Was stoked for loaded mashed potatoes was told they were out. Asked how they didn t have cheese and bacon for their burgers, they said they did this is a prime example of a franchise restaurant vs a ma and pa place. Common Milestones, think outside of the box

You are definitely paying for the location when you dine here. The location, atmosphere, and food (the food we actually received) were all great. However, the service is very disappointing. Our appetizer was brought out just as we finished our entrees. We rarely saw our server so we weren t able to ask about it, and tried to let another server know we wanted to cancel it when it still hadn t shown up towards the end of the meal, but the message didn t make it. They brought it out, we told them we had tried to cancel it, so they took it back. I assume it went in the trash. There was also no toilet paper in any of the stalls in the ladies room. We expected better service for this price point but I guess you pay for the location and location only!

Note of Appreciation to Jeff, Manager at Lansdowne location, and our server Eric for a wonderful lunch experience. We were a large group so Jeff moved us to a private room which was perfect. Everyone enjoyed their lunch (lots of meal choices) and the service was excellent throughout the meal (and reservation process).

Great Service overall 10/10 my Fish Tacos rocked it was our first time but it was worth it I m still thinking about those Fish Tacos as we speak so you already know round 2 soon. The atmosphere was very calming and I loved the dimmed lights I mean the mood was fantastic. The servers 10/10 I think it s based on the sections our server was busy but he made his rounds on time and gave us great service. I will be back soon!!! Parking: It s was adequate but I think it depends on when you go we had no problems finding parking honestly.

We went there yesterday for a group dinner and apparently according to their policy they impose the tipping if we come as group, we were like 3 couples and 3 other people and they added $22 tip on everyone bill. Do not go there for a group dinner!!!!

Eric was a great addition to the evening! Very personable and offered great recommendations.

Food was good (we had burgers, portobello mushroom, and green curry)but service was horrible. There were only 6 other tables tonight, sat down at 6, and it was 6:55 when our food came out. The waitress hardly ever checked on us, no notice that there would be a delay in getting our food. When I asked her when paying the bill about kitchen staffing she explained that it s hard to plan for scheduling as it s some times slow. That s a poor explanation. I ll go back but just really hope they do better with service.

I came here on a weeknight with some friends and I wish I had a closer look at the reviews before hand. As someone else already mentioned youre paying upscale prices for a below average meal. If you have a choice, spend your time and money elsewhere. I went for the spiced shoyu ramen bowl with grilled salmon. They have a picture of this dish, with a different protein, on their menu. It looked very rich in flavor and I felt like its something I wont easily make at home. Well, I was wrong! The food was served lukewarm and tasted very bland. On the menu it says its served with shiitake mushrooms and Asian vegetables, I dont think either of those were on the plate. The salmon portion was generous, but the flavor was rather unremarkable. Unfortunately, I wasnt the only one that night being very disappointed with their meal. I ended up paying $43 it! (Including tax and tip). The service was alright though.

Our waiter was amazing and the food was delicious.

Eric was awesome. Apparenrly there was staff shortage so access to restaurant was limited. I did get in and enjoyed my Seafood Benedict. Plus Caesar was delicious. Thank you Eric!

Wine and beer good, food surprisingly good for a venue next to a football stadium. Actually VERY good. Waitress (Devin) friendly and attentive even though it was 2 hours before a football game.

Pesto pasta was just okay..

I came here with my friend during the Thai Food Festival for a couple drinks around 2pm. The service with the male server was great so 5 stars for him. However just wanted to note, my friend arrived earlier than me (1pm) so when the sign says please wait to be seated, and no one comes out for awhile, they walked themselves in and was told by the female server there was a please wait to be seated sign.... when it was empty and no one came out to do so. The interaction was not pleasent and if it wasnt for the fact that I specifically wanted bellinis, he wouldnt have wanted to come back. Since I learned of this after the fact which was kind of him, I wouldnt have gone in either if that was the prior experience.

