more than 5 STARS I would!!! Our meals other than a couple of errors were corrected immediately and efficiently. We look forward to our next visit as usual!!! Milestones Rocks!!!

Great staff and a great decor. The wait was a bit long though and the bathrooms are disgusting. I had the smashed black and blue burger and the scallion aioli had a nice subtle and mild touch to it. Which adds flavor to the burger. You can feel the chunks of the wagyu beef inside the burger patty. It was splendid.

I took my 95 year father there for dinner. My folks used to live above the restaurant in a condo and we have frequently visited in the past. We have not been there in quite some time. This being said we were very satisfied and pleasantly surprised that it was such a positive experience. The gal at the hostess stand was more than accommodating and very pleasant, a couple of orignal staff were still there and the food was well prepared and fresh. We enjoyed our visit, we will return! Thanks for surviving downtown post-pandemic.

Good options for different diet styles. We avoid unhealthy carbs during the week, and they replaced the potatoe with one of the best salads we ever had!! We chose a chicken with beans that was warm and perfect (comfort food), and a steak with greens and salad that had so much flavor!!! One of the best places we visited!

Typical food from a chain, but amazing service and atmosphere

Hi management, I was in there for my first time at this location. They say you never have a second chance to make a first impression and that is correct. As soon as I walked in you can smell humidity in the air.. Check your ventilation system and have it cleaned. Bathrooms were dirty, urinals have mildew and Toilets not cleaned properly as well as sinks. There is not excuse to have this looking like this. Hope this gets corrected, otherwise the are tons of places to go in the market area. It is very humid and hot, floors also needs a cleaning. People eat here, please do what is needed. Thank you.

We wandered into this Milestones because we were wanting happy hour but they unfortunately did not have it. We just ordered our usual pickings from Milestones and still enjoyed our meal! Had tacos, pasta, steak. It s in a great location, with a good view when seated by the big window. Service was good.

The peppercorn sauce on steak is absolutly to die for. Overall, great experience thank you xo

Very pleasant and attentive, not to mention funny He food wasnt bad either, delightful...my sister felt her seafood pasta could use a lil more umph with the seasoning and made a couple requests to which the restaurant acoomodated with no hesitation. We came to Ottawa for the tulip festival and had a great time at Milestones! The service is quick, the food is amazing and we really enjoyed this location. We tried their spinach dip, the coconut calamari, the filet mignon and their burgers! They were all delicious. You should definitely reserve as the restaurant gets quite busy!

I recently visited Milestones and it was a great experience! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I ordered the shrimp wham bam appetizer and it was fantastic. The menu had a great variety of dishes and drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the Miami ice - it was so refreshing! The restaurant had a great atmosphere and made for a very enjoyable dining experience. Thank you, Milestones!

Service was friendly but on a slower side. Some of the food was very nice (shrimp and calamari appetizers, the ribs), but the tuna bowl was terrible, so I would recommend avoiding that item because of the quality of the fish. It tasted like it had started to go bad. The bathrooms were beyond disgusting, so very very dirty. The air conditioning didnt seem to be working very well. Disappointing experience overall.

Did not enjoy our experience here recently. The menu was unclear and when asked what a dish was, our server, didn t explain the food we ordered. We couldn t eat the Burrata when it arrived. (She was great otherwise however!) We ended up paying for the dish even after telling her we couldn t eat the soft cheese because we didn t know that s what it was. We told her she didn t explain what a Burrata was - had we known it was a dairy, we wouldn t have ordered it. She was also the one whose recommended it because it was the only other GF option. The whole experience was awkward (even after talking to management) and would not make me want to come back - as I usually like coming to this restaurant. That s too bad .

My daughter(she is teenager) and her friends came to this location to celebrate birthday today. Their reservation for 5.00 pm. The bill for her was $30 and she gave $50 bill. Others paid by card. The change was only $10. Then she asked another $10. It took about 10 minutes and waitress told this young kids. ,Next time give them a tip which is so emberassing for this location.

I went to this Milestones yesterday(July 6th) with my wife and sister. The server did not show up for drinks order for first 10 minutes. The drinks were good. Later on, the happy hour drinks hardly had any liquor in it. The food was sub-standard. We ordered a portobello mushroom chicken. The chicken breast was super dry and overcooked. The pesto spaghettini hardly had any pesto in it and the grilled vegetable tasted old. When we requested the server to rectify the speghettini she agreed that the there is hardly any pesto in it and took our plate. Another server showed up with the same plate and offered us additional pesto later. Not sure why my plate made a trip to Kitchen and returned cold. This was a $29 main. I have eaten this main at Milestone at least 7-8 times to know it was no where near its usually like. There was no discount/compensation on the bill or acknowledgment of this service.

