I got the lentil soup randomly and it is AMAZING ! I will for sure be going back ! The soup was still burning hot when I got back to the office (which is the way I love it ) it was amazing ! If I could give 6 stars I would - also the owners are very sweet
This locale is not only very affordable it also has decent food. The panini and lentil soup combo that I ordered cost me $10 (tax included), which is a very good price for downtown Ottawa. If you are looking for a fast, tasty, and reasonably priced meal this place fits the bill.
Had the lunch special, soup du jour (lentil) and a sandwich (roast eggplant with cheese and tomato) $9.50 tax in tasty and filling, great quick and inexpensive for the area. Owners friendly, small dining area inside. Patio was closed due to rain
Delicious! A cute little family owned spot. Just like all the little stores in Italy & Spain selling panini - affordable and tasty. & the best lentil soup around.
It is 9:50pm on Sunday, and they are still open for business. Good was good. Salad was crisp, cold and fresh. Service was not friendly. #localguide

The best place for lunch on Sparks street. No question about it. The food here is delicious, and incredibly well priced. The staff are very friendly and the service is fast. Pair all of that with a solid selection of sandwiches and salads, as eating here becomes a real no brainer. The only downside is that, being a small business, they have very limited hours.
A delicious bowl of soup with a smile can do miracle :). I was comfortable and enjoyed my food. The staff is very curteous and kind... you are now on my favorite list.

Wonderful Lunch specials! the ingredients they use are very fresh and everything is prepared daily. I eat lunch here 2-3 times a week and I am never disappointed. Friendly staff.