Great food, 5* presentation, great signature drinks. Love everything about the restaurant. A bit noisy but otherwise perfect.

Nice staffs and the food is awesome

We had ravioli pasta, mushroom soup, Caesar cauliflower vegan wink were very good.

We held a private event for 14 guests, Milestones had a private room which was perfect. The lunch went off without a hitch and reasonably priced.

Dinner for two. The waiter was enthusiastic and attentive but not very professional. Shortly after we were seated and ordered wine he announced there was a brief meeting for all staff and he would be back in 2 minutes. It was more like 5 minutes, which was no big deal, but what restaurant holds an all staff meeting during open hours? Unless there was an emergency (none was apparent) it was very unprofessional. We were seated near the kitchen and wait staff were quite boiserous and loudly joking and laughing with each other when entering and leaving the kitchen area. Were glad they were having a good time, but it detracted from the atmosphere. One of the dishes we ordered included spinach and kale. We asked that additional spinach be substituted for the kale. The waiter came back a little while later to tell us the chef said he could do it this time because they were not busy but he would not do it during busier times. Seriously? How hard is it to leave off one leafy vegetable and add more of another that is already in the dish? And why tell us that at all, since he was accomodating us this time? If the request overwhelmed his apparently limited abilities in the future, tell us then. Again, very unprofessional. The food was good but nothing to rave about. One dish was supposed to be blackened, but it didnt look or taste blackened (it was quite bland). Given the unremarkable food and the lack of professionalism among staff in both the front and back of the house we are unlikely to return.

The Wings were great! The gochujang burger was a bit strange. The shrimp felt like they were covered with spicy mayo. The service was great and everyone was super nice! Total with a sangria was about $90.

Attended a co-workers farewell luncheon and as always the food and service was amazing!

Visited Saturday May 4th for drinks at the bar. Bartender was amazing!! 10/10 for service, friendliness, just overall awesome. Bar MANAGER on the other hand .. all I can say is that we had great entertainment. Another customer complained about not tasting alcohol in their drink (8pm) bar manager got mad called them a c*** multiple times, and literally THREW the entire FULL glass into the nearby garbage behind the bar. Then she proceeded to remake the drink and finished off by pouring the alcohol through the straw so that the costumer can t say they don t taste the alcohol now it was really quite the show!

No respect for people s time, I had a takeout order. Made me wait close to 50 minutes when the order was supposed to be ready when I came in. The receptionist and any server walking by me did not even have the decency to offer me a glass of water absolutely nothing. If I could go lower than 1 , I would.

Great service and food!

I will first say that the hosts, servers and expos were all friendly, but for the high price we paid, our group should have gone elsewhere. My crispy chicken sandwich was good, the fries were so few and very subpar. The two other guests ordered burgers which they hated. Both with burnt edges and their fries also sucked. We asked for our appetizer to come out WITH our entrees and that request was not honoured. DO NOT get the dipping sauce that comes with the Korean bbq cauliflower. The dip is truly disgusting!! We all gagged. Coffee was lukewarm and stale, but they brought a new one which was better. Server continuously put pressure on us to leave (came by so many times, took our coffee despite it not being empty he did apologize for that) and kept asking if we needed anything more. By this point, we had hardly been there for an hour. Server ended up telling us that a group with a reservation was on their way in and apologized for rushing us out. 3 of our bills came up to 150 before tax and 18% tip. We will NOT be back.

Food was sub-par. Service was very very slow and sub-par, the waiter never asked us if we would like another drink. We were in a group, I understand that it takes longer. But 2hrs for food is longggggg. There was a 1hr delay from when the first person got food to when the last person got their meal. Unacceptable. And an hour to get 4 desserts was ridiculous.

So sad. Came out for Dads birthday. Seasonal veggies were served BARELY blanched, roasted beet and goat cheese salad was pathetic with maybe 6 small cubes of beet and about a tablespoon of goat cheese. More onions than anything. The filet was cooked properly and dad was happy with the wagyu meatloaf HOWEVER, all the flavour was in the over the top peppercorn sauce. Appetizer was forgotten. Overall a disappointing experience and we will not be back.

