Really delicious food and amazing service! They have a good variety of stuff, but the menu isn t too large. Their steaks are delicious as well!

We visited this place recently and very happy with our experience. We got a main and an appetizer and asked the staff for extra plate so we can share them. They serve the dish in two separate plates and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend them

Nice environment but the food is pricey and Im pretty sure everything is mostly pre-made and heated up. Certaintly not fresh. I also had this experience at another location.

Waited 15 minutes at my table and the server didnt even introduce themselves. I left and spent my money at chops!

I ordered the mushroom sirloin medium well (I know, chefs hate me) but it definitely was too undercooked for my liking. The waiter also said the vegetables were carrots and zucchini however instead given Brussel sprouts and squash so I didnt even eat my entire plate.

The service is aweful. I ordered Chipotle mango chicken. The food was very late and to my surprise uncooked. I got my water with the main dish. I was unimpressed. paid for the food but very disappointed. Totally unprofessional. How can a restaurent not cook their food before they serve it to their customers? Dont waste your money on this establishment. Certainly i wont.

Sean was our server and provided service that I have never experienced before. 0 mistakes in orders, 0 mistakes in bills, so patient, so polite & honestly just the best costumer service I can remember ever receiving. Our hostess Hannah was very friendly yet extremely polite, enthusiastic, and quickly made us feel very comfortable. Even though she was very busy, she was still very attentive and kept checking on us. As an international pilot I travel a lot, and in today s post-COVID era, I m struggling to find restaurants with servers that possess such qualities. She s a keeper and the manager might want to make sure of that. Oh, and yes the food was excellent!!

Food was good and service was good at first then our server seemed to have to put all their attention to someone at another table which I think were complaining about something. We jist wanted to go but had to wait for 20 minutes for our bill after we asked and then another 10 for them to return with a debit machine. Warning about the patio. This place is beside an airport and planes depart close overhead and its quite loud.

I am a steak lover and I have to say that the steak here is to die for. It s one of the best steaks I have ever had. Its expensive but great food and great service. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and wheelchair accessible

I cannot express into words just how amazing the customer aervice is. When we first came in, we were offered a free sample of sparking wine. Very nice touch We had Victoria as our server and answered all our questions (we have allergies) Andrew, the manager also came by and helped us with our food selection. I ended up changing my choice because I found my Original choice too spicy. Changing good selection was a non issue which was great. There was an error in my meal and they ended up giving me a completely fresh dish. This experience has impressed me greatly. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to have a nice pleasant evening dining out.

This is a busy place for dinner, and the noise level rapidly rose beyond what we are comfortable with. Service was excellent, especially regarding my wifes food allergy: a chef came to our table to offer special grilling of her food so that it didnt come in contact with pork. Our guest was my daughter who waited on tables for many years - we both noted the emphasis on tight skirts and large derrières, and wondered if the female staff had to agree to not notice pats in the bar :(

Vibe and service was great, drinks and couple of apptizers were nice as well such as chicken wings and mules and summer specials. Nachos are pricey and portions are large but they became sloggy within 10 minute and we had to let go of 1/3 lrd of them. Mains were ok but white choclate brownie was the winner, overall good experince

Excellent service by Hannah who attended to all our needs without being overly present. The manager came out to ask about my allergy, make accommodations, and provide options. I had the chimichurri beef salad. My only gripe is that there was a bit too much dressing. Otherwise, the beef was cooked to my exact taste and the greens were crisp and fresh. Dietary restrictions: Very knowledgeable and attentive to celiac needs. Checked in and provided options.

What a lovely evening we had. The appetizers were so tasty, our steak entrees were delicious and our server was so attentive and personable. It was a good experience overall.

I was there Tuesday and just made it for happy hour, thanks to our lovely server, Hannah, aka Rainbow. We ordered the dry ribs, which I highly recommend, and our usual taco with beef and guac. It was plentiful. Hannah was very good with detail and accommodating us. Its a great location at any time of the day. The patio is very relaxing and great for catching up in a comfy seat. Sorry, no pics. You Rock Rainbow Parking: Plenty of parking to choose from.

We stop for a Quick bite Just to beat traffic going back to Gatineau and what a Nice experience with Marcellina pour serveur. She is beautifull, very good service and with a great smile. The food was also great. Ask for cher you wont regret.

