I only give this place a 3 star because I asked for a bacon double cheese poutine with extra gravy sauce and the Filipino guy that made my order forgot my gravy sauce and cheaped out on the bacon, I got got 1 non spoon full of bacon. The food is fine but thats twice that that guy did that. You can work fast at your job but at least do it right. Next time I go there Ill complain to that guy that made my order.

The hot dog was okay (a little undercooked), but the poutine wasnt too good (half of the fries were undercooked). I do however like their eco-friendly cups.
I never leave reviews, however, the attitude of this employee just rubbed me the wrong way. I was in the mall in the evening and stopped to grab my son a quick snack. I ordered fries no salt, paid for it , and within 1 second it was ready. One employee said Fries no salt and handed me the bag. Great! However, when I opened the box to give some to my son my hands were covered in salt. I understand mistakes can be made, I have no issues with that so I politely went up to the counter and told another employee my order was incorrect. She looked at the food , looked at me and said Ok so?! And rolled her eyes as if it was my problem they made the order wrong. I told her Ok so I want the fries not to have salt on them. She grabs the box , grabs a new box, throws fries in it and throws it on the counter. Silence! Not a sorry about that, or a no problem I ll fix that for you. Nothing. Just rude. I don t expect much I used to work in hospitality myself, but whoever trained these employees need to reevaluate because when you make mistakes you should have no attitude to fix it when asked. Service with a smile. Retrain asap.