Our waiter Liam was attentive ,courteous and helpful. We went for my husband s birthday because he love the wagyu meat loaf, unfortunately it had no flavour except for the enormous amount of pepper corns in the mushrooms. And the vegetables weren t cooked, raw green beans are NOT tasty couldn t even cut the carrots!! It would also be nice to have a simple chocolate cake for birthday sweet! And the children chocolate cookie was hard as rock. Sorry to say not great!

We booked a reservation here tonight prior to the PWHL game at TD place. We were there at 5:30 pm, and all our orders were in prior to 6:00 pm. We waited about 50 minutes to get our food... Making us late for our game. When we first arrived it seemed like an average night that wasnt too busy. The biggest issue I had was that some of our happy hour drink prices werent honoured, and half of us ended up paying full price! Double check your receipts for sure! PLUS we paid 18% gratuity upfront for our group of 10. Our waitress was nice and apologetic, but I dont think it makes up for the long wait and overall poor service.

Good food, definitely enjoyed my steak. Server was awesome and friendly.

Pros: 50% off bottles of wine on Tuesday, variety on the menu, can get a reservation in advance. Cons: It took about 30 minutes for our food to come with no acknowledgement of it when it finally came. It seemed like a lot. We also asked for more water during our meal but didn t get any until after we paid. Super weird!

The food was good. The server patient, kind, and made sure the drinks were full. The kids loved it as well. Kid-friendliness: The waitress loved working and talking to the kids.

Went for Valentine s Day dinner with girlfriend. Mushroom soup tasted like salty gravy. Steak sandwich was good, chicken parm wasn t great, had no tomato sauce for some reason which is a sample for chicken parm. Got the sauce brought over and it was cold ruined my girlfriend s mood, actually made her cry because she was so upset with this terrible experience on Valentine s Day. Extremely disappointed in the quality milestones showed. Next table over another couple complained as well. Didn t cook their seafood properly. Girl of the other couple was also very upset. Honestly overall pathetic.

My boyfriend and I went last night for V-Day and had an excellent evening. Our waiter, Justin, was so nice, friendly and attentive. He is one of the best waiters we ve ever had. He gave great suggestions and was super polite. It was 10/10 evening!

Really good food and customer service.

Overall a great date night experience. We were served promptly by both the hostess and waiter. The food was delicious. My steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned and the burger was amazing too! Drinks and appetizer came quickly and so did our main dishes. I will be recommending this Milestones to family and friends. Thank you!

It was new years eve so keep this in mind when reading my review. Got sited quickly but then waited a long time for our waiter to show up. Im not picky about how I want my steak done, but I ordered a medium rare, showed up very very well mode. The server, who was very friendly, offered to make a new one but since we were told we had to leave to table by a certain time, we didnt have time to wait for a new one, so my partner and I shared his dinner. It was my first time visiting Milestones, sadly I wont be going back.

Extremely disappointing and overpriced. You re paying upscale food prices for a painfully below average meal. I got the steak sandwich, and you d think for $26 they could have actually cooked a real steak. Seemed like processed beef (texture reminiscent of beef jerky) and a bunch of random pieces, that are obviously not from the same steak, thrown into a bun. Our cocktails came in cloudy, limescaley glasses. 2 cocktails and 2 entrées for $100, seriously use your money elsewhere. Our server was very sweet though!

My friend and I came here after a long day of hard working & studying. We had the honour of meeting Jordan as our server. He is the absolute best, very enthusiastic & loving.

They do not use candles for birthdays apparently blowing on your own cake is an issue and they have cockroaches to boot! Found one of the little gross bathing a running across our table took almost 2 weeks for a response with an essay full of excuses.

This restaurant has fantastic food and service. Tom, the owner, is an excellent host and the staff is friendly and professional. I recommend this spot to everyone.