This is more than 5 . We visited for a weekend trip to Ottawa and had lunch here. The waitress was so gentle and kind. The indoor dining is something I would recommend as it gives you more privacy and the seating area is perfectly planned. Buffalo cauliflowers and ravioli finishing with carrot cake as desert is the best combination.

Divested from Cara but I don t believe much has changed from the new owners. Still great casual food ! I ve always enjoyed milestones. A good comfort dish - chicken portobello pesto. They always mail it. Super yummy. Don t look at the calorie count ! The second dish was a sessional Thai coconut seafood dish. Also good. They made a good effort to dazzle it up. Sussex location on the patio is super. Nice Summer day, many passerbys to people watch the core of downtown Ottawa. Note. The ultimate dining card no longer works here.

Food was amazing. Had the butternut squash ravioli. Staff was very busy but did a good job.

The manager and the juice monkey of a waiter would not take our iD s from Alberta, they did not want to answer our questions and they ended up kicking us out in a very rude fashion, wouldn t recommend this place to anybody

Went here for a very late night meal back in April. Food although not great, was decent; most likely because we went at a pretty late hour. The service was very friendly and inviting We enjoyed our meal and the ambient!

The dishes are very good, good cuisine with quite spicy seasonings. The atmosphere is very good restaurant but nothing exceptional either.

The seafood pasta was gone but it was still very good. A little more expensive than Boston Pizza or Barbies but much better!!

We were in for a lunch and before we received our food, someone with a clear mental health issue started shouting around all the customers. The staff were completely useless, did not try and usher the person out and allowed them to yell at the top of their lungs directly at customers.

Stopped by for a few drinks. Friendly staff.

By far the most uncomfortable restaurant experience ever in Ottawa. We had a dinner reservation for a group of 9, for 7:30 Thursday Oct 12. My 2 adults daughters arrived onsite at 7:30 and the rest of us arrived at 7:50: to my surprise the manager called Wes refused to give us a table because the whole group was not present on time. Apparently it s the policy of the restaurant to cancel any reservations if you are more than 15min late and you did not call to advise you would be late. Note my daughters were on time and advised we were a little behind, so we just couldn t understand the logic why our table got cancelled(??) when 3/4 of the place was empty. It was quite disturbing experience specially half of the group were my friend and his family visiting Ottawa from abroad. We tried to point out that some of us were on time and advised we were a bit late but the manager was just so dismissive and arrogant. I couldn t believe he preferred to keep his restaurant empty instead of serving 9 clients in this economy Thankfully there are many great and more welcoming restaurants in Ottawa.

I dont recommend. Sticky table, all dirty windows both inside and out. Bugs in my coffee so, were there other things in my meal??? Bathroom not too clean.

Arriving since 6:50 p.m. in a group of 9 people, the manager charges us an 18% tip. Without serving appetizers.

We had a wonderful dinner here. Every staff member that we made contact with was friendly, courteous and we were met with a genuine smile. The hostess offered us a quieter table as there was a large group coming in. Very kind and thoughtful of her. Chad our server was exceptional. The food was excellent. The carrot cake was a delectable finishing touch. What a lovely Thursday night out. Thank you to all. T and B

My most recent dining experience at this restaurant was truly upsetting. The service was shockingly poor and the staff was rude all because of an order mix-up. I strongly discourage dining at this establishment. If it were possible, I would certainly rate them lower than one star. Ive even encountered better service at a drive-thru. To add to the frustration, the food was also disappointing, making the whole experience not worth the hassle.

We are visiting from windsor ontario, stopped in for a burger, and wow, it had to be one of the best burgers weve ever had, and the service was exceptional. Next time we are in Ottawa we will be coming there again.

A first at Milestones and not the last! A lovely welcome, Mike is a kind and attentive waiter and our dishes were all very hot, fresh food and so tasty! The Caesar salad and Cajun chicken, as delicious as the ribs! There were 4 of us seated on the bar side, very beautiful view of the illuminated city center, however the windows could be cleaner

Beautiful location and view of the city streets. Nice atmosphere. Excellent food! Our waiter Mark was attentive and responsive to requests and questions. To the manager: If you were a perfectionist and wanted to make the restaurant itself perfect, I would repair the wobbly high table by the window (our drinks spilled with the slightest accidental knee on the table) and wash the glass on the entrance doors and make the receptionists table more respectable. Its unfair that such a good restaurant has a questionable main entrance. Otherwise 10 out of 10!