Haven t been out in quite some time and decided to go to Moxies on Hunclub for my sister in laws Birthday which so happened to be the day before my Birthday. From the time we came in we were greeted warmly and it didn t stop there! We had the pleasure of having Ella as our waitress for the evening and the exceptional service continued followed by great food! We even spoke to Eric the supervisor on duty to advise of the exceptional experience delivered by the entire staff this evening but gave a special kudos to Ella as she had been the one to make our experience truly phenomenal!

Had the pleasure of going out to dinner tonight for my sisters and partners Birthdays at the Mozies on Huntclub Road. From the time we entered to the time we left we were greeted with exceptional service. Ella our waitress for the evening made our experience one to remember fondly. The food was amazing as we tried serveral of Moxies Signature plates and were not dissapointed. I had to thank the supervisor Eric when leaving because the service, food, and overall experience (especially the service and experience delivered by Ella) lead to us having an amazing time out for this special occassion!

Very nice place! The food was well prepared (I had steak, and it was near-perfect), though they got the sides wrong on two of our dishes. Clientele was very kind. The atmosphere was as good as the restaurants placement can be, with nice music and lighting. Would recommend for anyone in the area with the money for it!

Needed to get somewhere for a quick bite. Was conveniently located close to the conference center. Only tried appetizers. The guacamole, wings, Tuna and Feta dip. Not bad overall

Great business lunch with colleagues! Our server was excellent, the food was all great, even the iced tea was very good. It can be a little loud when its busy, but there is a great vibe and atmosphere to go with a great meal.

My kids ordered chocolate milk, it turned out it was expired after they took a sip. It was clotted too!!! They forgot getting us the water. They got two pasta for the kids instead of pizza and pasta, fine it happens! The pizza had a paper under it in the plate as shown in the picture which is not okay. It looks that my son had ate a small piece of paper by mistake. So they forgot the water, served expired chocolate milk, mixed the order for the kids and there was a paper in the plate under the pizza!

Moxies has fallen lower than I thought they could. Service was bad, food was worse. Small piece of plastic in my food, didn t even bother telling them. Overcooked as well. Avoid.

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant yesterday. The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and presented beautifully. I loved the Sirloin steak I had here. It was so tasty. The staff are attentive and friendly. Hannah was the one who served us and I really liked the night I had there.

This moxies is not even worth going, iv been in restaurant business for 20 years and this place is complete downgrade of what Kanata is, cant even manage a restaurant with a rezo of 12 people, let us stand around for 45 minutes waiting for people to give us a table, even tho we had a reservation, with empty tables we could have fit in, but instead told no we have to split u into 2 seperate tables, are drinks made were trash, not even made properly, how do u mess up a peach flavoured drink with grapefruit, key like pie was pathetic, why would u only put like zest in the pie, even the salted caramel cheesecake wasnt even salted caramel it was caramel sauce from a can, Im sorry but seeing more then half the staff stand around doing nothing was pathetic, what pissed me off more was they served are second table drinks and food, and they finished there food and drinks before are half ( the other table) even got are good and drinks yet are table order first, completely disorganized unprofessional, if I could give a negative star I would because we are never going back, oh and thanks hostess for the drink eye because u got no tip, what do u expect

On Friday, I popped into Moxies Hunt Club with my coworkers for a casual meal and some drinks. The bartenders service was exceptional, providing us with prompt and attentive care. The food was simply outstanding, and we were impressed by how quickly it arrived from the kitchen. Huge thanks to the entire staff for making our experience enjoyable! Parking: You can litterly park right in front of the restaurant is its available, but regardless there is so much parking there.

Recently went to Moxies Hunt Club. The service was very good, from the hostesses opening the doors for us to the waitress who served us. Erin, our waitress, was very attentive and kind. It was busy on a Thursday evening, but we never felt neglected at any time. Thank you, Erin! Some menu items are definitely overpriced. Two people in my group had the chicken Alfredo, and that meal along with one dessert cost 48$, which is ridiculous for a bowl of pasta with sauce and a few chicken pieces and a slice of bread. I can t speak for the taste of the food because I didn t eat, but the dessert was amazing! I would go back just for that sticky toffee pudding:) Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.

Pleasantly surprised. The last time I was on a Moxies was 15 years ago and didn t like it. They relied a bit too heavily on tight, black dresses. Still the same to some extent but the food was good and the service pleasant.

Been so long since Ive been here. Great atmosphere and food. Amazing staff.