My friends and I had an absolutely lovely dinner at Milestones on New Years Eve. Food was delicious, the ambiance was nice but the best part was our server, Justin. He was professional, kind, bubbly and funny. He is the best waiter we ve ever had!

Weve always loved Milestones but the quality has really gone down. I think they were sold to a new company. There were three of us this last time, one had Salmon which was delicious (although the rice was served lukewarm), one had Thai noodle which was good, and one had steak which had a large amount of fat and was tough to chew although the spicing was delicious. The side of vegetables was essentially a few asparagus and a carrot or two on top of the other side but they were well cooked. So the food was average and partly sub-par for a bill close to 200$. The real problem came down to the water, we were served this first cloudy water, which two of us drank, and when we asked for cleaner water a second bottle was brought which was clear, from which the three of us drank... Well the cloudy water drinkers were sick later that night. So wont be coming back to Milestones and can no longer recommend it. Parking: Underground parking

Beautiful location with excellent service. We were a group of 10, and the service was excellent. Justin was our server who again was excellent, and the manager on that evening was also spectacular. I unfortunately do not remember her name. I would highly recommend this location for an evening out with friends or work colleagues.

We went for cocktails and apps and it was awesome. Great service from Kim and the Blue Marg was delish.

Our server, Eric, earned all of the stars today. My meal was adequate but the service was attentive, professional and good humoured as we gave him our many dietary restrictions and requirements. He was a treat, patient and polite but relaxed enough to joke with us. I ordered a steak sandwich with no bread but probably should have had the bread and not the fries. Tasty food but it cooled quickly and the fries got greasy.

They are so accommodating, I did not have a reservation, but that was to trouble for the team at lansdowne. Very rude staff. The larger waitress with the two buns on her head purposely gave us dirty utensils.

The whole experience was great however, it would have been great if we got a table instead of a seat at the bar.

The quality of food has gone down tremendously. And on top of it I had to remind the waitress 2 times that its my wedding anniversary and to arange the desert and sparklers. Had made this arrest well in advance but this was never done . And the reason was I COMPLETELY FORGOT and it was not even half filled. PLEASE AVOID GOING THERE

Had the chicken lettuce wrap. Suggestion: Provide a spoon for the sauces and chicken. It does not work with only a fork and knife. Food was great. The mushroom soup is always good. Service could be a bit better, but it comes with experience. Food : 4/5

The food was underwhelming and somewhat generic. Felt like I was at a major chain restaurant. The staff were friendly but the service was very slow. We showed up early for a reservation, got seated 15 min late, and didn t get our food for an hour.

Food wasn t great. Was okay though. Sauce didn t come as it said didn t get my side correct completely different side was added. Kitchen stuff sucked. The waitress was doing her best no complaints there. They just need to review their kitchen staff. We were a party of 9

Our reservation for Valentine s Day was booked a month in advance, but unfortunately we still ran into issues when we arrived. A week prior we called to switch our reservation to 7:30, however when we showed up for our reservation we were informed that we had missed our 7:00 reservation. We informed them that we had called and received confirmation that we could switch it to 7:30, but were told repeatedly there was no record of that in the system . Not a single solution was posed, or even any accountability taken for this mishap until pushing staff to work with us to come to some sort of solution. At one point we were accused (by someone who says they were the manager) of changing the reservation that same afternoon to 7:00, which was entirely impossible. Thankfully my partner realized that she was interpreting her own system incorrectly. That change was made a whole month prior. I ve hosted at restaurants before, and it is so easy to forget to take note of a switched reservation in such a busy environment. Or possibly it was indeed changed and there was an issue with it syncing across the iPads. Ultimately, it s your job to help find a solution. Not leave guests feeling as though they would lie about a reservation on one of the busiest nights of the year. After a ton of back and forth, we were finally able to be seated, which we were thankful for. Our server definitely helped to lighten the mood. He gave lovely service. No complaints about the food, we mostly came for the dessert which ended up being disappointing. I ve never had a skillet cookie that hard. Anyway, I ve dined here before and had great experiences so it s not far fetched that I d return, but definitely expected so much more considering that it was Valentine s Day. Hopefully this review will be seen by staff as constructive and they can work on finding effective solutions to their mistakes with guests.