The staff were super nice and thats cool. So this rating is really for the food I ordered. I got the poke bowl, and it was one of the more expensive Ive ever had (26$-27$) and it was definitely the worst. The vegetables were fresh, but the rice was not.

Food wasn t appetizing but still mostly edible. Service was good and atmosphere was nice.

All I did was say I have an allergy and the server told me they wouldnt take any precautions and that the onus is on me to not have an anaphylactic reaction. All I needed them to say was something like, yeah Ill let the chef know. If everywhere else can Handle an allergy with no questions asked why cant these guys. :( They basically acted like I was trying to sew them or something. Food was okay in the end but not nearly worth the price. Theres a lot of great places in downtown ottawa. I wouldnt waste any time here with so many top class restaurants near by that are much more affordable well versed in basic manners

Went in as a big group for a dinner party and was served by Kenzie and Shawn - the service was excellent, they were efficient, friendly, and remembered everything! Even made sure to ensure there were no allergy concerns/ dietary restrictions prior to ordering. The food was also excellent.

Good restaurant. Lots of choices on the menu. Service ok (rather slow for the few people in the restaurant), but we were a group of 12.

I do stop by here once in a while , the bar personnel is really friendly and super attentive, the food is fantastic , albeit , I order the same thing over and over again. I especially like the oversized stella glasses (beer fan here)

Unfortunately I didn t have the best experience in this place I ordered rosè sangria it was similar to a fruit cocktail and when I told them that.. they charged me extra for extra alcohol, I was also charged for extra food with main cours that I didn t ask for in the first place and of cours they didn t do anything about it. Obviously they don t care about the customer satisfaction but his money !!!!

A bit too loud on the bar side for having dinner. The meals were good and services was awesome.

This was my first time at a milestones restaurant. The interior was nice, dark with a booth focused seating arrangement. The food selection is nice, and the service was great. I had been told that the mushroom soup is a must try, and it delivered. Thick with a nice pepper flavour. Overall, I would say its a great place to take your significant other for an intimate evening, or a to have a great meal with a few friends.

We were very happy to see some of the brunch items returning and hopefully all will return in due time. I had the Classic Breakfast with soft poached eggs, bacon, brunch potatoes and toast. The potatoes were fantastic, so well cooked and seasoned. The eggs were cooked perfectly, but there was about 1/8 cup of water in the dish they were served in. Trying to get the eggs out of the dish without pouring all that water on my plate was a definite challenge and one that I failed so I sacrificed a slice of toast to soak it up. I should have asked for another dish to drain out the excess water, and next time, I will do that. The coffee is great and I will happily return for brunch again

It s a milestones, what can I say. Food and service were fine. Ambiance was lacking. A solid 3-3.5. Not a place I would opt for but nothing bad to keep me from going here again.

Been going to this location over a decade and the service has gone down since the pandemic. The hosts that answer the phone tend to be rude and every time I order for takeout or Uber Eats, they mess up my order and want to have attitude. Totally not okay.

Service was very slow and non attentive, despite not being very busy. They clean the tables with spray but with an old dirty cloth. I wiped the table myself and the photo shows how dirty it was. Baaaarf! Calamari was good. Steak sandwich had way too much sauce and too much salt. Tuna sushi bowl was good. Portions are large. Default tip is 18% on top of the tax! Overall experience was meh. I doubt I d return or recommend.

Very rude waiter asked for a recommendation of what is good and he responded with it wouldn t be on the menu if it wasn t good and also asked about a drink and he was rude about it as well, treating us as if we were stupid. Our whole table was shocked at his rudeness.

I was taken out to Milestones in Ottawa for my birthday over the weekend. I had the Wagyu meatloaf which was delicious. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was amazing. The staff had a lady come in that was complaining about everything from the moment she sat down. She first ask to move from where they sat her, I would see her frantically waving down the staff and just being a total nuisance. Her date/man even left her alone for an extended period of time but the staff. Politely helped her with every issue she brought forward and treated her with decency and respect.

Great restaurant. We ordered garlic Ceasar salad, Mediterranean Chicken, and Seafood Pasta. All food were delicious, and staffs were friendly.