My gosh I can t say enough good things. I came in with my husband one Friday for date night. We ordered some mock tails to start and an appetizer. For dinner, I ordered something that I didn t know had alcohol in it. The server came up and told me as she was placing the food down that it had alcohol to warn me and I was so grateful someone told me. I didn t realize the ingredients in the pasta! I felt embarrassed because they had to make a new meal but they were sooo polite about it. The manager even came out and apologized even though he didn t need to. He brought me some fries as my husband ate and it made me feel so taken care of. The other thing I noticed throughout the night was workers walking around and checking tables to make sure everyone has happy and had everything they needed. I m so glad we chose to go here for dinner and we will definitely be back in the future because the service and attention to your customers is crazy!!! Thanks again :)

Moxies location in Ottawa is pretty solid as far as restaurants go. The menu was good with great appetizers to choose from (love the lettuce wrapped chicken) and there were vegetarian options which I appreciated. Prices were competitive. The servers were prompt and courteous. Atmosphere at a corporate restaurant chain is pretty standard... updated decor and music always a little too loud (because 20-something yr old staff always thinks loud THUMPA, THUMPA, THUMPA music adds to a pleasant eating experience and improved conversation... sheesh). Washrooms were clean. Bottom line: would I eat here again? Yes. Vegetarian options: Not a lot of choices but some and it is possible to make requests. Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level.

Nice place, fancier than I thought which made me a bit nervous with 2 kiddos but staff were friendly. Service was great tbh, but food was subpar. We ordered chicken lettuce wraps which was delish, however I was rly excited for the prawn curry dish - which unfortunately was not edible. Not brothy or creamy- it was shrimps swimming in water The steak was not bad. Kids meals are cute - my daughter ate up her salmon. Friendly staff but would prbbly not return, prawn dish was that bad. Staff apologized for it tho so theres that.

I would like to share our experience when dining at Moxies on Hunt Club in Nepean for my birthday last Friday night. I cannot say enough about how enjoyable our dining experience was. Excellent experience...from walking in the door and being greeted by employees, then being seated and drink orders taken, was maybe 5 minutes. We always sit in the lounge area because it has a lively vibe and a very friendly atmosphere. I cant say enough about the Assistant General Manager Steven Bitter, his friendly personality and attention to how well the patrons are being looked after is his focus. Steven is great, fits his role perfect. Our server Jade is the best !! She holds the Gold Star for customer service. She is sooo friendly, pays attention to her tables, you never have to wave her down for anything, she is always checking on you to see if you need anything, excellent waitress. The food is very good, great presentation, very tasty and always served hot. Kudos to assistant general manager Steven, thank you for your great leadership and staff. I own restaurants... so I hate to leave 1 stars. But Im here right now and just had worst customer service ever. The manager seems to be more obsessed with dapping staff drinking then checking on customers. At least the day time staff can speak. What a terrible experience

We had the Burger for lunch and it was very good. The amber ale was also very good. Service was classy and good. Atmosphere was also very good. Recommend for lunch. Lots of parking.

I really like Moxies, when Im ok to visit a chain restaurant. Their food is always delicious, as are their bevvies. A staple I can always count on.

I love this place!!!!! Especially that hunk Eric. Give me a slice of him instead of the key lime pie wink wink (even though it is to DIE for) All jokes (not really jokes) aside, the food was phenomenal, the service (aka the hunk) was impeccable, and the lady screaming in the kitchen reminded me of old times with friends. Also, where did you get that painting at the front? I want it for my kitchen!

Was a very good and sufficient meal, this happened a few years ago but I only remembered since I was reminded by my son about the time a man seized infront of him and died on spot. Shame that had happened. Lovely food and staff.

Hostess and server was amazing and so was the atmosphere. I have not been to moxies in over 10 yrs. Went out for a group lunch and the food was a disappointment. My tiny tacos was plain and the sauce was salty. All I could taste was soya sauce in my potstickers, it was really salty too. My guess could not eat her Cesar salad as it was too salty as well. The burger and fries were ok and the only that was good was the calamari.

I would give this restaurant a zero if I could. Horrible customer service. Went in with my family, go seated and then after that we were completely forgotten! Everyone that came after us got service while we were just there watching the server go by. I got up and left. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone.

One of the best places I have been to. The food was perfect! Some of the best Ive had at a restaurant/Grill. The service from Erin M was some of the best service Ive had. She was so friendly and helpful. She is a perfect example of a top notch waitress.