Appetizers were not fresh, Steaks were dry, food overall didn t taste well. The waitress didn t bring us utensils until we asked. Mojitos we re good.

First time going to this location and it unfortunately wasnt the greatest. The music was loud (like at the club loud) where we were seated. The bigger issues were that the service took a really long time and they messed up a couple orders. The staff seemed nice enough, I just hope if/when we visit next time, that the experience will be better.

Lucas was a fantastic server, he was right on time at every moment, kind and respectful and helpful in all. Youre lucky if you get him! The food was delicious, perfect sizing (a tad heavy on the dressing for my salad, but we lived) and the dimmed lighting was moody. Small downside for friends who cant read well in low light (ha!) so dont forget your glasses.

Came in on a Wednesday evening with a group of 3, seated immediately but service overall was incredibly slow. We ordered wine, it took at least 20min for our bottle. Waiter forgot our drink order as well. Food was pretty slow to come out. Neglected by our waiter for most of the evening, had to flag him down for another bottle, as well as desserts. When we tried to order desserts we were told last call on food had already happened (but our waiter never relayed that to us) - they allowed us to order dessert but were asked if we wanted it to go. Was here a month ago on a Friday with much better service.

Steak sandwich was a great recommendation from the friendly waitress and the portobello mushroom chicken was a favorite. unfortunately the key lime pie was quite up to par but the staff made the whole experience enjoyable as they were able to tend to all tables in a timely and always friendly manner even though it seemed that they were shortstaffed.

Wonderful experience as always. The staff are delightful and the food was delicious. Kristy was our server and she was very knowledgeable and patient. Would definitely recommend!

Went in at 4sh! About 8 servers on and nobody else in the place! Service was terrible! Burgers were great! Surf side salad terrible. Shrimp was good but the salad was tasteless. Server did not come for almost 10 minutes when we arrived.. no checking back to order more drinks did not check in to see how our meal was . no cutlery or napkins .. grabbed from another empty table.. considering all the other restaurants at Landsdowne we will go somewhere else .. visited Wednesday May 3 4 pm . Unbelievable considering there were about 8 waitresses in the place and one table - us !

Service is terrible. We order sweet patatos fries we got regular fries. The servet refuse to change the order even when he knew it was his mistake. The fries were very terrible and the hamburgers meat, think but not flavor. I will never come back to any of their locations.

Needs better management, service was not the great unfortunately. More communication between kitchen and staff , and speedy service required.

I wouldn t come to this milestone because the service is VERY SLOW. It took them 1 hour to bring us our food. And the restaurant wasn t even that busy. Our food was dry and not even hot. They barely but any fries for my meal. Personally I won t be coming back

Worst customer service ever. I came when it wasnt busy at all. Half of the restaurant was closed. I was patiently waiting at the check-in desk and no one showed up!! They walked by me like I was invisible. Poor customer service. If they were busy, I could understand that. Will never come back or recommend to any of my friends.

Seated right away. Ordered coffee, took 1/2 hour to get the coffee. Another 20 minutes for waitress to come back to take order. Once ordered, 45 minutes to get meal. Meal not hot, eggs overdone, forgot cheese topping & toast. Sent back. Another 25 minutes to finally get meal back. Restaurant wasn t even busy. Prices outrageous.

Not great. Informed on entry that our party of 10 would have a mandatory 20% service charge. I get why they might do that, but worried immediately that it gives servers no incentive for decent service. Sure enough we were the forgotten table for the two hours (max time they allow) we were there for my teenage daughters birthday. It was just one thing after another, all smallish first-world problems but annoying when its not cheap in the first place and youre forced into paying a great service level of tip: They were 15 mins late seating us (and still wanted us out at the two-hour mark _from reservation time_); two people didnt get their food until 10 mins after everyone else; food was lukewarm like it had been ready for ages; we waited 10 minutes for cutlery to eat our dessert; they cant do any espresso-based coffees decaf. We were served by at least four different members of staff when we could grab them, again more than likely because theres no tip-incentive to do so. Other tables had them fluttering around and service looked great. So Id say its meh - theyre busy, they dont have to care, but dont go there for a special night with a group, its not group friendly. A pity for us when it was my girls special night. EDIT: Regarding the response from Milestones, after I emailed them back, they issued me some kind of helpdesk ticket asking me to copy-paste this review into it (because they dont have access??). I did but after that heard exactly nothing. Parking: Lots of parking underneath, but note that they dont endorse your parking ticket unlike some other places in Lansdowne.

Interior is nice, service wasn t great. We ordered a Bellini, she disappeared for 20 minutes, then came back to tell us they forgot to defrost the mix so we couldn t have that. Seems weird considering it s milestones signature drink. Prices were very high for what tasted like cheap quality food. We got the chicken parm and it was just so bland and had no sauce. Pretty disappointing all around.

Really great food. Our server was lovely and attentive, too, despite it being so busy! Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options (and not just salads! but the veggie salad is very very tasty). Impressed :)

We wanted a quick cheap drink in Lansdowne. The hostess was rude and ignored us for a long time before acknowledging that we were waiting. The table was extremely sticky. The service was overall awful and the restaurant was loud and gaudy. The cocktails were flat, tasteless, and not even worth the $7. I m glad I didn t eat here as I don t think the staff was well trained and would be able to take the necessary precautions to accommodate my dietary restrictions. It was stressful to be there and I hope I never have to go again.

Had a nice meal here with my fiance for our anniversary - we brought our dog as their patio is dog-friendly :) Our server Jesse was very attentive and gave our dog lots of pats and his own water bowl. He handled everything effortlessly. Food was delicious - highly recommend the wham-bam shrimp!

Reservation booked for my birthday at 1.00. its now an hour later and we havent got our food. Just unacceptable. Only excuses offered by our waitress. Not coming back. Edit: we were offered a small bowl of free fries to tide us over and the manager offered 50% off the meal after more than an hour of waiting. Unfortunately the whole experience was disappointing and by the time we got our food I was ready to leave. An hour plus from seating to service.

Most, if not all the Milestones in Edmonton, Alberta have closed. A nice surprise that theyre some Milestones in Ottawa. Had the Chicken rice bowl, EXCELLENT!!! I exchanged the rice, for quinoa & rice mix... , great service, my friend, also had a coffee...said one of the straight up best black coffees hes had! Apologies to the hostesses, didnt catch her name, she was awesome! Great location, great vibe, glad to have gone!

We had a horrible experience at another restaurant close. After leaving there we decided to come here and glad we did. The entire experience was a complete 360 from what we had just had to deal with close by. The hostess was friendly and seated us right away. She served us ice cold water with ice on a hot summer evening. Something the other place decided was no good for us. Our waiter Jesse was FANTASTIC He was extremely professional, very funny and made it a mission to ensure we had a good time. He chit chatted w/ us a bit and was still able to see to all his guests equally. The atmosphere was great. The chairs on the patio were very very comfortable with lots of back support to lean back comfortably and enjoy yourself. The food was good. We ordered drinks and apps to share. The Korean flavoured wings I was not a fan of at all. Two of us found it too salty but one really loved it. Everything else had great flavour. Overall an amazing save to what started out as a disastrous evening and we got to spend some time together catching up as I live out of town and we dont always get to meet up. Will definitely be back

Too expensive

We have never been to this location. If you are looking for a nice atmosphere patio-wise, this Milestones location makes it for a good vibe. The sitting was even more so pleasant when coupled with a most polite and insightful server. Definitely made us happy with our food and drink choices. Justin, keep up the good work!

My wife and I went for a late lunch at the Landsdown location. Enjoyed excellent meals on the outdoor patio. I had the Thai basil noodles with shrimp and chicken. My wife took the pesto chicken penne asiago. Both were excellent and very tasty. We finished off with the key lime pie which was out of this world. Our waiter, Jake was outstanding. Will go again for sure.

I was surprised by such a prime location in Ottawa !! We were at Lansdown park location.. Food was unfortunately very bad , we were party of 7 and no one was happy even salad quality was poor ! Never been anywhere that everyone is unhappy!!! Server was absolutely nice gentleman but obviously not trained properly . We came from the United States and dinning out a lot , but very unhappy with food Needs a serious new look into the management And chef Just leaving this review for ownership and management to improve the restaurant.

Had a tram outing for 7 people. Food took a very long time to arrive. When it arrived, it was between cool and warm, a few of us ordered sweet potato fries, have tasted raw. Servers/service was good, food was not.

Really loved the food, portions were perfect and delicious. Love that they even tell you about the caloric intake on the menu. Good wine selection as well. Our server Lucas from last night was particularly memorable, not only due to his speed and accuracy with our orders but for just being an overall friendly sweetheart and taking the time to explain why he had to send another server over at one point to check on us because he had to deal with another client situation inside where someone became ill. Lucas then took the time to chat with us a lot longer despite it being towards the end of his shift. That kind of personalized service is rare for a chain restaurant and it made us want to return again soon. Well done, keep this guy on staff!

Went there with my 5 year old... surprisingly they had a steak on the kids menu!!!! The loves steak and it wasnt too expensive for him either... fun experience with him... Only thing I would recommend was maybe something for kids to stay occupated like crayons and kids menu they can color...

Went to this place yesterday with my best friend and we had the most comforting experience at the bar with I think Millie and Brittany or mellie I don t remember.. they were so sweet and fun and will definitely be returning because of them

Cold food, over cooked steak. Other salad was missing multiple ingredients, cabbage, edamame, pineapple and the added steak for the salad was forgotten as well. Had a new plate remade for the cold steak entree, but my partner ate the salad so we didnt have to complain twice. Even with a free dessert for the mistake it was a very disappointing experience for the level of dining the restaurant wants to offer.

Milestones has a very welcoming atmosphere! Immediately I was greeted and our drinks were served quickly. All the servers were so kind. It felt like I was dining with friends everywhere. However, Lucas is the best server there is. He got me free dessert for my birthday and he took my allergies very seriously. He was attentive and gave me the best service! As far as food, I really enjoyed their chicken Chili bowl. It s the perfect mix of spicy, sweet, and savoury!

Went to milestones tonight and we were welcomed very kindly by all. Connor was a spectacular server. His choice of wine was perfect for the night I had planned for me and my wife s anniversary. For sure will be back soon to experience this again!

The wait staff was excellent. We ordered the mushroom soup, Caesar salad, fish tacos, and ravioli, all of which were delicious! The only reason I did not give a 5 star on the service was because it took more than 30 mins to get our food after we ordered it and they didn t get the order correct. The staff was kind and apologetic and comped our desserts, which we did not ask for, but was a kind gesture. For dessert we had the key lime pie and the cookie. Both of them were ok - not great, but not bad. They had the Strawberry Haze drink and it was ok.

Fine restaurant. I showed up without a reservation and at first I was disappointed they couldn t take me in, but the staff and the manager were professional and patient. They offered me to come back later or make a reservation. Good food, good atmosphere, good service. I recommend.

This place is absolutely terrible..and I feel compelled to share. I had diligently organized an important work event, spending two weeks planning a fixed menu and making a reservation. To ensure everything was in order, I even spoke to the manager arlier on the same day to confirm the reservation. However, when our party arrived at the restaurant, we were met with a frustrating surprise. The staff informed us that our reservation had been canceled, which came as a shock as I hadnt made any such request. I was extremely disappointed as I had dedicated considerable time and effort to organizing the event. What added to my disappointment was the way the restaurant handled the situation. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake and finding a solution, they seemed more interested in blaming me and giving excuses. They made up a false situation claiming someone called and said there was an emergency and to cancel. They even went so far as to refuse to take any of my calls afterwards, making it difficult to resolve the issue or find an alternative arrangement. This lack of responsiveness and accountability left a sour taste in my mouth, especially considering the importance of the event. Their actions showed a complete disregard for customer service and professionalism. As a customer who had put effort into planning and ensuring everything was set, I expected better treatment and communication from Milestones. The management is absolutely terrible. Please please do not go there. It is important for establishments to understand the impact their actions can have on their customers experiences, particularly for those organizing significant events.

We visited this restaurant for lunch on Sunday. The place is very nice, open, quiet, warm; a very pleasant and inviting atmosphere to enjoy a meal and a conversation. I ordered the sirloin with chimichurri with a side of Cali salad. The quality of the meat was very good, tender and juicy. However, the chimichurri was disappointing, not bad a bad sauce but simply not chimichurri more butter than anything else. Then, I ordered the dulce de leche cheese cake for dessert. The cheese cake was fine but I failed to find the dulce de leche, another disappointment. Not a bad restaurant but they should dedicate more time to research the original dishes of a country (in this case Argentina) before adding them to their menu. The service was good.

Yesterday, we had dinner at the restaurant around 7:30, and we were surprised by the excessive brightness inside. We both decided to try the surf and turf meal, but unfortunately, both dishes turned out excessively salty. The steak, in particular, was quite tough to chew, leading us to leave half of it uneaten. Despite the servers kindness in offering a discount, our overall experience fell short of our expectations, and we left feeling disappointed. We will not be returning.

Went in for supper with my wife, and we were greeted by the hostess very kindly. She was very polite and seated us quickly. Thats where the service ended. We waited for 20 minutes for a drink order that never came. Our waitress seemed to avoid us, so we couldnt even grab her attention to get a drink. We left without anything. We decided to go next door to Jack Astors and had a way better experience and insanely fast service and great good. Do better Milestones.

Recently three friends and I thoroughly enjoyed my birthday lunch at the Lansdowne Park location. Our meals were delicious and well presented with very friendly and efficient service. As we were finishing our meal one of our group experienced a medical emergency. The staff in particular Sean, the manager, and Sarah our server were extremely helpful, calm, and compassionate. We will definitely be returning in the new year! Our 5 star rating was earned and we ll deserved!

Milestones restaurant offered a bustling atmosphere with efficient service and quality food. Despite the crowd, the dishes were promptly served, showcasing a good variety. While my sirloin leaned towards rare instead of my medium-well preference, it remained palatable. Overall, a solid choice for a weekend evening in the Lansdowne area.

If I could give zero I would. Out of everything and took 20 minutes from seating to get first drink. Horrendous. Go elsewhere. Food was cold I could go on.

Supper at the Landsdowne location started with the friendly women at the front desk indicating a lengthy wait. Unfortunately an older, balding, male waiter (initial T ), was seemingly uninterested in our table after we told him that we did not desire an alcoholic beverage because it was literally 25 minutes before he came back to even take our orders. He was curt and mocked us (possibly thinking himself humerus?). The meals were sparse and strangely expensive. We left unsatisfied but fortunately there was a desert restaurant a couple of doors down.

Bref cétait un premier essai et ce sera le dernier. Je ne recommande vraiment pas.

I booked the room for a group of 10. I was informed when I made the reservation that there was a 20 percent applied for groups of 8 people or more. Given that we would have this private room, no problem there. Unfortunately, the level of service we received for an automatic 20% tip was absolutely terrible. The server came around only rarely, so we went for looooooong periods of time without drinks. Once we finished eating some of the plates were cleared and some of the plates remained on the table, along with the empty glasses. I would never fault a server for being new and inexperienced, in this case it is definitely the management that dropped the ball; putting someone so slow and clueless on a group that was being required to pay 20% gratuity. I will never go back with a group to this restaurant.
